Best fries ! lots of other good food, treats, snacks! Friendly quick service!

Prices are high - products are not great I mean we had coffee and a bagel and nothing tasted good? Soggy bagels and some not not so great tasting coffee

We have been to patsys place a number of times and everytime we are met with kindness and a great atmosphere. The food is delicious, staff are friendly, kind and very helpful. There is always new items being offered and there is a great range of products being offered. Highly recommend

Been here too many times to count and always had a great experience. Staff are friendly, the food is delicious and very filling, and its conveniently located in such a way that if youre already at the rec centre you can walk over and order something.

Patsy s is a family favourite! The food is always fresh and delicious, and all of the employees are very friendly and welcoming!

Amazing food and service

When you sometimes have to spend hours at the rink for activities with your kids it s great to know you can get amazing food breakfast lunch or dinner. Not just at the rink either, we ve chosen many times to bring food home from there and not always just because we were already there. If you miss out on their poutine you are doing yourself a disservice.

The best Ruben sandwich ever. The food is freshly made and definitely not your average take out! Patsy always takes time to say hello even if she s run off her feet. Saying that, she always ensures her customers are treated with respect and are satisfied with their order. She s mentored her staff well. Always recommend her food to everyone who finds themselves in the area.

The food is SOOO good! Ive never been let down! The staff are absolutely wonderful as well! Perfect for sports, markets and a great place to get a good bite to eat after swimming! Wheelchair accessibility: The tables are in a very open space!! The whole entire sports center is wheelchair accessible!

Great food! My daughter was eating a poutine today somewhere else and she said to her friend that it wasn t as good as Patsy s! We always have to get a poutine and milkshake when we are at spray lakes. Food

30 minutes to get a pre-made hot dog and fries. NEVER AGAIN. The companys response, while not offensive, was lame. To suggest that I could have received the hot dog quicker is nice, but that didnt occur. The hot dog was 15 minutes. The fries, I never did receive........I gave up after 30 minutes. There isnt a french fry in the world that I would wait more than a few minutes.

Patsys Place is one of those restaurants that deep fries potatoes they call chippers and dumps huge amounts of high sodium seasoning all over them. It makes already unhealthy meals at Patsys Place even more unhealthy, and frankly, gross. I ordered a sandwich off of Skip the Dishes and in the orders comment section asked for there to be no seasoning salt placed on the order. The store manager, Kim, called me and became short fused with me immediately. She claimed their seasoning doesnt contain high amounts of sodium or MSG. This is factually incorrect, and isnt up for debate; this deals with my health. I reiterated to Kim that my request was simple: please do not sprinkle seasoning salt onto my order or chippers after they were cooked. Kims responses became oddly emotionally charged and told me that she was not able to comprehend the things I was saying. Kim stated shed have to shut down a section of their kitchen, and clean out their deep fryers to accommodate my request to not sprinkle seasoning onto the chippers after theyd been cooked. This makes no logical sense and is not within reality. Hearing these responses, I believed there were likely some personal issues on board with Kim. I told Kim to cancel the order. Kim then responded that the order would be prepared whenever they werent busy, it could be hours, and hung up the phone on me. I contacted Skip the Dishes and asked them to cancel the order immediately, as the business was not taking an allergy request seriously and wasnt able to prepare the order within the hour as advertised. They said Patsys Place had to cancel the order. I called Patsys Place and asked to speak to Kim again, and the employee said she was too busy. I asked the Patsys Place employee to cancel the order and she said they would. Skip the Dishes then stated Patsys Place had not cancelled the order and thered be no refund. I then called back Patsys Place again and spoke to an employee who stated that she spoke to Kim and that Patsys Place couldnt cancel the order on their end, and it has to be Skip the Dishes that cancels it. This, unequivocally, is a lie. I told the Patsys Place employee, that if the order wasnt cancelled within two minutes, that Id be coming down in person to have a face to face discussion with Kim and that Id be reporting this transaction directly to Visa as fraudulent. It was only after this that Patsys Place cancelled my order. This evidences that their store manager Kim, is in fact able to cancel orders, and attempted to defraud me, a customer, over an allergy accommodation request. This is outrageous. The current manager of this business, Kim, is a liability for this business. The owner of this business needs to rethink who they have managing this restaraunt as this person presents multiple potential risks to their business; dealing with allergens, customer service, financial transactions, food handling, food delivery, contractual obligations, and legal risks.

The blonde older lady with the ponytail working here was extremely rude. I will never support this place again. She treated me like garbage and refused to give me my order because I never got a receipt for donuts I ordered. The lady at the front remembered my order and gave it to me. The donuts were bland and dry. The people skills needed to work in the customer service industry are seriously lacking here. Shocking and upsetting.

Overpriced, quantity is so-so, and quality is below average

My husband and I had lunch at Patsy s Place . The menu choices were extensive and the food was fabulous! I had the chicken apple Brie sandwich with homemade potato chips ! Delicious ! We finished our lunch with a root beer float that took me right back to my childhood . Excellent food , great staff! I highly recommend Patsy s Place !

Solid poutine every time! Generous cheese and kind service

Not a lot of vege options but the triple decker sandwich is good. I find the food items a bit over priced. The mini donuts were not crispy on the outside like I wanted - they were soft all around and the cinnamon sugar topping was coming off easily.

I was very surprised by how good a restaurant in an arena can be. The poutine is a lot for the price and is really good. Their burgers are delicious. I will be back to try more of the menu.

Awesome food and great service

Great sandwiches, wraps and burgers. Their chocolate milkshake is one of the best, it s the original Harvey s milkshake before they ruined it.

First time visiting tonight and I had a raw chicken burger, unfortunately I only realized how raw it was when I was half way through. I brought it to the attention of the staff who were very apologetic and offered a new burger which I politely declined. Waiting to get sick and caring for a newborn is certainly not ideal. Positives: The fries were great and the staff seemed friendly and professional. My son enjoyed the ginger cookie!

Best poutine around!!!! Home cut fries and squeaky cheese curds. It s a busy kitchen full of smiling laughing women.

Wow! What a great place to get grilled menu fare and baked snacks! Just what I needed after a three km swim at the lane pool at the Sawmill recreation centre in Cochrane. The Rueben is highly recommended. And the lemon pie. What super friendly staff. Patsy is a wonderful host. I ll be sure to drop by again on my next visit.

We first started eating at Patsy Place when our kids were playing hockey at the spray lakes arena Fast forward many years and our kids are all graduates and finished with hockey now but we still like to go back to the arena to eat Pats food ! Pat is a top notch cook, so many signature dishes but favorites of ours are the Poutine and the Bacon Jam Brie Grilled sandwich All her soups are homemade so we often buy a half dozen take out size soups at a time and have them in our freezer for quick meals Pat and Kim are so much fun and the rest of the staff are always fantastic Ask for the Mac and Cheese it s sooo good I even make my way over there some mornings for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee Love this place !

Was in Cochrane for a swim meet. This is the best food ever eaten at an arena/pool. Better than most restaurants. Burger and fries was way above average

There s a cute little sign about being patient because they are understaffed that made me giggle. However, the staff here are rude and I won t be back. Would rather drive 5 minutes to the closest Timmies!

This seems like a hidden gem, unexpected in a recreation centre. So far weve only tried the burgers but they were en par with some of our favorite burger places. The ambience is just some tables in a rec centre but the food is amazing.

This place is a rip off, ordered off door dash last night and ordered chicken strips with dip and in the description said with a side of fries. Well never got the fries or side of gravy. It was the worst $14.50 plus a $1.90 for gravy that I could pay for and I will not order from here again. If I wanted to pay $14.50 for 4 strips of chicken I would buy the whole bag from Costco. Didn t get a refund of anything and then got a phone call arguing about how I was wrong on what I ordered.

We have ordered probably about 8 times already and the food is always amazing. from breakfast to the burgers fresh and delicious. I encourage everyone to try it out.

I have walked past Patsys Place a hundred times when using the facilities at the Spray Lakes Rec centre. I never thought much about it and though it was probably just average hockey rink food. I was entirely incorrect. Recently I saw a posting on facebook extolling the virtues of Patsys Place so I decided to head out and support a local business and check it out. I have been back three times since then. The food is amazing. I consider myself a burger aficionado and it is my go to food at almost every restaurant and pub we visit and so I feel can say with some authority that Patsys bacon avacado burger is actually the best burger in Cochrane. The patty appears to be home made, the fried avacado is delicious and the bacon is thick. In fact, I think this is this might be one of the best burgers Ive had north of Las Vegas. (The fries are also great!) Do your tastebuds a favour and support a local business and check Patsys out. Amazing.

Amazing presentation: tied our to-go containers with twine, included two complimentary cookies, and overall was very intentional with their order. Great local place!!

Great place. Our family ordered the poutine which is outstanding. We also had the best burger on the planet possibly! The food is fresh and fast and the staff is really nice. The owner was super kind! My kids keep asking to go back - too bad we dont live closer. I would go here anytime I make a stop in Cochrane. It is worth the trip in and of itself!!!! Came back through Cochrane on vacation in August 2021 and stopped at Patsys Place for a meal. Kids devoured milkshakes and fries, and I had a Rueben that was out of this world - best one Ive had west of Montreal!
