great service from Angus! checked in on our meals but wasn t too much, triple checked my meal for my allergy, put the game on the tv that we wanted, and made suggestions when the drink i wanted wasn t available. 10/10

The food was good, but the salad wasn t fresh, and the lettuce has been brown. When I told the lady, she only said it was because of cutting, which made no sense.

We ordered take out for two children and five adults. The tossed buffalo boneless wings were the worse we ve ever tried. They were dry and had a strange rubber texture.The adult fish portion were very small and overcooked as was the child s fish. Very disappointed.

So disappointing. St. Louis has gone down in quality so much the last few years, the last 10 or so orders we ve made have been wrong or just gross. Always try to support local and be understanding to give a restaurant more then a few chances but this is ridiculous the kitchen staff just don t seem to care at all. Will no longer recommend to family, friends or clients.

Ordered Take out for Boneless wings. The chicken and Fries are great, but they are so cheap on our choice of sauce it was pathetic and the fries were not seasoned with salt at all. Not sure about ordering take out again. Food

One more step down from a fast food joint.. food can out cold and the club house is just a cheap new look to a cold chicken burger.. cant see this place lasting for long.. the waitress was expected the we were going to pay for something that was not eatable...over price for what you get.. ill never go back and Ill make sure my friends and family do the same..bad buisness means less buisness.. the owner needs to put his restaurant back in order.. .. what comes out off the kitchen is what people see in the front

This is the fourth different St Louis Ive been to in the last year lets say....Aurora...Newmarket...Wasaga....and now Collingwood....every time the wings come they look burnt and dried out....I think they are not changing their oil on time and this is whats causing the dried ...burnt like wings....used to be my go to place for wings....now...wont go back...read other reviews and they say similar things....will someone at head office take notice!!!

Terrible service. We were sat and then tried to order 3 waters and 3 orders of plant based wings. They informed us they were out of the wings. Very unfortunate because thats what we came there for in particular. We then were trying to decide what else to get meanwhile waiting for our waters. We were there for around 15 minutes and our waters were taking forever so we decided to leave. As we were leaving we glanced at the bar and saw our waiter just standing there and eating food. Bad service is an understatement. We will not be returning to this location.

I sing with a large choir and we performed a show in Collingwood and wanted somewhere to have a celebration after the concert. We booked St. Louis Bar & Grill in Collingwood. About 60 of us showed up. They had arranged to have an extra server working that evening we received excellent service. The food came out quickly and so did the beverages. The staff were cheerful and very friendly. We had a great time and stayed until early hours of the morning. Very satisfied with everything and a special thanks to the owner Jack Flynn, who made sure we were well taken care of. If we ever perform in Collingwood again, we will definitely be back!

I ve ordered wings from here multiple times. They ALWAYS get my order wrong. One time they also forgot my fries. Horrible service and quality of food. Never come here ever.

What a terrible experience. Our waitress was not efficient and if she was experienced you would never no. We waited forever for mediocre food while there was 10 in total in the whole restaurant. Do not recommend this location to anyone

We were in Collingwood for the weekend and this was our last dinning out for the night. It was our first time ever as well at a St. Louise bar and grill. It was amazing. The place was just great. Our waitress was super sweet and super friendly. Definitely come again. Thanks Food

I was visiting collingwood for the weekend and ended up getting drinks to go from there. As soon as i got in there we were greeted and Andrew who was our server was just pure enjoyment to be around. He made our drinks perfect and we left with a promise to come back again once they fully open back up. Andrew thank you for being awesome and see you all soon.

Ordered wings thru Uber eats and they were all burnt and small. Not even edible. They were ordered for a certain time and sat done for 30 minutes. Waste of my money

After ordering our food, we waited 30 minutes before our food actually arrived, despite there being only 1 other table with people dining in. I ordered the 15 boneless wings with the hotter than hell sauce. it was supposed to be the hottest option, but it was lacking in both heat and flavor. there was also very little sauce on the wings themselves, so little to the point where i could see more unflavored breading than sauce. i was only able to eat about 7 of the 15 wings before the poor taste of the meat was too much for me to stomach eating more. if you want some wings, Montanas or Kelseys are much, MUCH better options.

Good spot to go and watch the game! Also they have wing deals weekly and all you can eat ribs once in a while

Late stop for wings around 9pm. Maybe 10 ppl in restaurant, bartender outside having cigarette says whomever will seat us. Stand at door for at least 5-8 mins waiting just to be seated. Bartender turns out to he only server on shift. He comes over to take drink order and starts chatting about his life to us and how this was his former watering hole and how he only offered to work there for 10wks before he heads to Nfld to work in his familys business. Comes back with drinks (water and virgin daiquiri) to take food order. Food arrives in reasonable amount of time. Forgets to bring side gravy, so I request that and glass of water, he takes my daiquiri glass that is still 1/4 filled with daiquiri I hadnt finished yet. He returns promptly with the gravy and no glass of water. He doesnt return to table until we were more than half way through our meal after I had to interrupt a conversation he was having with a guest at the bar to ask for my water I had requested and he makes up an excuse as to I thought I had already brought that to you. He had dropped the gravy off and that was it. We finished our meals and sat waiting for at least another 10 mins before he came over to see if we were finished. Did he earn a gratuity-absolutely not, did he get one, yes.

Our Waitress Dee was amazing!! She was so personable! She always made sure our drinks were topped up and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. Our food came out quickly and was so good!! I would definitely recommend St. Louis for a night out or a group event on their roof top patio! Such a great location!!!

Just sat on the rooftop for the first time at this place! Always have great service and good food, and decent prices too. We had the margarita chicken tacos and they were awesome, would definitely get again. Angus was amazing, he was running the whole upstairs patio by himself and was super on top of it, we will definitely be back soon!!

I cannot say more positive things about St Luis in Collingwood. Service was dynamite! We showed up with 30 of our dance team and they handled it like Champs! Our servers John and A (Im so sorry I cant remember the female servers name other than it started with an A). The kids food came out fast and delicious and they catered to all our asks! Its worth going alone for the food. The services and atmosphere are non-existent. Still, they wanted verbally 20% tip

Food meh. Wings overcooked. But the most scary and weird thing is this 6FT PLUS server. Very aggressive and threatening Frankly i have eaten in a lot of dumps. But this is the only time theatened by a server. Go to any other wing place in town, Kelseys, Beaver and Bulldog, Boston Pizza or Montanas. None have servers that look and act like rhoid rage.

I only give 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. Other than that we had an awesome chat with John he was on the ball to greet us. His bartending skills are fine tuned. He fixed me up some hot toddies, knows how to pour a pint of guineas and set our take out orders with all the napkins and fixings we need to enjoy food at home. Our were cooked as always. I went in for the BOGO wings and bought a pound and only received a half pound free.. I have always understood a bogo being buy one get one of the same value free.. I questioned that and was told oh thats how we do it.. well if u look up the meaning of a bogo it is buy one get one of the same value free.. not buy one get a half of one free.. I ordered take out, 2lbs for $29.99 x 2 first pair was Dusted, tossed with Honey Garlic sauce the side was onion rings, there were 16 wings in the box , but were quite dry. The second pair was supposed to be 1lb original tossed with mild spicy sauce and 1 lb original tossed with sweet chili and the side was supposed to be fried pickles. It was a total let down, I had 5 very small sweet chili and 6 just as small mild sauce, only 11 puny wings! The fried pickles werent fried pickles at all, I got very thin potato chips with a hint of pickle flavour and they were very hard, not enjoyable at all. I do not recommend the Collingwood site, this was the second and last time ordering from that restaurant. I normally love St. Louis as I frequent them regularly, the Wasaga restaurant and the Orangeville ones are much better and their service impeccable, but Collingwood is terrible I would avoid them. Dietary restrictions: The most positive thing about St.Louis is their gluten/wheat free options

Stay away from here...honestly. We took a break from skiing over lunch and they took took well over an hour to serve us food. Never checked on us while we were waiting. Then told us that the uber orders have delayed their in room dining. Ridiculous. Will not be coming back here again.

Had a fantastic time at the Collingwood St. Louis Bar and Grill for SuperBowl. The food special was plentiful, reasonable and delicious! The atmosphere so great with exceptional staff and the owner himself serving customers. A winning night indeed.

Almost $300 spent for horrendous service. If you want a pleasant dining experience avoid this St Louis, the service is almost non-existent. I ve been to many St Louis all over Ontario and happened to bring visiting family to this restaurant (11 people). In every other location the service was decent or even great. Not so here. There were only 4-5 other tables being served, not even half capacity. Horrible service, waitress failed to: Ask which sides we d like for our wings, Failed to bring an alcoholic drink for the entire dinner then attempted to charge us for it before we corrected them, Had to be corrected on 3 orders of 1lb wings, Had to be reminded of 1lb of wings after everyone else had already been served their food, Failed to mention Pepsi was being served instead of Coca Cola when Coke was asked for, Never said sorry or asked for any apology for any of these mistakes. Never wrote down any of the orders at any point which probably contributed to the confusion, NEVER SAID SORRY If the restaurant happened to be very busy or she happened to be new then I d be more understanding but her attitude seemed to indicate she knew what she was doing despite all these errors indicating otherwise. Of course we were charged the mandatory gratuity (18%) for our order, so perhaps that contributed to the waitress carelessness. We were the largest table on a fairly quiet night of business, I would ve expected they d make sure we were treated right. But the service was far below mediocre, one of the worst I ve experienced. If she had given a sincere apology or even said a quick sorry once I may not have written this review. If you want to be treated like a regular customer AVOID this location.

Went in for a late lunch/ early dinner today. Was greeted instantly at the door by Jon who was our server as well. Very friendly service and was on top of all of our needs. Would recommend grabbing a bite here.

Dont waste your time I was there on a Saturday night for the AYCE boneless chicken bites. The batter was so thick and crunchy from being over cooked that I used the back of my knife like a hammer to penetrate the skin. The soda was more soda water and very little syrup. The restaurants tables were extremely dirty as was the floor despite only have 6 tables sat. The only saving grace was the second order was not burnt and I was able to take it to go.

Our server was great. I have zero complaints about her. Our experience was ruined because we ordered the plant base wings because we are vegitarian, and one of the wings was a real chicken wing. We dont like wasting food so we just picked it out and informed the server, but I feel like this could be very upsetting for some and this should be something they should be more careful with especially because if I didnt notice it was a real wing I could have bit into a bone. Also, the bathroom was just really really gross and dirty, and the menus had sauce and spilled drinks all over them. I mean at the end of the day st louis is a wing place so I dont expect it to be super classy, but I also dont like touching a sticky menu or seeing doo doo stains on the bathroom walls. Vegetarian options: They have an impossible burger and plant based wings, but I assume they dont have a special fryer for the plant based wings and thats how I got a real wing in my order

This location is so poorly run.l and staff are not trained well. Weve waited fo hour to get our food and now waiting 20+ minutes for a take out order we ordered online. Corporate needs to step in to this place in line as its killing their brand.

The service is terrible! We waited more than 1 hour for our meals. The waitress brought the wings without plates, napkins, and cutlery. We had to ask for each one. Also my ribs didn t have the bbq sauce!!!!

This place is absolutely garbage!!! Wings were made in old oil and smell like rotten food. We were there on Sunday evening and there were only one lady who were serving everybody, so we were waiting her all the time when we need something! Totally unacceptable service! First of all, the food was great and our waitress was friendly. Thats why they got 2 stars. They missed out on 5 because our food took almost 90 minutes. It wasnt a busy game night, it was a Sunday night, we came in at 745 after skiing at Blue. 2 adults and 4 kids. 910 we got our food. I believe this to be an anomaly though, as the people that came in after us, got their food in a reasonable time. My kids were less impressed then I was. They wanted to leave without food and go home to sleep. Parking: Parking lot is small, it shares with multiple businesses

This is a sports bar but none of the tvs had volume for any of the games that was playing. And most people were there for the game. Dont know if this was a special day because the food took hour to come out. However the food was great

Went here with my family for my sons birthday. We all ordered when food came it was way over cooked! When our server came back she told us we only have one person in the kitchen tonight. Didnt offer us new orders or even tried to make it right. We asked for a manager and were told they were busy so we barley ate any of it except for a few fries paid the 107.00 bill and left. I have went to the web site twice and asked for a call back and nothing so I find myself writing this review not that I wanted to I would have appreciated a call back to discuss this poor poor experience

Our family stayed one night in Collingwood for vacation, we decided to try this restaurant weve nvr heard of before...when we got there we were quickly seated...so that was great..but then the waitress came to our table and she was unorganized..the restaurant DOES NOT serve any kind of steak...which for us was not good....weve nvr been to a restaurant that doesnt serve steak or any kind...so we ordered ribs/wing combo.., ceasar salad.and a wrap...Ceasar salad was good.. wrap was ok...and my ribs were undercooked I was very disappointed... and only got 4 little wings.. ..over all atmosphere is nice...but the food is 4/10...just our opinion..

Edit* The new managment has REALLY turned it around. Theybare busy for Karoke, and the previous problems seem to be problems of the past. Im very excited for the roof patio, and the new crowd. The location, the staff, the food and the beer are all the best of any St Louis chain I have been to. Attentive staff that carry themselves well, drinks made to the ounce, food comes out piping hot and there is always a smile waiting. Cheers St Louis Collingwood, keep up the hard work!

Wow, what a difference in this restaurant since the new manager, Andrew, took over. The atmosphere was great and the service was even better. Ive been in the past and the restaurant definitely needed help. Well, it looks like it got the help it needed because it was a great experience. I recommend anyone who was not happy with their previous experience, GO AGAIN. You wont be disappointed!

We have been here several times since it opened hoping that it might get better consistently. I think this was the last time we will be going. Wings were off and they were not to the standard I have had at other St Louis. Service this time was okay. In the past it has been anywhere from okay to non-existent.

Driving by and saw the Tuesday wing special. $22 for 2 lbs. Went in for take out. CAUTION! Dine in only! The poster even says so, IF you brought your magnifying glass to read the tiniest mouse type youre ever likely to see. I left mine at home, alas :/ Seemed suspiciously light, and for kicks I threw it all onto the scale: I get it, pre-cooked weight. Result: 1lb 2 7/8 ounces. There are 16 ounces in a pound. IOW, pretty much a pound :/ And they were not good. Wont be back.

Great atmosphere, tons of screens to enjoy multiple sports and the food is on point. Ordered cauliflower bites and they exceeded my expectations so many amazing flavours to choose from. The staff are so friendly and the service is great, super accommodating, they changed the sports on the screen for us!! They actually seems to care if you come back, thank you Andrew, Andy & Bri, Ill be back.

We were a party of 12 on the patio on Monday evening. Our server was Anthony, and he was wonderful. The food was hot and he brought it out in a timely manner, kept checking on us and was joking with everyone. . Good job Anthony!! Our nachos barely had any added ingredients. My chicken tenders was almost burnt. Too salty. Our server was attentive but busy. And the table we were seated at was not properly cleaned.

Great Karaoke Friday nights!

We are in town on a short visit. I decided to use a gift card I got for my birthday and wanted to try this place for the first time. We should have walked right out after we walked in because the smell was unbearable. We stayed and ordered. My husbands food was nothing great, mine was horrible with no flavor at all. And the mac and cheese my son wanted was not available. The server was ok. But when we expressed our displeasure, she replied with it is just pub food! Wait I have had some excellent pub food. Dont go here!

Gross went in sat at the bar. I was going to order food and a beer was turned off by all the fruit flies. Had one beer and asked the two bartenders for another one never got it paid for my one beer and left wouldn t go there and definitely wouldn t get food from there :(

Our experience was made worse with our interaction with this lady who served us. She was rude, very rude. I believe she was disinterested because she looked at me and made as assumption due to my race tat I wouldnt tip her. He attitude spoke a lot. There are 2 women who serve people, one person was pleasant. The other one was rude. Unfortunately she was assigned to us. This location is good but definitely not a top tier spot from the chain. Lots of problems with ownership over the years including a complete staff walk-out from this and the Wasaga beach location the owner also runs.

Waited an hour for my Uber Eats. Driver cancelled. I called and it turns out they hadn t even started the order because they were slammed. The staff member was nice but if they didn t have time to make the order then please do us all a favour and cancel the order right away. I respect that sometimes places can be swamped but this was poorly handled.

Went last night, has some issues with the meal we had. Both my sister and Is tasted very off so we let our server know. She was amazing, so nice and understanding. She was honestly great. The manager came over to our table and was so rude and ignorant. She told us we already ate a part of it and implied there wasn t anything to be done, in a very annoyed tone. All she offered was if it was bad she could bring the ingredients out and we could build it ourselves. Who goes to a restaurant to make your own food? She was also annoyed at my sister for partially eating the meal? But don t we have to try it to know we didn t like it? She also didn t let us chose a new meal in replacement. She also didn t even refund her the meal but she took our plates away from us.So we basically paid for food we didn t get!

Chicken tenders and the chicken of the chicken burger were very well done, borderline burnt, and there were just a few fries with each meal. We were all starving so we didnt want to send them back and wait even longer than we had. It was disappointing as it wasnt busy. The others didnt have a problem with their meals.

Great spot to host our group of 40. Food was great and staff was super friendly. Food came in decent time and they gave us a free birthday ice cream cake for the kids. Will come again. Thanks for the service! Kid-friendliness: Was great and patient with the wild bunch of 10 and unders!

All I can say is WOW I arrived at 9:29pm this evening and as soon as I walked in I was told (directly by the manager as I found out after) We are closed. No greeting what so ever, and was completely shocked by her rudeness. I left, contained myself, and checked closing time on Goolgle which is 10pm. I felt compelled to go back in and ask for the manager and when I approached the door, the same girl, outside smoking with her family, says I said we are closed. I asked to speak to the manager, and she replies I am the manager. Then, her boyfriend pipes up becoming aggressive with me, yelling Bye and using profanity. Btw... I am 50, completely sober, consider myself a gentleman, and was trying to catch the hockey game and have a pint before retiring to my hotel. Im disgusted at the lack of class and the experience has me furious. Not only will I never come to this establishment again, but will never step foot in any franchise, period. Sorry Cam in Wloo. Was late night and we choose this place for something to eat. First time and will be the LAST for sure!. Wings were terrible. Half of them were real cold like they were made hours ago. The sauce was something very sweet (our order was medium) .. I went home and I got sick.

Just order a pound of chicken wings to go. According to them it is 1lb Call them few times not picking up the phone.

Maybe your staff should focus more on doing their jobs, and less time out in the parking lot smoking & drinking. When we asked why our food was taking so long, we received a snippy response of we re busy meanwhile your staff were actually outside partying. The food was good but the bartender with dirty blonde hair and braces was drinking behind the bar taking shots with other customers at the bar and seemed to be highly intoxicated as she was slurring her words and stumbling around and there was another server an older woman with bleach blonde hair I watched drink white wine out of the bottle behind the bar overall seemed to be sloppy work and very unsanitary

Food wasnt bad alittle cold. Service on the other hand was none existent. Server took our order, food was brought out by a different person and never saw server again. Had one drink that was 3/4 gone when food arrived, no one came to table to all if everything was good or if we needed anything. Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Had to get up and find someone so we could pay for the meal.

Had a particularly bad meal last week, the bill came and was incorrect. Resulted in two visa payments. One was promised to be cancelled. Did not happen. Returned to get bill corrected. Nobody could help. Left messages to have the general manager/owner call (3 times). Not a call. Staff poorly trained and no authority!! When I did get in touch with the manager/owner it is all my fault. No ownership of bad food, only I am entitled to my personal time. Which I acknowledged just have staff on duty to fix up simple issues. The final insult is a coupon only good on certain days. I guess I got to eat on their schedule. You can do better in Collingwood

As long as Kristy the manager/server/bartender etc. Is there, everything goes well, if not the servers dont smile dont pay attention to customers etc. I went 2 times on a Sunday to see where the server was, I might have to start seating people for them lol

Good drinks, decent food. Went there for date night We both agreed our server was absolutely RUDE & IGNORANT. Very unprofessional. She had her phone and vape pen thing sticking out of her pants with her shirt being pulled up exposing her stomach . No manners. Very Un-tasteful.

Waited for over 30 minutes before any server came to take our drink order. Another hour received lukewarm food, and a fish and chips that wasnt fresh. Would have walked out if it wasnt for one nice staff member who tried when she saw the servers not doing their sections.

Great experience and delicious food. General manager was so attentive and we appreciated all her help.

Chicken was fine, custom mixed drinks were good. Service was slow but it was two waitresses, so I can cut them slack for sure.

Flat beer, 43 minutes for 2 lbs of boneless wings, bringing out bone in wings after the wait, having to wait longer for boneless to be made, 20 minutes and asking twice for a glass of sangria....theyre not even busy. The bad experience just continues.

Decided to dine in at st. louis today when searching for a place in collingwood, unfortunately it did not meet up to my expectations. the service was extremely slow as it took our server 10 minutes to greet our table. it took another 10 minutes for drinks the food was good, nothing to complain about there. but the service will be the-reason for us not returning. the restaurant was not busy so i m unsure why service wasn t great. the restaurant itself appears clean, but has a ridiculously amount of flies. i saw the two other tables by me constantly swatting flies away, as my table was as well. overall you re better going a little down the road to somewhere else

Terrible service, the owner was also racist, thought I didn t notice, we were taken to the back and ignored during our diner, while everyone else was being served. Then when I showed him my wings were raw he plainly said they were not, I could not have been more disappointed, It was my first time at this location and not coming back, to be honest more than the food I m quite disconcerted about finding this type of racist discrimination in 2022!

The place is great, just close to downtown Collingwood. Good view and excellent food It was bit slow since they did not had enough workers but that will not stop me from giving 5 stars Must try waffle chicken

Gone twice with a group for dinner 6pm~ both times not open

This restaurant is not welcoming at all to their guesses. We were a party of six wanted to dine in and one of my friends got her vaccines in the States. The staff didn t allow her to dine in because her vaccination proof didn t have a QR code (we have been dining in at so many places, and she never had any issues), they argued they were just following the COVID protocols no code , when they didn t even check your ID ! No wonder this restaurant was empty. I would give zero stars if I can do so.

We had a great time at your restaurant a week ago today mid afternoon It was Thanksgiving weekend and Our Server was working alone but WOW she really out did herself making us feel welcome and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was really good and plentiful. Overall it was a great experience!! Kudos to the young lady Ari who was working
