Best veggie burger that I tried EVER 👏 👏 very good food and environment
Hans is very Friendly and outgoing. He is proud of his culinary skills from Europe. I am Swiss German and his savoury food transported me right back to Europe. We do not have enough European style Food Trucks in Canada. Stumbling upon his Food Truck while attending the 2024 “Wasaga Beach Blues Festival”, I knew my meal solutions were met for the day. I had Lunch and Dinner there. The Pork Schnitzel was thick and scrumptious to another level! Also the Fries were not greasy. They were very tasty. I go to Collingwood and Blue mountain often. Me and my wife will definitely look him up. It was our pleasure to meet him and talk in my mother tongue in German. He has a great Family business. They all pitch in. We wish continuous good Success. Had a the amazing Hansinator Burger(fried onions and curry sauce made this burger amazing!), the rest of my friends had chicken schnitzel and I had a bite of my gfs schnitzel. A local baseball game played right before our eyes and we had a blast, just stopping through town. Well done, Hans. Thank you for the lovely meal!

Hans and his wife are great They always arrives early to prepare for the day. The food is delicious and service is friendly. We are lucky to have them come to our business each long weekend in the summer camping season.

Hans came to our tattoo convention in barrie this weekend. He was there always early with a smile on his face his staff is friendly and work fast. The food was the absolute best. Everything was made fresh daily. His food was the BEST food truck food that I have ever had! Would drive to wherever he is to eat this food!!! 10/10 would recommend

This place is amazing!! Came here when in Collingwood and I will definitely be back.. From the beginning Hans was super welcoming and made sure explain each question I had about the menu in detail. I ultimately went with the BBQ Pork Steak sandwich and I was not disappointed. You can tell the product was fresh and the pride that went into it was incredible.
We ordered the Pork Schnitzel and Currywurst, and both were super tasty and sooo much better than what we had in Berlin! The owner is super friendly and you can really tell this is a major passion for him. Awesome value as well; definitely give Hans a try!!

I did a tattoo convention in Barrie this weekend and this food truck was there. I ate from it 3 days running and the food was fabulous. The first day I had a plain sausage and it was one of the best Ive had. So day 2 I decided to try the curry broughtworst even though I HATE curry. It was AMAZING!! The sauce he made was a little tangy and a little sweet but out of this world! Day 3 I figured I was on a roll with him so I grabbed another curry one AND something I really detest.... sourkraut... well I wasnt disappointed. The first time ive eaten and ENJOYED the stuff!! The opportunity to try the food from this truck was easily the one thing that made it worth attending the craptacular tattoo convention.

Came across this food truck on a bike ride, just had fries which were fresh and excellent, chatted with the owner a bit who is super nice, looking forward to trying the home made veggie burger next time were in Collingwood.
