This is not just Greek fast food.Dishes are upgraded for restraint quality.The first I thought seems small compared to Toronto restraint but actually filled me up!Also I felt each dishes made properly which made by passionate and professional,so I felt satisfaction.I definitely can recommend my family or friends.And I will go back soon!

We had lots of delicious Greek food to eat and will be eating here again when we are next in Collingwood.

This place was a disappointment. Service at lunch on a Saturday was super slow even though the restaurant was only 1/3 full. The next table that was seated after us received their food quickly. Their server (not the same as ours) replenished their water glasses frequently. Our server didnt top up ours even once. She came by flustered apologizing for the slow service saying everybody came in all at once. Well I guess we were the ones chosen to be inconvenienced. The tea I got was a wrinkled bag of PC brand (yup, Presidents choice) chamomile. The beet salad was okay but I ordered it with a skewer of chicken souvlaki. What came was one of those premade souvlaki you get in the grocery store ( like the Marcangelo brand) that you just heat up. It was not fresh chicken that had been freshly grilled. I have been to many a Greek restaurant and this was the first time I had ever been served a souvlaki skewer like this. Do not go to this place. The only thing going for it is the location.

The food here is amazing, I could eat it every day. Prices are excellent as well, and the staff are all amazingly friendly. Service is fast for both takeout and sit down. Vegetarian options: Their falafel is perfection, but there is much more to choose from.

We used Fig and Feta to cater our daughters first birthday and everyone loved the food! Portions were great, everything was fresh and delicious and ordering was efficient and easy. Would definitely recommend F&F for your catering needs!

Disgusting custome service. I went for my birthday lunch today and that was a big mistake. The waitress was nice but seemed very rushed. I did not like one of the dishes we ordered. We didnt eat it. When the waitress took the plate away she asked if it was OK. I said we didnt like it. She said she would take it off our bill. After that the vibe completely changed. I didnt like one item I ordered and it must have offended someone. We needed a take out box for the rest of the meal but our waitress never came back. A man came over, tossed a box with the bill on our table. Did not offer us dessert. The item was still on our bill. We ended up having to pay $15 on something we didnt eat. I would have loved to have cake for my birthday. We will never be back. EDIT to reply to youre rude reply. As stated above the issue was the rude customer service. I was not offered dessert. I was not asked once how my meal was going. I was not asked if I even wanted my bill or if we were finished. My container was thrown on the table with the bill. I did not ask for my bill. It was clear you were throwing us out because you did not like we didnt like a dish you made. We did not make a big deal about it. We simply did not eat it. We did not ask for it to be taken off our bill the waitress offered and clearly lied. Again the bad review is not because of the food it is because of your disgusting customer service. Also if you consider eating 4 fries from a plate a portion, there is seriously something wrong with you.

The sit down meals a very lovely and delicious, but my favourite is their market and buying the frozen Spanikopita to cook at home. Those are amazing!

We were a table of 6 with a reservation as I know this place is always busy. However, what we didnt know it was their busiest night of the year because there was a music and art festival. Once seated we were told in advance it would be an hour for any food. It was fine for us they brought us our starter salads and drinks. After over 2 hours our food finally came but we were very disappointed. Everything was over salted...potatoes, chicken gyros, lamb gyros, moussaka, french fries. They gave us a complimenatry round of ouzo shots and 2 free cake slices for the 2 bdays we were celebrating. These nice gestures made up for the salty meals. Absolutely an amazing atmosphere for casual dining or large parties. The food is outrageously tatsy. Absolutely lovely. The feta is a huge star on the menu ofcoarse, and not too salty or overpowering. I recommend to anyone and everyone!!! Food

Went there for an early lunch. The place smelled like chemical cleaners. Whatever they are using to clean the table tops smelt really strong. There was no smell of BBQ or meat grilling which surprised me. The meat tasted boiled and a bit on the dry side. The salad ingredients were fresh and tasted authentic.

I was refused a table as, the place was empty and was told that they did not have a place for me to dine.

First time at the new location. Honestly, great atmosphere, food was disappointing. The chicken souvlaki was small and dry, potatoes were way too saucey. We have had take away before they moved to the new location, and it was much better back then.

The food was really good and fresh. It is a really cute restaurant and the service was excellent. Reasonably priced for the quality, definitely recommend a visit.

WARNING: FOOD AT THIS RESTAURANT IS SUBSTANDARD AND OVERPRICED !!! Being Greek, I wanted very much to like this joint. We were visiting from out of town and I felt that a Greek place would be safe, as Greeks normally know food; and Greek cuisine is generally hard to screw up. I was sadly mistaken and advise people to avoid this establishment. The small serving of moussaka (supposedly based on someones grandmas recipe that the waitress raved about) contained eggplant as tough as shoe leather. My jaw was sore from chewing it. As a Greek, I am asking the owners to please take it off the menu, as it is insulting to all Greek grandmothers. Shame on them for hyping it up that way. The chicken souvlaki was dry and fibrous. I suspect that the chicken breasts from the restaurants supplier are woody (Google for definition), or the meat was previously frozen. Also, the chicken was totally flavourless (in contrast, the ground beef in the moussaka had decent flavour). If I had known, I would have convinced my son and his mother to go for pork souvlaki, which is much harder for amateurs to screw up, as it has natural juiciness and intense flavour. The pita served in the side dish with the olives was VERY DRY. Whole wheat pita is generally dry and also NOT TRADITIONALLY GREEK. Why not serve a thick white Greek-style pita? Its the same cost for the owner. Also, for the very high prices they are charging, that side should include a few feta slices. The rice was fine. The deep-fried calamari was okay. The grilled veggies were fine. The tzatziki was okay. The Greek salad was fine. Service was VERY VERY SLOW. They appear to have lots of wait staff, so I suspect the bottleneck is in their kitchen. Slow service is not cool for substandard food. Many previous reviewers have complained about rude service. Our waitress was personable and knowledgeable, but when I complained about the leathery moussaka after working part-way through the dish (she knew I was Greek and I therefore knew better), she DID NOTHING about it. Later when she came out with the bill, she said that the kitchen was TOO BUSY for her to interrupt them with my complaint, and that she would bring it up after dinner service! I am financially comfortable, so I did not need the dish removed from my bill (I consider it charity from one Greek to another), but she should have either removed it from the bill or offered a free dessert or something else to compensate me for my complaint. I dont blame her. I blame management, because I suspect that complaints from waitresses are met with resistance like That malakas taste buds are screwed up or That peasant doesnt know gourmet food. Finally, I emailed the above complaint to the restaurant in order to avoid publicly embarrassing them (Greek loyalty). The delusional owner responded stop trolling us please, we are very busy. Thank you for your restaurant management pointers. And thank you for your roleplaying answers to the servers telling management your meal was not good (funny). No sir, theres nothing funny about spending a small fortune on a bad meal. Avoid Fig & Feta at all cost!

Nice restaurant, you need to book a seat in advance otherwise you won t get a seat! You need to order everything right away otherwise you will have to wait 60 minutes for the main course! Be sure to check if the food is spicy, octopus is very spicy, you won t be killed! I recommend tzatziki! Good Greek salad! The kids loved the burgers! The portions are large, you can easily take one for two! Delicious hummus, I RECOMMEND Parking: There is free city parking across the road, with plenty of free space.

This is the best place to go in Collingwood for an amazingly priced restaurant experience. Not only is the food amazing and great quality for a decent price but it reminds me of what restaurants are all about. Going to fig and feta is more than just sitting down to eat, it s an experience to observe nice people, connect with family and friends and see how the restaurant operates. Family run/owned, great art all over the restaurant. Overall my favourite small business to support in Collingwood. Really recommend trying thier famous dessert baclava. Best dessert I ve ever had in my life. Happy eating here!

This place is my go-to spot for good, healthy and substantial food for dinner. It s also phenomenal value. I ve seen Bessie s business grow from a small location up Hurontario to this much larger, beautiful spot. Usually when that happens with most restaurants, the quality suffers. But not here. She hires great staff and is still working her butt off to ensure her customers are more than satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend you try this place if you re ever in Collingwood.

Meh. Wont be back. The service was abominable and there was barely any Greek salad dressing put on any of our salads. Save your money and go to Tholos.

Fig & Feta is fantastic! There are so many options to choose from on the menu so you re sure to find something that appeals to you. They even have a good selection of GF options. The food is always delicious, full of flavour and so fresh! It s made with fresh ingredients in house, nothing tastes like it came from package or freezer. The wait staff are always friendly and everyone works together as a team so well, with hostesses filling water glasses, clearing tables etc & wait staff making sure you always have everything you need. Portions are large but prices aren t! This is one of the few places left where you can leave feeling full (and sometimes even with a doggie bag) but you don t feel like you ve spent a fortune! Prices are fair, especially for the amount of food you get and the quality of it. Even the beverages are fairly priced. The atmosphere at the new location just adds to the overall enjoyment of dining here. They did a fantastic job decorating and the new space is very welcoming! I highly recommend Fig & Feta. Whether dining inside, on the patio, doing take out or just picking up some items from the shop, you ll definitely leave feeling happy. It s our favourite restaurant in Collingwood. Vegetarian options: Our friends have no problem finding options at this restaurant. Dietary restrictions: They have lots of GF options! We ve been to Fig and Feta many times, and the food is always amazing. This time, though, I was a bit disappointed. We usually go on Saturdays and there s always space, but for some reason, there were no seats available even though 3/4 of the store was empty. We ended up doing take-out and the food didn t disappoint. The potatoes were tender and cooked to perfection, the rice was great, and the salad was the best Greek salad I ve had. The meats were succulent and melt in your mouth. Unfortunately, they made a mistake with my order and didn t provide some items I ordered. They said they would reimburse me, but I m still waiting for that to go through. Despite this hiccup, I d still give them a 10 out of 10 because the food is just that good. Hoping for a smoother experience next time!

Solid greek place with large portions! Same if not better than some places in Greek Town! We share one dinner with 2 extra skewers and that was enough for us! Staffs are very nice

Growing up in the city with authentic greek food I was a little disappointed by the quality of food at Fig and Feta. While it is not bad, it is just very average and some items are pretty bland. However, what really made the dinner and second attempt lunch experiences negative were the servers. The first time we had a middle-aged male server. While the restaurant was busy, it was not packed. After 20 min of sitting with no greeting, we flagged down another server who had already taken the orders of folks who were seated 10 min after us. When the male server came over he was rude and seemed to be in a rush to leave us. He kept saying he was super busy, yet would spend 5 min talking to the people at the tables around us. The last straw with him was when he forgot to give me a knife, so when he came back I reminded him about it, fifteen minutes later I still did not have a knife so I walked up to him and asked about it. He rudely told me to sit down and told me that he already said he would bring it to me. By the time I finally got a knife my food was mostly cold. The time we went in for lunch we had a middle-aged female taking care of us. I have a feeling she is related or married to our male server since she had the exact same attitude as him - rude, stressed, and in a rush over nothing. Overall, the food is not good enough to warrant going back to such a terrible environment. IF there was contactless pick up, I would probably eat there since the food is fairly reasonably priced.

We had excellent food here, from calamari, to beef and lamb, chicken pitas and salads. Portions were generous and flavour and presentation was good. The server did not rush us and we enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

We had the octopus appetizer, seafood linguine, lamb souvlaki and lamb gyros. All the meals were fantastic. The server was great, the food came fast and the restaurant was pretty big and they were very organized. The seafood linguine had plenty of seafood and the portions were substantial. The salads were covered in feta and they did not cheap out. I would definitely go back.

My book club has been meeting here monthly for a couple of years and they nail it every time! The food is consistent, fresh, authentic, and delicious. Shrimp are massive and a great addition to the fig & feta salad or rice bowl. Service is excellent - Ian is a pro! The new space is even better than the last. Very happy for Bessie & team to see this Collingwood fave thrive!

What a disaster of a day. We had a moody, rude and disinterested waitress taking our order. We waited 45 minutes and not once did our anybody check in on us nor find out what was taking so long for out meal. Other guests after us already got and finished theirs. We had to ask where our order was and she told us shell check and disappeared. We asked someone else and we were told they dont have our order anymore. Fed up, we decided to just leave. We asked for the bill and again they never showed up, so we got up to get it ourselves. The waitress sid she had it in her hands, but gave it to someone else and left. The one who was trying to bill us didnt know her colleagues number so she refused to bill us. At this point my friend and I were so fed up we asked what was going on, but she instead asked me if I didnt understand her instead... I dont know where the service was at today, but it was atrocious and unforgivable. Not once did anyone try to apologize to us, but instead gave us a hard time instead. We had the mousakka dinner and the falafel rice bowl. Both were delicious. We enjoyed the baklava for desert and even got a few more deserts to go. Large quantities for the price and very good value , all the food is delicious. Nicely decorated restaurant and comfortable patio.

Lovely! We enjoyed our food immensely. Not often you see taramosalata on the menu, so that was a bonus.

The food was very good. The place was hopping and the wait staff were very on top of it. The food came out very quickly, and everything was as ordered. One step between the door and our seat, but a little challenging to maneuver into our table. There was a barrier free patio and other seating available without that step. It looked like the bathroom was also step free but I cant be sure. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps between the door and our seat, but a little challenging to maneuver into our table.

Just two hours ago my wife and I had a fabulous meal at the Fig & Feta in Collingwood. I had the Octopus dinner which was one of the tastiest Octopus, so tender and the taste was like it was just pulled from the ocean. My wife had kind of a beet salad with a nice filet of Grilled Salmon on top. Our servers were Jimmy and Melissa, just the right people to ask what is fresh and good. We will be back real soon at The Feta & Fig. Alex& Susan

Outstanding Greek food. Service was exceptional both times we went. I cant say enough about how much we enjoyed the food and how good our server was.

NOW THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A RESTAURANT!!!!! I came in alone, was quickly seated and given water and a menu. Place was PACKED and the rotation of customers in & out was mind blowing. Order was placed promptly. Drinks and food came at a reasonable speed considering the customers. The waitresses were on the BALL man, while being calm and collected all worked together extremely well and FAST. Best run restaurant I ve been to in quite a while. Thank you!!!!

May 23 2024, my husband took us to the Fig and Feta for my birthday. Our reservation was 5:30, rather than a relaxing evening we were rushed. We had not finished our salad when our main course was put in front of us. Too rushed, food too cold, Greek lemon potatoes were cold, and no lemon flavour, , lamb was dried out and cold, rice was cold, the only decent food was the fig and feta salad that accompanied the meal. The coffee was cold, no coffee cream only 2% milk. I would not recommend Fig and Feta. The waitress was pushy, and very rushed, and it was an unnerving experience, we did not feel relaxed and said we ll never go back. Heather and Jerry Vegetarian options: salads Parking: parking on the street, free after 5:00 p.m. parking is not a problem.

It took 6 meals almost 1.5 hours for the meals to come out to us. The server was not the greatest. The area we were in was very loud. There was no Kola Kare.

I m a vegetarian so I can t speak on all of the food but I order from here about once a week because I can t get enough! Their falafels are amazing, the tzatziki is the best I ve ever had, and the butter beans are to die for. I get the falafel plate with either rice and butter beans, rice and potato, or potato and beans. It s amazing every time. I also love that the meal comes with a little Greek salad. The spanakopita appetizer is 10/10. And I love the tzatziki with pita. OH and the chocolate devotion cake is incredible too. I m addicted and I can t stop ordering from here :/ so beware lol Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options! I love the menu at Figs & Feta. BUT the delivery through Uber is disappointing. I ordered an hour or more ago, delivery was 33 minutes. Ehsan was the delivery person named on the receipt. I am still waiting

Disappointing visit with a group of 12 last evening. Had made the reservation 3 weeks ago and had been in touch the past couple of days. We arrived and not set up for us. A/C not working on this stinking hot day. Felt badly for staff as well. Service was good after a delayed start. Most of the group was happy with their food. The moussaka was not its usual great quality and a plate of mussels had about a dozen that did not open. Probably won t book for a group again! Hope this popular venue irons out the service/operational issues.

First visit to Fig & Feta What an amazing little place. Great service from all especially our server whos name I forget. Hubby had the gyro dinner and I enjoyed the pasticissio (sorry for spelling) flavors were amazing. Will definitely come again.

For my main course, the chicken souvlaki accompanied by beans and lemon potatoes was cooked to perfection. Update: place has expanded, portions are smaller, still good quality. Was my first time having Greek in collingwood and thought I would try this place. We had the lamb burger, pork skewers, rice, favs beans and moussaka. My lamb burger was ok, the toppings were great but the burger needed slightly more seasoning. The pork skewer portion was a small portion compared to what we are used to at other Greek places. The moussaka was ok. I m giving it 4 because the fava beans and the dessert was amazing. We had the carrot cheese cake. I would say the general portions are pretty huge and their salad is amazing!! I may try it again one day to test the salads, they have a good variety. Was a good overall experience. The ambience is also pretty good.

I ordered saganaki and the waiter brought it to me on a plate and told me it would be hot. It was not. Since when does a greek restaraunt not serve it at your table on fire. Shame on you. The chicken souvlaki was dry. The waiter was very unattentive and practically threw our food at us and never returned until we had to get another wait staff to get him for our bills. Unimpressed.

TODAY S POST: Response to the owner - The waiter who served us looked to be in his 30s. Maybe he was younger, maybe he was older. Nevertheless, his skills as a waiter were awful. As for the amount paid, I selected the $1 to $10 bracket as I only paid for the beverages, due to the fact that the food was awful. An unfortunate experience all around. As for when I post my review, that s up to me, the customer. I shelved the negative experience I had at your restaurant as I was so upset and yesterday when I saw your restaurant I was reminded that I never took the time to provide my input on your place of business. I hope your reviews continue to be positive. It s just unfortunate my family, friend and I were not on the receiving end of a lovely meal. Id be upset too if my place of business received a negative review. Maybe its time for you to re-evaluate how you train and monitor your staff rather than accusing others of posting false reviews. YESTERDAY S POST: About 6 months ago we chose this place for lunch as a friend was visiting and it was getting wonderful reviews. Big mistake all around. We arrived around 1 PM, and the lunch crowd was just starting to thin out. Our waiter, a gentleman in his 30s, needed to be hailed three times before he would give us a menu. Thats right - one menu for 4 people. We made our selections and again, having waited 15 minutes, we had to get the waiters attention to take our order. As we were waiting for our food we saw people arrive, be served, and still we waited for our food. After 20 minutes I approached the bar and asked what the issue was. The waiter had not submitted our order. They put a rush on the food. When the waiter arrived, he practically threw the plates on the table then turned his back and left. The chicken was almost raw, the salad overdressed and the wrap soggy. I asked for the manager, who was indisposed. I refused to pay for the entire bill. I did pay for the beverages and we left. Today I was again in Collingwood visiting a friend. She suggested this restaurant as she noted it was getting good reviews. I refused and recounted our previous experience. Bent Taco was excellent!!

First time on Friday May 10th. Jessica was our server and she was fantastic! Very friendly and professional. Loved our meals and the atmosphere was nice. Will definitely be back! Food : 5/5

Our food was mostly average, except for the grilled whitefish which was very well received. Attentive and friendly staff make this place worth the visit. Thanks to Sarah and the rest of the staff who did an amazing job on a busy evening.

Poor Service and sub-standard food We gave this restaurant a try because we had read so many great reviews. The restaurant was pretty full when we arrived, we were shown to our table, looked over the menus and wine list and WAITED 10 minutes In that time, our waiter went by ignoring us as he wended his way to other patron-filled tables. Some obviously waiting for service. No word from him nor eye contact each time he passed. When one of us asked excuse me as he walked by she received a dismissive look and was curtly told he would be back. He eventually came back with water, but no apology for the delay and left without asking about or taking our order. We had been left WAITING almost 15 minutes. We WAITED again another 15 minutes. Watching him go by and disappearing, but we were not alone. As mentioned, other patrons at nearby tables were enduring the same poor service. We WAITED again. 15 minutes later he and came back to take our food orders. He returned 10 minutes later with our salads and 10 minutes after with our appetizer. We took our time as we had a feeling our mains wouldn t be arriving anytime soon. We were right. We WAITED for another 30 minutes to get our mains. We really enjoy unrushed meals but this was definitely an unenjoyable experience. No reasons or apologies for the delay provided. Of the three of us, one ordered the beef gyro and the other two chose souvlaki dinners; lamb and chicken. The one who, unfortunately for him, chose the gyro, found the beef was hard and dry. The other two did slightly better but the lamb souvlaki was over done and the chicken souvlaki was also dry. It wasnt until we had almost finished that our waiter returned. He asked how our meal was and if we wanted dessert. We held back from saying what, in hindsight, we should have. Instead of complaining about his poor service and the food, we shied away from public confrontation and didn t want to wait any more or endure his rudeness. Having been at the restaurant for two hours of which most of it was spent waiting to be served, we asked for the bill. He came back with the machine and unsurprisingly it had four tip % options 18, 20, 25 and 30. Everyone knows there s an option to leave a dollar amount, but there s no reason for restaurants not to start at 15% option. We could tell this waiter was not happy with what we tipped him. We wondered why we gave one at all. It is also rude and annoying to have the waiter hover over your shoulder as you decide what tip you wish to give. The kicker was when we asked for a copy of the receipt and he handed us one so light and barely readable. The waiter s parting comment was yes it is hard to read but the machine has been like this for two years. No sorry. nothing!!! The evening s meal was marred by utterly awful and rude service. No, we won t be coming back to this restaurant and won t be recommending it to our friends either.

A wonderful place to celebrate life over an amazing meal. The lamb shank falls off the bones and the taste experience is brilliant. The atmosphere is welcoming and modern and the staff is great. Just passing thru Collingwood and recommend this resturant highly.

Service was good. Food was very poor. Our calamari arrived cold, gyro was also cold and not juicy at all. Everything else was lukewarm. Saganaki appeared already warmed up on a plate - no Flaming! I ve had way better Greek food in a food court. It seems nothing was fresh or cooked on site and they just warmed up already cooked food. Disappointing given the reviews. I will now only read bad reviews and look or common themes.

We found Fig & Feta last year in 2023 and it became our favourite restaurant right away! Food & staff last year were AMAZING!! We actually chose to come back to collingwood this year for our trip because we were excited to come back to Fig & Feta ..... Well we were VERY disappointed this year We ordered the food to bring home, we ordered 2 pork & 2 chicken dinners, we got 3 chicken and 1 pork dinner. The chicken was dry and the pork didnt taste like pork souvlaki and it had bonus fragments in it. It must be new owners this year and we are so upset & disappointed.

Bessie and her crew were kind enough to accommodate and host my wifes birthday. It was an amazing experience top to bottom - from service to food along with atmosphere...it truly made this a special day for us. Highly recommended - well return whenever we visit again!

Really nice Greek food. I used to frequent Athens for work and I can tell you this place is REAL Greek food. We ordered the dip sampler and we re a bit disappointed by the portion size, but will just get a big tzatziki next time. The salad were fantastic. Will definitely be back. Food was standard Greek fare done well. My wifes moussaka was a bit overdone but still tasty. My chicken gyro dinner was a bit dry, but still tasty. The dessert was delicious, a baclava pistachio cheesecake. Amazing. Prices very reasonable.

Went to collingwood with my family over the holidays and we wanted some delicious home cooked food so we went to fig and feta and wow they did not disappoint, it was so delicious. The chicken was perfect, tender and juicy, the tzatziki was perfect! Such a great meal it was the best we had in collingwood, we will definelty be going back.

We just saw the name and decided to have a late lunch and it was a good decision. The food was delicious. Im a vegetarian and found veg options as well and my husband had gyros and he liked it. The portion was good. Their signature dippings along with pita bread were nice. We couldnt taste their desserts as we were full with the food we ordered. People serving were absolutely friendly but only problem is we had to wait for a while before our food arrived. They also catered my brothers wedding 2.5 years ago and it was PHENOMENAL I always HIGHLY recommend fig and feta to all my family,friends and clients! I went to fig and feta on November 4th for my birthday dinner. I have never been and love Greek food. I was really looking forward to the meal. I made reservations for my husband and I two weeks before the date. We were sat at the worst seat in the restaurant. A small table squished up against a wall, right beside the kitchen. I spent the night being bumped into and my coat stepped on. We ordered our appetizers and our main meals. Our main meals came out quickly but was given to the table beside us, when they realized their mistake they were given to us. The food was good but it was cold. The chicken was dry. When we were about 80% done eating , the waitress went up to the table beside us explaining how sorry she was that she forgot to put in their appetizer and its on the way. The couple there had no idea what she was talking about but said they would take the food anyways. When she realized she was talking to the wrong couple she came over and said our appetizers would be there soon. I didnt see the point of having an appetizers now since I was almost finished eating. I declined. It looked like everyone around us was having a good time with good service. I am not sure why we were forgotten about. It was a disappointing experience and we will not be back.

Halfway through our meal, my friend realized the chicken was quite pink in the middle. We told our server. She took the plate to the back and then ignored us for over 30min. We had to asked someone else for the bill. We were charged for the under cooked chicken. No apologies were given. My friend was sick for 2 days after. Would not recommend, would not go back.

We eat at Fig and Feta at least twice a month and it never disappoints! The food is alway super fresh and delicious! The owners as well as the staff are lovely and always make time for you even when they re super slammed. They are very organized and always pick up the phone for take out no matter how busy they are. We will continue to support this amazing local business!

I recently went at Fig and Feta and was initially pleased to be told we could choose our seating. However, our experience took a turn when we were later informed that our chosen seats were unavailable, despite no reservation signs being present. It would have been appreciated if Sara at the front desk had communicated about an upcoming party. Instead she decided to come over and attack us like it was the end of the world for simply sitting where we felt comfortable. How rude! This lack of organization and communication resulted in a disappointing and, regrettably, unprofessional front-of-house experience. Its disheartening when establishments are marred by staff who may not prioritize their responsibilities. Communication is KEY

Super top notch service in a cool venue. The food was amazing - the first time Ive ever been exciting about eating falafel! Generous portions, lots of options and extremely fair pricing. But the staff really made the experience; it was entirely refreshing to have such an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional crew take their jobs seriously and professionally, while making a fun atmosphere.

Food and staff here are always great. Take out or dine in. This dine in visit was - loud! Could barely hear the waitress and she could barely hear me. Loud background music. Could probably use a few more sound dampening panels as the ones they have are not effective. Would also be nice to have a large print menu So much space on the menu. Bigger font would be nice.

Our first time visiting today and the food was fantastic as was the service! We will be back again....!
