Ordered pizza and wings and everything looked and tasted awful. One side of the pizza was flat and other side was puffed. The wings looked like the sauce wasn t made proper. Not even the worst part. I did contact but received no reply back and got ignored. Will not be spending money here going forward!

Sadly I have to put a star to just write a review. Ordered pizza at 10:00pm they said 40 mins. After 11pm now and no show and no driver to reach as store closes at 11pm. Power outage and sadly we trusted Dominos to help us out tonight. Not my first time disappointed with this store but now after 3 strikes your out. Moving on to another company now. I try to give benefit of doubt but really how can you guys screw up 3 times randomly?!

This pizza was delivered before I even had a chance to let everyone know I had ordered dinner. And it was piping hot. There was 60+ ppl (not everyone was joining in on a late night snack) but we were all pretty impressed. The kids liked watching the status online of what was being done next with our order.

Has slipped significantly as of late. My recent order was terrible, all three pizzas were significantly undercooked with extremely doughy crust. They reached out and offered a free pizza as a replacement to my entire order but won t be returning either way after a third bad order in a row.

The Quality of this specific piza place has increased over the last few months. They pay Attn to requests made on the order Eg Extra sauce, Baking, Cut etc and have good amount of cheese on the pizza. Food

I love Dominos pizza. Their app is amazing and they always make me feel like a VIP. I gave Dominos another chance a few years ago when they supplied pizza to what seemed like every hockey party my kids went to. I loved that they support their community as much as I like their food. The ability to dial your own perfect pizza in using their app is a major bonus. It will show you that your pizza is being made, baked, checked, and out for delivery. I love it

I ordered Bbq chicken pizza. I assumed that has no Bacon, but it had Bacon more than chicken. I phoned them to explain the situation. They told me that I have to buy new one. I told them okay but you should at least deliver it for free. They did not do it. Their menu is not respecting diversity in Canada. Im Muslim and I do not eat bacon. They should emphasize the toping of the pizza to everyone before buying. I will never buy from this store again.

Extremely disappointed with Dominos in Collingwood. I ordered 2 pizzas. Both were terrible. They tasted like cardboard. Toppings were awful and my triple order of mushrooms was barely comparable to a normal single order at any other pizza restaurant. The chicken wings were disgusting. What a waste of money!

Good but okay

I needed to edit my initial review. Its been almost a year since I ordered pizza (Dominoes being my favorite) but at times there were issues with overdone and even burnt pizzas. Today I ordered Dominoes after all this time, and it was overdone , dry and in some areas burnt. I will find another place, no more Dominoes.

Placed an order on a Saturday evening. It was done promptly, and was hot and ready at the time for pickup. Staff was very friendly and ready to put my order right into my hands (you should pay them more, as if it wasnt for them, my 5-star review could quickly deteriorate into a dreaded 3-star or lower review with your inflated prices!) Your staff was busy, but were still prompt and happy to serve, and you are lucky to have them!

So my friend ordered they wouldnt give him money back cause he ordered online for delivery they said he ordered pick up i called talked to them there was no e-receipt they dont send one? Ordered online - multiple times they didn t give dipping sauce that was paid for. They gave cinnamon sticks instead of bread sticks and included marinara???

Always friendly service, they make a great pizza (i.e when I ask for extra sauce, I actually get it unlike many others that have ignored the request) and best of all, they let you know when future promos or coupons are coming up that you might want to take advantage of. Whats not to like?
