Tres Bien! I had awesome experience in pizzaville; ambiance and food was super. In addition, dealing of staff was very polite and wisely; I like it. Specially one kind girl is working over there, she provided us everything beyond her key responsibilities -That was the respect towards the customers. I think her name is Raman Kaur. Thank you Raman and thanks everyone made our day.
Gave us the special price on a pizza with half of one side and the other side with two different toppings. Great crust full of flavor and very fresh.
Spent our vacation in Collingwood & decide to order takeout here. Ordered online & says usually take 20min. So glad I set the timer & went there right at 20min. Too bad the app doesn't show the progress. When arrived staff told me he just got the order 5min ago. But then apologize when he looked closely at the time printed on it. I wasn't angry at him as he apologize immediately saying it's a busy day & said takes another 5min or so. And I think it depends on when the central system sent it over to them. It's mainly the way how polite he's dealing with the situation which gives me patience. I ended up waiting for 40min in total for my order from the time I ordered it. It's late and I was with my kid but it's OK because of their attitude. The staff offered us some free pops and desserts too for getting us wait. The pizza and wings are great and very hot. And the place seems clean (although I only stayed there waiting to takeout).
Great fast food slice and a pop $7. Taste good and can't beat the price
Super nice employees, no frills excellent quality pizza at a great price. The $4 huge slices are really 2 slices (they cut them in half for you), so even if you have a huge appetite you don't need to spend more than $8 for a filling lunch or dinner. Went there twice on our vacation to the area and they were consistently good both times.
I looooooove Pizzaville it makes the best pizza all around, get it because pizzas round! Never mind, but I love it at Pizzaville it’s a great place my mom usually orders the pizza then me and my brother pick it up and there’s always this guy that works when we’re here, anyway he’s the best worker EVER!
UPDATE: Pizza tonight, June 27th was awful. The crust was burnt and hard to chew. Hardly any cheese on both pizzas. Highly disappointed. Will be looking for a new place for pizza. Both pizzas were garbage, I want my money back! I normally order from another popular pizza take out business in Collingwood, but I decided to try something new. I was not disappointed. The pizza was delicious! Just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Very tasty and cooked just right. I'll be back!
Delicious. Nice variety of toppings. Update: we have ordered over a handful of times since their opening. Pizza is always hot and lots of topping. My man loves the deep fried panzorottis. Delivery is friendly and we haven't waited over estimated time. Keep it up!

First time ordering Pizza Ville in Wasaga Beach. It is AWESOME. Hands down best pizza in town. We went in amd ordered and took it home. Never have I ever ordered 4 pizzas and had it under $60.00. Crust is awesome. Sauce is so flavorful. Not lacking toppings at all. 5 of us in the house and we all love it. Finally a decent pizza place that doesnt taste like it was frozen. Tastes like fresh toppings. No soggy crust.... I think you get the point if your reading this. And it is clean and orgainized.

Good pizza, a little behind with their orders but still good taste
My group had to make a last minute order. Thank god they were still open for a little bit. I ordered online and they had a pretty good online deal! We got 2 of those deals and we got 4 topping medium pizza, some wedges, sauces, and 2 free drinks for about $70. I even got a call afterwards confirming my order! The quality of the pizza was pretty good, and this was a life saver for my hungry group of friends :)

The pizza itself is good for fast food pizza and I d have it again for sure. The marinara sauce is also good. The arancini, however was not arancini by any means. It was soggy and mushy. You wouldn t have been able to even tell it was a rice ball. The dipping sauce was Hellmans which was underwhelming. All in all, I d go back for the pizza but nothing else.

Literally ANY other pizza place has bigger/better panzerottis. Two child sized panzerottis for 25.99, with extremely minimal toppings. If you like expensive dough, this is the place to order them.
Wow these boys know how to do it. Best pizza in town. We had the Margarita. Perfectly done and so tasteful like a high end pizzeria No exaggeration! You got to order here! By the way this was the Collingwood location. NOW WE NEED ONE IN WASAGA.

They were a few minutes late but it was a Friday night so no biggie. Panzos and pasta were great.
My wife and I ordered a Gluten Free Asiago Chicken Pizza from Pizzaville in Collingwood 2 nights ago. My wife is celiac and the gentleman who waited on us assured us that it would be totally GF. It was a DELICIOIUS pizza and a perfect size for the two of us to share. I want to thank the 2 men who waited on us for their excellent service, an exceptional pizza and being knowledgeable about my wifes dietary needs. We will definitely be back...

I decided to give Pizzaville Collingwood another go because you shouldnt base your opinion of a place off one bad experience. The pizza was great and the driver was cheerful and friendly on this occasion. Ordered 4 pizzas and not a slice left over. Pizza was good but wont ever be ordering from here again. Driver was rude, didnt bring change and kept putting his hand in my face. Sorry bud youre not getting a 20 dollar tip on a 25 dollar pizza go get my change!
Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery to blue mountain. The crust was flat, hard and chewy. The topping were dry and leathery meats. The cheese was okay but very skimpy on the portions. Only ate 4 slices between the 4 of us and threw out the rest. Would not recommend.

I ordered a gourmet pizza at the Collingwood Pizzaville for the first time and it was such a deception. Very very poor quantity of cheese and toppings. It seemed a very poor frozen pizza. I had to add some cheese and pepperoni to make it tasteful. It definitely doesn t worth the price.

I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I always tip, Im polite, and I love your pizza. Recently youve stopped making my regular order correctly. I get two pizzas for my family, one thing crust and one regular but you always make both thin now. Sometimes the driver even mentions it and offers another pizza, as though Im going to wait another 40 minutes for the other half of my order. If it was noticed, why wasnt it remade at the store before delivery? Why would an incorrect order be delivered after being noticed? Today I placed a polite note with the order to please only make the Margherita thin crust. My other pizza was even thinner than the Margherita pizza, almost like it was on purpose. I cant tell you how disappointed that I am. I dont like thin crust. I tried calling but cant get through to the store, only the call center. They said that can send me a new pizza or give me a 50% credit for next time. I dont think thats fair. Dinner is over so Im not waiting for another pizza, and now Im worried my order will be tampered with for saying something about it. It was my favourite pizza in Collingwood. Edit: the reply before says to email or call customer service. In my review I stated that I had already done that with unsatisfactory results, reasons outlined above.
I purchased a Panzerotti and asked for extra cheese and ham. Paid the extra by the time I arrived home in Wasaga to my dismay no peperoni and hardly no ham everything that was in it was at one end. Just my cheese and a touch of ham totally turned off
The base was good however they put raw onions on the pizza even post I told them that I dont want any. That spoiled the taste a bit. Check your pizza if its a take away

My family and I ordered two party pizzas and one large pizza. They were extremely well made and very tasty. We got a spinach and artichoke party pizza which everyone loved. The toppings were fresh on all 3 pizzas and the pizza was warm. We enjoyed the food a lot! I dont live near Collingwood but if I were to come back and visit, I would definitely come here!! I would recommend it to others as well!

Ordered a gluten free pizza with cheese and pepperoni. For anything other gf people out there you know gf dishes vary in quality greatly. Pizzaville nailed it. I think its flaxseed? Either way its delightful. Go try it!

Cant believe we never thought of ordering from them. Tried them today for the first time and were very impressed. Taste like something youd ordered from a local resturant without that franchised fast food taste. From the pizza to the dessert everything taste fresh. Our go to pizza place from now on.

This was honestly some of the best late night pizza my girlfriend and I had. We ordered at 11pm and had two different pizzas and both tasted great! Pesto with chicken and red onions was delicious, would highly recommend!

Used to be great, but the last 2 times we ve ordered the quality has been terrible. The pizza s were soggy , the toppings tasted old, and the wings weren t sauced well. Really sucks because this used to be my favourite pizza place, but now the quality is awful.

Our order is one and half hours late. This is 100% not acceptable. Its been two hours and still the delivery hasnt arrived. We called 5 times now and every time we get told our order should be here in 8 minutes.
Ordered pizza and they took over hour and half then they couldn t get a hold of driver then the wouldn t give my husband and discount unless I called customer service and wanted to deliver him a cold pizza very very disappointed

I have ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, bacon and black olives and the pizza has been fine with the bacon cooked well. This time the bacon portion was strips of fat placed over the pizza with no meat. Extremely disappointing at this shortcut.
Visited Blue Mountain for the day and enjoyed an amazing pizza from this location. I always order from Pizzaville but this location was the best Ive ever had.

Pizzaville has always been one of my favourite pizzas, unfortunately not any more, or at least not this location. Ordered double bacon, it surely wasn t and they should go back to the bacon they used to use, it was much better. Although cooked on the outside, very gummy/gel like on the inside. Prices are fair, but definitely not the pizza I grew up loving. This is my 4th order. Probably won t go back.

One of the worst locations ever! Ordered 4 panzorottis and they gave me 2 baked when I specifically asked for all 4 to be deep fried. All of them were supposed to have 2 toppings of our choice, but only 2 had them, but wrong toppings, and other 2 panzorottis were basic toppings. It was very disappointing and all of us ended having to eat them because we were starving. Management should have made amends, but didnt after we called to let them know they got order wrong.

We were super hungry And they were almost closing. But they still gladly took our order and served us the best cooked pizzaville pizza. I think its the best pizzaville Ive had. Thank you to the Management. They started cleaning up after giving us time to eat our food. We didnt feel pressured to leave.
