The pizza here is sooooo good that we visited Collingwood for four days and ate here twice! Anyone visiting has to drop by here and anyone who already lives around here needs to keep getting takeout!!

I was lucky enough to have my birthday dinner at Bello yesterday evening and it was truly one of the best birthday meals I ve ever had. Service was excellent from start to finish, Brussel sprouts were ridiculously flavourful and the pizza (spicy goat) was one of the best I ve ever eaten. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice and cozy and our server was really knowledgable. I can t wait to go back and sample some more of the menu.

I was sooooooo impressed with the Spicy Goat pizza!!!! The combination of flavours was truly so delicious!!! And the best part is the quality of the ingredients!! I will definitely buy it again!!! I give it a million stars!!

Wow! First time here and I m blown away! We arrived on a Friday evening at 7pm ish .. (place was full, vibe was great) a few min before our reservation and the table we were going to be sat at the customers were still finishing and enjoying their last sips of wine understandable.. we ended up waiting a few min .. and the manager was so accommodating and welcoming.. he was awesome 5 PLUS service for him while we enjoyed a glass of Prosecco and Rum & Coke.. once we were sat at our table .. the server was so so great .., my bf is Italian and is very picky and he LOVED everything.., food utterly amazing .. restaurant is so tiny and quaint, I just completely loved my evening.. food is outstanding, service beyond outstanding!

Reservation Saturday night for 8:00 pm. We called right before saying we would be a few minutes late (Uber)and it was no problem. When we arrived there was another family at our table. We were 7 in our party, table was for 6. By 9:00 pm. We still had not even received water. The service was BEYOND atrocious. We watched other tables being served that arrived after us, receiving their food even before we received water. We were minutes from walking out when a busboy noticed how long we had been there and our growing state of displeasure. Our table that arrived joyous, taking an Uber so we could enjoy a drink or two with our meal left very displeased and no need to Uber. FYI, the pizza s, 1 round of drinks was $300.00. In speaking with Collingwood locals, this apparently isn t new or shocking to them. The decent thing for Bellow s to do was tell us they were understaffed and would not be able to seat us. We would have just picked the pizzas up. Management could have mitigated this situation.

Best vegan pizza without cheese ever!!!!

My husband and I were in town for our anniversary and we wanted to find a good pizza place. I found Bello online and their website looked promising as did their reviews so we checked it out. It was 10/10. The pizza was huge, and tasted unreal! Seriously one of the best pizzas Ive ever had (and Ive had a lot of pizza in various different countries). We ordered the goat cheese pizza with hot honey and shared it. It was worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I discovered this restaurant last year by accident and thought it was great. I made a reservation and came back again to see if my experience was a onetime deal or not. It was not. The pizza choices are all wonderful and really well made and the appetizers are delicious too. Their specials all sounded good as well. It s difficult to decide what to order. If you are planning on going, plan ahead and make a reservation. It s a small place. And definitely ask for the hot honey sauce to go on any pizza! I bought a jar of it on the way out.

My Fiancée and I celebrated our engagement at Bello and it was such an amazing experience! We have been Bello lovers since it opens in collingwood and this visit did not disappoint. The appetizer and pasta special were DELICIOUS and the spicy goat pizza and cocktails were amazing as always. The food was incredible and the service was even better! 3 words best pizza ever! The Spicy Goat pizza is one of the best pizzas I ve ever had! Service is fast and friendly. Restaurant is small but has a nice vibe. Only small beef would be not carrying any local beers having said that, Duck s IPA was awesome.

This place really exceeded my expectations. This broccolini salad is one of the best things Ive eaten in a long time. I also got the Wake Up Call mocktail which was delightfully unique and refreshing. Pizzas are great too of course, but I appreciate the variety of menu options for sober and carb conscious folks. If life ever has me passing through Collingwood again, youll find me here. Vegetarian options: One fully vegan pizza and multiple salads.

Well first time at Bellow Pizza and I.must say it does live up to the hype and the quality of ingredients it top notch. This is truly gourmet pizza. You pay more but you get so much more. Their Dips are also great. I did a takeout pick up and the reason I only gave Bellow 3* instead of 5*, is they gave me the Wrong Pizza, I shouldve opened the Box and checked before I left. So I will return, but I will next time open the box before I leave.

Amazing pizza - best this side of Naples Italy - we enjoyed the evening special pizza and the Peppe. Both were excellent - the special had sausage which was amazing and Id always order a Bello pizza with sausage again. Wine was a little pricey - but enjoyed. Enjoyed the leftover pizza the next day and it was still delicious. This will be my go to place whenever I get to visit Collingwood. Book ahead - make reservation - or else youll be disappointed - it was bumping busy on a cold rainy saturday night.

amazing service, everyone was so kind and easy going. they got us a table for 7 in a matter of seconds. the food was amazing tasted so fresh and came out so fast. visiting from toronto and this place is definitely something to try here in collingwood.

Hubby and I decided to try this highly rated restaurant on our last trip to Collingwood. We ordered the flattened chicken, goat cheese pizza , Kale Caesar salad and a fully loaded pizza . Everything was excellent. I wish I took pictures , my mouth is actually watering m, remembering how delicious the meal was. I would recommend all of them. The flavours, presentation, etc were excellent! We had yummy leftovers for lunch the next day too . Our server was amazing. She was taking care of so many tables with precision when it came to timing of each of our plates, offering water, making sure everything was satisfactory. , She made sure we didn t need anything during dinner without interrupting our conversation. I wish I had her name as she was one of the best servers I ve ever had. And we have eaten at a lot of places all over the world and I m very picky about service - nothing for me to complain about when it came to the service . The little restaurant was completely packed and she didn t skip a beat. She was a petite brunette, probably 25-30 yrs old. When we first arrived we were told our online reservation couldn t be honoured because of how busy it was that night. However they were able to accommodate us at a rather small table right in the entrance by the Hostess stand. This is my only critique - the restaurant is very small for the amount of people inside of it. I had people bumping passed me several times during the meal. I would have enjoyed my experience even more if the dining table was a little bigger and more space between tables. It s not a place to go if you re claustrophobic. I m sure we will order from here again next time we are in Collingwood . Thank you for a lovely experience

My wife and I just came in on a Thursday from a recommendation. We had the mozza sticks, Nines and the raspberry parfait to finish. This place is incredible a must stop in collingwood.

Best restaurant I have visited in a while. We had Mozzarella sticks, which were perfection, the Asiago dip YUM. A warm pasta salad that was a special and I hope to god they put it on the menu, I would eat it everyday and shared a pizza. Service was excellent, it s very small inside so I highly recommend a reservation. They also offer take out.

Pricey for pizza

I have been there twice now and it is definitely the best pizza I have in Ontario and definitely top 3 I have ever had. It s a little hidden gem! The ingredients and sauces are made from scratch. The pizzas are seriously next level. The dough is so good you won t have any problems eating the edges. You can tell what makes a great food place is the ingredients and these guys use really good quality and fresh ingredients, you can tell by the fact that you know you will have to come back. I have to drive 2 hours to get there but I m looking forward to my next visit.

This pizza place changed my entire perception of paying money for pizza as I always considered pizza as a snack or budget meal. This place is one of the best places I ve been to, the pizza is next level. We enjoyed our time and our food to the max. The staff is awesome and very friendly. June 2024 This is our go-to place for pizza in Collingwood. Its crowded and a bit uncomfortable to eat-in so we get take out. Have tried a few pizzas from the menu and never been disappointed Parking: We found it best to park at Loblaws and walk over, two minutes

What a fantastic meal at Bello. Heard great things and procrastinated way too long about checking it out. Warm atmosphere in the restaurant and nice patio. The ingredients were all so fresh, and the dishes had bold flavours. Ordered the Mozzarella Sticks and the Spicy Goat pizza. The mozzarella sticks were the best Ive ever eaten, served with a house made dip that was incredible, a lemon wedge, and peperoncinis for some extra bite. The fresh Parmesan blanket on top was absolute cherry. The pizza - oh my goodness. Complete indulgence. Sweet, creamy, and umami with a pinch of spice. Dipping in their house sauce was a treat. The pizza had a great crispness, though it could have been a touch less done for my tastes it was still fantastic - extremely manageable and just the right buoyancy of the slice when you grab it from the crust. Their house beer was also great, and well priced. We were worried we might need to order more food but it was plenty for 2 people. The pizzas are a great size to share with an appetizer. 2 pizzas would have been WAY too much for us. Very happy with portions and price. Pizza, mozza sticks, and beer came to $64 before tax. Honestly better value than a lot of other places in town when it comes to both quality and quantity. Cant wait to go back! Thanks to the amazing team at Bello.

Great food and terrific service! There were four of us and we shared two pizzas, the daily pasta special, a salad and we had half a pizza leftover. Everything was delicious. Service was truly excellent. We were celebrating a birthday and the waitstaff brought out a dessert on the house, candle and all! Highly recommend.

I live in Toronto but I went to this restaurant last Friday, May 31, when I went to Collingwood to visit it. The pizza wasn t very good. Food

We ve been to Bello s Pizza twice now! Both times walking in on a Saturday during lunch service, both times we did not have reservations and we were met with lovely staff and were seated right away. The food - Collingwood has some great spots but Bello s Pizza really goes a step above the rest by putting in so much time and effort into each of the dishes on the menu, the special board has rotational offerings and they are nothing short of spectacular. Portions sizes are perfect for sharing and both times we ve had to take some leftovers home! Prices are very fair. I was so blown away by the pork pate I was shocked to only see a $17 price tag! All dish s are beautifully presented and seasoned perfectly from the mozzarella sticks, pork pate special, Brussels sprouts, Italiano Frites, Nines and the Tropical Tony Pizza you can t make a wrong choice. It s not often you leave a restaurant wanting to go back the next day to experience it all over again but I truly can not wait to return. I look forward to recommending yee to everyone! Thank you to the entire team but especially to the Chef and all BOH team for creating something truly special in the town of Collingwood. Cheers!

Excellent pizza! Excellent service, my only gripe, really, would be that I wish their tables were a tad larger. If a party of four, such as mine was, each order a pizza of their own, it does make your meal a little tight. Other than that....great food and we look forward to coming back.

If you ever come to Collingwood, this little pizza restaurant is definitely worth the stop! We ordered the frites Italiano, Bello salad and Nines pizza. The frites were perfectly crispy, lots of cheese and dip, salad was well dressed and the crunch on that pizza crust was perfect! We got a side of chilli oil for our pizza and it really enhanced the flavour (I like everything a little spicy). Service was friendly and food came out quickly and hot. Would come back if we re ever in the area again!

Had Bello Pizza for the first time last night and it was the best pizza I have ever had. The pizza brought so much joy to us. Every single bite was perfection. We look forward to ordering Bello Pizza again as soon as possible. A must try, you will not regret it!

The beautiful young ladies(staff) are very warm and welcoming. The tables were mostly reserved for the mother day celebration but they accommodated us within 10 mins, meanwhile we waited at the bar with mother day special drinks. We ordered vegetarian salad, portobella pizza and cranberry mocktail, mimosa and margarita. Their flavours are authentic, perfectly balanced and delightful. Will certainly go back. Highly recommended!! For parking it s best to park in Loblaws parking and walk to the restaurant.

My family and I eat at Bello Pizza whenever we are in Collingwood. At Bello Pizza, the entire experience (whether we take out or dine in) is consistently WONDERFUL, from the delicious food to the attentive and cordial service to the charming ambiance. Andrew and his team are GENIUSES at what they do. Everything on their menu is unique and top-notch. Great antipasti, great pasta, great pizza, great salads, great care in cooking and in serving the food! What else can you ask for! Out of five stars, I give them six!

Discovered this little spot over the long weekend. Very busy little spot but they were accommodated us on the patio. Not ideal but the service, salad and pizza were all outstanding! We will return (with a reservation)

Overall amazing experience! We had no reservations and the host was very friendly and welcoming. We came back after a nice walk around the lake area, when we got a text the table was ready. We shared the Bello salad and Bello pizza and both were INCREDIBLE. They had specials of the day that also seemed really good and we will have to go back for those. Especially the soft serve ice cream The staff is quick, attentive and super nice! I lost a pair of rings that had sentimental value and came back the next day without any hopes of finding them and was happily surprised not only by their help in finding them by mostly by their kindness! Would certainly recommend to family and friends visiting the town perfect environment for a date night, nice family dinner or picking up a tasty pizza for a night in.

Pizza is excellent, kale Caesar is great (if a tad saucy), brussel sprouts were excellent, but the ambience in this spot (music, lighting, cocktails) are the vibe in town. Reminds of The Low Down in the best ways. Ill need to add Bello to my biweekly rotation.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough - it s AMAZING! The pizzas and pastas were SO FRESH and delicious! Honestly, such a gem hidden in the town of Collingwood! My favourite was the Cesar salad - such a unique spin on this classic!! The friendliest team as well - make reservations ahead of time because the restaurant is popular!

We tried this place on our way to Barrie. The food was outstanding. The pizzas tasted extremely fresh and authentic. We tried the bello special pizza and pesto one and loved both of them. They also use fresh Parmesan which enhances the flavor!

Food was good ! For collingwood probably the best pizza you re going to get. The service was friendly , Couldn t get over the funko pop decor , it s been driving me mad. Everyday I wake up and wonder why they chose the interior design of a 19 year old boys college dorm. The funko pops haunt me daily and for this I rate 3 star.

This is an amazing restaurant with an excellent dining experience. The service was first class and the food is gourmet. We had shishto peppers and brussel sprouts to start. The four cheese pizza was the daily special and we shared the butter tart sundae for dessert. Its my new favorite apres ski restaurant.

This little spot is AMAZING! Leah will explain you all the pizzas and starters with her awesome positive energy! She s one of the persons whose love their job! She explained us all our questions and we had a great time here! Ordered NINES pizza which was absolutely fantastic, crust was perfectly baked and delicious, toppings were tasty and overall an amazing meal! For drinks we ordered their lager which you can see in my photos! Order it and you won t regret it! Tip: do not forget to order their 3 dips with your pizza (hot, marinara, garlic dip) Next time when we get back to Collingwood, we won t miss it to have our pizza in here!

We had dinner at Bello last night and it was really amazing. The pizza was delicious and so were the other entrées and specials that we ordered for the table. Really everything we had was amazing. The service was incredible, Connie took great care of us, was very knowledgeable and was great with our kids. Couldn t recommend highly enough. Looks like they do takeout business as well and it s an amazing pizza for families if you re looking for something easy.

Just left Bello s and was completely enamoured! We were treated with the utmost respect, generosity, and warmth. We had dinner at the bar and engaged in conversation with the owner Leah, who is authentic, friendly, and clearly shares her husband s passion for quality food! The food was authentic Italian and we learned about the long process that goes into making every ingredient from scratch! This is the spot. The food is excellent, only surpassed by the amazing service. Leah and Andrew go out of their way to look after guests, serving great Pizzas in a friendly quaint atmosphere. You never feel rushed. A great spot for 2 or 10! Reservations strongly suggested so you are not disappointed.

Probably the best pizza in Collingwood. The spicy goat was so good!! The hot honey sauce blends all the flavors together and takes the pizza to the next level. The pizza was still good the day after by reheating with the microwave. Would definitely visit again. Booking in advance is advised as it was quite small, a bit packed but the atmosphere is still good.

We have ordered take out and dined in this week at Bellos. Great food, fresh ingredients. My husband actually ate and enjoyed the Kale Caesar salad! Luca was a lovely server. We are happy to have a new restaurant with quality food and staff in town It is very busy so make reservations.

This place is absolutely amazing! We had the heirloom tomatoes salad and it was to die for! We also had the portable pizza and it was delicious. The service was incredible, so fast, and the staff are so genuine. Our server Lucca was the sweetest person and was able to answer all of our questions! This is our new favourite place to go in Collingwood.

We decided to drop by Bello s Collingwood location which opened not too long ago since we were by Blue Mountain. Definitely just as good as the Toronto location (but a bit more expensive for some reason). The exterior and interior design of the place is totally opposite of the Toronto location. It is more of a sit-down spot with indoor and outdoor seating. There was a light and airy atmosphere. We ordered 2 full-sized pizzas and demolished everything - the server said she was impressed lol! Definitely recommend coming here if you re in the area!

One of the best pizza spots out in Collingwood! We always order the Bello Pizza with the garlic aioli and truffle aioli. You can taste the fresh and high end ingredients they use. Whenever I eat here, Im left very happy & satisfied. 10/10 and a must try when you come

This was our second time ordering from Bello Pizza. It was our first time dining in. The pizzas are a thinner crust with unique toppings and are deliciously flavourful. Lovely sparkling wines and local beers. We brought home pizza because we needed room to try the soft serve ice cream swirled with the vegan Dole whip (pineapple). Finally got to check out Bello, and was very impressed. Fantastic, quick, knowledgeable service. Ordered the spicy goat pizza, it was absolutely delicious, huge portion, and the hot honey, wow. Pizza more than enough for two, with a couple slices to go, a few beers and a glass of wine, and some dessert for $75 tax in, you cant go wrong. Highly recommend this cozy spot, and cant wait to come back and try a different flavour of pie!

Every pizza we have eaten here was amazing, my personal favorite is the Tropical Tony!! We are working our way through the whole menu and the Spicy goat is next on my list!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful when it comes to recommendations. Oh and the Frites Italiano are also a must try, they are so good!

Dont know what everyone is raving about, tried the food and its definitely overhyped. Super awkward layout inside, it feels like theyre trying to cram as many people as they can into an already tight space. Had to move out of the way several times to avoid the wait staff. The community table needs to go, who wants to sit beside random people as they try to enjoy overpriced pizza?

My wife found this hidden treasure when we were looking for a good restaurant for dinner in Collingwood. The warm ambiance created the perfect setting for a wonderful evening. The Mozzarella sticks were a delightful appetizer, and the Spicy Goat pizza was a flavorful masterpiece. And last but not least, the service was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Ive been wanting to try this place for months but they are always closed. This time I went on Saturday at 3pm when it says theyre open and they were closed. I wont be attempting to go here again...

Food did not disappoint after waiting months trying to get there and try all their unique gourmet Italian dishes. This was the closest to italian pizza since being in Italy. Its obvious that theyve already outgrown their location in just 6 mths. Parking was a challenge, but honestly, the next time we visit, we will park near the loblaws public parking and take a nice stroll. They also offer take out! That will be next on our list.

People and food were excellent. Fries were amazing and pizzas were awesome too. They have a vegan pizza which I ordered since I cant eat dairy and I was able to add meat to it. It was nice because the base of the pizza was well thought out to accommodate no cheese and still be delicious. Highly recommend.

Small Pizza restaurant in Collingwood with fabulous pizza. Small space fills up quickly, be prepared to wait especially later in the day. Worth it. My friend and I shared a large pizza half margherita and the other half mushroom.

Visiting my nephew and girlfriend in Collingwood - said this is his fave place to eat. Started with beet salad, meatballs, truffle fries and then Margherita pizza - everything was absolutely delicious. They have several delightful specialty drinks, my was Carmela - wow! Staff were upbeat, recommended their faves and we were not disappointed at all. Highly recommend it

We ordered four pizzas, two salads, and all their dips x2 for take out - it was amazing. So delicious. Warning: their Calabrian chili oil is spicy, in the best way possible!

Their gourmet menu was expertly explained, and the impeccable service ensured our food arrived swiftly and was downright delectable. Bello Pizza is the epitome of authenticity their Italian pizza is more genuine than anything Ive ever tasted. A 25-star gem that deserves all the praise!

So good! Such a gem for Cwood. Best pizza in town and worth the price. Only downside is how small (but quaint and cozy) it is because it s hard to get a table. The nanny noir with the hot honey - to die for. Affogato - save room! Love the salads but wish they had more to offer. We def need a second location in town. Kid-friendliness: My kids were welcomed and catered to.

I recently dined here and I have to say, Amandas exceptional service truly stood out. She was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience memorable. Not to mention, the pizza was delicious too! Amandas outstanding service added that extra touch to our meal, and Ill definitely be returning for more of both the pizza and her fantastic hospitality.

Wow. This place is intimate and cozy. The pizza was incredible and the Kale Salad was also top notch. We were happy with the service. The only complaint that we have is the music was a bit too loud for us but that may have just been our taste in volume.

My wife & I since moving uphave been looking for authentic Italian pizza. Finally we came upon Bello pizza in Collingwood. The pizza, salad & service were amazing. Staff very friendly. Took us two years almost to the day but now we know where to go Bello pizza. Thxs G Busato

Legit high quality pizza. They have a very good, crispy dough/crust. The topping combinations are also quite interesting. And the array of dipping sauces is wonderful. We re vegetarian and had no problem here. Boozey cocktails, great beer selection, our server was very friendly, and nice atmosphere. We re from out-of-town and some local friends brought us. Glad they did. We ll be back!

Good pizza, good meat balls, but 105 bucks for two pizzas and meatballs for takeout is just too much. This is so overpriced, but we wanted to try the place. This was the first and last time.

This location doesn t disappoint. Tried their toronto spot first, then Collingwood. If you want a nice laidback dinner out, enjoying delicious drinks and food, you need to try Bello. Pizza was crispy, ingredients were of great quality and they let us try a bunch of their dipping sauces. Owners are very friendly as well. Best place for pizza in Collingwood hands down. Can t wait to return.

Always a great meal, and last night Connie made sure I had the best pizza I have ever laid eyes on! I order takeout here quite a bit, and I dont know if her or the kitchen can possibly outdo last nights order. You guys are the best!!

We go pretty well every week cause it s amazing! The pizzas are excellent tons of cheese and toppings they look expensive but they fill two people no problemz! The salads are exceptional the kitchen is quite talented and they have weekly specials so every week there is a surprise and a reason to convince the wife she needs zah. The service is very friendly especially Amanda if she s in a good mood otherwise watch out hahaha

Bello was highly recommended by a friend and was also my first experience dining outside of the Blue Mountain Village area. We sat down for a late lunch and ordered the Kale Cesar, Brussel Sprouts, Mozzarella Sticks, Spicy Goat Pizza, the feature Pizza, all pizza dips, Apple Crumble, Tiramisu and Affogato. Bello is definitely a 5 star dining experience for the Collingwood/Blue Mountain area. While my experience with the service and food was great I did have a few suggestions. The pizza dips were fine, I mean it s pizza dip, but the bello dip was your typical creamy garlic nothing special for your signature dip. The truffle dip was basic and the chilli oil not spicy enough. The pizza was great, and they came out larger than I expected. The kale caesar and the brussel sprouts were both over dressed for me. Some people like the taste of these two green veggies to be masked by flavour/sauce but I felt it was too much and you completely loose the flavour of kale and the sprouts. The desserts were all great, small, which is how I like it, and shareable. The soft serve machine is a nice touch for those wanting soft serve. Great job Bello, see you next time!

Just a wonderful place with AMAZING PIZZA!! This was my first time there and I will definitely be going back. Treat yourself, it s worth it!! Parking: Just a little tight in the front parking lot, but there is parking out back too.

Just a little local pizza joint with outstanding food and great service. We had an appetizer, pizza and drinks. Very small inside but great atmosphere and we were treated very well. Parking is not great right at the restaurant but lots near by so really not an issue. Definitely will be back.
