Great place riley was great had 15 + people and they had our food within 30 mins on a busy Saturday night

Pretty good GF pizza. I like mine with a crispier crust so a hotter oven a little bit more cooking but good none the less.

If I could give 0 reviews I would! We were in Collingwood for a hockey tournament. There were 57 of us to start at 6:30 and when we arrived our reservation wasn t ready. We were told To go in The bar to order drinks. We did this and then some people left because they weren t waiting any longer. Finally at 7:20 we got our table and the manager had the nerve to tell me to hurry up and get everyone seated. The manager was very rude. The staff was great tho. There were a few orders screwed up tho but that is to be expected with that many people. Second day I ordered 2 lg pepperoni pizzas. And 4 sides of ranch. I had a buy one get one 50% off coupon and my bill came to $67. 2 large one topping pizzas and 4 small sides of ranch! Turns out the small little dixi cups of ranch were $4 each. You real.

9 dollar Caesars. 24 dollars for frozen chicken... How the fudge do they places stay alive.. gross

Great food and quickly made. Ordered takeout. Bandera bread and pizza.

Food was amazing and the service fantastic. Our waitress anticipated our needs and checked back often to make sure we had everything. The bathroom was decent and the tables clean. Only complaint is the fruitflies at our table which kept trying to land on our food and fly in our faces while we were trying to eat. I dont know why they would be there, Ive never had an issue with fruit flies at any other restaurant, but despite that annoyance, I very much enjoyed my time at this location. The waitress certainly made our experience positive with her great service and pleasant personality. Parking: Plenty of parking space available.

Great place for a quick blow out

Ordered the spicy pierogi pizza for delivery. Picture of what I received vs what I should have received. Missing ingredients on the pizza. Disappointed. I called the store to let them know. The manager said thank you for the feedback. Then I asked him Is that it? He said Next time youre in, let us know and well do something for you.

Really good place to have pizza and other Italian food like pasta and salad, have few vegetarian options as well. Opens till late night with sports bar. Best place for late night food with friends.

Fantastic pizza had the small Mediterranean pizza as take out from staying at the comfort inn. Yummy yummy

Atmosphere was dingy and the food was pretty mid. Service was decent which was nice.

Because the hotel that I was staying at provided a 10% off coupon, I went the 10 minute walk to BP and was happy that I did. I had the new Maple Bacon cheeseburger which was fabulous! with a Caesar salad side .. because Im not fond of any too-strong flavour, I thought that this Caesar was one of the best that Ive ever had. My server Maya was very friendly and sweet, always smiling and never left me feeling neglected. Even though I was a solo diner, I had been seated in the perfect location and didnt at all feel uncomfortable.

We were 4 persons and we moved to a table for 6 while our server was away. Another server came to us rude and told us very impolitely to move to another table for 4 persons. She did very disrespectful way. BTW it was on Mar 31st, 2024. It was my birthday but she ruined to my day. It was in Collingwood place! Very bad experidnce!

I attended this location well in the area for a competition. I have to say that staff and food at this location were great. They were amazing with my kids as well. Definitely would attend again and recommend to those who are visiting Blue Mountain/Collingwood area.

I bring my son and his friends to this Boston Pizza apre ski, kid style. Location is on way out of Blue Mountain and very convenient. The food here is standard and good, but what really stands out here is the service provided by the servers. All the servers here are great, but the most outstanding server we have encountered is Kara. The kids love her and she treats them with kindness and respect. Kara is observant and asked if we want drinks refilled which is appreciated. Her service is proactive vs many others who are reactive. There are many restaurants, and most serve similar food. And it is exactly this type of proactive service that brings us back again and again. We will be back again. Thank you, Kara, for being such a cheerful and proactive hostess.

Food is your stereotypical Boston pizza, nothing out of the ordinary. The music in the bar is loud and fun. But what brings everything down is the service from the staff. Been here a few times and the staff are not very friendly. The gentleman at the bar with a mullet who wears the loud shirts purposely gives you eye contact and will not serve your drink within an appropriate time. He will purposely look at you and go back to speaking to his friends. We noticed our server had to make our drinks instead. And this was probably the 3rd time this has happened when he is working the bar. What s the point of working customer service when you don t show hospitality. He only cares if you tip him well and will only show hospitality to those who have tipped him well in the past. News flash, a tip is a gift and appropriate to the service you give. Unfortunately this is the only bar in town open late so if you re looking for a night out you have to come. Didn t get the name of our server but she was friendly enough, will come back just for her. She should be working the bar instead

Alex M. provided exceptional service! I would go back just to have him as our waiter. Good food and reasonable pricing. Only scored 4 for atmosphere as nothing stood out but it is clean and pretty friendly.

We were there last night for a fundraising, we enjoyed our pizza, pasta and salad, our server was beautiful and very attentive to our needs, she has a great smile that made us very comfortable. Saw some customers having beer, I cant have alcohol coz I am driving. If you want a place to hang put late, better go to Boston Pizza bar.

I go here regularly because I love the food and I spend quite a bit of money each time but I just wish it was better. I ve received multiple drinks with fruit flies in them and every time you get your food you have to constantly bat away fruit flies flying around you as you re eating. I ve experienced a couple amazing servers at this restaurant but most of them aren t very attentive. I will be back, just hopeful they ll step their game up a bit.

Very busy and loud on a Saturday

Took my best friend out for dinner at BP Collingwood last night. For the most part all was okay with one exception- the French Onion Soup. I was at best mediochre, lukewarm, tasteless, with two tiny pieces of bread floating on top. Not much cheese, not many onions and definitely NOT worth 9.79 ! Very disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience with the Boston Pizza receptionist. The communication was unclear, and I felt the service could have been more attentive. I hope they can address these issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Amazing Royal Hawaiian pizza!

The worst service you could imagine! Waitress and manager were so rude, we couldn t tolerate them and end up leaving to go some other place to eat.

One of the worst pizzas ive tried in my life.

Service was pretty rough, I had a fruit fly in my beer and asked to get another one by a server. A replacement beer came and there was no remorse for it. Wasn t asked if we wanted another drink either. Food was mediocre, my pasta was watery and tasted like I could have cooked in the microwave.

The food was delicious, the service was great, and they have a 10 dollar discount on each 50 dollar buying

Went in for the weekly work group lunch to be greeted by a new sign reading groups of 6 or more will automatically have 18% gratuity added to their bill . I understand this for big groups on the weekend, but this was 12pm on a Thursday, and the restaurant was practically empty. Also no half price wings on the patio??? Lame. Place across the street has their head on straight though.

Monday night we came in and got seated promptly. Service was slow and lacking for no good reason. Restaurant was dead. To order drinks took a while. Same with food ordering. Receiving food was quick. My order was very bland. Not sure of others at the table though. Had to ask for bill after waiting for some time. When bill came it was not priced correctly and had to get them to fix it. (Kids eat free for September). The few times we called someone over I believe it was the manager because our server was no where to be found majority of the time. I hope she received part of his tip. No one else was in that side of the restaurant so no way of catching him on his way by. I will not be in any rush to come back.

10/10 Location. Took my family in tonight while we had some time to kill, I was met by a host name Devon who was super awesome and friendly. Was great with my kids while leading us to our table. After we were seated my waiter Alex was nothing less then top tier! From the moment he introduced himself I knew I d be taken care of to the fullest and Alex didn t disappoint. To top it all off the food was fire!

We had dinner here on sept 28 and both the service and food were exceptional. Our waitress name was Remus and she was excellent. Spoke to her briefly and she had only been working and serving for a couple months but you couldn t even tell. Keep up the great work. We will be back!! My family and I we were very happy to go to boston pizza in this location due we were on vacations in collingwood we always go to boston pizza in niagara falls on the weekends we know the menu so Im so mad and honestly very dissapointed of this boston pizza as the server actitud was extremely bad we were waiting for someone almost 10 mins after she came with an angry face she ask are you ready to order your food so I say no could you please bring the drinks first she say NO I need your order now but she answer bad so my husband says give us 5 minutes please then she get more angry then she bring our drinks 15 mins later drinks were very bad as the soda was pure water instead of coke and beers were warm also at the time we order the drinks we also order the kids meal once she bring the kids meal one of them my little girl spaghetti come without salsa and my son chicken tenders were hard like a rock then we ask her for the salsa she get mad but she dont even say sorry she just get mad after she bring the pasta we order our pizza she was thats all you want?? Just pizza??? But in a rude tone and we say yes then she say well thats going to take some time be ready to wait then my little girl ask for ketchup and she say ohhh ok and she turn her eyes up looking very uncomfortable after we ask for the bill I told her we have a 10% disscount from the hotel and she say well I dont give you more diss count on your bill because kids eat free so your card is not valid you need to pay the rest if your bill but super rude and then she ask you need the machine or not tell me now and I was like yes and she turn her eyes up very bad like rude . Honestly I didt want to give her a tip she ruin our dinner from the begging till the ends but my husband says well even if she give bad service bad food bad drinks the right is to give her the tip but honestly this is the last time I go to boston pizza Im so dissapointed very dissapointed we spent a lot money in others boston pizza but this one make the worst experience doesnt want to make me back to this place . This one that is only for the staff that cooked. I went here for my birthday dinner, and I did not felt welcome. Not even at one point all I could feel was rude customer services or maybe judged because I m brown the food was great however, the way the person treats you you just feel unwelcome and you don t want to eat any more is what happened with me.

The server was very friendly. The man that greeted us was incredibly friendly. We were seated quickly. The food came fast. We typically love Boston Pizza But it was really gross on this particular day. I didnt eat my chicken dill burger. I left my fries. My daughter only ate half her chicken of her chicken parm. Left the side. My husband only ate half his meal. Cost about $75 for the 3 of us at lunch. Left a good tip because it wasnt the waitresses fault. We didnt complain.

It was a wonderful evening here with our family, extremely courteous and nice staff. They did not have a menu on the item that was recently taken away but the waitress was kind to still get that for us, the pizza like always was great, cactus cut patatoes were good, wings were well done. Took family of 7 here for my daughters 17th birthday last Thursday around 5pm. Was quiet. Server recommended the Royal Hawaiian. I freakin love it. My family all enjoyed their foods as well. Very bad spinach and shrimp pasta. Didnt enjoy it at all. Only ate like 4-5 bites. The sauce feels like milk and water. No parmesan on the table for pasta. Disgusting food. Regret it because I am pregnant and I was craving for a good pasta.

We were in a hurry to eat before our toddlers Christmas concert. They had our food ready and made our daughter giggle while we ate our last bites. A fun, efficient team with great food.
