Little Caesars in Collingwood was very clean and the staff were respectful and hardworking. I highly recommend this pizza place.
Being a previous restaurant and bar owner I am quite familiar with the food /service industry. Little Caesar‘a Collingwood has the worst customer service ever and the manager is the most rude and disgusting example of an owner. He has no manners or people skills. Cheap food and even cheaper service! Would not recommend.
The young girl everyone is talking about as bad service also served me too, i was picking up my order afyer waiting 15 minutes. She then began to serve someone else and then me and the cook just looked at her because he knew all she had to do is grab from on top of the oven and scan the box. No one said anything as she cashed out the next customers credit card. We were dumb founded
We saw the adds on television and always wanted to try little Caesar’s. Their service is like lightening fast! We tried their cheese pizza and it was really good.
Worst service ever. We just finished a hockey game, it was 9:50 and yes they closed at 10pm but the young girl working would not take our order. She stated what ever is already made is what you can get. I own a business and I would most certainly serve a guest regardless of weather or not we closed in 6 minutes. Especially coming out of Covid every business is struggling. I’m curious if the owner of this company is ok with losing a $60 sale? The thing that didn’t make sense is she had 6 min to get our order in. But she started to count her till rather than putting in our order. The sad thing is, is we would have tipped her a great tip. Thank goodness we’re just visiting Collingwood, because we will never go back to that restaurant. Thanks Pizza Pizza ( right beside little Caesar’s) for great customer service!
We've been going to Little Caesars since they opened and loved the pizza, ordered it almost every Friday night. We ask for well done, and it is rarely well done. Also there used to be a good amount of pepperoni on the pizza, and in the last while we get one piece of pepperoni per slice. We're generally loyal to places but have decided to switch to another Pizza place in town....let's see is they can do better.... sorry, and goodbye Little Caesars. :(
Little Caesars always do a great job with their pizza . The pizza business in any town is so competitive , everyone has deals on . To succeed you need to make good product. This location does.

I do love little crasars pizza; both my little Brothers and my favorite. It is even better that Little Caesars is affordable. I only wish it was a Canadian restaurant
Best Little Caesers. Owner is top tier, management is top tier, employees are treated like a family, this is a store that would be great for literal TV commercial filming, with Blue Mountain in the background. This place is great, super friendly staff, management is really open to conversation, they care about turnover rate, though they will hold conversation actively, within the very small 2-5 minutes Im ever in the building. I go a fair amount, more so when doing labor intensive work, and I almost always get garlic parmesan on the pizza for only an extra dollar, and even though the frequency goes down, the management and employees always remember me and greet me happily, already knowing what my order is. Half the time Ill beat them to the question and politely decline the added crazy bread and sauce for a few dollars more. My absolute only negative comment I can make, which is simply constructive criticism, the amount of tomato sauce is pretty consistently overwhelming, and being impatient while I drive home with my food, i tend to burn the roof of my mouth because the liquid sauce holds alot of heat. If I notice the sauce consistency cut back, I will happily change my review to 5 stars.

Very unprofessional staff, i went to pick up my food at 7:45 pm today, and lady worked their was rude, she needs to learn customer service skills first. Very bad experience.

We (me& my wife ) usually buy pizza and chicken wings from this restaurant. We always get fresh pizza but sometimes the wings are not fresh as we expected. But overall we enjoyed our time in little Caesars pizza. Staffs were very friendly.

The lovely woman working on Saturday night (July 2nd 2022) might just be the hardest working woman I have ever encountered. It was busy and she was running around, but still had a smile on her face. Amazing service, 10/10!

The crazy bread here is mediocre bread really , way more dry and less Parmesan then other locations. Pizza is what u normally expect tho

Time and time again, my experience at this establishment has been an exceptional pleasure. So fresh, so tasty. Each worker is personally trained on their skill station to deliver pure excellence. From dough-oh! So fresh you could trick your Italian Nona into thinking its an artisenal stone baked, authentic Italian pizza. To the zesty, Roma tomatoes sauce cascading to the brink of delicious toppings. This mfckin pizza looks so good it looks FAKE. BUT IT AINT. I was greeted by a dazzling young woman who was more than eager and happy to help me. Im certain how late it was, it must have been a huge inconvenience but she was absolutely STELLAR. Thanks, Stephanie!! My grandmother couldnt have enjoyed her last meal more than she did this evening. Xoxoxo keep up the great work!
Pizza was mediocre. Toppings good, but not enough cheese and sauce on outside of crust by about 2 inches. I didnt eat the crust, what a waste. Wont be ordering anymore.

Today, May 2 , no gloves or masks, 2 guys handling food & money, during this pandemic. Won t be back, Health inspectors should be called in. Better Pizza stores in this town. My husband picked it up, threw it out, not worth a chance.
My first time using online pickup, staff we very pleasant and patient in helping me through the process. They must have hundreds of stupid questions daily, and they still answered all mine and were wonderful about it

Good deals on pizza. Hot and ready seem to be hit or miss and you end up waiting for them to cook it which defeats the purpose of the promotion. Other then that the customer service is good

Disappointed. I have been getting pizza from here since you opened and have always been satisfied. Understand this is fast food so I do not expect the world but HOT does not take all that much of an effort. This is the second time, not sure I will give you a third chance!

Disappointed. My husband picked up pizza on his way through collingwood to meaford. Only to arrive home with the wrong pizza one with pineapples which he is allergic too. Frustrated I realize people make mistakes and maybe hubby should have checked but employees should be double checking before handing it to the customers.

Clean establishment, good food and very pleasant and polite staff. My wife and I stopped for a pizza during dinner rush last Friday and these people were working really hard to get all the orders out fast. Good job!

It is funny how some people think that because they are customers, that this gives them the right to belittle the employees. Ian Thomas came into the store and could not get exactly what he wanted for the price he wanted to pay. When he was told apologetically that what he wanted was not possible he started telling the employee, who is working hard for little more than minimum wage, that he was to stupid to know what a pepperoni pizza is and too stupid to know much of anything. The manager asked him to stop belittling the staff he start yelling that he was a customer and could do as he pleased. Mr. Thomas was then told he was no longer a customer for that day and needed to leave the store. So in fact he was denied a pizza. The police were involved at Mr. Thomass insistence but upon investigation quickly drop any further pursuit of the matter. I have come to realize that customers like Mr. Thomas are a very small minority and if there is a problem all efforts are made to correct them to everyones satisfaction.
