Food was almost an hour late, once the driver got back in his car he threw his garbage and receipts on our lawn from his last 3 deliveries.
The people were very nice and talkative. Complimented me and smiled. The food is also amazing, I usually find pizza sauce icky but I enjoy their's.

Tried this location over the weekend. Pizza was fresh and hot even when delivered to our hotel. I kinda wish you had those tamper seal stickers like we have back on Niagara. Pizza was good minus the VERY little toppings. We got a triple crown but there was very little mushroom or green pepper. Pasta was good, breadsticks and chicken bites as well no complaints.
I recently tried Pizza Hut's Hand Crafted Pizza, and it was amazing! The crust was the perfect blend of chewy and crispy, and the toppings were fresh and generously applied. The rich tomato sauce and gooey cheese pulled everything together beautifully. It's clear Pizza Hut puts extra care into these pizzas. Definitely my new go-to for a delicious and satisfying pizza night!
I ate here on the suggestion of another the business owner and ended up eating here twice in one week! They had a wonderful promotion going on today and that’s what brought me back. Both times the food was great. Exceptionally hot & tasty. Staff is very friendly and the location is very clean. The prices are just right for my pocket as we are visiting from the United States. They even offered us a sample of the cinnamon breadsticks!
We went to this Pizza Hut location, thinking we will get what we requested and paid for it. However; that was not our experience at all. Here is what happened. We ordered the following pizza. Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata Grilled chicken breast, crisp green peppers, grilled red peppers, red onions, pesto marinated tomatoes, chili flakes & ... As you can see the name of the Pizza starts with Grilled Chicken, the first item listed as a topic is Chicken. But that is not what we got. Instead we got a veggie pizza with couple of chicken pieces that were dropped on our pizza ( Please see the attached pics). At first, I did not want to say anything and let it go. But the more we looked at the pizza, the more we realized that we are taken for a ride. So, I went to the cashier and told her about the issue. she came to our table, I showed her the pizza and told her if she can point to the chicken on this pizza. Here reply was that they use pre portion cups for the topics and there is nothing that she can do about it. There was not attempt to ratify this and add the chicken that we paid for (nothing more). I must point out that the service is really poor at this location as well. After they delivered the pizza and the drinks, nobody checked on us to see if everything is OK, if we need anything else or even if we need any refills for our drinks and water. Bottom line, this place provides poor service and they have "I Do Not Care Attitude." I guess when you are in a small town with interesting attraction, you can have that kind of attitude and you will know that people will still come to dine at your place.

I ve tried like small Canadian pizza, they were pretty awesome and well cooked. They have friendly staffs. Highly recommended Parking: They have enough space to park our cars.

It s too bad I didn t think to take a picture but wow! We had a few of the flavours on the menu and the lights and airy crust was the best crust we d ever had! Whoever was on duty, you need a raise! I hope more people get to eat this buttery goodness.
The place needs a make over. Table were sticky, not sure how it was moped or cleaned. Washrooms were horrible.

Ordered pizza, called them 20 minutes after promise time, was told its on the way, an hour later still nothing. Yes, the weather is horrible, but if I cant keep a promise, I communicate and offer alternatives. Always.

My experience here was by far the most awful customer service experience anyone in my family has ever had. While visiting from out of town, we ordered 4 pizzas to be delivered for dinner. Around 10 minutes after the estimated time of delivery, we called just to see if there was any update and were told to give it another 5-10 minutes because the delivery driver just left recently. 20 minutes later and we still haven t received anything so we call again just to follow up and was told that the pizzas were delivered already. After expressing that we never received anything and looking around the outside of our rental house to see if there s anything, we inform the woman on the phone who refused to rectify the situation. Instead, she accused our family of lying and said there s nothing she can do. She said no refund can be issued and they would not be remaking our order because the original pizzas were delivered to someone even though it was clearly not us. She actually had the audacity to recommend we knock on the doors of the surrounding houses and see if anyone has our pizzas. Again, she said she could not issue a refund or have the pizzas remade and added that if we had an issue with this, we should call back the following day. Absolutely ridiculous.
They provided us with terrible customer service. We asked for spoons and disposable napkins and cups. They didn t even gave us napkins even when we asked for it. Need to do something. Maintenance of the store is very poor. The food was not also properly cooked.I will never recommend this place to anyone
Table service in the restaurant no longer exists. You place your order at the front counter and then you come to pick up your food when they call you. Table and booths unfortunately are run down, location should be delivery only.

Pizza was super greasy more than normal. It wasnt full cooked and they couldnt even be bothered to cut half the pizza. Such a waste of$50
On March 31st I placed an order, a pretty large one. One of the items didnt arrive, Ive been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years. The person on the phone told me that Id receive a credit for the item that I did not receive. I called in today because I realized there was no credit on my account and I wanted to place an order (Not sure how they were going to do that anyway) I was told I had to wait for a manager - even after I told them I had brought this up to their attention the day of. Moral of the story is, decent food - but dont order for delivery. If something is missing the money is gone.
Please do not go here! Made the mistake of going in for a meal. The pizza and garlic bread w/ cheese both smelled like the cheese had gone bad! We returned both back (and the counter staff didn t even bother refunding for any of that food gone bad .)

We got the deal tonight where you pay full price for one get a second for a dollar. The full price pizza was made nicely, but the pizza we got for a dollar was way over cooked and dried out. We picked up our pizza and it was just warm, and we had to wait an extra 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Definitely needs a renovation.
It would have been a great take out experience but store didnt have any cups. cutlery etc available.

Dirty! Cold & Old. Food crumbs on all tables, although signs on every table surface stated sanitized, floor not swept in days. *Should be made very clear Pizza Hut CWood is NOT a restaurant Service desk a mess & owner had 2 search for a menu that looked used many times over. Dinning in, we ate out of a box, only plastic forks & they had 2 search for those too. *Discovered that salad toppings were handled w Bare hands! After handling money omg (said they were following Pizza Hut policy not 2 wear gloves!!) We demanded money back. . Take out was hopping because the Pizza is still terrific as always however, the restaurant & so called staff are a former shadow of days gone by. Their excuse is they cant find staff; seems 2 me they cant even find a broom. We left discussed. Im sending a letter to the Franchaise

My favorite place for quick takeout after a busy work day. I call to order the awesome hotbox combo and they have me in the system, prep time is quick and service is friendly. Never dined in, but convenient location for dinner pickup. I see a lot of Uber eats/Skip traffic.

The worst pizza in Collingwood. The XL Panoramous Pizza is not XL, its 2 individual personal pizzas stuffed inside a party box. Double the crust, what a rip off. Not only that, but we feel sick to our stomachs after only 2 tiny squares each. It is so greasy, you would think that its deep fried. There is no tomatoe sauce on any of it. Disgusted and disappointed. 0/5 will never return or recommend.

Will not order from this location again. Ordered a large pizza and wings. Bill was 67$. Gave the driver 10$ tip. Pizza tasted like cardboard and almost all the wings had broken bones.

The food was not as expected. It was cold and disgusting. The mozzarella sticks were cold, the garlic bread is literally 2 pieces of bread with a tad bit of butter and salt and an additional $3.00 for a sprinkle of cheese. Worst pizza ever had. The crust wasn t cooked properly although I asked to make the pizza well done. The girl working there was so rude. Asked her wheather she cooked pizza properly, she said (rudely) I tried. Well, you didn t try enough. And I don t pay for trying right? Not going back here ever again now.

Tasty and delicious pizza take advantage of whatever promotions they may have (otherwise their menu is a bit pricey). Our pizza a bit oily but tasty. Overall, Id rank it above average. Dine-in experience is not the best. Washrooms were messy and not clean. Our Dipping sause were expired:( . Overall I wont recommend dining in.

Great deals and tasty
A great Pizza restaurant centrally located in Collingwood with ample seating and courteous service. The pizzas we ordered were brought to our table on time, and each pizza arrived hot and cooked to perfection. The only criticism was that our table had not been fully cleaned as it still had noticeable crumbs. Thats why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere but everything else got 5. Overall great experience and definitely less expensive than getting pizza at nearby Blue Mountain village.

Our pizza was given to other people, and when the pizza was done, the waiter didn t tell us. We ve been waiting for about 40 minutes???????? Excuse me? How can we know our pizza is done or not if they don t tell us?????????
Went here with my family and it was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. If I could give 0 stars I would; here are the issues we encountered: 1. They had zero servers employed and thus required us to order & pick up the pizzas from the front counter. 2. When we received the pizzas, they refused to give us plates or cutlery. 3. When asked if we could have some glasses with water, they told us we had to purchase all beverages and refused give glasses. 4. We purchased a 2L bottle of Pepsi and then they offered to sell us styrofoam cups (luckily we had our own in the car). This Pizza Hut was a sad excuse of a dining experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Hardworking staff. This Pizza Hut is all about Speed, Perfection, good customer service, huge dine in tables, family friendly, Huge waiting sofa and clean washrooms.
Food is great, but the place is completely dirty, some tables say they re being clean but you can see crumbs al over the place, and washrooms are nasty unclean and the floor is flooding.
Terrible service, you will get a new kind of disappointment when you go there.
The place does not serve dine in and medium walk in Cheese pizza with good taste is for $18.00.
