Pizza Nova in Collingwood

Came here to get a couple of pieces of pizza and had to leave.... have to wait 25 min for a pizza? Are you nuts? Went to a restaurant instead, if I have to wait, Im not eating at this place.

Very very Bad Customer service. The people who were taking the order or even helping were not professional at all. They said, we will give pizza in 15-20mins. When asked after 30mins they said it will be another 15mins that too with a very very bad attitude and zero sense. Please never go here.

Nothing is nice about this place because of employees they were walking example of Rudeness. We ordered pizza promised to get it in 20 minutes. When we asked after 30 minutes they were so rude telling us that it s gonna take another 30 minutes and employees conversing with each other that let make them wait little more.

Been ordering here on a regular basis but last nights order was terrible - Jumbo pizza under cooked, double pepperoni seemed raw, hot peppers were scarce. Ate a couple pieces and threw the rest in the garbage.

When this location first opened the quality was excellent and customer service was quick and friendly. I have ordered twice in the last month, specifying WELL DONE pizzas and have received extremely undercooked both times. When I called to get the issue resolved I was immediately passed off to a generic customer service department that promised a refund that WAS NEVER ISSUED. The delivery service is incredibly unprofessional as well, sending vague texts when the order is ready. It is unfortunate to see a decent establishment go so downhill.

I m giving 2 stars because the aroncinni balls and wings were really good. The pizza was inexcusably BAD. Undercooked, ordered extra mozzarella on 2 mediums and we re not even sure what we got? I had to double check my order because I didn t think it was right. Literally no cheese and didn t taste like mozzarella. Toppings very sparse. Unfortunately to many options to order from here again.

pizza never came and wont pick up our calls, terrible service

Came in at 12:30 a.m. and the service was good. Liked the food, however, I felt a bit unsafe when a guy came in with a katana.

If you come to pizza nova with a katana at 12:30 am, then the employs will give you a free pizza (can confirm from personal experience) Wheelchair accessibility: They see me rolling

Never will be going back to this location. I just came home from ordering 2 Panzerottis and they were terrible. They felt like water balloons and was just a complete mess, didn t even bother eating it, I ripped it in half and it just all came falling out. I posted a picture just so people can see what this location is whipping up I d stick to the normal pizza if anything, I don t trust any of the staff to prepare anything else. Pizzaville makes better panzerottis that dont choke you with the cheese.

Worst experience!! NEVER go to Pizza Nova Collingwood, EVER! Zero stars!! Ordered two vegetarian pizzas for delivery. Placed the order online to ensure accuracy. After 40 minutes, called the customer service number who contacted the store and said it would be 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later two pizza arrive- 1 was made incorrectly with pepperoni. Called customer service back and said we would go pick up the new pizza without meat. Arrived at the store to find out that the manager cancelled the order and told employee not to remake the pizza. I waited 10 more minutes for the manager to arrive to talk to me. Two people came into the store but never acknowledged me (one was the manager). I called customer service back while in the store and told them they did not have a pizza ready for me. They called the store again and they finally agreed to make the new pizza. While waiting for new pizza to be made the angry owner comes in and was very rude to me about getting a new pizza that was incorrectly made. He was loud, rude and completely not customer service focused. His behaviour was completely unacceptable and threw the pizza across the counter at me once it was made. Never order from this store!

Very terrible service I wish there was a 0 star button I did my order on door dash and it said my order was complete but didn t even receive any pizza extremely frustrating and ridiculous

Not sure if the man that helped me and my daughter today was the owner but whoever was working the front, THANK YOU so much! This cannot go unnoticed, the level of service we received when my daughter was sick outside the store is above and beyond. He came out right away, offering help with water and towels. Gave me faith in humanity. Also the pizza was great too!

Great authentic pizza! We went in the store to day and my husband was chatting with the owner. My husband asked him to make us his favourite pizza, and he did. What a fantastic pizza!! Trust the experts. Thank you Jason! We will be back

This was the worst customer service I ve ever received from a restaurant. I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza and the restaurant said it would take 45 minutes to arrive. After 1 hour 30 mins I called the restaurant to check in on where my order was. The man that answered was very irritated and he told me that the roads are super busy (they weren t) and that the driver was coming in 10 minutes but he doesn t know which driver took my pizza so he couldn t even contact the driver. Another 30 minutes passed and it was 2 hours since I placed my order so I called again. I guess they saw my number because they hung up when I called back. So then I tried calling again and the same man answered and said I don t know who you are have a good night in a very rude tone and hung up on me. 2 hours and 30 minutes later I still have not received my pizza. I couldn t even ask for the guys name that answered the phone because he hung up on me. All I know is that he had a heavy accent. Terrible experience and terrible employee

Went in and ordered a cheese slice combo for my daughter, two gourmet slices for me, and a dipping sauce. Cashier said it was over $33. I asked how that was possible... According to the posted menu prices, that was about $10 too much. He said the prices went up, but they didnt post them. Also, how could they have gone up by that much? Anyhow, I refused my slices even though they were already reheating in the oven, but my daughter still wanted her combo. Funny that that combo ended up being exactly the posted price. Also, they put my twice cooked slices of pizza I didnt want back on the rack for someone else to buy instead of throwing them out. Dont go here.

Moved to the area about a year ago. So far best pizza for reliability, price and quality. A must try.

Pizza was fantastic. A little greasy, but delicious. I havent had pizza this good since I had some at Jeneau Pizza in Juneau, Alaska in 2009. I will definitely be ordering from here again. I also ordered a Mediterranean salad and it was fresh and lovely. I wish I could give this review more stars

This place was absolutely superb , they filled out the pizza so well with toppings and it was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. They also provided us with very nice service and were very nice to us in general (didn t take long to make the pizza ) , this is a place I would definitely recommend . Pizza Nova is our favourite pizza to get. The ingredients always seem fresh and the crust is the perfect thickness and cook. The staff (delivery and in store) are very friendly but as of recently seem forgetful. Last weekend they completely forgot to make one of our 2 pizzas and this weekend they forgot the honey on our honey stinger and also didn t give us our drink after ringing it through. We will try again but hope they can improve on getting things right! :)

Bruschetta pizza was so salty we could barely eat it also the entire pizza wasn t even cut. Literally tasted like whoever cooked it dumped the entire salt container on the pizza. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza too and it was really good. So maybe skip the bruschetta pizza.

Placed an order online and indicated visa for method of payment. The delivery guy came and said our internet is down and we only take cash. I didnt have cash so he didnt give me my order. I even offered to send the owner e-transfer on the spot but they preferred to thrown my order out than give it to me although it was their own problem.

I just ordered a MEAT MOUNTAIN PIZZA from the Collingwood location & was extremely disappointed. Very little meat on it. I am a Senior Citizen & when I order pizza, it is as a treat to myself. Will not order again.

We paid for 4 topings whereas we were served with 3 tyoping on each pizza.

I had some customers who ate at Popeyes in this plaza. I was hungry, but not very. I wandered in to Pizza Nova and ordered a slice. Nice soft crust with lots of flavour. Staff were courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I am a vegan and my husband isn t and this is one of the only places where we can both order pizza from as they have a vegan cheese option! The pizzas were the best we ve had in a really long time, mine was all veggies with vegan cheese and husband ordered a plethora of meat toppings with regular cheese for his. We were both more than satisfied with the taste and service was very friendly. It was also one of the few places where I saw all the employees wear their masks in the kitchen (and not place it under their nose or chin either). Highly recommend!

Best pizza in town, always on point. Ive tried several other items as well, the sandwiches are excellent. The chicken wings are always crispy. Keep up the great work guys.

Friendly staff however I am very disappointed how thin the dough was for the slices from the front window. I have never had such a thin pizza in any other Nova s locations. Also ordered 4 slices and ask about any deal with pops and they said only with 6 slices mix - then ended up without any drinks deal.

Spent 50 dollars on pizza. It tasted and smelt like the delivery drivers colone. I called back and they could only give me a 10 dollar credit on my account. Aboustly disgusted with the service. Will never order from here again. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.

First time trying Pizza Nova as was recommended by a friend for having the best dairy-free pizza. Paid extra for vegan cheese, got literally burnt dough with sauce and a SPRINKLE of the cheese. Disgraceful. I will be letting all my fellow vegan friends know that the worst place to get dairy-free pizza is Pizza Nova in Collingwood.

Disappointed with our pizza tonight. Wrong crust, not well done and crust was super wet. When you picked up a piece everything fell off from half way down as crust was so wet it couldnt hold up. We have always had great pizzas from Pizza Nova so will try one more time but missed on this one.

Bestest pizza The slices here is so good it s a very neat and clean restaurant in collingwood . I love to try the slices here daily and every time store looks brand new . I want to put more then 5 star rating but have no option but Everything here is just delicious fresh .

Best ever Vegan Pizza!!! Thank you Pizza Nova for knowing how to make an amazing vegan pizza!!! We ordered 2 different pizzas both with vegan cheese and we cannot decide which one we liked the best!! Absolutely amazing! By far the best place to have a pizza in Collingwood. I personally look for places that are clean because that tells me a lot about the quality and I have to say, this location is SPOTLESS! Fresh ingredients, great taste and absolutely lovely staff. Try their new honey stinger pizza if youre looking for something different, I promise it will amaze you!

Disappointed with the delivery service and customer service. Too much back and forth for being delivered the wrong item with the driver accusing us of being high for inputting an address in the wrong part of the resort. Took 2-3 hours to redeliver the right food after multiple calls.

Never been happy with this location s staff, its been 3rd time, made em in confliction and did not even apologize, I would say customer service is not good. I had online pickup on Aug 27, 2021(friday), around 6pm, bad service. Won t suggest anybody to get in conversation with girl staff there, so harsh.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. The food was great. This was the only restaurant that was open in the entire Blue Mountain Collinwood region at approximately 11:00pm during the week. They were quite generous with the toppings. Try it.

Pizza Nova is one of the better fast food pizzas. Way better than Pizza Pizza or Toppers. Unfortunately my pizzas were undercooked. Order them well done if you prefer a little burn on the cheese and a crispier crust. This is an ok fallback when Mountain Shores Pizza in Collingwood is too busy. Trust me, if you havent tried Mountain Shores Pizza you are missing the real deal.

The worst pizza we ever had!!!!! We waited for an hour and 5 minutes and after all that the pizza was cold ..so I called the shop and I told them I wanna speak to the manager ..he said oh the manager not here and we going to close .... like f... off

The best pizza ever in Collingwood.

The store was out of one of the toppings and substituted ham for sausage, didnt call, didnt credit. Very disappointed. I do not like ham - just because its pork does NOT make it an acceptable substitution. It spoiled the taste for me. Otherwise I think it would have been a good pizza, so giving it two stars.

The worst! I have ordered from here twice. The first time took 2.5 hrs to come. I cancelled it after 2 hrs and left to go get dinner and while I was out he showed up. The second time I ordered they left my pizza outside in a pile of snow on my neighbours step. When you order hot pizza the last thing you want is for your food to be left on the ground in a pile of snow. Thanks so much for nothing
