Pizza Pizza in Collingwood

It s been a long time since I moved to Canada from India. I ve tried pizza at many different places here, but none came close to the taste of Indian pizza. However, today I had a paneer pizza, and it was the best pizza I ve ever had. Absolutely loved it!

I called asking to be connected with my local store. I accidentally ordered 2 pizzas instead of one, my fault, but I didn t want to waste food. Even though it came down to losing a customer or not these idiots refused to help me. I ve been exclusively Pizza Pizza forever - I will never order there again. The only service they offer is the word I m so sorry I can t help you with your problem. My problem was hardly even a problem!

I asked for plates, they said wait for 10 minutes. They closed the washroom. They even gave us napkins later, when we finished our meal. Totally disgusting service. Last digit of order 3437

Understaffed significantly, due to that they forgot our order and had to remind them. Pizza was partially burnt. Half moon bread was undercooked

The pizza, like all pizza pizzas, is alright. We all know youre here for the creamy garlic dipping sauce. The man who works the counter always presses the no tip for me. Its small but it is really nice to do, I dont know that might just be me.

I would say pizzapizza is the #1 pizza in Canada. Some might disagree but if you compare a chain of stores found in most cities then pizza pizza is among the top. Always fresh Always tasty and reasonable price.

These guys don t have manners to speak and they even don t wash their hands after cleaning the floor nor they use the gloves before making food. Really unhygienic food. Won t go here again.

People are lovely here, but the pizza sauce, the traditional pizza sauce is bland to the point I thought perhaps they made a mistake and used unflavoured tomato passata.

I would be rating it in minus if i could. Firstly they didn t make both the pizza we ordered wrong. Didn t really get the instructions and when we told them that the pizzas are made different they argued that we ordered what they have made and said we should have checked the receipt after ordering!!! Can you believe this!!! Why would we check when we ordered and confirmed right away!!! And even in receipt we showed things but THEY HAD NO APOLOGY IN THE TONE NEITHER THEY SAID SORRY EVEN ONCE. when requested to make it correct and as soon as they can as we already waited more than their given time when we ordered for the first time so for the second time they very rudely said it will take time but so rude of them. Very unprofessional. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF THEM.

The pizza I recently ordered was a disappointment. The crust was overly greasy, and the toppings seemed subpar. The dressing, in particular, was a letdown bland and lacked any distinctive flavor. It failed to complement the pizza and left the overall taste unsatisfying. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations for a quality pizza, and I wont be ordering from this place again.

Don t bother calling customer service if your pizza is raw. They will hang up on you 3 times in a row because they are incapable of transferring a call to a supervisor. Reporting your raw pizza dough to the board of health. Pathetic.

Garbage Pizza paid $33 for Mediterranean Pizza and is really low on food service. They dont know how to make pizza. They had to show them picture on the PizzaPizza website to show what it looks like. Ridiculously very low standards for Pizza Pizza. Very disappointing.

We had big group with kids and one of the staff member talked so rudely. He needs to learn some customer service manners. We request him to put table together but he gave us bad attitude and didn t let us put tables together. Food

I visit with my family at this place no doubt we decided to dine in . the order taker guy was also really nice but when I received my order we just tried to sit and we were five people and there is all tables with 4 chairs and i move one chair and he be like you can t move chairs he is a short height and he have a tattoo on his back neck . Like seriously he just spoiled my all mood I don t understand were we have to sit when we come to dine in if you don t want to sit people in dine room more than 4 people you can directly say dine in is only for 4 people of family or friends

I was recently passing by and was feeling super hungry. The guy made a really good Indian style spicy pizza pizza. I was super happy and delighted by the service. If you want try something spicy, ask for it and they will customise the spiciness. The guy who served me his name was Manish, very nice and jolly guy, kudo to him . Will surely check in next time I pass by.

With my extra large pizza order I ordered a double box of fries the guy refused to give me more than 4 packets of ketchup!! Terrible service!!

I loved this place for eating with my family..we are 7 peoples ND the I ask the cook boy who is the manager here he replied I am the manager here and cook as well I really surprised by seeing his way of working ,he is the only one there and manage customers ND cooking also . We have been going here nearly every week, and, when we walk in, they already know what we want to eat. Every time, they perfectly prepare our thin-crust pizza, and the staff is always friendly to us. Be grateful for Ishwar Singhs outstanding service. This Pizza Pizza is our go-to spot :)

Food was great, tastes good.

I preordered a Hawaiian pizza for lunch. 15 minutes later I popped in to pick it up. There was only one guy working at the time. After dealing with the two other people in front of me he turned to me. I told him I preordered a pizza and he said it would take 10 min. I pay for my pizza and then he proceeds to go back into the kitchen and start making my pizza without first washing his hands or wearing gloves. After seeing him make my pizza and grabbing ingredients with bare hands after touching the POS system and dealing with three customers, I ask him why he did not wash his hands. He then said he would remake the pizza and wash his hands. So he comes back up to the sink and turns it on. He runs his hands under water for about 2 seconds and then turns the sink off. Then another customers order is ready so the employee grabs that for him then goes back to make my pizza without rewashing his hands after not properly washing his hands the first time. I tell him that since he is working with food he either needs to wash his hands or wear gloves. At the same time, another customer walked in and heard what I said. She promptly turned around and walked out, which I would have done if the employee would refund my money. Anyways, I tell the employee a second time to wash his hands and he said (with a huge eye roll and rude attitude) he already did and what did I want from him to which I replied no you rinsed your hands and then came back up dealt with another customer and now are going back to prepare food. At this time, a random customer who was eating in told me that the employee doest need to wash his hands since he never touched cash. I ignored the customer and just told the employee for the third time to wash his hands properly or wear gloves. Finally, the employee washed his hands with soap (although had a very rude attitude the rest of the time). He made my pizza and I took it and left. Overall, I would never eat at Pizza Pizza Collingwood again. The employees lack of food safety awareness and attitude towards customers is atrocious. The owner needs to step up and make sure their restaurant employees are following food safety protocols and learn how to act around customers.

Pizza looks very beautiful and delicious.chef made my day and the staff was so friendly that girl and boy took my order very humbly..i will definitely visit again.

We went for a vegan version of make your own pizza. The pizza was well made - nice crust well cooked. Dairy free cheese substitution was available and made it delicious. Toppings were great. And the guy on the front was very helpfull and all.

Ordered Pizza and Cauliflower Bites Doubles today, but the food quantity for Cauliflower bites served was for singles. Not fair I guess Pizza Pizza at Collingwood, Balsam Street is cutting food costs to maximise profits!! Staff was made aware about the quantity .but said that they can t do anything as this is what has been instructed by the head office. Pls be careful!!

I had the grossest lunch yesterday thanks to #pizzapizza. Walked into the Collingwood location ordered deep fried pickles and deep fried jalapenos. Got home and the pickles were burnt, Inedible, not fully cooked and completely their mistake and I cannot have a full refund. This was supposed to be a special treat. I wish I could give you a -0. Disgusting customer service and the food was stale and cold. How can you serve this cold food to the people spending too much on the food? We were here yesterday and ordered 2 slices of cheese and veggies. They were really cold. We tried calling back but no one answered. Not going back there. Disgusting This tall guy needs to watch the behaviour and needs to know what is he doing. He should learn to how to deal with customers. Not sure about the name but he was tall and wasnt wearing the uniform. Worst pizza ever.
