Driver brought wrong order, then brought cold correct order then told us the first wrong pizza, a speciality pizza no one wanted or eat, was our discount. Called store they pretty much said same thing. This is the second bad experience. Ordered many times from wasaga never an issue. My roommate made the stupid choice to try again. Pizza was soggy, cut horribly and took forever. Do not eat here

Firsr time at the Toppers Collingwwod location. I phoned in the order for a Medium 8 Topping Topper and picked it up. Ready right on time, fresh and hit, staff were professional and friendly. Sign of a good Pizza, next day Microwave abd it still tastes good.

Yo bomb pizza came fast and hot fresh and crispy. Best pizza I had in a while. Definitely gonna get more and the sauce bottle bomb.

Ordered 10 wings, they gave me 8. This is how you treat your customers? Will never ever order here again. Pizza was cold, and got shorted on wings as local guide and a food reviewer, this is the first time I have ever been scammed by a resto. Do not order from here.

As a relatively new resident of Collingwood, I have tried quite a few pizza places, trying to find my go-to take out pizza. Toppers is my #1 choice for a no-brainer-Im-tired-just-want-to-order-a-pizza-and-not-think-about-it pizza. When I was young, I used to order Pizza Pizza, back before they started to suck. Toppers is what I remember take-out pizza to be: not fancy, but very tasty, good quality pizza. Prices are fine, service is good - very consistent and reliable.

Service was fast which was nice, it was good to have crust options and the option of having lactose free cheese as well. We got the Chicken bruschetta pizza, a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and an order of garlic sticks. First off the Chicken pizza had very little chicken on it and was very dry The Pepperoni and mushroom pizza had very minimal toppings on it for a $20 pizza. Mushrooms were almost non existent. The sauce was too sweet and the dough was over chewy. The pizza had very little cheese as well and the cheese tasted chemically similar to Pizza Pizza. The garlic sticks were very chewy and airy and very little garlic taste. This place had amazing reviews and I don t know why? Take the hard pass save some money and just go to pizza pizza, similar quality.

Only get delivery or pickup... dont have much of an eat in. Pizza is my favorite of all brands...not overly oily. They did discontinue our favorite, but plenty of other good options Food

1. They dont deliver to all of Collingwood. 2.The pizza was very dry 3. The chicken wings were under cooked even though I requested well done. 4. The location in Wasaga Beach, a few years made delicious pizza and killer wings. I kind of expected them all to be the same. Learned my lesson. I wont be ordering from this location again.

Worst place ever I went in Collingwood. Don t go to this place staff was so rude. The guy who worked here as a name suket was illmannered. Ordered one veggie large pizza with thin crust and less cheese. He made regularly when I told him it s not thin crust he refused to admire that. Other guy named as Sam also was so rude. Be aware customers. Think 100 times before you go in this place. Worst! Worst! Worst! 0/10

As for the Collingwood Location, Pizza itself is average, however the Manager has a serious attitude problem towards staff. Always yelling, chewing tobacco in Kitchen & spits in garbage pails. A Driver was getting his Vehicle repaired to go to work, but fired via Voice Mail. Boss had another Driver make the call rather than do it himself.....a very low move. Toppers has just lost all my business.

The phone support is pretty useless and their delivery guy is worse than their phone support. Its always amazing to walk around a resort for 25 minutes trying to find the person who is delivering your pizza after you were told it would be delivered to your room. Populated with people who dont want to think or help.

This was THE pizza place to order from when I was a kid and now every time I order I am always disappointed. Their sandwiches are hard as a rock and frozen cold inside when delivered, the chicken wings have 0 sauce and no flavour. Honestly the only redeeming food they have is the pizza dip and occasionally the pizza. UPDATE: I contacted the store and they were very nice and gave me a refund.

Cheap ingredients dry pasty pizza not flavorful at all

Left Blue Mountain at closing, there werent a lot of dine-in choices still open. We ordered the Montreal Steak Spice pizza as recommended by a friend. After hours of snowboarding, 15 minutes for the pizza felt like 45. We got an XL for 4 people, and it was more than enough. Crust was crisp, and the pizza and toppings were juicy!

Ordered pizza to be delivered to a home a couple kms outside Collingwood. It arrived on time, piping hot, and was just delicious. We ordered the Margherita and a Canadian. The Margherita had lots of fresh basil leaves and tasted very authentic. The Canadian also excellent - perfect crust, tangy sauce, lots of cheese and toppings. Just really good pizza

Weve had Toppers (Collingwood location) a few times. The last 2 times we found the toppings were quite sparse and the crust was not yet done/under-cooked. We sent feedback directly to Toppers with specifics and it was never even acknowledged. Likely wont order from here again as there are great options elsewhere (ie. Later Pizza).

I ordered a pizza with pineapple on it, the pineapple was expired and the whole pizza was sour. I called to let them know and they said a manager needs to approve this credit they will call you back. I ve called 4 times now asking to speak to the manager and still nothing. Very disappointed with this poor customer service. Will never order toppers again, don t have the time or energy to keep calling back.

So disappointed in my pizza and bread sticks this evening. Bread sticks tasted stale, dry and warmed up and the pizza crust was also dry. In future I will be looking for a new pizza joint. Very sad as I have ordered from WB Toppers for years and was never disappointed I guess Collingwood is not the same.

First time trying pizza at Toppers. Its so so. It uses sliced chicken fingers used as ingredient, where is the freshness in that.

Toppers came through for us as a scarce late-night food option in Collingwood. I appreciated that they had vegan cheese and toppings available. Our pizzas were completed right on time, and the service was friendly when we came in to pick up.

Probably the best pizza I ve ever had at almost 50 years old. Crisp bottom, hot as hell, tart sauce and just all together great. And to think, I used to hate Topper s Pizza for some reason.

Not recommend at all. Don t spend single cent at this place as that would be your worst experience on your trip. Better get to different place. Take some chips from local store and eat in your car is way way better than having a any bite in Toppers place for free. I would not suggest anyone to take any stuff. Would have given negative star if i could, on top of taste and quality of pizza the staff is poorly trained and rude. They won t change the order the very next second the payment has been processed. My case is to have something else instead of what i have ordered and their option is to order new on top of whatever has been paid, even i was ready to pay the difference for the item i was about to order that might be at higher price. The washroom was not so clean. All in all not worth spending time and money at Toppers worst pizza.

I know Toppers from GUELPH so decided to bring family and friends for take out. Unfortunately ordering was not the best experience. The individual taking our order had no patience and borderline rude. Hoping the pizza will stand up on its own bit customer services was not a good experience.

Disgusting customer service.

Delivered wrong food. Were very rude about it. Wanted to give us a credit instead of fixing their mistake. They fixed it, only because willing to wait ( we dont order pizza often and when we do we tried different places, so it could have been a year before we ordered toppers again ) anyways not impressed as we still received a call from the driver bringing the correct item to ensure we didnt eat the wrong items

My husband was so excited to see a Toppers in town! And I now know why. The Topperotti...the herbs and greatness on the top was amazing!!! I wish we had one in our town! We ordered twice in the weekend we stayed here. Seriously... it s freaking delicious.

The BBQ chicken pizza is great! A little cheap on the chicken though. I collected receipt stickers and got a free pizza. I prefer this pizza place over the other commercial places. Seems to be better quality and less bland.

We had orderd a large pizza,cheese bread, apple pie desert pizza. The problem with the order was the pizza was so under cooked I could stretch the dough. It s a lucky thing I have a toaster oven which made it a bit better. Need less to say I won t order toppers again they can t even cook a pizza

Pizza was quick, toppings were lacking in flavor, and the price was fair. The rating given is based on the Cauliflower crust pizza they offer... which is the reason we ordered the pizza in the first place. It was only while we were eating did it seem ... starchy. *See ingredient list below*. This Cauliflower crust pizza apparently does not even contain any cauliflower. Sometimes pizza is pizza, fair enough. Given that the pizza we ordered was not the pizza we wanted to order... next time, well pass.

Absolutely phenomenal. I consider myself a bit of a pizza aficionado and I was very impressed by their pizza. They have great fresh toppings, generous extras like sauce swirls, they have legit thin crust if requested, their crust stays crispy even after delivery into the village hotels. Two large pizzas for 30 bucks with many toppings and delivery is a great deal and tastes awesome. If you re staying at hotels in the village do yourself a favour and order their pizza, especially if you re staying with a family. My 2 year old destroyed 2 slices which was great. Good job Toppers, any chance you want to expand to Toronto?

Straight out of the oven deluxe pizza with famous dipping sauce is divine! Crispy base, fluffy light dough, great sauce and fresh toppings. I wasnt even that hungry but omg I munched that sukkah down. Delicious!

I really liked the service and the food. We ordered the 2 medium and bread sticks special. The employees were so good. Would totally recommend this place to everyone to come and eat.

I was in Collingwood today, and needed something to eat. So I stop at Toppers Pizza. I am sorry but the pizza I got rates as one of the worst I have ever had. The toppings looked good, but it was dry. after the first couple of bites I started to notice that the crust was becoming less enjoyable. As I got closer to the edges the dough was raw in the middle. So I take back the rest tell them that their pizza was raw in the middle. and they say Thank you. So I threw the rest of the pizza in the garbage and left. Its the last time I will spend any of my money at Toppers Pizza in Collingwood..

Its either Toppers Pizza or Donnys locally loved Mountain Shores Pizza. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Both got the best creamy garlic sauce around- they just call it house dip at this place.
