Pizza was amazing! You can tell they make it with love. The customer service is top tier, friendliest staff. Interestingly they don’t have a menu with prices etc. but the nice lady working the counter was quick to provide those details.
Sorry, but it wasn't the best experience as a non-local customer! There is no way you walk in, and guess that this place provides you with takeout pizza! It looks more like a car rental place! There is no menu provided when wr ask for it! Later I saw one on the wall, far from reach. If you go in and want to order at the spot, they get surprised as everyone call and just show-up for pickup. So although Google Stars might attract tourists but this place is designed for neighbors and locals only in my opinion! But we liked the idea anyway. The pizza was hood, but not the best, as it was a little bit wet in the center similar to the way our homoemade puzza as unprofessional occasional pizza makers turn out! The lady was very nice. Although, we had to guess what toppings we wanted or ask what type of meats they have so we see if we're interested which was a bit of a weird experience! But in total, quite a good inexpensive pizza! I tell you the smell on the ride to the hotel was AMAZING!

I eat alot of pizza, I love pizza so whenever I visit a town or city I try the local best rated one. This was absolutely delicious!! Top 5 pizzas I've ever had in my whole life wow if you are ever in town get this pizza!! I got the deluxe no mushrooms.
One of the best pizza you can find in Canada. Cheese melts in your mouth. My kids nonstop eating the large size pepperoni until finished. The store is super busy so you better call to order. The owner is friendly and talkative, he shared a lot of his stories and how he runs his business. The homemade garlic sauce goes well with the pizza.
My girlfriend thought I was nuts to drive across town for a pizza but my family ran pizzerias for over 30 years I got the meat lover and Greek. Crust which was properly cooked and lots of ingredients with no shortage of cheese. The flavors came together for a really nice pie. I was a bit sceptical because they don't have a menu and they only take cash but then I got curious. Definitely a place to go for a memorable pizza. Well done Stephen
I was in the region last weekend after 3 years and the only place i can suggest to my family for best Pizza and Panzerotti is Mountain Shores. Even after all these years no one was able to match their standard in Canada for me. Owner was friendly, polite & Generous like he always is , even gave us a discount. He was nt accepting tips. But i insisted as he deserved it. Awesome guy. P.S - The food was so good that i only rmmbr to click a photo when there was last slice left that to of the Pizza. Panzerotti was devoured by everyone within minutes.
Came here based on a friend's recommendation. The place doesn't offer dine-in, only take out. The owner is extremely pleasant and the panzerotti was out of this world. He does catering, so give him notice and you will be served, quote 'in the middle of the night!' Marked it and definitely will visit again. Thank you and keep up the good work!

The lady was wonderful and extremely helpful with the order. The pizzas were delicious, would definitely recommend. We were a large group and she was willing to make a large order without compromising the quality.
To be honest, Ive never been. We do take out and the husband picks it up. All I can say is FABULOUS PIZZA. Give it a try.
The panzerotto costs $17.50 (CASH ONLY) but its big enough to choke a hippo. Seriously, you could probably feed 3-4 people with it. Not to mention its delicious, dough is soft and spongy and sauces are tasty. The owner is very nice and is always up for a good chat about dogs. Would definitely return.

Visit Blue Mountain for ski. Find this place. Order a pocket. It is delicious, very special.
It was odd not seeing an online menu but we had visited Collingwood many times and finally got around to trying this place. (The operating hours are very limited.) I called my order in and arrived on time. It was my first time and thought it was closed. Lights were off in the customer area but still proceeded to the door and it was opened. I saw a sign that said cash only. Luckily I had cash on hand. Now the pizza review. Very cheesy and thin crust but not crispy. We ordered a Hawaiian and cheese pizza. Next time Ill try their calzone. From a business perspective. The owner is pretty smart. Only work 3 hours a day and still making bank. Why work longer than required?

My friend and myself had the pleasure of eating a Mountain Shores Panzarattie. OMG they are HUGE and SOOO yummy!!! This is a small family run pizzaria were you get amazing food amazing conversation and MORE then what your money is worth. This little place is absolutely a must go... Great tasting pizza. Great choice of toppings and lots put on the pizza. Crust is great. Price is right but they take cash only. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza is delicious. You get to choose what you want on it.

Given all the great reviews, had high hopes. Had the deluxe. Was not impressed. Crust was soggy. Sauce tastes like store bought. Walking in the store, I questioned whether it passed health inspection. It s too bad there isn t a non-franchise good pizza joint in Collingwood/BM. Food : 2/5
Always amazing pizza. This has been a family favorite for a long time, even when the owner lived in another city. We love this place, we love the food and the vibe. We even buy frozen pizzas from here to enjoy when we go back home. Will be coming here as long as it exists!
Went with my girlfriend, got given $10 in change instead of just $3 (he told me that he d give me a deal ), while waiting for our pizza the owner pulled out a guitar and plugged it into a massive amp and started playing AC/DC and the pizza was incredible. 11/10

We ordered a Hawaiian pizza. The sauce was delicious. You can taste the Italian herbs and the bacon was real bacon! It was delicious!! Donny took our order in the afternoon and stayed open late for us to pick it up in the evening after our ski. He was very personable, lots of character and a good sense of humour. Highly recommend!
Heard about Mountain Shores Pizza from a friend, so we ordered from there and were not disappointed. It was the best pizza we have ever eaten!!!

This place has the best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. Way better than the chain restaurants. Fresh sauce, delicious cheese, and a crust that has a very nice texture (hard to find among GF pizzas).This is my new go to place in Collingwood. My spouse had some of the Cannelloni and she said it was among the best she ever had. Best of all, the owner is very personable and seems to love what he does - which is reflected in the quality of the food.
I ordered some food for my workers and everyone of us just LOVED the pizza. Donnie is a great guy and has a great pizza business.

It s impossible to get a pizza here but it tastes so good that I can t give them anything less than a 5 star review. The owner is a pretty cool guy too. The place only takes cash and has very weird hours but the food is very, very good.

Old school pizza joint did not disappoint. They definitely weren t conservative with the toppings, and Donnie was accommodating at the fact it was first time there.
Must try this spot!!! Came up to Collingwood for a few days and looked up some of the local spots for food. This little pizza place had a high score and after reading the reviews I had to try it. Went in and spoke with the owner who was extremely friendly and passionate about what he does. Asked him the best pizza to order and he recommended the deluxe if I liked everything. Wow...it was unbelievable. Heavy on all the toppings and lots of cheese, flavors were great. Couldnt recommend highly enough. After seeing about 20 people come and go while I was waiting on my pizza, I realized that every local knows about this spot. If Im ever in the area, Ill pull off to get this pizza forsure.

Calzones wow, probably the best I ve had or at least most memorable. It s pretty large and the owner hooked up the sauces with it as well. Be mindful the place only accepts cash and I didn t see any menus for any of the items he just rounds the numbers I think (paid $30 even for the pizza and calzone) There was a ton of traffic many people ordering so be mindful it might be a wait I think it was over 25 mins for me but it really was worth the wait and I don t say that often. The pizza was good but the star of the show was the calzone I d travel just for that, keep up the great work.

Gave this place a shot after all the local recommendations.. Big mistake. Horrible customer service, food safety was brutal to witness (Not a surprise since he was actually shut down by the health service a while ago, apparently). And pizza was at best chain quality. In a town with some of the best pizza places Ive ever seen this is Definitely a disappointment on all levels.
Forget any pizza chain out there when u have a chance to get pizza at this spot. I eat a lot of pizza and let me tell you, the pizza here is really GOOD. The owner is a real stand up guy. My highest respect to that gentleman. Amazing food and amazing personnel and service. I truly cannot wait to enjoy another pizza pie.

Pizza was great. Owner was a great old guy. Said he didnt do salads and then proceeded to make one of the best caesar salads Ive ever had. Didnt charge for it either. Wanted authentic instead of chain pizza and this place is it.

Loved our pizza from Mountain Shores. We had a tough time calling so we dropped in. Owner and his daughter were super cool and just freaking busy. Pizza was excellent, fast production, really good value, lots of topping options. We did pickup. Worth the visit if you like traditional pizza and calzone.

my family and I were in town for Canada day and someone at the hotel told us about this pizza place. At 5 pm i drove there because it said it was still open. When I arrived they were closed. It looked like had been closed for months. Whats the deal Mountain shore pizza. Disappointing.

We didnt call to order pizza. We just came. Its worth to wait. Thin crust, lots of toppings and cheese, and Real bacon, and their souls in every pizza. Dont judge place how it looks. I placed an order right at 4 pm today and the Don promptly took the order and made the pizza within the next 30 minutes. When I showed up to pick up the pizza I unfortunately didnt know that he would only accept cash. He literally told me to just take the pizza because he was too swamped to deal with me (for not bringing cash). The large pizza I ordered was $25, but probably worth double the price after I tasted it. Fortunately I looked through my car and wallet and was able to come up with $18. I promise I will pay him back the next time I will be in town. 5 stars in every way.
I havent tried the pizza yet but I did try their calzones. I think i paid $11 for 4 toppings and it was huge, you can definitely share it or cut it in half and save the other half for later. It was truly delicious.
New to area heard the buzz so checked it out the owner let us try pizza for free and ended up ordering 2 massive calzones will be back for sure

Amazing panzerotti! Delicious. And huge. Enough for 2 people or one person, with leftovers for the next day. At first I thought $13.50 was a little expensive, but then I saw the size and understood. Worth the money and the 15 minute drive from Blue Mountain to get it.

A perfect pizza last night from mountain shores pizza! Hot and delicious- this no frills take out joint served up exactly what I wanted. Cash only- but so worth visiting an atm.
I love their panzos but EXTREMELY disappointed on their service....calling to place an order they either dont answer or they hang up on you which both happened to me Hung up in me 3 times NEVER AGAIN....POOR SERVICE

Best pizza place ever. Evwrythimg homemade. The sause is outrageously good. The amount of cheese is wonderfully obscene! The owner is hillarious and super to talk with, and is prone to start playing guitar at any moment. Awesome hole in the wall. CASH ONLY. No plastic or debit. Great hidden gem only us locals know about, but if Toronto folk are up for the mountain or boating of Elvis, find it. P.S. they dont always answer the phone, only if he has time to make your pizza. If he is backed up busy, that whole will ring and ring and ring unanswered. But keep trying! Worth It!

Support local! Ordered a medium (8 slices) for pickup and it was ready at the time they estimated! Hawaiian has generous pieces of ham and pineapple, lots of cheese and a great thick crust. Will order from here again!

So basically heres what happened, my parents car was hit by this old man who was driving a massive truck, and when they found out that the cars bumper was damaged my parents started talking about insurance on the car and other things that adults have to deal with. We still went to get pizza and we told the owner of the store what happened to the car. He gave us a free large Hawaiian pizza and we were really surprised. He handmade the pizza and it was the best pizza I ever tasted. I didnt even care at that point how good it tasted. (It was excellent by the way) we were just so surprised by his extreme kindness. I dont even know how to word the event. He pulled out an old fashioned guitar and started playing like he had been playing his whole life. We thought it was great and all my friends went nuts.

Im an old school italian and if u cant trust my opinion when it comes to pizza then u cant trust anyone. I picked up the pizza and was extremely impressed by my experience. Don the genius behind the pies and his staff were super friendly! While we were waiting for the pizza Don pulled out his guitar and played some amazing tunes. Svc was out of this world, best ever. And the food let me tell u my kids devoured the pizza and said it was the best pizza ever. I have to agree Dons place is a gem! Thanks Don looking fwd to our next order. Cheers Tony&Sharon!

Wow. Just eating the panzerroti and pizza I just ordered. The panzerroti is huge. Lots of pineapple and pepperoni on the pizza. Really enjoyed the dipping sauces, the tomato sauce is a bit different than other places in a good way.

Some of the best take-out pizza you will find - generous cheese and toppings - a bit sweeter sauce than Id prefer but thats subjective and the total package will have you coming back for more. Be prepared for prices to slightly fluctuate week to week and dont forget to BRING CASH!

Best panzerotti Ive ever had.
We drove from the hotel in Blue Mountain village to to try the best panzerotti in town. The panzerotti is surprisingly tasteful and contains various ingredients. The texture was crispy yet has a soft-touched inner layer. The owner was very friendly and he even introduced the town history to me during the time of waiting. The dinning experience is warm hearted, satisfying and gives me a sense of home.
