Always a great time. Went on the weekend and Colton and Lyric were very helpful when choosing merchandise.

The chairs arent very comfortable, but maybe they dont want customers staying for a long time. The Caesars are many and varied with regard to the ingredients (from multiple vegetables to varieties of seafood and different meats), but the Clamato and spices are basically the same. Wheelchair accessibility: Not very accessible.

Top notch Casers! They have tons of product to take out too - tall cans, items to make Caesars etc. Lots of options. Service is good. Also great weekly deals. Large menu with many drink options. A novelty expirence or a fun, hip and comfortable space for lunch/drinks - its 5/5. Prices are decent too. My motto i want to sell to 1858 is... Theirs a Caesar for everyone haha. A must to check out!

It was the first time for both my bestie and I. What a great time we had. First greated by the sweetest young lady Lyric, happy to see we came back after we had dinner down the road. At first we had no idea it was her second day one the job, what a natural. We had questions she couldnt answer but was training with Chris. What an amazing pair. All our needs were met , questions answered amd the best darn Caesar I ever had. I ened up taking a six pack of your Caesars home. The only thing that needs a change is the music, too much the same. Chris was truly amazing! ASK FOR CHRIS We came from Toronto. I m a Caesar fanatic and was unsure what to get. If you re unsure like I was, just listen to Chris s suggestions. Great wings! And the tequila came with a side that was mind blowing. We also had the Caesar sampler that was suggested by Chris! Overall the Caesar hottie was the best for me :) Enjoy

Had the best time here from start to finish. My server Nat was very knowledgeable and suggested that I try the Smokehouse and it did not disappoint. Super flavourful and such a good smokey flavour. Our group shared the guac and chips, dill fries, and some chicken wings. Such good food for a caesar bar! I will recommend to everyone!

Came into Collingwood from out of town for a little weekend vacation. Caesars are our favourite so we had to stop in! So glad we went. The Caesar menu is huge & Charlotte, one of the managers, was so great & made us feel like a couple of regulars. 10/10 recommend :)

My friend and I visited 1858 a few weeks ago, it was our first time, as we have just moved to the area. The Caesar s were good, but the food was quite expensive (I think it was $14 ish for dill fries). We noticed that the menu is very different than what the screens show - so which one is right and why the inconsistency? We felt bad for the girls saying sorry, that s not available, so often. Charlotte greeted us, was very curt and dismissive. We sat inside at one of the middle tables and could hear her being rude and dismissive to everyone she came in contact with. The vibe she gave off was unprofessional and not only did we feel embarrassed to be hearing how she spoke, it was hard not to feel awkward for being situated in the middle of it. We were served by Aislyn and Sara who were lovely. We were hoping for a restaurant/bar that was going to be unique and special but all we felt was uncomfortable. If Charlotte is rude to the paying customers just imagine how she is acting towards her coworkers. She truly made our experience one we will never repeat.

Love coming and trying new Caesars here! I come all the way down from Barrie just to come to this place. Charlotte was our server she was super funny, smiley and all around a good time . She made our experience that much more fulfilling.

Great caesars anything you can think of in one they have it. The prices are a little high but any going out is expensive( thank the government for that) so if you dont mind paying a little more for a good product this is a great place to stop in for a drink I will be trying the dill fries the next time they looked good

Had an amazing time today for my aunts 60th birthday !! Chris was fantastic and helped accommodate our group despite it being pretty full, the food and drinks were absolutely amazing and we were so impressed at the selection !! Was such a wonderful time and Chris was phenomenal!

Went for lunch with my son. We had the chicken fingers and the chick and pick sandwich. Good sized portions and reasonably priced. Server was very friendly.

Dropped in for a cool beer on a hot day. Service was good. Prices, okay, I suppose for the area. I think everything in Collingwood is expensive. An easy hit on the tourists.

Stopped here as part of our our #crawlingwood. Only food consumed came as a garnish to the Brekkie (pickled egg for the win), Maple Bacon (the bacon was warm), and Korean (delightful Korean bbq flavour) Caesars. Perfect mid day stop, check it out if you can.

A must for Caesar aficionados, Maple BBQ comes with warm bacon garnish!

coming from Alberta we basically planned our vacation around being able to come here and man it didn t disappoint. The flights are a good way to try ceasers I would probably not order otherwise and they were all delicious, the pickle pucker was absolutely phenomenal as well. We NEED a location in Edmonton please!

We stopped in here on a weekday evening after having dinner somewhere else local. The Cesar I chose was the smokehouse which was delicious and Smokey. It came with a skewer of tender beef, bacon and cheese. Was they have patio seating along the front and side of their establishment. They stopped serving food and hour before close (they close at 9pm on a weekday). The menu is overwhelming with how many choices there are for the Cesar s. Decent service

Honestly, the Smokehouse Caesar wasn t great. It was fairly costly for two drinks and some fries. As for the dill fries, it s just fries seasoning and a dip. But the real kicker of it all was the service was pretty sub par. One of those places that seems to have a lot of hype but under deliver.

If ya want a great Cesar experience this is the place...gave 3 star for food ...but we only had quac..and chips...so never really tried the food....but the guacamole was good! Little on the expensive side for drinks tho!

Me and my wife love this place. This was our second time here. The food they bring with the ceasers is very good, and we have gotten a few of the fries they offer, and theyre also amazing. Ive tried a handful for the ceasers and havent had a bad one yet. Very creative! Price is up there for some of them, but you get food with each drink, so it really is reasonable. Service wasnt perfect this time, but it was a Friday, so Im sure it was just the volume of people that led to that. Parking: Parking on the street costs money at some points of the day

My son and I went at 6pm to have Caesar and finger food (but kitchen was closed). We tried a variety of their caesars. They have an incredible selection, and the ones we tried were excellent. Good quality ingredients and friendly service. They take the Caesar to a whole new level.

We went to the Caesar bar for the first time, and we had a waitress by the name of Sarah. She was absolutely outstanding in every aspect. Sarah was so great ensuring everyone was greeted with a friendly and positive attitude. Her patience with explaining everything in great detail and we never felt rushed . Which is a huge PLUS THESE DAYS!!!! She was extremely friendly and the Caesar Bar is very lucky to have such an outstanding happy person working for them. This bar is one of the most enjoyable places I have ever been to!! I do have to say their wing night was very enjoyable, and I m really hoping it comes back soon . I will ensure I tell everyone about the Amazing service we received at this Caesar bar. GREAT JOB TO THE WHOLE ENTIRE TEAM!!!!!

I would have preferred fresh pineapple over canned and sizzling hot meat skewers instead of cold, but the concept is so great that the whole experience is worth trying.

Ceasers here are fantastic, unfortunately seating hear is un welcoming. Swats are hard and no booths. Food is your typical pub fair. Excellent place. For that type of environment however if you want the fine dining experience this is not the place.

Had a flight of Caesars. Didnt know they are what USA calls Bloody Marys. Enjoyed the flight and the pretzel. Would definitely return.

It was ok, maybe it would be better if I was a huge Caesar buff, but Im not. We had 2 totally different Caesars & I really couldnt taste a huge difference. The service was good & friendly. But, I found everything a little too expensive & probably wont visit again unfortunately. Parking: Not alot of parking available. Gotta park down the side streets & walk up.

We went in just to have drinks. Had the build yourself Caesar option. Very reasonably priced Caesar and tasted great. Parking: We found parking on the street a short distance from the restaurant. It was free on Saturdays.

Great Cesars great food see you next week

A friend recommended that we check out 1858 Caesar Bar in Collingwood. Not knowing what to expect we decided to go there Saturday for some appetizers and a Caesar. While we were in line it was recommended that we start with a flight of Caesars and then go on from there. After enjoying our flight of drinks we decided to go with the Jamaican Jerk Caesar and a Feeling Dill Caesar. We both agreed that the feeling dill was amazing. If youre looking for something that is different than youve ever tried before check this place out. Be sure to sit on the main floor level and enjoy the ambiance. The staff were amazing and the atmosphere was fun. PS. The prices were very reasonable and you will not not be disappointed. Update - We returned to Collingwood in May 2024 and headed over to 1858 Caesar Bar. This time, it was retro wing night, and wings were $.58/ea. Service was top drawer, and the drinks did not disappoint. Looking for some adventure, get the Surf N Turf Caesar - complete with lobster tail, 2 shrimp, meat cheese - the works. Even if you dont like Caesars, go here.

The staff was amazing!! Stopped by for a quick lunch and a caesar to start off our vacation. I had their chicken sandwich, and it was brilliant!!! Portion sizes were more than what I expected. Kid-friendliness: Very family oriented. Made the group, which included my granddaughter, feel very welcomed.

Really enjoyed this unique bar/restaurant on our recent trip up to the Blue Mountain area. So many delicious sounding Ceasars to choose from, or build yourself. The flavor of the one I chose (Korean beef) was absolutely delicious. You can buy the ingredients in the store there as well. Id love to visit again. Probably a good thing there isnt one near me or Id be here daily!

Yelled at a few times for being in the doorway and was asked to wait outside. Within seconds more people were standing at the doorway. Once seated service did take a while. Not terrible Caesars but just basic tastes in my opinion. I had one with shrimp and I just tasted like water like they had been defrosted.

We came from an hour away to finally enjoy a Caesar at 1858. The Caesar was delicious, but we felt so rushed to give up our table, it made the experience unpleasant. It was a Saturday and it was busy, but we were made feel like if we were only having one drink we needed to hurry up and drink it and leave. The waitress even told us that we had to choose quickly because they were busy. Sadly, we won t rush back as I felt like I couldn t fully enjoy my drink.

Yesterday my family & I came in to eat and it was great! I cannot remember the name of our server, but she was the server with blue hair. She was extremely attentive to all of our needs, it was a busy night and she in no way made us feel rushed, or like we weren t a priority. She checked on us multiple times throughout our dinner, and updated us on how much longer our food would take. She was knowledgeable about the menu & made great recommendations!
