Our recent visit to Kelseys was made exceptional by our server, Crystal, who provided service that was truly outstanding. From the moment we were seated, her friendly demeanor and attentiveness made us feel welcomed and valued. My dad started with the classic Cheeseburger and Fries, a dish that proved to be a timeless favorite. The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of melted cheese. The fries were golden brown and crispy, the ideal accompaniment to the burger. I opted for the Mushroom Swiss Burger and Fries, and I was not disappointed. The burger was piled high with savory mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese, creating a rich and satisfying flavor combination. The fries were equally delicious, perfectly complementing the burger. Crystals service throughout the meal was impeccable. She was attentive without being intrusive, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring our drinks were always topped up. Her knowledge of the menu and her genuine enthusiasm for the food added to our enjoyment of the meal. Thanks to Crystals exceptional service and the delicious food, our dinner at Kelseys was a resounding success. Its clear that Kelseys is committed to providing not just a meal, but a complete dining experience. With staff like Crystal, they are certainly achieving that goal.

We went last night and again for lunch the next day before heading home. We ending up having the same waitress, and she was perfect... And so were the nachos. Definitely recommend coming for one of those reasons.

The waitress Elise was very attentive. It s a neat older building. You can see the mountain from some areas.

Manager Marcus Phillips was outstanding to deal with. I had an issue with an Uber order which was not his problem, but Marcus went out of his way to make it right. He competed us generously and even personally delivered the items. Can t say enough about this guy. What a Gentleman.

Ordered Chicken Fingers and a Chicken & Goat Cheese salad to go. Could not even chew the chicken fingers at all. They were cold and seemed to be cooked quit awhile before pick up. My husbands chicken in his salad came out of the fridge. Wasn t heated at all. He did say the salad was okay once he prepped the meat. We ordered from Kelseys because we go to this one often.

Had the chicken fajitas...very very dry chicken that became too chewy. Only the first 2 wraps were soft. The rice filled the plate more than the meal itself...shrinkflation at its finest. The veggies to build it came with hot jalapeño peppers chopped and ruined the rest because it was all into each other. Ive had this meal at Lonestar & Montanas who by far surpass the quality & quantity. Rice should always be on the side. Hot anything should always be separate or asked if you want them. I really hate both. We also had potatoe skin that were burnt a bit. Not quality food. My 1st Kelleys, unfortunately not what I was expecting. Dietary restrictions: Nut allergy & they were very accommodating

The owner is just not a good person. I would not suggest working or eating there Though the staff is amazing. Both day and night servers and kitchen rock just sucks the owner is who he is. Fires people for doing the right thing then denies them their legally owed pay. They have fired at least 3 other people this year alone and didnt give them their owed pay till labour board forced them I know cause I was the manager there.

We had dinner at Kelseys in Collingwood. The food was really good. The staff were friendly, especially our server Ashley who took our drink and food order right away. Overall the service was great and it was a nice venue. We would come back again.

Friendly staff however, this location is trying new food suppliers and we found the steak and balsamic chicken very dry. Manager, on his own accord gave us 20 percent off our bill. Nice people but the food was disappointing

We had dinner at Kelseys in Barrie. Great service, food was good! Our server(bartender) Julia B. Was great. She greeted us promptly, took our drink order, dinner order and checked throughout our meal if everything was okay!

So me and my family were visiting friends 30mins north of Collingwood. On our way back home, we were picking places to have dinner. Ruled out every restaurant except Kelseys. We arrived, the host man at the front looked at me with a stare and then I said HELLO! We got seated in a spot that felt uncomfortable, asked for a booth, and was told we had to wait...NP. saw then clean off a booth, then an older lady asked him for the booth where he told her that someone else will be sitting there, which wells suppose to be me and my family. We then watched the lady and her guest get up from where she was sitting, and sat in our booth while looking at us. I got up immediately and spoke to the host and was told because someone already took their booth thats why, then I asked for the manager. He stated the same thing..its by areas. I said..ok..soo which other booth is there because we were told and waited for one. We got seated at another booth. Ordered our food, which took forever to come out. I ordered Nachos which I havent eaten in a long time. My kids and husband got their food, while our sever Hailey told me about 3 times that my nachos are coming. The table who came in after us...got their full platter of nachos while I was still waiting on the half size. After some time, Hailey came back and said how sorry she was because she forgot to punch it in and offered to punch it then, but I said forget it..the rest of my family is almost done their dinner, I was offered it to go...I said no thanks cause it will be soggy. We live almost 2hrs away. She offered free dessert. I let the kids pick it. So no dinner for me with my family. The dessert was great! When we were paying the bill, putting my scence points in the system, hailey tried 2x then said i dont think our machine is working, i just said forget it and left. Plus she got a $10 tip!. I tried to look past everything with a smile because I understand people do make mistakes, what I felt was very unprofessional was no MANAGER came to the table and explained what had happened on her part. Especially since she told me how busy it is, that doesnt give her the right to forget peoples food entry. I however am thankful for the other server who kept checking in on me asking if everything was OK. Anyway, I definitely dont think I will be back. Sorry

My server Yolanda was amazing! She was very fast and kind.

We have been to other Kelseys locations and have not been impressed. However, we received some gift certificates for this location and decided to give it a go. We were seated at a booth by the window, which was very comfortable. The whole restaurant had a different vibe than others as it was situated in an old house. We were greeted by our server, Sharon, and made to feel welcome. We ordered the spinach dip, which was fabulous and enough for our party of 3. Our entrees were Thai Shrimp Curry, Chicken Parm and Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with Chicken. When our meals arrived, the two hot meals were HOT! This was awesome as my husband has a thing about meals not arriving hot. The meals were also delicious . There was an issue with the chicken on the salad. When I mentioned it to Sharon, she immediately took care of it, no questions asked. The manager even came to the table to ensure that we were satisfied. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name, I think we were so taken aback with the excellent service that we forgot to ask. We also had the Butterfinger Crunch Ice Cream Cak and the Chocolate Lava Cake! YUMMY!! We will return to this location even though we have locations closer to where we live. Also, if you sign up for their emails, you will receive the Spinach Dip free, worth $15.99!! We dont go out for dinner very much, so thank you for an enjoyable experience, we WILL return

It was not a pleasant experience with Kelsey s at this Blue Mountain s location. The hostess was not welcoming and she told us we had to wait 45 minutes when the restaurant was not even half full. She did not even give us option when we asked for separate tables. (There was two empty tables by the windows too). Other Kelsey s locations were much friendlier and just too disappointed with this location. Oh well, this gave us better chance to enjoy Boston Pizza just across the street. They were much more accommodating to large group.

We came for my fiancé s birthday dinner with our kids. Food was delicious and our server Camila was really sweet. Patio was closed unfortunately but we enjoyed our dinner very much. Thank you Camila!

On our way home from Wasaga Beach we stopped off at Kelseys in Collingwood for dinner . We ordered a Chicken Parmesan, and the Steak with Cassian shrimp and they were outstanding, the waitress which was Yolanda who was really friendly and service was perfect. We enjoyed the meal so much, that we craved for that meal a few days later and have since tried 2 other Kelseys, looking for the magic, this time in Mississauga area but both were good but not even close to the taste of the Collingwood location. You can be sure we will be back the next time we are in Collingwood again.

20 minutes to receive drinks. 45 to get our food. One was a plate of nachos... It was not busy. Mabey 10 tables and 4 or 5 servers. Not a great experience.

Ordered the steak fajitas, based on the picture on the menu it should have been quite hearty, however there was only four small pieces of the beef, which meant I had to eat two shells with no meat and the first three with only one or two small pieces. Every one else at the table agreed it was pathetic. I cannot recommend!
