I have been twice now since this restaurant opened. Its been great both times. I recommend that everyone try the avocado toast. Yummy Also they have good coffee. Going to have to go at lunch time next. Amy recommended the crispy chicken burger to us. She also conspired with management to reward myself and Tracey, with a free waffle and bananas, complete with a lit sparkler, for being local bus drivers. Very much appreciated thank you. Love this chain, but we had an unfortunate experience here. Servers were wonderful, food was decent, however our food came out in different time intervals. Two people got their food after everyone else at our table was finished! On top of this, the order was wrong. We brought this up with management who did basically nothing about this issue. Provided no accountability, or apology. Our server was lovely though and tried to advocate. Probably wouldnt come here if you have more than 4 people in your group.

My wife and I decided to try out your location for breakfast. We had Amy as our waitress. She smiled ,the entire time despite the restaurant being busy, and is an asset to your location. The breakfast was delicious and worth it.

Had breakfast this morning. The place is very clean and nicely done. The kimchi skillet was great, the homefries aren t dry which is something i was worried about. Heard about this new spot in our hood .. love to support local .. such a huge disappointment .. got seated right away. The noise level is high but the group of 4 of us made it work. It took 20 minutes before we could order our food. I ordered the special French toast .. our food (3 of my guests food arrived ) and mine was a few minutes later after the rest of group started to eat .. I took 3 bites of the French toast and couldn t eat it (inedible) soggy and not cooked through .. I told our wait person to please remove the plate from the table as I said it was inedible. She never asked why , or had the manager come over to chat .. we asked for our cheque and to have it split in half 50/50.. it took her 10 minutes to manually figure out the bill. She eventually arrived with 4 slips, each with different amounts on it .. she said she didn t know how to split the bill in half !!! Our breakfast per couple was $70!!! No one came over to ask about my inedible breakfast nor did they offer to remove it from bill or even just charge half for it. My latte was warm and loaded with whipped cream. We are extremely disappointed that no one checked on quality control etc. sorry but won t be back and will let our friends know .. not a good experience at all. Good luck with your place though.

I recently dined at pur and simple, and I have to commend our server, Dave, for providing an exceptional experience. From the moment we were seated, Dave greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. His knowledge of the menu was impressive. Throughout the meal, Dave checked in regularly without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were filled and that we had everything we needed. Overall, Daves professionalism and attentive service significantly enhanced our dining experience. I left feeling valued as a customer, and I would highly recommend asking for him on your next visit!

Delicious food

our lovely server was attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Our orders were taken in a timely manner and the quality check was perfectly on time. The iced vanilla latte was incredible and the mango smoothie was fresh and delicious (bonus points for the glassware). The food was absolutely incredible and it would win against any brunch place in the area by a landslide. My boyfriend had the smash burger and I had the black and blue with a side of rye toast. The bacon was cooked perfectly, the eggs were done just right, the sausage was juicy and tender and the home fries were crunchy on the outside and soft and fresh inside. The pancakes were soft and fluffy and delicious. As for the burger my boyfriend is generally a slow eater but he ate that down at a speed even I couldn t believe. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff are quick and efficient as bussing tables and making sure everything looks perfect to the T. The interior was lovely. I will be sending everyone that I know and their mothers to this place because it was just that good. I absolutely loved it and will be coming back!

The waitress did a fantastic job. I had the smashburger Benedict. I m very picky so The home fries were delicious however it wasn t hot. I could taste the vinegar in the poached eggs and the orange slice was dry. My husband had the coconut French toast and he loved it.

I ordered butter cream waffles, the meal was very good, however, I was shocked to see I was charged additional 3.50$ for maple syrup, I assumed maple syrup would be included with waffles. The atmosphere, poor acoustic, very loud and room was cold The waiter was friendly, but i think they were understaffed as there was a long delay in service. I would recommend this restaurant, the food is excellent, but, just beware of extra add ons to your meals

I went to pur and simple this morning for breakfast. I absolutely would not recommend this place. The food had a weird taste to it. They never came around once to fill your coffee, I had an empty coffee the entire time. The waitress I had never came back, had to ask another person for my bill. Also; they were playing videos on their tv about how to chuck oysters, fillet seafood and it was terrible to watch that while about to eat. Absolutely the worst experience. NOT KID FRIENDLY environment. If you bring kids; they try to charge you for a kids drink even though it comes with the meal.

Charging for maple syrup for panckes isnt right. And charging for coffee when you are having breakfast just isnt done in the restraunt industry. Parking: I only saw 4 spots for parking

First time dining at Pür & Simple in Collingwood. The menu options were a perfect combination of unique and classic. Our meals were delicious. The ingredients were fresh and wonderfully prepared, and the portions were ample. We were seated quickly, and our meals arrived soon after. Staff were very nice. A big shout out to Dave, our server. He was attentive and seemed to know what was needed and when. He checked on us often without being intrusive, and his witty, relaxed demeanor made for a delightful lunch.

Wowie!! Went for breakfast there this morning with my dear friend. As soon as I stepped in the door, we were greeted with smiles and were seated right away. It was a really busy morning, but everybody was still so pleasant and so kind. The food was actually outstanding. (I m a picky vegetarian :-D) and the coffee choices were an extra treat. I had a super yummy and strong vanilla oat milk latte. At some point, a very nice gentleman, perhaps the owner? Went around with free mini cups of freshly squeezed orange juice! What a nice touch. A big shout out to our super duper Waitress Mel ( Mylene ) Who kept coming back to us to make sure we had all the right choices at hand. She was really really sweet, efficient and took the time to say a nice goodbye at the end of our meal. We couldn t believe she was new there as she seemed like a seasoned pro! When we were leaving the restaurant, many of the staff made sure to say goodbye with Well wishes for a great day. Quite a fantastic experience all around. Well done everybody there! You are greatly appreciated and for sure I m coming back!

Our first visit here was quite underwhelming. The toast arrived cold, and the pumpkin spiced latte was both cold and off-tasting, with an artificial flavor. It didn t resemble a latte and seemed more like plain coffee. We mentioned the issue to the waitress, who apologized, but the coffee wasn t removed from our bill. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we don t plan on returning

I ordered an omelette. It was suppose to come with cheese. It did not. Waitress went back to kitchen and they gave her two pieces of processed cheese. She was not impressed. I was not impressed. I was charged in full for the entire meal even though cheese came when I was just about finished eating. Waitress was lovely though, as well as waitress in training.

came here at 11:55 with my wife for our first time trying the breakfast at pur. the lineup was fairly large, but we did not wait long (10 min aprox) when we sat down we noticed the menus looked bright and clean, and they had some wonderful specials as well for variety and a fun little crossword & coloring page for kids. we waited for maybe 15 min in a fully packed resteraunt and the food came out hot and fast, and our server Sarah was very professional and friendly. it is a little more pricy than the regular old diner, but I would also like to say that the quality was about twice as good (fresh squeezed orange juice, and fresh made hollandaise) it was very much worth it especially when you want to take your loved ones out for a treat <3 awesome spot, give it a try :)

We were seated quickly but that was the extent of the service we recieved . We waited 15 minutes without a server or anyone coming to our table. Watching people who came in after us get service while we sat there is extremely frustrating. We decided to leave as we were hungry and found somewhere else .

Unreasonable amount of hollandaise sauce on most of the dishes we ordered. The dessert menu was on point though.

The best thing about this place was the service. The fruit filled crepes were cold and looked as if they were prepared the day before. Also, ridiculously expensive. Not worth it.

Went for a breakfast with my friends today morning. Loved the food and service was amazing. The best thing at this place is everyone so nice and even the manager came to check on us. Definitely will go back again.

Just had lunch and Sierra was our server. Shes the best! Very efficient , accommodating and friendly. I had the crepe with fruit, my friend had waffle and fruit and the other friend had the western omelet. All the dishes were delicious! The fruit was fresh and very tasty. Im giving 4 stars . I would have given 5 but we found it to be very noisy and echo-y. Thats the only complaint. I think if there were noise buffers in the ceiling to absorb the noise it would be a lot better. As it is with the noise its hard to hear you companion at times. Which causes everyone to speak louder because they cant hear each other. Otherwise, compliments all around. Well be back for sure.

Great atmosphere & vibes, it was nice and bright with great service and amazing food. We had a great waiter named Dave who made my sons birthday very special by giving him a surprise banana and chocolate Nutella waffle with a little sparkler on top.

My partner and I visited Pur and Simple in Collingwood for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Our server was Dave and he suggested we get one or the skillets and it was absolutely amazing. He was also very friendly and funny, which made our experience at the restaurant even better! All in all, great breakfast/brunch spot - has a variety of options for food and drinks!!

Loud and cramped space Waited 20 minutes before someone even came to acknowledge our table, then another 40 minutes to get our food. While food was good, just expect to wait for it. Oh, and make sure you re prepared for the cacophony of sound.
