Saw this sandwich truck mentioned a lot on Facebook and decided to give it a try yesterday. The service was friendly and quick. I ordered the lobster roll, which was delicious! Best fries in Collingwood. Definitely worth a visit!

Fabulous lobster roll with excellent fries! Winter dining at the outdoor picnic table could be a challenge but the sandwiches are that good! Food

I have eaten here a number of times however, after my most recent experience, I had to come in write this review. I have been looking at the East Coast Lobster Roll forever And decided to try it. This is anything but an East Coast lobster. It s not even lobster at all. It was mediocre imitation crab. Representing it as East Coast or lobster is completely a misrepresentation. Very disappointing. Just called a speed of speed it s a fish sandwich.

Never disappoints everything on the menu is delicious and will fill you up.

I had been eyeing this place all summer on social media and finally was in the neighbourhood. My Mom and I shared the lobster roll and Cubano. They were both so bloody delicious. The owner is super friendly and chill. He threw in some fries with our order and my kids said they were the best fries ever. What an absolute gem of an eatery. They have a couple of picnic tables to sit at to enjoy your meal. Definitely check it out asap!

Hands down best burger in Collingwood!!!

Amazing food! We has the turkey dinner poutine daily special and it was by far the most delicious, innovative, and unique poutine I have ever had. We also had the farmhouse griller sandwich was filling and tasty. There is some outdoor seating in case you want to eat in .

We tried the East Coast Lobster Roll and the Philly Brisket Cheesesteak and both were excellent! Lots of other sandwich options as well. Love that the chef uses COBS bread. This food truck is worth checking out

Best Burgers and fries In Simcoe County and beyond I love food and traveling so this says alot! This is hands down the Best burger I have ever had , taking the trophy from burgurito in Tulum Mexico !!! So delicious that I Went the next day after my first time going!

Delicious as always. Good sized portions. We had to take some home and cost us less than our last trip to Subway. Keep up the great work.

Sat outside after ordering the brisket and it just had that, cant wait for the next bite kinda feel. Soooo good. The dude running the place was cool to, obviously loves what hes doing. Came all the way from Wasaga for this place and worth every second. Cant wait to come back !

Tried the dilly fries and was very disappointed. Super dry.. they definitely need gravy or some sort of sauce. Portion is very small for the price too.

Great food and the owner is really friendly. The fries were crispy and the queso cheese fry was amazing. Generous portion size! You cant find it here in Collingwood. Definitely recommend!

Really love the sausage and fries here. The sausage was cooked very well and dressed very well with lots of toppings that make it so flavourful. The fries as well were amazing as it was crispy and tasted as if it was fresh cut and also loaded and dressed really well. Plus the owner was such a great person, who spoke with us and was funny and caring. We made sure to come back and have more of the great food!

Got the brisket philly cheesesteak sandwich the other day and it was phenomenal!! Will definitely be back!

Killer Cubano sandwich. Went by today as i had seen posts in a local group so i thought id go try it. Wasnt disappointed and will be back!

Absolutely amazing food. We werent super hungry but wanted to try the chicken pesto club and wedges. They were fine with that then brought it to us while we sat in the Brewery theyre next to. It was the best club and potato wedge experience by each on their own of my life. This is definitely gourmet. Next time I hope to try their seafood/lobster roll when back in the summer.

A co-worker and I just ordered lunch for the first time, and it definitely wont be our last. The loaded tater tots were still crispy even after delivery and the quality of the entire meal was A+. We will be ordering more frequently, and would highly recommend!

Strake is fantastic. B takes such good care of his food, and customers. Sometimes there is a line, so come prepared for that. The food is always fresh, the service is always friendly, and I recommend literally everything on the menu. Thanks for the awesome eats Strake!

Possibly the best sandwich Ive ever had, highly suggest the grilled veggie haloumi press and the Cubano loaded tots. Brandon was also super kind and clearly loves what he does.

The brisket Philly cheesesteak was phenomenally delicious!!! I ordered fries and gravy with it thinking I would need the gravy to eat all of my fries. I was dead wrong! The seasoning on the fries was so goodI could not stop! Don t get me wrong though, the gravy was also fantastic. Highly recommend this gem.

Chef Brandon is one of collingwoods most welcoming friends, always courteous and the food is always amazing, wholesome chef and friend the food at this location is always delicious and my appetite is always full by the time I m done, if you re in the collingwood blue mountian area visiting I strongly recommend this place

By far the best Philly cheesesteak sandwich I ve ever had Juicy, flavourful, and filling! The fries also caught me by surprise, perfectly fried and seasoned (I think one of the best fries I ve tried also). Tots were really good, sooo many flavours to choose from. Shout out to the owner (I think) for being so friendly and welcoming as it was our first time trying out the food truck!

So far I ve had the strake burger and the vegball sub both with potato salad, and they were both absolutely amazing! I highly recommend to try this place because it will not disappoint! Also they have the best pickles I ve ever tasted and I don t even like pickles!!! 10/10

Super cute spot with tables and seating behind the Collingwood terminals. I had the veg meatball sub with wedges and my partner got the crispy chicken and we were both very pleased. We will be back for sure.

I live 4500km away from this food truck in an area (Vancouver) where food trucks are abundant and the selections are top notch in creativity and quality. Strake Sandwich Co. could easily compete with a west coast food truck. If you re a foodie, you know that s a big claim, and they back this claim up with their fun menu, their experience, and overall attention to flavour profiles. I 100% will come back and stuff my fat face with tater tots and Chef Brandon s hot meat. His sauce is so good.

Delicious food with an awesome view. We ordered pulled pork hoagie and chicken tenders... Both were great. The pulled pork hoagie packed the balance of the delicious meat complemented by the crunch cucumber salad. The potato wedges were well seasoned and an worthy side.

Local couple has made the most amazing food truck... It is truly all homemade and QUALITY! This is a destination place and worth traveling to Collingwood just for a meal here. The Lobster East Coast Roll has a dill fresh flavour. The burger is also unique and brillantly crafted. Nice lounging areas as well as picknick tables. The ICE CREAM Sandwich is a hoot! Worth every penny!

The quality of ingredients were really good. The sauces and toppings were amazing. The buns were top notch. The brisket was very flavorful but tough to chew, and the pulled pork wasnt cooked enough to be pulled. Everyone has an off day and I assume this was one for them. Will try again.

The east coast roll amazing! Kids shared the burger and it was bigger then the bun.. the tater tots are also amazing definitely going to try the loaded tots next time I go or the brisket I don t know it s probably all amazing!
