When you order online, you expect your order to be ready when you get there to pick up. Not only was my order not ready, but it wasn t even started! Not to mention having to wait 20+ minutes for it to be prepared after back and forth with the manager about the salad I ordered being discontinued yet still available on the app. Manager couldn t even offer me anything in terms of compensation for all the hassle.. used to love their food but after this experience, I will not be back. HORRIBLE customer service, and employees seemed completely lost and disorganized.

I went through the app and ordered Chicken Shawarma, a Taboule Salad, and a side of fries. I ordered at 6:14 and went in 15 mins later to pickup my order. They hadn t started it. They didn t know about it, until I told them I was picking up my order. The supervisor told me the salad was not available. I asked Why? Because I was able to order it on the app, so it should be available and I paid for it It was then I was put on the phone with the manager by the supervisor . He informed me that the taboule has been discontinued. I said ok, I understand you don t have it, but I still ordered it through your app and paid for it. I thought this was the last of it, nope. I spoke with the manager 3 more times about the same order and what they were going to do after talking to his supervisor. Why she couldn t tell me what was going on, is beyond me. But I digress. I waited and talked to the manager of the store for almost 45 mins altogether. He asked if I wanted hummus instead as it s about the same price as the taboule. I told him the customer is busy and I can t contact them. I told him I get that you re refunding the salad and I don t want a replacement as this was for someone other than myself and they were busy, so I can t contact them about side replacements. That took another 15 mins. I asked about compensation for my time and efforts and the manager said there s nothing they can give me. At this point I just wanted the food and to leave. I had to keep reminding them of my order, despite having the order right in front of them. Then I had to repay for everything minus the salad. Just to get out of there, I said whatever. I paid, got the side order of fries (which I had to remind them of for the 4th time) and left. I quite enjoy their food, but this level of customer service is unacceptable. I won t be back to this location again.

What a waste of money this was. The rice was so old it was crunchy. We ordered for 6 people and no one finished their meals.

The Collingwood Location is the WORST one. Ive been to Osmows Multiple times in different cities; Angus, Orangeville, Mississauga, Wasaga and the worst food is from Collingwood. They are super CHEAP with ingredients, they give you as little as possible in a wrap, I ask for more garlic because they are so chinsy with it and still its not enough, they little give me a little squirt. Every other location FILLS up my wrap and with ample garlic sauce. Its been a year of disappointment w/ this location, the regular & large size wrap has NO difference, I bought the 2 different sizes at the same time and the large was so sad looking. Ive gotten chicken Greek salads from there too and again they low ball you on the ingredients. I rather drive 10 more mins and get a WAY better wrap and service then be disappointed every single time. The people working there hardly listen to you, i have to repeat what I said to the cashier to the person making it the specifics I want because they are on autopilot and just make lousy wraps. The manager that took over this place is also watching them on camera making sure they dont over put items on peoples food. This is the worst location for the money you pay and the service is terrible. Never again, dont give them business, they have the name but not the same quality.

Didnt even wrap the wrap....barely anything in it. When I pulled it out of the the bag the wrap wasnt even wrapped up. The wrap itself fell out as well as a portion of the contents. The wrap itself was 1/2 empty... you can tell their reviews are fake....

Tahir: Osmows Shawarma in Collingwood has by far the most delicious mediterannean dishes. Their Shawrma is to die for. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. Robin and Gurdit helped us to pick their best dishes. We ate at this place two days and no place else. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was good but be aware, mild spicy was not mild at all, it was very spicy. Napkins and utensils were out of reach as well, we had to ask for them every time we needed a napkin or extra fork

I used to be a regular customer and previously rated 5 stars for the food. However, I recently had to change my rating to 3 stars due to a noticeable decline in the quantity and quality of the food in Collingwood. I now prefer Osmows in Wasaga because of this. For example, the large portion of Chicken on the Rocks or the Saj Shawarma is significantly smaller, and sometimes the rice feels undercooked. That said, the staff service remains excellent, as always. Im not sure if this is due to portion control for profit, but I hope it can be addressed.

The service is terrible, ordered food through uber eats and they took forever to make two wraps while 2 delivery drivers cancelled the pickup because the food wasn t ready!!! The order was placed at 7:30pm, was accepted right away by the store, interesting huh, but they took an hour just to make two wraps. Got the delivery at 8:45pm and the food was terrible, cold and messy. Ordered two different wraps with different sauces and they were not marked!!!! How would a customer know which wrap has which sauce!!!! Very disappointing experience!

Terrible experience - we went there tonight to grab dinner, the man working behind the counter was clearly sick. He coughed several times into the open whilst preparing our food, wiped his nose on the back of his hand and was very sweaty. We didnt feel comfortable making a scene and asking for a refund, but we definitely should have. We ended up throwing out the food without touching it and getting Wendys instead. Would not recommend - horrible food hygiene standards

Wheelchair accessible front door and toilets. Veg options and sauces are available I love the fact that they specifically state that all their sauces are vegan. The quantity of the food is very low as compared to the other osmos location like I often buy the lamb on the sticks but this time to my surprise the quantity is very low though we order large. They should work on that and must improve that.

In the past year or two the restaurant was great, amazing portions good taste rice was cooked well etc. as of late the portions have shrunk chicken is over cooked fries are soggy and gross and overall experience has gone down. The wasaga location on the other hand has been a 10/10 every single time with portions big enough I struggle to finish , as well as cooked properly. we often make the trip from collingwood to wasaga just to avoid the very poor Osmows expierence in collingwood. 2/10 would not recommend if you are looking for a good shawarma experience

Part of the problem with Osmow s as a franchise is that the menus are inconsistent and the preparation of each item is inconsistent across each location. I ordered a large Philly wrap with sticks. The guy at the cash may have misheard me and gave me a regular size wrap, despite that I had ordered a large, and proceeded to print off the receipt and say see you ordered a regular despite that his inputting the item incorrectly didn t prove anything. Particularly when you re paying around $20 for a wrap that s mainly lettuce, I would hope for a little bit of grace. I have never in my life ordered a regular size wrap. This location is not one of the stronger Osmow s franchises. Hard pass from a regular Osmow s consumer.
