Stepped here with 11 people looking for dinner. It took us a few minutes to get seated and it was okay that we were separated a little. It is a English pub style with some Canadian favorites. Although it was busy, the service was fairly quick. The waiters were pleasant. Had the poutine loved it. Also had the steak and mushroom pie. Couldn't eat all of that because of the poutine but it was great. We had a small one with us that was rambunctious. They were very kind about it. We were her here on a Thursday evening. Very busy

Have visited Bulldog’s quite a few times , mostly for business lunches , hence never really got a chance to take pictures fora review ! The place is always packed and is a local favourite. It’s a cozy place with a big patio as well. The menu is very pub inspired with varied options of quite a few cuisines . Have tried the wings , definitely live up to the hype ! Fish & chips are good and the burgers are delicious. When in Collingwood, a must stop for the wings !!!! Staff are very friendly, pleasant and always with smiles .
Food are just okay, not bad but not good either fries are horrible (worse than McDonald's/popeye) Pie with grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes are the better one though
I have been coming here since I moved to Collingwood in 2020. Every time my family or friends visit from out of town, I take them here as well, because I genuinely enjoyed it. For some reason, the last 3 times I’ve been in, I’ve had horrible service. This time was possibly The worst. I took my 10 year old daughter with me in the middle of the day, thinking it wouldn’t be that busy. The hostess gave me a dirty look when we walked in the door, didn’t greet us until I said I wanted a table. She walked past me and said nothing, then came back and took us to a table. We ordered our drinks, and I only asked for water, when the server gave me the water it was warm, and the cup was dirty, had a lipstick smear on it, almost as if she grabbed a water from another table, I attached a picture of the lipstick on my cup. It took me 20 minutes to flag her down to get me another water, because she kept ignoring us. We waited over 40 minutes for a kids taco meal and a club sandwich. The person next to us was sat 15 minutes after we were, and got his food before us. When I got my food, the chicken on it was dry and they put so much mayo on it, it was like eating soup. I also found a blond hair in my poutine, I picked it up and threw it on the table in front of me, which when I told the sever about it, she bent down to inspect it and told me she couldn’t see it. I already removed it from my food, and I didn’t like how she was making it look like I was lying. At this point I didn’t care, I told them to cancel my order because I wasn’t hungry anymore. I sat there for another 30 minutes after my daughter was done eating, waiting for her to bring a bill, I ended up tipping her anyway, but now that I think about it, I shouldn’t have, because the service was just as bad as the food. She never one time checked on us, or refilled my daughters drink. It also shouldn’t of taken over an hour and a half of waiting for what we ordered. I also like to point out the previous time I went here, I took 2 of my kids with me, got the same standoffish attitude at the door, and at the end they put someone else’s order on my bill. I went to pay it and questioned why it was almost $200 for me and 2 kids, she acted like it wasn’t a big deal, pointed to the table near me that was still eating, and said she put their meals on my bill. I told her I’m not paying that, and she left and took back a new bill that was correct. I thought that was really strange, to try to get customers to pay for other customers meals. I decided to give them another chance after the 2 previous mediocre visits, but I think I’m done this time.
Great mix of food. They have a burger of the day. Yesterday's had apple butter! Yummy! We had great gravy with our 🍟 fries.
My boyfriend (a self-proclaimed wing connoisseur) had found an article that claimed this pub had a spot in one of the top 10 wings in Canada. He had two lbs. (the lemon and the hot) and he said these were the best wings he’s ever eaten in his entire life. They were juicy with a very unique flavour profile. I had the wonderful French onion soup which really hit the spot. What amazing comfort food. The fries and gravy you cannot go wrong. Prices were extremely reasonable. Our waiter was so attentive and kind. The owner pleasure to interact with. They were well-run and organized. They put a lot of pride into what they do and it shows. We will make the drive to come back from Toronto. Thank you for such a highlight of our trip to blue mountain!
The staff were exceptionally friendly and well-coordinated. Despite the busy atmosphere, they provided excellent service. The outdoor seating was decent, and the service was remarkably fast. The food was outstanding, with every dish tasting superb. This establishment is a must-visit when in the area.

Love the wings here...my usual choice is the lemon myrtle. I changed it up this time and had the Montreal smoked meat sandwich. Delicious!

Ive been meaning to try out Beaver & Bulldog Sports Pub so I met a friend their this week. They have a great selection of beer on tap with some locally brewed options. I had a glass of Side Launch IPA to go with a pound of wings and fries. The service was excellent and the place was quite busy. We didnt have to wait for a table but there were not too many open tables left. The wings were nice and large with plenty of meat. Fries were cooked nicely. This will likely be my choice to go for wings in Collingwood. They also have a good selection of salads and other food options. Staff were friendly and provided good service.
Noisy and fun place to have wings. Not a place for a quiet first date but lots of regulars. Beer is cold and good selection.

Got wings and fries from here as takeout and they definitely lived up to the good reviews! They were extremely busy for a Tuesday when we went, after one bite we could see why! If you plan to eat in at peak dinner hours or during a game, Id recommend making a reservation. They were super accommodating despite every table being full!

The Mini Yorkies were absolutely incredible. The poutine was properly made and well portioned. Server was incredible she got a big tip for all her help. The flies were a little much but what can you expect for late August. Once they get inside theyre next to impossible to get rid of so I dont really fault them for that. Over all a good first impression.

Dog patio!!!!! The food was delicious and the staff was very nice. Had the marpar, chapolte mango and beaver wings. Ended the night with sticky toffee pudding. We definitely will be back.
Wow. Do not make the mistake of thinking this is in any way, just another sports bar, pub, roadhouse. This is not just another, everything fried place. The first word that came to mind when the filo crusted shrimp arrived, was elevated. The food here is exceptional. Visually, creatively, culinarily. It truly is an elevated menu for food of its type. Dare I say its a successful fusion of greatness, and clearly someone here has passion, and wants nothing to do with same ol, same ol. Thanks Beaver n Bulldog. Thanks also for having a dog owner patio. This place is quite literally the first place to surprise me with quality of food and service, post pandemic that wont be named. Please go here, as we need more places like this, where someone clearly cares about me being there tonight, AND wanting me to actually return.

Turned away my business. Thought it was a good place before but now cant recommend. Tired to order more wings for my get together but nope. I got there at 830pm My review went from 5 stars too a 1 because of this experience
5 Stars is an understatement as more are deserved for this establishment. It s rare to see genuine care starting from the top down. We were in on a really busy night and Dave was hands on, leading his team with such a positive attitude, the way a real leader should. He pulled his team aside and thanked them at the end of the night, it was refreshing to hear appreciation and recognition. Amanda is always great, and makes sure her guests are taken care of. The food is consistently amazing, the best we ve found in years. It s all these little things that make a place worthy of visiting regularly and we can t wait until our next visit :)

Arrived and wanted to sit on the patio to enjoy our supper. Though both sides had people dining there with plenty of empty tables were told we had to dine inside as the patios were dog patios yet there wasnt a single dog I sight. Told it would bean hour to get a table. As we were leaving others who came after us were offered patio and were seated. I am limited to accessible restaurants...zI wont be back to this one. I will give poor reviews elsewhere.

Server left a bit to be desired, not as attentive as expected and didn t particularly add anything to the experience, no small talk or light friendly conversation, quick and to the point and didn t check up on dishes which made it feel like we were more of just another tip for her but my best guest would be due to her having 6/7 tables at one time which stretched her abilities out a bit much. Food was amazing, Irish nachos are the best in town and the calamari and crab cakes had a great flavour profile and were cooked to perfection. Luckily our hero of the night Dave swung by and assisted us at one point who was an absolute pleasure. That man made it a memorable experience all on his own during only a brief interaction. 10/10 would recommend and will be back soon! Edit: went back three weeks later, Sylvie was amazing, quick and to the point but friendly and talkative to the exact right amount, meatloaf was amazing however slightly over seasoned in my opinion, chicken Caesar was great with Canadian bacon and a good helping of croutons, calamari was a hit as always, still holds a spot for the best spot in town in my heart. Biggs is clearly doing something right here, Bravo.

Whoever was on deep fryer today overcooked everything. Great service but disappointing meal. We told our server about the onion ring appetizer and she discounted them 50%. Didn t have the heart to tell her about the rest of her meal as it wasn t her fault and she seemed genuinely concerned about the rings. Tough onion rings, chewy, dry chicken fingers and dried out wings. Sauces were delicious though. Place was packed so I m sure this isn t the norm but left very disappointed.

Food and service was fantastic but the locals that visited this pub the day that we were here were very condescending, rude, and arrogant. They made us feel very uncomfortable and rushed out the door just so they can have our seats at the end of the bar.
Best wings in town hands down! All the other food here is what you would expect from a small pub. The only thing I dont like about this place is its to small. They really need to expand this building. For this reason its also hard to get a table during lunch and dinner rush.

I had the wings....everyone says try their wings...lightly dusted and ok....nothing to write home about....and wing night is not cheap....$1.45 a wing....comes with nothing else...you want a couple carrot sticks and celery with sauce....another $2.45...pints are not cheap either...but what is?.

Ordered the soup of the day. It was pot roast soup on the board but we were served carrots and onions in beef broth. I had 2 little pieces of beef in the bowl. The kicker was they charged almost $10 for that. Never again.

Waited 1 hr 15 min to get in even calling 5 min before on the way to restaurant asking if there is room got told it was 30 min wait and it got cold outside while we had a baby finally get in service was not communicating well struggles with food made improperly and trying to get it fixed and ended up being told to take it home and use a sauce to fix it on our own.Not pleased will not be returning and dont recommend

Nice sports bar with friendly staff.
Used to love this place but recently have been disappointed, the chicken fingers/fries made me sick & the fries tasted like fish from the oil shared, they offered to remake it but I couldn t stomach it since I already felt off. Really disappointing in an almost $30 meal. This is the second time this week it wasn t good. Good service is the only thing that hasn t changed.
Food took extremely long to come out was waiting for what seemed like forever over 1 hour for a lb of wings is unacceptable other than that great atmosphere and food was great as well (had the dill pickle wings and sweet potato fries)
This pub always delivers great food. They have by far the best wings in town. Recently tried their Buffalo Chicken Two Hander which was amazing.

I always make it a point to come here when visiting Blue Mountain from Michigan. Some of the best wings I have ever had, time and time again.

OMG best wings I ve ever had in my life! And trust me my diet is like 99% wings. The mar par wings are literally addicting. The staff is super nice and friendly, specifically one man, I wish I knew his name but he was so sweet. Would def recommend.

Best pub in town by far! Their specialty is wings which are the best around but every thing else on the menu is just good tasting pub food! The staff are always happy and never let your pint go dry. Great place, with great food, and great people!! Just stopped here for a quick bite but this place is a local gem. We ordered the bruschetta, loaded onion rings (the best), and a rib & wings combo. Great quantity and ribs were just amazing! Our server was also good - Julie H!

Beaver & Bulldog was one of my favorite haunts when I lived in Collingwood. I go back every time Im in the neighbourhood. My usual is the Steak & Feta salad. This past time I enjoyed chicken wings, they are some of the best. Tuesday is wing day. My friend had the beer battered Fish n Chips. She loved them. I was enjoying my friends company and forgot to take photos.

Great place to eat, staff was very friendly, seemed to be quiet place when we were there. The wings were bigger and well cooked, and the caesar salad was tasty and a pretty big portion. Also the guy at the table next to me got a burger that looked amazing but I didnt catch the name but I think Ill figure that out next time lol

A biker hangout place, a ton of mosquitoes and flies inside which were buggy. The dishes didnt seem so clean and the TVs were really dirty.

Arrived on shrimp and wings Tuesday. I am in a wheelchair and as promised fully accesable (very crowded so you do have to vocal to get through) a few more handicap parking spots would be nice. Staff amazing, Wings are big and July. Fries to perfection and the beer nice and cold.
First time back in a few years. The food was just as good as I remembered it. The Montreal smoked meat sandwich was delicious, it comes thinly sliced, so it only has one side. Its warm, melt in your mouth with their amazing fries. Their drinkable gravy was enjoyed by myself and my 2 years old son. He had the kids hotdog, which let me just say its no small sized hotdog with a pile of fries. Couldnt have asked for better service and definitely wont wait a few years to be back.

Its not perfect, but I have to give it 5 stars because they simply have the best wings Ive had in my life. And its not even close. The chicken is the highest freshest quality I have ever had in a wing, theyre cooked perfectly, their sauces are great, I especially liked Sweet Heat. Even their dry rubs were insanely good in the case that you dont want to get too dirty. I recommend the Australian Lemmon Myrtle. 100% anyone should come here that comes to Collingwood.
First time there on Canada Day, sat on the patio, I was Glad I stopped, ordered the bruschetta, steak and mushroom meat pie and wings. Amazing food and I even own a restaurant. Well done.

The service was above and beyond. They were very friendly. The food was okay. My wife and I got the specials. My hamburger special just wasnt there. The burger was kinda gross and definitely tasted like a processed frozen patty. The chicken fried bacon was interesting and could have been better without the burger. Other than that everything was good. The chicken Flatbread special was really good. The fries were good and the drinks were cold. The environment was clean and welcoming. Comfy pub vibes.
Your Greek Salad is one of the best I have ever had. Absolutely loved it. Enjoyed all the rest of my food here as well, but your Greek Salad Rocks! Reasonable prices, great food!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who, while busy with multiple tables, were happy to answer any questions and help in any way possible. We were out with a friend with celiac, and the gluten-free menu was fantastic, and the staff was knowledgeable about the difference between celiac and gluten intolerance, which put my friends mind at ease. Id love to say we ordered an array of food but we all ended up going with burgers, to which no one regretted! I look forward to returning while only worrying about what I will order because their entire menu looks incredible!

Super disappointed with our visit today. We have been a few times before and the food and service was always outstanding. When we were seated, we couldn t help but notice the disgusting amount of flies. They were everywhere and all over everyone. That wasn t even the worst part, our server maybe visited our table 3 times, we were there for over two hours. We were done our meals, drinks and even cleaned it all for her so it would be easier for her to get everything once we left. We waited 45 minutes for our bill. We didn t even get our bill. I finally told my husband, I m going to the car and he had to walk up to the bar to get our bill. I ve never had such poor service before. Such a shame because this place was always our place . I hope things work out but unfortunately, we won t be back. Husband says to me after what was worse, the flies or the service ? .
This was one of the worst experiences for a restaurant, they were seating people with 2 persons on a 8 seated table so we with a large family had to sit outside, we first found a bug in both our iced teas and we also found that the chicken was pink and the manager said no refund . This was a horrible experience and I would never go again
If you love wings, run don t walk to this place. Wings are fabulous but their chunky blue cheese sauce that accompanies is to die for. I have dreams about it

Came with our two dogs; seated at the patio and it was busy inside but patio was great; in parking lot but oh well. I ordered burger and fries... nothing special but the fries were tasty but had all the leftover bits... wife ordered beef dip and nothing special. Service was great (kept giving us water for dogs). Should have ordered wings but was worried about our dogs.
Had a great lunch here, Its a busy place , very small wait to get a table. Leena my server was genuinely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a traditional steak and kidney pub pie . one of the best pies I have had.. large patio outside was full. Loads of parking.

A place where you feel like home. The staff are incredible at making guests feel like they belong here. The food is awesome (the wings are the best). We walked to this restaurant both days while in collingwood not because it was the only place that was walking distance but because we absolutely loved the environment, staff, and food.
First time here. I love it. We sat on the beaver patio which was close to the street and parking lot. The menu offered lots of choices. I had the chicken wings with an ice cold beer. Ummm good. I definitely come back.

Really great spot in Collingwood! The food was REALLY good. Our server, Carrie (one of the nicest & most genuine people we met during our Labour Day wknd trip) told us the food would be great - and it was. The potato skins, the meatloaf, the pubhouse dinner + the kids mac n cheese and the fettuccini pasta - exceeded expectations. Carrie was so sweet, she made sure to package the kids ice cream up for us, spoons and all for our hotel - due to full tummies after dinner. Great spot, great team. Will definitely return (and ask for Carries section! :).
The service was very friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. We had the special of the day - grilled arctic char with steamed veggies- done to perfection. I would definitely recommend and will be going back again.
I had the most wonderful experience tonight mainly because of Andrea being our waitress. She was so accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed at all times. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I couldnt get over our wonderful experience because of her!!
Always a great experience at Beaver & Bulldog. Our server today was awesome. Ordered a half rack of ribs and the ribs were fall off the bone, mashed potatoes were excellent and the veggies were perfectly seasoned. I have been coming here for years and I dont think Ive ever had anything to complain about. Love this place Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options on the menu but dont use separate cooking appliances

The food was good, lady that waited on us couldnt have been better.
Place was super busy, but the service was still timely. The server was friendly and attentive. The food was simply excellent. We had the Curry Chicken and the Fish & Chips, and both were delicious, flavourful and perfectly cooked. The only disappointment was the sticky toffee pudding - it was quite small, and unevenly heated.
We ordered 2 half and half lbs of wings + the perogies. The perogies were great! We tried the nashville hot & dry, parmesan & herb, smoked tequila & lime and an off the menu hotter than exorcist, all of which were lip smacking and heavenly. Spicy, not hot!! Pretty sure theyve just ruined every other wingery for me! Will most definitely recommend their wings and return back for some flavorful huge wings!
Great Wings
Great pub, great tasting food, your wings are great, however they are not worth $19 for a pound of wings!!! $18.99 for 7 wings ( I got 5 drums, 2 flats) and didnt even come with fries. The wings are NOT jumbo, they are large but they re the average size wing you d find anywhere else. $19 is an average price you would see elsewhere for a wing dinner that would come with fries. Overall, looked and tasted like a wing should, but way too expensive.

Food was good overall, fries were amazing - burger was average. Service was a bit slow overall, atmosphere was classic pub. Slightly pricier than other options available.
Our waitress was awesome. Food was delicious & the Chicken wings were the size of pterodactyl wings. Left content on a full belly

Our time at Beaver and Bulldog was excellent from drinks, to appetizers, to our meals. It is a great place to eat! It was busy and everything came out fast and hot!! Did I mention food is homemade!! Their chicken wings are the BEST around! Large portion sizes!! Our service was even better! Friendly, relaxed atmosphere! I highly recommend!!
