Service can be on the slower side as too few staff are usually split between the drive through and counter, although they do their best. Good place to pop in if you youre waiting at the bus exchange and want a drink to tide you over. The interior is kept pretty clean and the fireplace in one corner is a nice touch. Pretty standard fast food quality, the wraps in particular are decent for the price and the hot chocolate is good.

I ve never been to this branch but Timmy s food never disappoints unless you re talking about their coffee. Anyways the service was spectacular and atmosphere better than most Tim s, would recommend this branch for people who have never had Timmy s!!

Extremely slow service. Stood in line for 12 minutes with only customer in front of me. By the time I got my coffee, there was a line of 10 people waiting to order. With 4 employees behind the counter, only one was working she was making the coffee and taking the orders while the other 3 employees stood talking at the drive thru window

Walked in to the restaurant and it was hot inside, like the heat was on instead of the AC. Its summer and 22°C outside but it felt like 32°C inside. I could smell sweat from some of the workers who are obviously overheated in this environment. Someone should crack a window at least, or put a sign up acknowledging the issue. I feel bad for the people who are subjected to these working conditions.

The employee who was on sandwiches got mad at me for asking to put on mayo and to have enough on it and proceeded to get angry at me no customer service at all I said what you dont serve customers with respect anymore. Never going here again.

Processed cheese was put on my sandwich instead of cheddar cheese! I m not a happy customer!!!! I ordered my sandwich for takeout and didn t find out until later it was the wrong cheese! Too inconvenient and couldn t come back later to get a new sandwich! Also, teach your staff what a toasted bun is!!!!

Another Timmys, set to make my meals as unpalatable as possible. Its like they try to mess it up. I ask specifically for something, in this case to please double toast my breakfast sandwich. To which she says No problem, I put that in the order..... And what do I get? A cold, untoasted bun. Every Blasted time. And it takes forever! Put a dry, tasteless muffin on the order as well. Seriously, with 11 people behind the counter and only 3 people in line how is this possible? Sure they have a drive through to deal with. But does that faze McDonalds? Nope, not one bit. They get my orders correct. So I thought, maybe I will send a message in the app. But no, I cant send a message because I dont have a receipt and without a receipt I dont have an order number.

There is a lady called Patty, who is always cheerful, kind, competent, and makes my day just a little bit better. Patty makes a perfect cappuccino Parking: There is lots of parking because its in strip mall.

Poor and dangerous access to the parking lot from Island highway. Be careful entering and exiting. Pretty expensive for standard fare. Dirty tables dirty walls and windows. The staff were friendly and professional while doing stressful work.

Went for coffee and a walnut crunch. I dont care for all of the new items but I enjoy when they bring some old items back.

Staying in the area for a week with family, been going every day for breakfast and every time they act like I m ordering from some sort of secret menu. 5 bagel sandwiches NO LETTUCE TOMATO. Oh, you want the BAGEL BELT! NO NO NO. Why don t you turn around and look at your menu board?? I ordered coffees and donuts and they got 3 of the 5 donuts wrong. At this point the manager comes over and asks the cashier why she rang us up belts instead of the sandwich, we get an apology, but that didn t prevent them from over charging us AFTER THE FACT. We told the manager about the donuts and with an attitude he says I got them all. We got the right number but not the right donuts. He throws the rights ones in the box, but now we re waiting on our coffees (after donuts and sandwiches?) Latte machine has been out for 3 days :/ nobody s fault I assume but overall the staff either can t understand English or they just don t care enough to give you want you paid for. Try another location or speak slowly and still get the wrong order.

Worst tim hortons on the island. Ive been to them all. I havent had a coffee from here hotter than luke warm and keep getting the wrong change back! Coffee is barley warm and almost never stired. I paid with a $5 bill. Got $1.30 change. Pulled back through the drive through, they gave me a loonie. MATH ISNT HARD WHEN A COMPUTER DOES IT FOR YOU, and they still cant get it right!

The WORST Tims I have ever been to. Rude staff who argued and swear at each other in front of staff, orders are always wrong, little patience and ZERO customer service skills.

I ordered 12 blueberry muffins for my autistic son because he only eat certain things so I ordered the day before so I can just pick up a Batch of muffins so I don t have to come to Tim s everyday and they didn t have the order anywhere this is the 3rd time this has happened and if he eat something els I would just go somewhere else but I am stuck with poor service they offer

I came in at roughly 11 am and it wasnt too bad, i got my food after about 7 minutes, and sat down at a corner booth, The booth was absouletly filthy, garabge under it swept to the side and unwiped tables, i kind of shurgged it off, until.... I came back rihht before closing at 10:55pm and was about to order but they saod they were closing, i checked the same booth, and it still had all the garbage and more. also a worker tried to brush me off and said they were about to clean... for what the first time in 24 hours?

It has been a while since we visited thia location. It used to be okay. Now, service and quality of food definitely missed the mark. There was not a huge line up at front counter, but it was moving slow and a lot of people waiting for placed orders. My order is a bit on the specific side (drinks in medium cup, baked goods warmed up or toasted) so I try not to rush the person taking my order. The drinks were correctly done. But the food order were disappointing. I had to remind about my muffin order (which was almost forgotten). It was way to hot (for a warmed up request) and I dont understand why it was squished. Then the cheese biscuit which I requested to be toasted and buttered was cold (they did not toast it because it didnt say that at their screen).one staff offered to toast it but because it was already buttered and I was in a hurry, I just asked for it to just be warmed in microwave. But I never expected that the butter was not properly spread (was a blob of butter when I ate it).

WARNING THE WORKERS ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY. Almost every order, they give me less than what I ordered. For example, 7 times counted now, I have asked for whipped cream on my ice capp & I pay the extra $0.70 and they dont give it to me or say they dont have it and still charge the $0.70. Only this Tim Hortons does this in Victoria. Thanks for never giving the correct order I ask for and still charging me for it.

1st Review- I would give 0 if I could. Twice now theyve claimed they never received my mobile order. Today they said it apparently takes 30 minutes for them to receive the mobile orders and that their system had nothing. They then proceeded to send me off with the wrong coffees and 20 timbits instead of 50. Im never going here again. Yes I should have checked the order once received, but I was flustered and just wanted out of there. NO excuse for the incompetence. 2nd Review March 26 2024 I literally paid 80 cents for a strip of whipped topping on my drink lol Really? I dont know why I bother going back. I spend so much money on Tim Hortons. This location is seriously the most inconsistent Ive been too. Get it together guys..

Great place to coffee and food. I usually have the breakfast sandwich on a bisket. Sausages,and cheese. It is yummy, and black coffee. I usually take my travel mug,and fill it, so I can drink it while do my buissness. Otherwise I drink Nabob. It tastes great. My favorite coffee.

Came in to grab a quick brunch bite and I got to witness this insane woman yelling peoples ears off and giving some high tension to the dude that was taking my order. The worst part was learning that this worker was the literal store owner. I was just trying to eat but I ended up with a reality tv show seeing this woman stare down people in the corner and be a demon. Its been a year since then, Ive heard the same story from some friends still living in the area and still going. That awful service and stressful atmosphere to eat in was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. Seriously hoping the best for anyone working there.

Its very odd and concerning behavior to have employees dismissive to my orders fulfillment while speaking another language and walking into the back with my food. I threw it into the garbage immediately and wont be accepting food that has gone out of sight nor will I trust to order food from this location if I feel that it has been mishandled.

Fortunately the person serving us was nice and helpful but the washrooms were very dirty and most of the staff were standing around looking lost. If you end up at this particular Timmys be prepared to lower your expectations.

Food beverage is okay but not employees. Provides services like they don t want to work here. Not expecting high qual as its tims, but at least have some decency as a service provider. They just throws orders at customers.

Expect a huge wait if you are ordering dine-in or pickup. Was standing in line for the whole 3 minutes before the staff even notice there was a line of 3 people on the front counter. One staff was just busy talking to a customer.

Decently fast service. I was in a hurry for lunch one time, and one of the workers on their lunch break decided to hop on the till early in order to get the line moving faster. It was a notable action indeed. Give the African American woman a raise, she deserves it. 4/5

As far as Tim s go, customer service on this one is amazing.

Went through the drive thru today and had the best customer service we have had in a long time. The woman who took our order was exceptional and even put our Boston cream donuts in a box so the chocolate didn t get rubbed off. Huge shout out to Kat who deserves a raise!!!

Good staff and clean restaurant. It can be busy but Ive never had an order take too long and Ive never had any mistakes in my order.

I had a Large Hot Chocolate to rejuvenate myself on a cold night as I waited to transfer my bus. Looks like this will be my go to Tim Hortons whenever I have to wait a bit to change busses at Colwood Exchange.

But then they didnt get more order for a grilled cheese, told me to go inside to order it or go through the drive thru again instead of just making it right then for me. Then opened our tim bits and they were all chocolate...

This place seems to be falling apart. I come through regularly in the evening and the last few weeks have been a slow difficulty with staff lacking training and not being able to serve basic items like bagels and steeped tea.

Unable to process my order. The drive-thru was slow due to on of the workers who was unable to process my order.

Worst Tim s ever! Staff are not well trained, not friendly at all. I ordered in the wrong location so I asked if I can pick up my order here instead (already called the other location don t make my order cos they were out of the Timbits that I want). I was told No since it s different owner, I was a little disappointed but I wouldn t blame on them. However, the staff who told me NO just left and no one even asked me if I want to order here or not, instead, while my kids telling me what they want, one staff just skipped me and start helping the next customer who just stepped in, and 2 others were just doing their own thing, ignoring me.

Horrible service while ordering coffee drive through, after I am done with paying they gave me another persons ordered coffee and denied that I never made any ordered. Then I asked them whom did I talk to while ordering and they said they don t know! They didn t refund for the wrong order yet and told me to come all the way around agin the drive through!

I really didnt appreciate that one of the kitchen staff made me feel bad for ordering a wrap by yelling STOP ORDERING FOOD!. I understand as a former fast food worker the frustration of a rush but gotta keep the emotions in check. Front desk lady was nice though and the wrap being good made up for it too

Unless youre going for coffee, avoid this store. This store regularly has missing items from their menu. You try to order something and they wont have it in stock or their machine isnt working. It appears that management needs to get a better hold of the store.

Alright so with this Tims, I know that if I want to be more guaranteed than other locations for a good drink or some good food before work, I make sure I come to this one or Millstream Tims. Iced Capps are always a must and the food is good here too, I personally love the cilantro lime chicken bowl! People are always nice when I go to either of these two locations and make me feel happy going to work! They are also good for a coffee break or meeting up with your group of friends and family! Parking: Theres probably... spots for at least 10 vehicles up front and just behind the main lot is more parking on gravel, not paved liked the main.

Waited in line, when I got to counter I asked the server to grab the last two chocolate chip cookies before they got taken by the drive thru. (It happens) Dalton said did you pay for them yet? No I am just asking for you to grab them before someone else does. He seemed confused not saying anything and asked me for the $3 something. I said I was ordering drinks too just asking him to grab the cookies please. Not a word again. Got the cookies. Then there was a mixup in my drink order, which by now I have paid of course, otherwise I would have left. I think he was training but... There is no reason to be blaming the customer, not clarifying before dumping half the drink out which had a vanilla shot too, and dropping the drinks and leaving. was such an inconvenience when I asked for ice as the drink wasnt cold (basically most of it was dumped to make room for coffee) he just dropped it too and walked away. I asked for his name (mentioned above). He told me and asked why. I told him this was the worst service I have ever seen at Tims. Customer service is so important in this industry and you need to make an effort at work, not gossip to coworkers about the customer while making the drink wrong. Say your sorry for the mixup, thank the customer, say something in the end... Your boss wants that customer to come back right? Care about your job when at work.

Really bad experience. I had to wait about 20 minutes for just one drink order and not to count 10 minutes in the line with only 2 customers in front of me. The staff needs to be a little bit more trained especially the cashier lady who didn t know what is happening around her.

My friends and I each ordered separately and each of us received wrong menu items - I ordered the new Caramel Toffee Cold Brew and received essentially just milk and ice in a large cup while my friends were given different wraps than what they ordered.

Not even one star to this store. Very rude behavior of manager and wrong order served, instead of egg in bagels, they served sausage to person who never eat meat in life. When asked the manager, she talked very rudely. When asked to correct the oder, she mermer stupid while making it correct. Management should take strict action against her. Never came to this location. Pathetic service.

I had gone with my family to this location and were peacefully trying to order our food however none of their cold drink machines were working. That was fine with us and didn t make it a huge deal but they kept on messing our order up but we still were being patient and politely asked for our correct order. The manager of this location starting saying how we were stupid and when we asked her why she had said that, she starting arguing with us. We told them we were vegetarians however they put bacon in our croissants. We made multiple trips back and forth because they kept messing up our order and once confronted about that, she told us that we had to check for ourselves and that it wasn t their problem. Worst experience ever.

Coffees always good here as well as very polite staff . A crack head came up to the drive through window and the side of my wifes car to ask us if we had money or smokes .watch out for the crack heads past 10 pm .

Worst customer service. Grumpy window woman. Ordered a wrap with extra toppings I got a wrap with only sauce on it. I am done spending my money here until these employees get their head out of thier butts. No respect or care, not even the slightest bit. I suggest you go somewhere else for your coffee. Its always burnt and too hot anyway.

Came here on a labours day long weekend and I have to say this is one of the top 5 locations I have ever been to across multiple provinces starting from Quebec to Vancouver Island. The respect and customer service skills of the front staff inside is better than 95% of the Tims locations I have been too over the 30 years. Kyle was extremely helpful. Whoever the franchisee of this location is treating their employees with respect which the employees will pass on to the customers is doing a great job. Hopefully other franchisees can distinguish the difference in customer service.

Asked for a meal with coffee, fries and sub. Which structures price to 8.99 but ending up paying 8.50 for coffee and sub as they didnt put it in as a meal with our large multiple meal order. This place has gone down hill and crashed harder than any place I ve ever seen. Nothing in the case. No bread for weeks. I got a cold grilled cheese just today. Everyone I ve seen come through these days has sat there frustrated waiting upwards of five minutes for their orders. What HAPPENED to this place?? It was once so great!

Not sure what has happened to the Colwood Tims but it really is not good anymore. Twice now they didnt have bread for a grilled cheese. The chilli was sooooo salty. The service takes forever. If you are not a drive through client or a skip order you are NOT important. The last time I was in there they had no donuts in the case, isnt that a main part of what Tim Hortons is all about! I will never go back to this Tims again, you have lost my business for good.

8 people at the food counter/drive through, two at the front and one cleaning the sink at the front. The two at the front were looking at a cell phone behind the donut glass case and there was customers waiting in line. I swear they never have stock. Every order is always responded to with let me just check to see if we have that . They never do have it. Every time.

People choose Tim Hortons not because the food, service, and atmosphere is stellar, but because it is fast and convenient. The only thing that this restaurant needs to do is provide a customer with their subpar food and timely manner. It seems however that this restaurant is continually unable to get orders right. This may seem snarky, or unfair, but I dont have an extra 10 minutes to stand in line again and coach somebody on what I meant by black coffee. Just get it right the first time.

Some staff members here are very kind people. That is why I think its important for the staff to know that when the staff talk amongst themselves at night their drive thru microphone headset is broadcasting the entire conversation for hours on end on the loud speaker at the drive thru menu. I am only saying this because I believe you all deserve to have private conversations and at the very least be told when your conversations are going to be made public so you can make sure to keep the conversation professional ect.

Dear Tim Hortons Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at the Tim Hortons located at 1820 Island Hwy, Colwood, BC V9B 1J2, particularly in the afternoon. This issue has occurred on two separate occasions, and I believe it is important to bring it to your attention for the sake of improving the overall customer experience. On both visits, I placed an order for a customized wrap that I have requested at various Tim Hortons locations in Victoria and Saanich without any issues. My order includes: One plain white wrap Potato wedges inside the wrap Crispy Onions Tomato Lettuce 3 ketchup packets inside the wrap While I have had no trouble receiving this order as requested at other Tim Hortons branches, I encountered a problem at this particular location in the afternoon. The issue arises with a manager who has denied my request not once, but twice. He consistently insists that This is not our procedure, and his attitude towards customers has been unprofessional and discourteous. I am particularly concerned about the managers behavior and demeanor during these interactions. He comes across as dismissive and acts as if he is doing customers a favor by serving them. Additionally, he does not introduce himself by name, making it challenging for customers to address their concerns directly. The manager in question is a young man with blonde hair and tattoos on his fingers. Moreover, his method of taking orders leaves much to be desired, as he simply asks, What do you want? This approach is far from the welcoming and friendly service I have come to expect from Tim Hortons. My primary concern is the inconsistency in the application of the ketchup request within the same Tim Hortons location. If not putting ketchup inside the wrap is indeed a standard procedure, then it should be consistently applied throughout the day. If there is a genuine reason for the deviation, it would be helpful for customers to understand the rationale. I believe that Tim Hortons has built its reputation on providing excellent customer service, and I have always enjoyed my experiences at your establishments. However, the recent encounters at this particular location have left me disappointed and frustrated. I kindly request that you address this issue with the manager in question, review the standard procedures, and ensure that all employees are trained to provide consistent and courteous service to customers. It is my hope that this will prevent similar issues in the future and uphold the reputation of Tim Hortons. Thank you for your attention to this matter. This Tim Hortons has gone downhill ever since they restricted online mobile ordering last Spring. Today I ordered a Xl Cappuccino in the store lineup and proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes for my drink. Finally a different employee then the one that took my order asked what I was waiting for. It was clear they completely forgot to make my order after I paid for it and it was not even that busy. Then the employee mocked me asking why I would wait so long and not get someones attention like it was all of a sudden my fault. I live close to the location but will be going out of my way to a different Tim Hortons just to avoid this one and I have been coming here for years. Adding to it their bathroom and lobby were very dirty. 2 HUGE thumbs down!!!

Very disorganized drive-thru. Staff is very rude sometimes with an ego. When youre trying to put in your pin on debit machine with no free hands one employee is notorious for trying to hand you all your items at this time, and them gets huffy when you dont take it until youre done, and NEVER says good bye or hello. Just sour over all staring at you. When you go inside for your order. Expect very minimal customer service. They have everyone on drive-thru. If you think its faster to go in, it never will be. The hashbrowns suck most of the time. I hate handing my son excited for his hashbrown a wilted hashbrown that could be a lot better.. with no time to go back to get a new one. Last thing and Im not sure why, coffee is way too hot at times for some reason and not in a fresh brew type way. And Im not sensitive to hot things by any means. Not sure why its like that sometimes but annoying.

Worst Tims location in the area. Continually get the order wrong... Even this morning when I repeated it 3 times to make sure they understood and had them repeat it back to me... Then, at the window, I sent it back at which point I git a bunch of attitude. He then asked me to pull around to the parking area which I refused to do because the last time they forgot about me and I sat there for 10 minutes before finally going inside to get my food. At this point he was visibly upset and told me that he wasnt getting my food, handed me a $5 bill and told me to get lost Bro, you work at a Tims drive through... Calm down and do your job right. Maybe you wont have these issues

Breakfast is good however they always fail to double toast the breakfast sandwiches. Drive through is REALLY SLOW

Always prompt in the drive thru. Super friendly staff.

Staff is great at this location. Dont order TH tea, its never good. Hot chocolate machine is usually broken but for a donut shop whatever. The bathrooms are clean.
