Typically I have loved and appreciated the great service from this Sooke Road location. But upon trying to order online, having my debit visa denied because it doesn t take interact(?) and seeing no option or write up as to ; not accepting visa-debits and why you cannot have delivery and pay at door (which seems odd in 2023, when there is useful clover machines etc for interact/credit payments if a company really doesn t want portable machines) I attempted to call after being unable to order pizza with my visa-debit card, I called the shop. I tried asking if their deliver person has interact machines, I was asked to repeat myself 3 times with this one individual. I was passed off you talk to her (assuming my gender and pronouns, but that s for another day) Next employee asks my question, does your delivery person have interact, like a debit machine at the door I m asked to repeat myself I need to know if your delivery drivers have a debit machine. Uh ya. Oh wait no Ok well there s no where on your website that states that and I m unable to finish the order for delivery because I can t pay for it on your online service? Employee : *silence* ok So I guess that s it? Just lose customers? No suggestions? Jeez I know you re a chain but don t you at least care about having customers come back? I go above and beyond for my customers in the retail store I manage. I try to find a solution or to resolve any customer complaint, it s disappointing this pizza place does not.

Amazing customer service when faced with bad delivery drivers from door dash. Should have been door dash s problem but they stepped up to ensure I was satisfied anyway. Kudos to the whole staff

Was fast but is absolutely terrible pizza. Extremely thin and crust was hard as rock. I tasted nothing but pizza sauce, although i got the 3 meat treat. Not even sure if there was cheese on it. Cheap yes, but was no different than a grocery store frozen pizza.

Service was excellent, workers are always very polite at the one I go to in Colwood. Their Italien Cheesy Bread is AWESOME!! Go for that and a Detroit deep dish 3 meat! Cant go wrong with that!!

Each slice was inconsistent with toppings and how cooked it was. Salad was so rotted I had to throw it away or risk food poisoning.. Awful. Anyone with more than a one star review was paid for sure. Employees are very rude and don t anything on shift and using mobile phones . Moreover, never go to this restaurant

bad food and bad customer service. I ordered online and when I picked up my order it was wrong, went all the way back to get rhe correct order and the man behind the counter tries to convince me the two pizzas I have are the same. they arent, one was stuffed crust and looked terrible and the other wasnt stuffed crust and was the wrong pizza. all the crusts were wrong, the pizzas look disgusting and the people working didnt care about it.

For the price, you won t beat it.

ON SUNDAY I WENT TO LITTEL CAESARS ON SOOKE RD ABOUT 1:55PM. WALKED IN ASKED WHAT HOT AND READY PIZZAS WERE READY. THERE WERENT ANY READY AT ALL. THE GUY SAID THE PEPP WOULD BE READY IN 10MIN. I LEFT. WHAT IS THE POINT OF SAYING HOT AND READY IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The pizza was good, but the website was terrible. It blocked my order 5 times , eventually I had to drive to the store to order and wait outside for 15 min for the order.. so much for joining the club and online service.

The new pepperoni stuffed crust pizza doesnt hold up well, the grease makes the center of the pizza fall apart, was disappointed cause the regular cheese stuffed is good. I think the center dough might be too thin to take it

The Deep Dish veggie pizza is great!

The food was decent. Pretty much what you should expect for lil caesars. It definitely satisfied the craving I was having for cheese stuffed breadsticks. Food was hot and fresh after a pretty lengthy wait (approx 15 mins) but that was also during their busiest time of day, so it made sense. Staff were friendly and following health precautions, by encouraging customers to wait outdoors after placing their orders.

Watch out for the staff over charge orders and then pocket the overage as a tip.

Great service, amazing guy works there, and he is the only reason they are getting 3 stars. The pizza is awful, has really gone downhill

Called to order and ask to deliver. The guy on the phone hung up on me. I ve ordered here before in person and never had any problems but today the guy was super rude and for that I will no longer eat here!

Love the garlic sticks and their supreme pizzas.

Our order was wrong, when we got home and saw we had gotten the wrong pizza we called, they argued with us about it and hung up. We got a call back 10 minutes later apologizing for the argument and were told to drive back to get the right pizza... not worth the fuel in my vehicle seeing as how we live 20 minutes away and it wasnt my mistake in the first place. Thanks but I probably wont be back to that location again anytime soon.

Ordered pick up (not hot and ready). The pizza is very average. It was hot and fresh but the pizza pretty much tasted like a hot and ready. For 30 dollars for 2 pizzas i woukd got elswhere next time

This is our quick stop for pizza, staff is always friendly. My kids love the pizza here. It is basic and cheap. It is in a convenient location with lots of parking. There are some other stores in the same plaza. We like the hot and ready pizzas so we can walk in grab a couple pizzas we want and walk out.

These guys are great! We order a medium pep no cheese ALL THE TIME and it comes out perfect every time. The crazy bread can use some work ( inconsistent butter parm spread)

Do you want a CHEAP hot fresh ready to eat pizza? Ta da. Basic & simple but high sodium high fat ...pretty greasy...still embarrassingly delicious. Enjoyed the wings also TBH.

Staff can be good but never have I been able to walk in and pick up a hot and ready deep dish pizza. Probably once a month a go here just for the kids, but always waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Panago makes it fast then this.

Standard procedure.

You get what you pay for. This us very cheap pizza. If you are throwing a birthday for unfussy young kids this isnt a bad place to buy pizza as its dirt cheap. The staff have always been very nice.

I really enjoy this location. It is little Caesars but you get a better product then you would expect. I always get a custom order rather then get whats ready. The staff always is very apologetic that there is going to be a wait. The staff do step it up here and give you a better experience then one who normally expect.

Service is fine, food often is quick, but the pizza is greasy and not very high in quality. All that said the cheap, fast, generic pizza can be a convenient choice for parties and emergency meals. If you like cheap greasy pizza than this is fine place.

Tried Little Caesars for the first and last time yesterday. Bad pizza, worse service and a long wait for what is supposed to be hot and ready

Have yet to go to a Little Caesars and actually have Hot&Ready be ready. Always have to wait at least 15 minutes, no matter if its Wednesday at 7 or Saturday at 4.

Price cheap and fast

Ugh pizza gross

I ordered a Hawaiian deep deep dish pizza, crazy bread, and cinnamon bread. What I got was a burnt on the outside, raw dough on the inside pizza with mushrooms going to a family with a mushroom allergy. The crazy bread was tough where from any other location it would have been soft and fluffy. The cinnamon bread had almost zero cinnamon and was so oily it left a square mark on the table from the box when I went to go toss it out. I kid you not, I could pour out the amount of extra oil in the bottom of the box. When I called about the pizza they gave me a credit which they should have, as the pizza was not eatable for our family, however only for a standard Hawaiian pizza which they didnt inform me of till I picked up the credit pizza a week or so later. When I informed them of the mistake the guy seemed to not care and said this was what was on credit.. I dont expect amazing pizza at these prices. I do expect cheap pizza cooked properly and customer service. I am SO disappointed with this location and needless to say I will never be going back.

Cheap pizza and small place. Its mostly just a pickup store.

I went there at 5 pm you would think at dinner time they would have pizzas ready considering their gimmick is hot and READY... Ok so they have no Hawaiian or pepperoni ready, they say it will be 5 mins. I can deal with that. 15 minutes later and people who had arrived and ordered AFTER me are getting their orders. I get it Ive worked in restaurants, I know its hard when youre busy, but I also know it takes 7 mins for one of their pizzas to cook so why the 15 minute wait? I did give 2 stars because the kid working the til was apologetic and gave me a free crazy bread to try to apease me because I was getting kinda agro watching people getting their food before me.

This place is a ten minute walk from my house and Ive been going there for years. I miss the plastic covers on the HotNReadys but thats not too big a deal. People who complain about quality dont know whats great about Little Caesars, your own fault for not knowing what youre ordering. On that note... If youve never ordered a stuffed-crust Little Caesars pizza you may be missing out on some of the best pizza in town! Freshly made and delicious every time, but assume youre also getting the most deliciously unhealthy pizza, because they go all out with that crazy crust. And I wouldnt have it any other way. Their prices are reasonable, the wait on fresh made pizza is average and reasonable, their service has always been friendly and straight-forward, and I consistently pick up my pizzas from this location despite the convenience of many competitors with delivery options in the area. My only criticisms are these: If you get their awesome chicken wings then eat them first, I feel like they start to taste like plastic after they stay in their container too long, but if Little Caesars had cheap wing night wednesdays Id probably be there every week. And as I said, Ive been going there a long time, I hope never to see them understaffed again and some people really dont treat them as nicely as those kids deserve; albeit it has been a while, I like seeing plenty of people in there, theyre always working hard and keeping busy.

Dont cry about quality with low price. Love this place
