Sarpinos on Jacklin road is our go-to pizza restaurant in Langford. Great pizza, great service all delivered on time. Keep up the great work Sarpinos

The pizza was terrible, I couldnt finish it. The dough was soggy, barely had any sauce on it and the cheese was a weird texture.

We were given undercooked gluten free pizza. I definitely do not recommend this pizza for anyone with gluten sensitivity

I wanted hot wings not lukewarm chicken with two ramekin full of ice cold sauce.

Was busy in the kitchen, but the food was great! My partner and I ordered calzones to pickup as we are close to this pizzeria. The custom options you usually pay 2x or even at all for, youre able to get as just part of the order (which was great)! I was there in maybe 10 minutes and these gigantic beauties were ready to go about a minute later. These are packed! Like folding a pizza in half and then sruffing them. I definitely recommend

Ordered online from Langford. Bizarre experience. Ordered 2-2-2 combo with original crust - received Thin Crust One pizza was very over cooked and the other was undercooked (to the point that it was almost raw in the middle) Ordered green olives and pepperoni on one of the pizzas and there was maybe 8 green olives total. Ordered three dips (garlic ranch, jalapeño ranch and garlic butter) received two jalepeno ranch and a garlic butter. Delivery driver was great though. I like Sarpinos from other locations might have to avoid Langford moving forward.

I was looking for a nearby pizza take away and found this place via google maps. I ordered direct at the location and had a nice chat with the staff. The pizza was good and the children loved their cheese-only pizza.

Terrible service. Delivery took 90 minutes when the order was placed with a 40 minute wait time. Finally showed up cold and boxes not marked. Phone four times and was only able to get an answer once with a it s on the way which was at the one hour mark. No apology or care that this was terrible service.

terrible service. phone goes directly to fax machine. online order not confirmed for 15 min wait and past closing. pizza arrives after order from another company and order all wrong ( crust and flavourful not as ordered) 3 days of calling and even delivery guy told Mgr to call me as u had his # because was at wrong house. credit card charged and when asked for refund Mgr denied and threaten call police if come to store to show pics of wrong pizza delivered.

3 times in a row their delivery drivers have acted dumbfounded when I asked them for change in a VERY advantageous tip scenario. They are fully lying to customers saying they forgot to bring and have cash in the vehicle. Their very job is to deliver pizza and provide change. They act as if it is not part of their job and it should not be expected - one also hid behind a language barrier. Charlatans in every sense of the word.

This was seriously the worst pizza Ive ever had in my entire life. Overcooked and did not taste like anything

2 hours for delivery and pizzas where cold

Use to come here a lot and really enjoyed their pizzas, never saw much of a point getting the crazy expensive pizzas so always got a 2-3 topping pizza for a bit over 10$ and was really happy. Tried the chicken wings once and bey werent that good but no big deal I still had the pizza, but after that I discovered they do ribs. The ribs were a hit or miss with them sometimes being chewy and full of fat and grit and sometimes melting off the bone and absolutely perfect. More recently however theyve gotten my orders wrong sometimes and the person who anwsers the phone has a bit of trouble understanding me, not a big deal but when it happens more and more often it goes from a slight inconvenience to annoying, furthermore I recently discovered they also got rid of their ribs for whatever reason. In conclusion not bad for some cheap custom pizzas but not too good at much else in my experience.

pizza was delicious! boyfriend and i were both big fans. bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were sub par. kind of dry and thin. definitely going to try again with a different side. go for the pizza!

The chicken bites, chicken cooked or reheated but the surrounding was not it was falling of as you picked them up had 1 looked at the others and binned them. Pizza, not good at all. Very disappointed

Have never had a bad pizza or experience at this location. Always fast and hot. The drivers are super polite. Ive had one order on a friday night get a little messed up. They dealt with it right away.

Always a go to place for me. Made very well and lots of flavours to choose from. Pizza is awesome but there is room for improvement on the donairs and pasta. Still a solid option for a meal.

Been here 3 times so far and we havent been disappointed yet! My wife and I especially enjoyed the beef and lamb donairs as well as the Philly cheesesteak pizza!

Only thing that would make this place better is if they sold authentic Lebanese shwarmas, and actual greek salads.

Order was completely wrong and when I tried talking to the manager they were so dismissive and it was the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Will never order from here again.

New to the area, but heard good things and they did not disappoint! May choose delivery next time as not the easiest building to access and drivers on Jacklin Avenue dont let people turn left when its your turn on a yellow light.

Pizza came ice cold and they forgot the salad. The pizza added spinach was not fresh (bitter).

Very disappointing pizza. If you are lucky it is just bland - the meat lovers would be more appropriately titled The Meat Casual Acquaintances as there is clearly no love to be found here. If you are unlucky it is some strange tangy sauce, that while certainly flavourful, that flavour is more akin to a mix of cheap salad dressings that are all 3 months past their best before date. Honestly, I am more impressed with a $5 Little Caesar s pizza, because at least it was cheap Far better pizza options in the area.

We ordered two pizzas. My daughter loved her classic cheese only pizza. I had the gluten-free, plant-based cheese pizza with my favourite toppings - red peppers, olives and bacon. It was delicious! Delivered hot and in record time. We will definitely be ordering again!

My favorite to order is the house special with shrimp pizza. This Sarpinos tends to be my favorite pizza place in Langford after trying most of the various pizza shops.

Well tonight was my first and last pizza order from Sarpinos since they moved to this new location at Sooke and Jacklin rd, I use to be a regular customer when they were open at Colwood corners but the pizza I ordered and received tonight was just so horrible the shrimp house special should not be called that at all because the pizza had maybe ten little shrimp on it and the Hawaiian pizza had no flavor at all, I will say this was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had and will not be ordering from there again. Play it smart and if you want a pizza as bad as this then just order from Little Caesars and save yourself a bunch of money and you will already know just how bad the pizza is going to be so you wont be disappointed.

New Pizzeria a block from where we live. Online purchasing was a breeze and pizza was ready for pick up on time. The menu is easy to read and doesn t have sooo many choices that you can t make up your mind! Also not too pricy! The pizzas were hot and fresh and also a big plus, not greasy! Will definitely be ordering again from here.

I ordered for the 2 medium pizza 2-2-2 deal. Great service, consistent food quality and friendly staff. I definitely will order again and recommend this establishment. I love the Chicken Supreme and hot Buffalo Chicken. Every one should try it!

Never ordered from here before, then today I had a major craving n got a pizza. It was amazing, hands down beats any mainstream basic pizza places. I would recommend and will come again.

It was the first time weve eaten there. We ordered the toasted donairs. They were delicious as was their sauces. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be eating there again.

Was appalling. Very little toppings, very little cheese, the sauce was not good. The place was dingy. The staff seem uninterested in being there, and barely spoke or acknowledged me. About an hour after my order they asked for a review on their website, it was quickly deleted. It was quite frankly the worst pizza I had ever had including frozen.

Just got a 3 topping veggie from these guys. First time trying it. Super happy with the pizza, family loved it too. Super friendly and kind staff. Pizza was awesome!! Highly recommend Sarpinos! Thanks for the delicious pizza boys!

Their pizza has always been good. Staff is very friendly but I will be checking my food for meat from now on. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and realized there was chicken in it after I had ate a piece. This is the first issue I have had with them which is why I am still giving a 4 star but, sarpinos, pay closer attention to the order. Thank you for the correct pizza the second time around.

I ordered a small Chicken Bacon Alfredo pizza. It came with a lot of onions. Onions are not even an ingredient in the description: Our hand-made dough is pressed and smothered with thick cheesy Alfredo sauce, topped with deliciously tender chicken meat, roasted minced garlic, sliced local white mushrooms, ripe Roma tomatoes, crispy smoked bacon, and loaded with 100% real mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend. A few pieces of onion would have been fine. It happens. But this pizza had an entire layer of onions! UNSATISFACTORY!

Ordered a large ham and pineapple pizza. Just the way we like it. Delicious ! We will be back!

Ordered from Sarpinos for the first time tonight. Wow, excellent food, great prices and the service was awesome. Recommend the Italiano Calzone, Halifax Donair Wrap and the Cinnamon Sticks are so yummy. Thanks guys, we will be back.

I have always had good experiences with Sarpinos, I use to live right near them and now I live all the way on Bear Mountain. Sarpinos still delivers top quality food quickly whenever im in the mood. I mainly order their wings which are so good and precisely sauced up, my husband gets pizza usually and hes equally as pleased. Fair priced and delicious!

I am going to start by saying we have frequented other Sarpinos locations and been very happy with food and service. Tonight we ordered online from the Langford location and were given a delivery estimate of 60min. After 80min passed I called and was told my order was ready but they were waiting for a driver and it would be another 20min. Indeed it took another 20min and the food was sub par. The pizza was warm at best. We ordered original crust but it was not a what we have come to expect and was closer to a thin crust. They were stingy on the toppings and did not cover all the way to the crust (2 from outer edge had no toppings). From sitting it was slightly soggy. We also ordered dips and they were watered down to the point it would barely stick to the pizza and were bland.

Poor quality options.

Sarpinos westshore is AMAZING! Hands down the best pizza and especially their calzones !! Looooaded with toppings and always so hot and fresh. Not to mention the amazing service. Me and my fiancé have eaten here 3 times this week! Such great prices and delicious food. 100000% recommend. So happy we have this restaurant in the west shore now!

We moved to Langford from Alberta. We arrived late and Sarpinos in Langford was the only pizza place that was open. The food was awesome and we have returned many times. The food is affordable and awesome!! Much better than expected. Highly recommend!!

Got 2 pizzas last night and one was perfect creamy cheese lover the other was hot buffalo chicken and it had no hot sauce at all .. I called and they gave me hafe off my next pizza but its kind of a waste since I dont eat tomato sauce and thats all it has with the toppings very disappointed as this was my favorite place to go but If payed for something I expect to get what I payed for not hafe off my next pizza ? So Ill be going elsewhere in the future too bad
