Rude staff. Overpriced for what it is, bland. Family got food, horrifyingly enough I had a long brown hair in my burger, it pulled along with the sandwich as I took my bite. Cold fries too. Please Langford avoid this place. Fat burger, big wheel, or bin4 anywhere but here yeeeeuck

I was ready to be in hamburger heaven but was disappointed it was only average, won t be back.

I emailed the restaurant directly, to avoid a google review, but did not receive a reply. The restaurant was untidy with food on the floor. I was the only customer waiting and it was the slowest wait for a burger ever. The kitchen is open, so I watched the 2 male staff talk the entire time. When the burger was finally ready and placed on the counter for dressing etc, they left it there and continued talking. The supervisor or manager said to me this will be the best burger you ever had. Eventually I got the burger. Note, no gloves were worn either yuck. Oh, you have to pay extra for a bag! I declined, so was given the burger in a sleeve to take home, so not only was it cool, it was actually stone cold. The burger was for my adult son and he showed me how soggy and mushy the bun and veggies were. It was quite disgusting and definitely not the best burger hed ever had. Very disappointing.

First of all it doesnt smell like a place that serves delicious food which may be because of all that vegan nonsense their doing. Speaking of which, I went in with my father and we said two cheeseburgers. I noticed in the otherwise empty restaurant someone who looked like they could be the owner or manager consuming food at one of the tables they had clearly brought from home in gladware containers ( not inspiring a lot of confidence in your product) I found out 3 bites in that I had been sentenced to consume a vegan burger. I literally said two cheeseburgers that doesnt mean one done right and one vegan. They made me a new one and it did not justify the price. It was what constituted a salad on a less effective bun with a tiny patty and their bland as heck crush sauce. My Father had the courage to unwrap his burger and was rewarded with what constituted a salad in his lap. The crush fries are overpriced and smothered in bland processed cheese and crush sauce. The walls must be made of the stuff. On the bright side they taught me a valuable lesson about gambling with 40$ on lunch in Victoria. They are going after this american style burger stand style but the problem is those kind of places dont charge that much or have a half vegan menu. I wish them the best but I will not be returning.

I ordered from them many times and everything was great but today the burger was good but the fries was at least three or four hours old, I couldn t eat it at all, and the waiter told me just wait five minutes more so we can make the fries he was faking it to let me feel he make a fresh fries.

Burger crush has quickly become a family favorite. Great food, good price really friendly staff. Two thumbs way up.

With an open kitchen I expected clean and safe conditions. The worker handling assembly was not wearing gloves. I witnessed them rubbing their hands on their pants and touching their hat, then handling food with bare hands. Workers handling cash register were switching between that job and packing orders. They would touch the food directly and then go back to touching money with the same glove.

Tyler and his team at Burger Crush are the best! They were the highlight of our wedding and everyone loved having late night burgers at our wedding! Would 100% recommend burger crush!!

We received the slowest possible service (20 minutes) for 2 burgers and fries, and the staff prioritized making the food of other staff members who were not even on shift-who ordered after us. The food is NOWHERE worth the amount of money charged. The milkshakes arent even good. The only good location is the food truck.

We asked Burger Crush to be the late night snack for our wedding, and it was incredible. They were such a hit, and were still hot when they arrived. Everyone couldnt stop talking about them, and the team was great to organize with!

The milkshakes are really good, especially the vanilla. The fries, although a bit expensive, are thinly sliced and can be easily shared between two people. The staff is very nice, and there are plenty of places to sit. Overall 5 stars!

If you like that feeling of heart palpitations from soo much grease then this place is for you. What was left over was grease soup, a soggy bun and a dozen used napkins. Wont be eating here again.

I had a problem with my uber eats order and was NOT the restaurants fault, more details on problem at the end. Burger crush replaced my order and Invited me to try them again, I did..... wow. They couldnt find my gift card, they just made me another one, no fuss. We used the gift card, had two amazing burgers, my gf is allergic to dairy they even had vegan cheese and she got to have a milkshake that was so delicious. Their food tasted like they like working there, apparantly they treat their staff as good as their customers you can tell by the food they serve. The fiasco... uber encouraged me to review the restaurant and the driver negatively, however it was the drivers app that was crashing, instead of just refunding my order and taking the hit ordered at 515 got food at 709. They asked for proof of cold burger. Uber did Not burger crush they said Im so sorry whats your name and phone number Ill fix this right now.

I have to give the service today 6 stars! Peyton was fabulous and made our experience fun and so smooth! Will definitely dine again!

Got vegan cheeseburger and another vegan cheeseburger with gluten free bun. Very good burgers. The bags had stickers to mark which burger had which modifications, as shown in photo. Dietary restrictions: On their website they have very detailed allergen information in the FAQs.

Their crush fries are to die for. I am a vegetarian and always struggle to find vegetarian fast food options until I found out this gem. Everything is so tasty here. And the service is always top notch. The staff is so friendly and provide best customer service. Especially Payton. They make you feel like a king/queen.

Dietary restrictions: Great celiac gluten free cheeseburgers and fries. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries and they are gluten free and safe for celiacs. The gluten free bun was soft and fluffy. I ve been enjoying the Uber eats BOGO sale. The burgers are so good that they warm up great the next day. I love the toppings at the bottom. The toppings are plentiful and stay in place.

My husband and I were frequent customers of the downtown location before we moved out to Langford. Both of the times that we have placed an order for pick-up at the new location in Colwood, there have been serious delays. The first time, the food was 30 minutes late for us to pick-up and we waited in the restaurant for 25 minutes for it to be made after we arrived. The burgers were also very dry and haphazardly put together. The second time the food was ready (although 5 minutes past the upper estimated time), but our milkshakes were 20 minutes late in getting ready. At the downtown location, the shakes were also made in advance and put in a fridge or freezer until the customer picked it up. Both times the staff member at the register acted like it was their first day on the job. We will likely stop frequenting the Colwood location as the management and running of it do not seem up to par compared to their original location in Victoria.

Best burger in Colwood? Definitely. Best burger on the South Island? Possibly. Closest competitor is the other Burger Crush location in Victoria. Their veggie burger is among the best you ll find anywhere.

We finally had a chance to check out this new location and it did not disappoint. The root beer milkshake was amazing as well as the burgers and crush fries. Portions were generous too.

The staff are ALWAYS happy and helpful and the food is awesome! The burgers are perfectly flavoured and the fries crispy. And as a strawberry milkshake girl, I m thrilled to report they use real strawberries!

It s in the name Burger Crush and that was exactly our experience today, they crushed it! We received a friendly acknowledgement from Sarah the minute we walked in and we were so pleasantly surprised at her knowledge regarding the idea behind Burger Crush as well as their food items, WOW !!! We ordered the cheeseburger & fries and were impressed by the quality of fresh ingredients, size and flavour it was beyond our expectations!! We will be back.

We ve been there twice. Both Togo orders, first time they forgot part of the order, second time I waited over 15 minutes for one burger and one fry but I was watching and my order sat bagged there for almost 10 of those minutes! Terrible organization! Will never go back!

An employee did not follow food safe procedures. After a break, the employee did not wash his hands and touched food with bare hands. The employee also scratched his head before touching food and did not wear a hat while preparing food.

Kitchen staff dont wash their hands. Came on shift went right to work. Touched their hair, face than then the food.

Ive been going to this spot for lunch since it opened, maybe a bit too often. With burgers available everywhere, its hard to find a truly great one, but Burger Crush nails it! One thing I have to applaud Burger Crush for is their consistency. Their burgers have been phenomenal every time Ive ordered, which keeps me coming back. With friendly staff and bang-on food, Burger Crush has easily become the best lunch spot in the Colwood Corners strip. If they keep delivering consistently amazing burgers, Ill be consistently returning.

I can see this location eventually getting there, and I hope they do, but our meal was not at the same standard as what wed usually get from the downtown location. Friendly staff, and the food was presented well, but the meat was lacking any kind of seasoning, fine, the fries were boring and not great, and the burger was just meh overall. Those little things could generally be overlooked.... But a double hamburger, a cheese burger, a regular fries, and 2 cans of pop came to $45 before tip. Your drink choices consist of coke, diet coke, 2 sparkling sodas, or water? Seemed very lacking in the drink department. Reading the negative reviews, I get it. Real burgers done right. Classic take on smash burgers, old school Cali vibes. Delicious beef not over or under seasoned. Crispy juicy and a nice range of menu options. Killer milkshakes and fire fries. Friendly service with a spacious clean atmosphere. Honestly its fantastic and keeps me coming back. Fan of most local spots but this is up there with big wheel hands down! Dont sleep on this gem and one in. Victoria also! Get crushed!

Best fries ever, great burger, awesome employees

Taste and experiences are certainly personal when it comes to food, so my critique is simply that, because there was nothing wrong with the food by any stretch and I could see someone simply enjoying their meal here, but it wasn t for me. First, the place was tidy, employees professional and friendly. Menu scanty, which gave me high hopes. Just a few burger options and fries. Cool. Ordered a cheeseburger and crush fries, which are their fries with cheese and their special sauce. Two orders actually. And the total for 2 cheeseburgers and fries were $52.00 with taxes. This was probably where the start of my displeasure started. For that price it needs to be spectacular. Burger and patty normal size. Ingredients did taste fresh. Lettuce and pickle crunchy, which was nice. I love me a good brioche bun but I don t love the one I received with the burger flavour. The bun was too sweet and too soft, which made it taste like white bread texture.. The pickle, which was nice, did not go well with the burger special sauce in my opinion. A lot of onion, which can be nice but they were large whole rings and practically all came out with the first bite as I couldn t chew through them. The burger style was very reminiscent of Dairy Queen. Not bad, but not $11 burger. The crush fries were really disappointing. The cheese and special sauce just did not pair well at all. It tastes of plastic. Neither of us finished them. I think I would have enjoyed it more at $30 price range but it wouldn t have changed the flavor profiles. Just not for me. But I know others may feel differently because collectively there was nothing wrong with it. The experience was fine. Just not enjoyable. The fries without any sauce on it were very enjoyable. I do think I would have enjoyed plain French fries from here. I wouldn t go back. And certainly not with my family as that would be over $100 for 4 cheeseburgers and fries.

Maybe its the new location, but the food was not good. Ive been raving about Burger Crush for years. The food truck was amazing. The downtown location was fine. The prices have always been insane, but its treat food, and you sometimes have to pay extra for that. However, my last visit was to the Colwood location and it was basically inedible. I took 2 bites and tossed the rest of the burger. Plus $18 for a single burger, no fries, and a can coke. Come on, thats crazy. I wont be back.

First time eating here. When your menu consists of one burger (and a couple of non-burger simulacrums) then you better have a darn fine burger. The cheese burgers were pretty good. Good taste. Pickled were crunchy enough. Their crush sauce is good. The hot crush sauce is really good. So the burgers were ranked well above any normal fast food places but did not make five guys level. We may need a burger face off day between big wheel and crush..... The crush fries were (potentially) good. Mine were made with an old batch of fries which definitely was not optimal. Next time any old fries get sent back. They are thin fries and unless fresh, they are not worth it. There was also sauce overkill on the crush fries. The onions were great but the sauce overload ruined it. We will return to try a couple other items. And definitely when the tap is open. Burger and beer would be a good combo. The staff were nice and friendly.

Awesome burger place. Quality of the food is great, smash burger style and the milkshakes are also great! Most of all the service is fantastic. I often bring my 3 year old for a Friday night burger and they are very friendly and accommodating. Kid-friendliness: Staff are super friendly to the little ones. I cant drive past it with out my 3 year old saying burger crush!!!

Incredible redemption today after a slow start and a few issues. Staff was patient and kind also went above and beyond to make up for an issue with our order. I didn t get the name of the young girl who helped us with our issue (she had blonde hair). She deserves a raise haha.

I m not sure if I came in with too high of expectations or if my experience just wasn t super great. The service was not good to put it bluntly, it was just anything else, anything else, anything else? I thought I was at the Mcdo Drive thru for a moment. On top of that when you walk in they kind of look at you first and wait before finally acknowledging you. Now for the food which was average at best but, certainly not worth the $40 I paid for 2 burgers and 1 fries. When eating the burger I felt like I was eating more vegetables/toppings than actual burger itself and the bun was too flimsy/soggy and kept falling apart. The fries also were $10 for over salted super skinny shoe lace fries with some sauce and minced onions on top of it. Now I will say the restaurant itself was really well designed and looked great. The atmosphere felt nice and I can imagine how it would look if they were full and busy. Overall I d give it a 5/10. Like other people have mentioned in their reviews, I ve had much better for the price I paid with better service.

I am sooooo happy that my favourite Burger place is finally closer. I absolutely love the space where Burger Crush has landed in Colwood. The staff ar friendly, happy and excited to serve you the most delicious burger I have ever had. Dietary restrictions: Vegan options for EVERYTHING on the menu. Parking: Free parking for 90 minutes you just have to sign up with you license plate. Really simple! Kid-friendliness: Various types of seating for little ones and spacious enough to bring in a stroller if need be.

My husband and I had a mediocre burger there but the shake was good so I took our granddaughter there yesterday for a shake, worst shake Ive ever had. The girl was obviously new and asked another employee for help but he was too busy laughing it up with the other lazy staff so she made it......tasted awful, milky, no thickness and the flavour was awful. Needless to say wont be going back.

What a great addition to the Langford/ Colwood area of Victoria! A rad Playlist of known and unique songs that you wouldnt really hear at other food-service establishments, all the staff each time Ive been have been kind, attentive and if ever making a mistake, handle it promptly. The food itself is fantastic, the quality is unlike the vast majority of fast food establishments, the taste of fresh, good quality clear in each bite. They also always add spice for me with the hot crush that adds a nice zing to the burger! P.S: The vegan nuggets are to die for

Super kind staff and super yummy food! Very thankful how careful they are when i come in with my celiac friend to make sure they get it gluten free. 10/10 would recommend coming if not just to say hi to everyone they are all very welcoming :).

Burgers are very tasty but I have no idea why there is no option to add bacon to a burger... This is very strange. Almost everyone likes bacon on their burgers. You should definitely add this option. Also, the fries a good as well but again, there is no option for gravy. Who doesnt like gravy on their fries? There needs to be a gravy option as well. Price is pretty steep. White Spot has burger and fries/coleslaw for almost the same price as just a burger at Burger Crush. So adding fries on top makes it very expensive. They do taste good though but add those two options please! Choc milkshake is great tasting. Would be nice to have whipped cream on top like other restaurants.

The food was okay, Ive had way better for the price. They missed items on my receipt and let me stand around waiting for about 5 minutes before I just asked about it. No greeting and no acknowledgment of the mistake. I also found a staple had fallen into my fries, leaving me to wonder if another fell somewhere that I missed. Overall, very dissatisfied with the experience.
