Unfortunately this particular location has very much gone downhill. My average wait time in the drive through over the past two months and been about 10-11 minutes with some visits reaching as long as 20 minutes of wait time. Multiple time I’ve been told what I want is out of stock and I’m offered substitutions, which is normally fine but often when I get the window to pay I’m told that also don’t even have the substitution that they offered me. On the rare times I have gotten my full order there is usually mistakes made as well, typically missing modifications. I feel bad because the staff are very friendly but it’s completely unreasonable to spend 15 minutes waiting for food that they never seem to have.
Nice place, but the lines can get really long. Tim bits are great and I like their new pizzas. I recommend trying the peach thirst quencher, it’s AMAZING!
They need to have more chocolate chunk cookies made throughout the day, they never have them in stock after diner
More modern looking Tims with fast and friendly staff! Always well stocked and the food is fresh. The only issue is a feeling of "get in, eat, and get going". Besides that, there's always time for a cuppa Timmies and a treat! Well worth a visit!
Edit** location should be Kelligrews Tim Hortons. However as far as I know the owner is the same **Twice now both myself and my mother went to this location and were treated with the worst attitude by staff and supervisor Aconcha. Today my mother went to get a breakfast sandwich and asked for extra mayo (usually at Tim's we say can I get mayo and add extra - have never had an issue) except with this Tim's this morning. She asked to have a breakfast with mayo and was argued with over the intercom. Then mayo was not added to the sandwich. She went in and was debated with again - to which she asked to speak to a supervisor and was told BY the supervisor that "mayo doesn't come on it" all while laughing and smirking at her. She ended up finally getting the mayo after arguing (which she should not have had to do). I have had my own experience with this manager. Absolutely ridiculous. Owner should strongly rethink staff.
So decided to give this Tim’s chain another chance and nothing has changed. NO HAIR NETS, TAKES YOUR MONEY THAN MAKES YOUR FOOD AND OTHER CUSTOMERS FOOD WITH THE SAME PAIR OF GLOVES ON, Very unsanitary, Extremely rude, Still absolutely piss poor service, orders made wrong, very slow whether you go in to order or go through the drive throughs in any of there Tim store locations. Definitely won’t be back to any of the stores these owners have. Thorburn Road, Kenmount Road, Avalon Mall, Manuel’s, Kelligrews, Legion Road, Hollyroad.
I order coffee only, service and atmosphere is always Great!! My vehicle broke down when I pulled in for lineup. One of the ladies had just finished her shift, came out to see me, brought me a coffee. Amazing!!
Love this Tim's, our go to location. Staff is fast and friendly. And since they did the upgrades inside it's beautiful. ETA: I am super sad to have to update this review but this Tim's location has really gone to sh!t. A sausage farmers wrap with extra sausage has become the most difficult thing to make apparently. I was charged for a farmers wrap and extra sausage. I got a regular sausage wrap and no extra meat. To the point, going back that many times it's just easier to go elsewhere. Go back polite and trying to be understanding only to be greeted with rudeness and impatience.
Loaded 20.00 to my card. After leaving site noticed my card was not returned. Returned in a few days to inform them. Yes you guessed it..... Iam out $20.00

Loves all Tims CBS, Thorburn Rd and kenmount Rd. The owner actually treats his employees great from what I hear, plus I worked there for many years even was an assistant manager, so I know how he is with his staff, Eric and all his management team are so great. I miss working there, too be honest, but I trust his management to keep it clean and up to standards. Bravo to all the awesome hard working loyal employees! And Kelly on. Kenmount Rd, and that baker Rod in her store. Top notch
Countless times I ve been there and the food hasn t been fit to eat. Always getting orders wrong and the food is rarely even edible. Would eat sand over going here again.
They messed up my order. I ordered 2 donuts and a coffee, and both donuts had icing on it and they were both put in the same bag so when I took the donut out of the bag the icing was stuck to the bag of both donuts and ruined both donuts, I am very disappointed seemingly that I was looking foward to enjoy my donuts and coffee and my donuts were ruined. I had placed this order around the time of 10:00-10:30pm April 8

Mt pearl Tims attached to Wendys.....service slow. Employees more centered on drive through and not in store customers...customer had to ask if there was anyone working to take order....

Staff needs to be aware that a white label delivery service is their responsibility to contact the customers if an item is missing and not the delivery drivers. Delivery drivers work with time and every minute waiting for an order to be confirmed or completed is loss of income and counts towards delivery drivers ratings.

Coffee seems to be getting worst from one location to the next. Nothing is consistent. Expired coffee is sold all the time and the workers know they r selling it. Not hard to see a flashing red light means expired.

I had the misfortune of having a new salted caramel ice coffee. Never again, reg coffee with ice and a squirt of flavor. The hot coffee melted all ice, so I ended up with tepid, watery, flavorless coffee. Please do not buy this product.

You have a better chance of winning the jackpot on lotto max than you do getting a Chocolate Chunk cookie. They run out of baked goods mid-afternoon everyday.

If you want a donut, fritter muffin or bagel after 9pm be prepared for NO selection! I would expect limited selection if they were near closing time but they are a 24 hour location.
Did not put the lid on 2 out of 3 coffees, which spilt all over my lap burning me. Not good service.

The only thing about the Tims in Holyrood is if you get a cookie you got to get in bag then got no plates in there. Every other thing is ok.
Their service is decent. I do get the occasional rude server but thats minimum wage jobs for you. My big issue with this location is their speed. I have been in the drive thru here for so long that they can almost be charged with forced confinement (Im also a little hangry on my lunchbreak, but honestly Ive been here in line for almost 15 minutes and have not even made it to the speaker, and it was not a very long line.).

Tims Coffee is the best, thats my opinion, but lately the service is frustrating. 1worker at the till and serving the product at the counter and 6 working the mobile window. Not forgivable.
