3.5 stars Food is pretty basic. I got the Florentine benedict with a side of French toast and blueberry pancakes. The home fries are pretty good. Well spiced, very crunchy shell with a nice fluffy potato interior. The pancakes were nice and fluffy with a good amount of blueberries. The Benedict was basic. I've had better. I do like how they give you a Biscoff cookie with your cookie though. Service was friendly. Portions were pretty big. Pricing is reasonable. Interior is nice. Would definitely recommend reservations if you're going for a weekend brunch. Had to wait 45 min for a table for 4 people when we arrived at 2 pm on a Sunday. As a Markham resident, it is too far of a trek for what it is. I would just go to Glass Kitchen instead for brunch that has more complexity.
Certainly on the pricier side, and about the “vibes” and “aesthetic,” the food is probably $2-3 too high. The service staff were lovely and friendly. The lady training the young guy was very friendly, as was the guy. The pancakes & chicken sausage and eggs were cooked well and flavoursome.
The worst brunch place. Waited 45 mins for a table then another 45 mins for the food! Customer service sucked, it was disappointing. Asked for water few times, never got water. The food was bland and not tasty at all. not worth the money! Would not recommend anyone to go. We ordered 3 plates of omelette and a vegan spinach wrap. All of us were dissatisfied with the quality and taste of food.
The Eggs Benny was delicious. The salad was a must. Made the meal so fresh and cut the heaviness of it. Service was just ok. Took 20 minutes for simple coffees. No quality check and our dirty plates were not cleared even though we were chatting for a good 45 min. I would go back based on the food.
Worst place, food and service ever. Party of 5 for Brunch. Got there and was seated fairly quickly. The server came and we were ready to order. 1 hour went by and no food. No interaction or update from the server. We asked 1+ later and was told the food will be coming soon. Got the two dishes that had poached eggs but they were both cold and overcooked. The burger was very salty. My meal was a side of pancakes and a side of eggs over medium. My daughter ordered her meal with a side of pancakes. My daughter's meal came but no pancakes. My order came but instead of pancakes the server brought French toast. After she was told it was wrong. She brought cold pancakes. My eggs were either runny or overcooked. My daughter waited another 15 minutes for her side order of pancakes. The 2 meals with cold overcooked poached eggs were asked to be replaced. The server brought 1 meal out 20 minutes later and the other over 30 minutes later after she promised they would make them right away. We asked for the manager but the manager never came out. We were told by the server that our meals were discounted. We ate what we could and asked for the bill. The server said there was no charge since the service was so bad. I insisted on a bill but she refused. A wasted Sunday. Never again.
Love the atmosphere there and servers are very attentive. Food is good. I would come back for brunch again. Have a bit of a wait Sunday morning perhaps make a reservation before going. Overall I had a great time there :)
We were seated quickly, and the ambience is amazing! Menu is easy to understand, food didn’t take too long and the drinks were so yummy. Our server was also very pleasant❤️ will be returning
Planned lunch with friends. Decided on Evviva because it has many vegan options. Have never been and was so glad I finally got to try it. Went to the Vaughn location. As a vegan it was thrilling to be able to order a Bloody Caesar. Very good…a little on the spicey side so if you don’t like spicey make sure you ask them to ease off. Comes with a hot spicey green bean in it. For brunch I ordered the vegan Traditional Eggs Benedict. Came with vegan corned beef. The “egg was a tofu base and had great texture…they even had a “faux” egg yolk which was incredibly similar texture to a regular yolk. Very good sized serving. Our server, Teresa, was absolutely excellent. Just the right amount of attentiveness plus knowledgeable about the vegan offerings and so pleasant and friendly. Inside the restaurant itself is very noisy. Tables are fairly close to one another. Sitting outside in their patio might have been better, but it was full when we arrived. They don’t take reservations so we made sure we got there with time to spare so we wouldn’t be rushing our meal. Overall a super great meal with wonderful company and excellent service. I even took home a vegan Reuben sandwich for my husband. He devoured it prior to me being able to take a picture. Will definitely return.
Second time I orderered from here and they missed one of the meals I ordered. Kind of hard to have a family meal when only half the food arrived. The quality of food that arrived is subpar at best. This place has become completely incompetent and stopped caring about their costumers. I highly recommend you take your money elsewhere, they certainly dont appreciate it.
The server said they could not accommodate my gluten-free request on a sandwich, the kitchen does not accept it apparently. If the option is available on one sandwich item, it should be allowed on all of them. The server didnt even go ask if they could simply make it with a gluten-free bread even if the sandwich would have to be made smaller. Very disappointed.
The place is packed. Be prepared to wait for a table for sure. The food was ok but not really worth the price to be honest. We went so my son (with a dairy allergy) could get pancakes out. We were there with my 3.5 year old and had to ask for a colouring page, vs. Being provided with one. Ordered after tables that were there after us, and had to ask for our bill/containers. Service was fine, just not outstanding. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options, specific vegan menu (including kids menu).
The food was burned, steak was carbon around the edges, not to pleasant to eat
Dropped in for a quick breakfast. The atmosphere is great. The food was fresh and delicious. Arrived exactly as ordered. Service was exceptional. Daniella was quick, courteous, and very nice. Highly recommended.
Found a dark hair in my parfait. Not the servers fault I get it, they took it off the bill, but no complementary coffee or anything. Did not seem like a big deal at all. Didn t have time or the appetite to re order. Coming from being in the restaurant management industry, it s NOT that hard to avoid this. Gross. Won t be back.
This greatly improved with the time
Best place for breakfast in Vaughan ... The atmosphere is not the best as its a little noisy. Maybe the acoustic design needs to be revisited
This is our favorite breakfast and brunch place. We love it and come here very often. Great selection of the food and good service. Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options
To begin I start off by calling to make a reservations on a weekday, however, I was refused to make reservations and instead walking with only available. Upon check in the website, it says reservations can be made between weekdays and not on weekends. I ordered a smoked salmon breakfast meal, and my partner ordered the Evviva special omelet meal. $60 dollars There is nothing notable about the omelet or any of the food . Scrambled eggs or salt and I usually take my scrambled eggs lightly salted. Salad had no dressing. And smoked salmon felt like grocery store grade. Host and servers seems busy, which is understandable however, if you are to look over at the direction and scan the store multiple times to see if any customers need assistance, how is it that you missed someone with a hand picking up and standing up? Seems like he s avoiding anyone who required him. I asked him for the bill and he went back to busing tables. Very questionable experience, I myself work in a customer service based industry and don t think it s good to leave your customers unattended. I really hope post and service at this restaurant, reevaluate their attitude and ethics at work, I also really hope your new customers better moving forward. As of right now, the service and food does not equate to $60 dollars
Perfect, best Salmon bowl ever!!
I ve been to Eviva Vaughan and always order the traditional eggs benedict, I love them that much :) My server, Laura always remembers me and the details of my order. Thank you Laura for always making my experience a great one! And Eviva for some great eggs benny!
Amazing atmosphere and amazing service. Laura was so attentive and she was so friendly she made my guest and i so happy.
I went for lunch and it was amazing, the service was exceptional my waiter Laura made my experience a 20/10 with her service and recommendations will definitely be going back not just for the great food, lovely kind service but for the over all atmosphere.
The vibe is just okay. The server never provide any service to us, and the food is medicore. The smoothie is not even smoothie, and it is just juice. The french toast is too soggy, and the oil does not feel fresh. On top of that, everything is small portioned that does not match its price. I would not recommend this place.
Great food, great music played in the background!
Nice bright and great service. Excellent company and its wonderful Food
We were here a few years ago and had very fond memories, so we came now to celebrate a birthday. 5 of us ordered different meals and all of us were disappointed. The food looked good but completely lacked flavour. Maybe the chef changed, but we remembered the food being tastier a few years back. We appreciate the vegan menu, which is a big reason why we came. But our group ordered both vegan and non vegan meals and everyone felt their food was subpar. Disappointed. Dietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten-free
My daughter wanted to try her first ever real Canadian waffle, as we are tourists. She loved every bit of it and we where very happy with the choice of this cafe, based upon reviews news by others
Great breakfast place, very delicious, wide menu options, great service, child friendly, nice atmosphere and very nice comfortable furniture, the restaurant is very clean, prices very reasonable and within the regular range. Parking is free and easy. Food
The staff are amazing. I just think the menu could have more options.
Overall a good spot for breakfast or brunch. Meals, portions, and taste were all good but nothing unique. The potatoes/fries are easily their best dish. Our server was kind, only took off a star because there was no acknowledgment of people waiting to be seated, no info no update even though multiple people can see anyone that walks in. A simple hi, give us a few minutes or we ll be with you shortly would have sufficed instead of being ignored. (The hostess was very sweet and came over as soon as she saw us, this was more of a general observation/experience until that point)
This place gets pretty busy. I did not need a reservation and was seated almost right away. The service was excellent. There is a vegan menu! Thank you! Vegetarian options: Vegan options Dietary restrictions: Vegan options Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible wheelchair
Great food and service
Love this place as I m vegan and my partner is not and there are delicious options for both of us
Relaxing and upscale ambiance. Delicious food selection. The coffee is excellent!
Seating is very elegant . Food is tasty and prices are pretty reasonable. Service was good as well
We were there for almost 10 minutes and no one served us (with plenty of empty table).
My favorite breakfast place. Its got a wide variety and Caters for both vegan and non.
The appearance is beautiful, but the taste is average, the service is average, but the indoor environment is very noisy, it feels like going to a street market
The best breakfast restaurant in Vaughan ,
Vegetarian options: Great vegan options! Food
My favourite brunch spot in Vaughan! I absolutely love that they have a vegan menu. Usually have the vegan slam platter, chickn waffle, or pancakes. Their vegan hot chocolate is delicious. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options available. Vegan menu included. Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly space
Great breakfast experience at Evviva. Laura was very helpful and excellent customer service.
Worst experience i have ever had. I waited one hour with no food. People coming after us were getting their food before us. We walked out after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting and no one cared to apologize as we walked out. I will never come here again.
I waited too long for my food. I ordered my drink at 11:40 and got it 12:30. I ordered my food at 12:30 and got it at 1:20. They need better time management.
This is a great place. My family and I dine here because of all the vegan options..
Incredibly disappointed. My husband and I came from London for an appointment at a local photo studio. We looked at the menu before coming and were quite excited about the vegan options. Unfortunately the food did not live up to expectation. I got the vegan slam platter. The toast was dry and the scrambled egg was bland and had a wierd texture. Even the Beyond sausage was bland and dry. Ive had Beyond Sausage many times and I have no idea how they managed to make it so bad. My husband had the crown burger and said it was also very bland. The only thing I can really compliment were the potatoes. Weve eaten at plenty of vegan/veg friendly restaurants and it can be done so much better than this. On top of that, the service was awful. We were never offered any water and the server checked on us once in the hour and half we were there. We definitely will not be visiting again.
In the photo everything looks beautiful, but in reality the food is terrible and seems artificial. It really is like plastic. Where do they get such products?????? A big question.
so many vegan options!! great portions, quality, and overall atmosphere. such a good brunch spot
1 hour waiting for the food
The service was abysmal. I waited an eternity for my food, and even the drinks took a ridiculous 45 minutes to arrive. Additionally overpriced food. Total disappointment.
The food wasnt good but the service and the waiters were extremely nice
***Updated review since last visit 2 years ago*** service and restaurant has detooriated significantly 1. wobbly tables 2. servers take long to attend to you and then forget to order items requested 3.food on the floors left so customers step on it 4. tables too close together, the waiter requests customer to physically shift table whilst I am seated having my meal. Overall experience- terrible
Always on point. My go to for a quick breakfast on the weekends.
Food is excellent! Service was suuuuper slow (it took over an hour for food to come out). Its a busy place so I guess its a small pass. Super crowded but it was Sunday brunch so I wasnt surprised.
Service was excellent, a bit slow to get food out of the kitchen but the quality and freshness of the food is 100% worth it. Amazing menu, the vegan options were abundant and so were the non vegan options. Loved it 5 stars
Absolutely trash service & food. It took over 20 mins and multiple times of us begging for someone to bring us water in the scorching hot patio. The server said she ll bring us waters when they find some glasses Finally one of the assistants brought water after we literally were begging for ANY beverage. Our food came out cold, our coffee drinks took 30 mins to come. the server didn t even check on us after our food came to our table to make sure we were good- which we weren t, our side orders were missing. We ended up cancelling our second round of drinks because it was taking forever and we were well past finished our food at that point. I took over 20 mins for the bill to come out too. After asking 3 times, someone had to physically get up and go inside the restaurant to tell the waiter AGAIN to bring us our bills. This is my second time coming to this location- the first time was 6 years ago and just as horrendous. I was hoping for a change after all these years but to my surprise, it was just as awful. If you re looking for a good time to catch up w friends and eat good brunch, don t come here.
I recently went to Evivva & really enjoyed my breakfast there! But even better was my service!! My server was Daniella, and she was absolutely amazing. This is my second time being served by her, and she remembered me and greeted with the biggest smile & hello! That shows a lot about her customer service and bond she tries to make with customers to keep them coming back!! You really don t find service like hers anymore nowadays. It is really appreciated! Thank you Daniella! :)
I went for lunch yesterday with a friend after work. I got a glass of fresh orange juice and a cheese steak sandwich. We were impressed by the service we received from the server daniella. She did a fantastic job, i would highly recommend.
I came here for breakfast this morning and it was delicious. My friend recommended it because of all the vegan options and my server Daniella made it really easy to choose. Her smile and service made it very enjoyable, thank you!
it s a fun breakfast spot
Laura was great!
Great place for breakfast. Thanks Laura.
I recently visited for brunch and had a great experience. Sophia was my server and she was excellent in all aspects. Very friendly and kind. She was very helpful and answered all our questions about vegan options on the menu. The atmosphere was great. Sophia made my first experience there great. Would highly recommend family and friends to go. Would definitely like to be served by her again.
I visited today for brunch at the Evviva Vaughan location. the food was excellent coupled with top notch service by our adorable waitress Sophia. I will definitely be returning as the food was exceptional
Very nice place with friends and family
I came today with my sons and got a bacon sausage ham and egg combo. I had Daniella as my server and she did a great job. Her smile and joy made my kids comfortable enough to order their own meals which is rare!!!
Our server Daniella was so amazing. She came to check on us frequently, gave recommendations for food and drinks and was very kind and friendly. 10/10 experience.
Had an amazing experience this morning with our server Teresa! The food was delicious and the service was impeccable my new favourite brunch spot :)
I recently went to Evviva for some breakfast and I had such a great experience. When I walked in the host, Matteo, was very helpful and nice. The environment was so cute and my server, Teresa, was amazing the entire time!
I was celebrating my mom birthday today and Laura was a fantastic a key person to make my mom feel better and at home. The atmosphere was warm and nice. Thank you for everything! Food
The food was delicious, we loved their dedicated vegan menu. Our server Laura was wonderful. The only thing that we think could be improved is that the tables are too close together, but we moved to a booth and loved the atmosphere there. Will definitely be back soon.
Sophia is a wonderful, thoughtful and caring server. She truly brings a smile on my face and works the job with grace and politeness. Truly love this restaurant, continue the hard work Sophia!!
Beautiful place! Our server Laura was so kind and personable. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Food : 5/5
Food was good, but the portions were on the smaller size, especially for the price. Nice decor and patio. Great for brunch but not if you have a serious growl on.
Good little spot with a nice outdoor patio. I got the eggs, avocado and tomatoes breakfast with a side of sausage. Food overall good as well a coffee minus tomatoes were old. I skipped eating those.
Always amazing, fresh and healthy meal choice. The ambience is stunning.
One of my favourite brunch place. Serves amazing vegan options and has some of the best Mimosas and sangrias around. Our server Laura was very sweet and attentive. She understood the dietary preferences and customised our order. Love the ambiance as well. Very clean and bright.
Fell for the Instagram hype lol Unfortunately this place isn t great. Lacks aesthetic, my latte was overly sweet, my waffles fell apart like it was cake. Definitely not worth the price nor the wait time to get a table. I was excited to try it but it was a let down.
Highly recommended, I will be visiting back for sure, yummy food and very friendly staff.
I came here August 21st and requested for a table for 5 and I was told that it would take about 25-30mins and decided to wait cause myself and my family wanted to have breakfast at this establishment. The time limit I was given had past and I came three good times to check in on them to get an eta. I was patient enough considering that it might have been a situation out of there control. Only to come come back the 4th time and to notice that another group of 5 that were eating outside were brought inside to seat instead us, because they complained about a bee disturbing them, meanwhile we have been waiting in the car for over an hour at that point. Ended up leaving because there was no point, It was so weird and not even considerate knowing you had people waiting for that long to get a table. I hate to play the race card but I don t know what else I can say about this situation. Poor service, communication or whatever it is, it was really poor
Between the atmosphere and the service is unfortunately a menu that is the victim of inflation (maybe). I really used to like this place because everything came together and the servings offered the value youd expect - this has changed. For example, the breakfast sandwich in the photo is $22 - unbelievable. The plate looks empty because we skipped on the bit of salad it was supposed to include. We also ordered chicken and waffles which, aside from the calorie value my body needed, did not meet the crunchy and fluffy standards youd expect. All that said, the americano was delicious.
We have been to this location about 8 times and have always enjoyed the food. Today however it was awful. They changed their menu up and it was very disappointing. I had the vegan corn beef sandwich ( used to be called the Rubin) and the vegan meat was terrible! It was so dry and hard stale. Keep in mind I have gotten this sandwich 7 times previously over the past years. The side I got, was The vegan Caesar salad like I always do, although this time they didn t add any vegan bacon and they just used Romain hearts and put a lot of dressing on top from a squirt bottle as opposed to having it mixed up on the lettuce. It was not good, the salad dressing was different too. My husband ordered the NON vegan eggs and bacon and they did not have pemeal bacon on their menu anymore so he got regular bacon and it was over cooked, hard and cold. We definitely will never be coming back to this location or probably to any of their chains anymore I don t know why they had to switch things up maybe to cut costs? Perhaps new owners? I don t know, but it is not good compared to what it used to be. Too bad now we ll have to find somewhere else to go as I won t be coming back :(
Very poor service, my coffee was cold before the food got here. Had to ask if my food was coming after waiting 30 min. Eggs and sausage shouldnt be a 90 min breakfast
Great food and service
food is so delicious 10/10 experience. Nikol was an awesome server and super accommodating to our needy group.
Great plant based options.
Food was too expensive and also dosent have taste good .just place was beautiful
Service was good. We decided to grab lunch here before an important party and well unfortunately I got sick from the food. I just got the chicken wrap and couldn t finish it because the chicken just tasted so off. I ate half the wrap because well it s extremely expensive ($23) but couldn t even finish the other half as the chicken just tasted I don t know frozen. I was really hoping it was just the chicken being frozen so I let it be, but I actually got really sick from the food here. Thankfully the sickness passed by the time our plans came by the end of the night otherwise I would have been extremely pissed. It just had me feeling extremely nauseous and ready to throw up at any moment. Unfortunately my first and last time I ll be going to this restaurant.
Beautiful brunch place - on the pricier side of breakfast / brunch. The atmosphere def is a fit for a girls special brunch which we saw many parties / tables doing just that. It s busy in a Saturday morning - and the door / waiting area was super packed with little room to wiggle. After about 20min wait, we were seated indoor right next to the window and IT WAS HOT - the air conditioning needs some improvement. Service was slow I think due to many large celebratory parties.
Food was good. Cute spot for a brunch date. Lots of choices to choose from. There was a really nice patio as well. I would definitely go back
Great vegan options but the lattes need some work. Atmosphere is great but the wait can be very long at times.
My first time at this location. I love the vegan options. 10 out 10. The service and service was above average.
The smoked salmon was mushy and watery. It leaked colour and was a weird temperature. A big disappointment. The floor was sticky and it felt like I had tape on my shoes. Initial greeting was good, but the servers congregated and never checked in on us after. The decor was cool I guess.
Great place for breakfast, and vegan breakfast
It was a whole vibe. I enjoyed it and the food was great. My server was on point and very accomdating
Been here 5x its the only brunch plate I know that has actual vegan options i like the vegan waffles and french toast, not big fan of the vegan version of smoked salmon though. I wish they had other whipped cream besides coconut tho, but otherwise this is my go-to for brunch Dietary restrictions: Lots of actual vegan OPTIONS...
Nice place, but somethings have been taken off the menu but the prices have increased significantly. Very pricey for what you get.
My friend and I went for some brunch/lunch & to have a few drinks on the patio. Patio is nice, when we went the tent was up, and no option to sit in the sun, it was completely covered. Nice if you like the patio vibe, but I think a better option would be to have umbrellas at tables to give people the option of having sun or shade. We got sat right away, but then had to wait for our waitress for maybe 10min before she came to welcome us & take our drink order. We started off with espresso martinis. They were great, nice flavour, would definitely recommend them if you like espresso martinis. It took awhile again for our server to come back to take our food order. But it was okay, because we were enjoying our conversation. Once we placed our food order it came relatively quickly, food was hot, we had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich & the eggs florentine. Both if our meals were great, good flavour, cooked well, fresh. No complaints. We enjoyed our meal, at this point our meals were done, as well as our espresso martinis & we had to wait quite awhile for our waitress to come back to ask if we needed anything else, we were wanting to order a pitcher of Sangria. We were finally able to order the Sangria. It had good flavour, but definitely lacking in fruit, there were 3 tiny pieces of fruit in each cup. Usually when you get Sangria you have almost a glass full of fruit, we definitely would have liked to have some more fruit. Other than the serve being a bit slow, we both ordered water when we first ordered our drinks, but our server never refilled our glass. This is something that I believe should be a standard, especially if alcohol is being served. Water glasses should ALWAYS be filled. I would definitely go back to Evviva as I did enjoy the food. I just hope that service would be a bit more prompt. But overall a great experience & good food.
My fiance and I were excited to try this place. Drove far to have breakfast here. We were seated on the patio. We were provided with menus by the host. Waited very long for someone. A waiter passed a couple of times, and a waitress passed us once. Much later, another couple were seated behind us. They probably had 2/3 mins with their menu, and the waitress came to the newly seated couple and asked if she could start them off with some drinks. We are hungry. We left and let the manager know that the service is not acceptable. The manager apologized and tried to explain the possibility that the staff would give us extra time on the menu. Extra time on the menu on not, the waiter/waitress can at least start off with a greeting or introduction or water or drink. Anything, but not to acknowledge the table.
Always have a great experience. Our server Nikol was amazing today.
I have been trying to call the restaurant and have attempted 15 times but the number is not working. There is also no email to contact. I really want to try this place and make a res.
Food was not good. I ordered the smoke salmon Benedict and the salmon came mushy. Probably forced defrosted and served. Environment itself was so noisy you are basically yelling at the person across from you trying to have a conversation meanwhile table next to you also listening and yelling. Overall too noisy if you plan to catch up with friends. Service was also not the greatest. Took forever to place an order and even to pay for the bill. Definitely won t be coming back for brunch.
Very lovely atmosphere, food was delicious and service was great! Food : 5/5
PEOPLE OF COLOR & MUSLIMS ARE NOT WELCOME THERE...take your money where you will be appreciated: we went there today to celebrate the end of fasting for us Muslims, the lady with fluffy hair was so rude, from the first step at door, treated us like second class citizens, she told us that we could not make reservations, cause the dont do reservations, we found out later that was lie when she treated way better than us, Caucasian lady who was nice. We were 21 people , she wouldnt accomadat us in way, we took our money elsewhere. First time for me & last time. I would understand that kind of treatment if we were still living in the 1960s.
We came here for Father s Day breakfast and the staff and manger went above and beyond to accommodate our large group on a very busy day. The ladies were are so kind and so professional! And on top of the great service the food was fantastic, and the restaurant is beautiful. I can t give them enough praises! We will definitely be going back to this location :)
Maple Latte was good, but the food was a bit over priced for the portions and quality.
1.5 hr wait for 2 ppl Orders came fast, however, mediocre food with an overpriced tag. Will not be returning.
Lovely .. such a delicious food and brilliant service... Teresa was so quick and making sure always we could be satisfied till the end !!! Food
Awesome. The waitress was exceptionally pleasant. Bfast was amazing. I love Evviva. Great place. Vaughan is the best place for dining.
Cancelled my scheduled Uber Eats order for no reason. I was really expecting to get this order, and they left me with no breakfast.
The fact that they don t take reservations on weekends is horrible and their customer service and staff are rude and have no idea what they are doing. What a gong show
Wonderful breakfast. Great VARIETY of vegan options. Staff are very friendly. It was our servers first day. Thanks Nicole for your great service. Vegetarian options: Amazing vegan options. Vegan omlette was great. Dietary restrictions: Awesome variety Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating for kids.
Amazing and super friendly staff
The environment was good, with attentive staff checking on us frequently for drink refills. However, the food was so so. I ordered the Maple Glazed Salmon, I wasnt impressed. The quinoa was tasty, but the vegetables looked sad. The salmon lacked the expected maple glaze, didnt taste anything maplish, as it was supposed to be marinated in maple, and seasoning. My friend enjoyed her sandwich I think.
Exceptional service by everyone. The owner was more than accommodating on Mothers Day! The food was amazing and the service was just as good! Nikol was our server and she was top notch. She was professional, helpful, and friendly! I will definitely visit again.
Amazing food with great service would highly recommend you come and try the french toast.
Delicious food, nice ambience, and exceptional service thank you for making a memorable birthday brunch!
Delicious breakfast!..
Evviva has been my fav restaurant ever since I first had it their Maple waffles. Lovveeddd it so much that I end up coming here at least once in fortnight. However, off late they have changed. The biggest change is taking RICOTTA off the menu. That was one of the ingredient that elevated the taste of waffles and crepes. No idea why they would take it off. Now the maple waffles taste sooo incomplete and I don t feel like coming back #wewantricottaback
Eviva is my favourite brunch spot. Especially for vegan omelette. Never thought vegan omelette can taste better than the regular one. And best part is waffle.
Excellent food and service The best capuchino Food
Beautiful restaurant with lots of photographable spots. Overall great ambiance. Food was good Ive just never had such dry chicken sausages before definitely needs to be looked into. Also great drink options and reasonable price for a place that looks so high scale Vegetarian options: Lots of yummy veggie options Parking: Many spots available directly infront of the restaurant
Great food for breakfast &lunch. Needs some work for spacing the table and restauration of interior design. Food
This all-day vegan breakfast spot needs to be added to your bucket list! They offer 100% vegan breakfast options alongside normal meat options throughout the whole day It is by far is the best Vegan Breakfast spot I have come across with five locations in Ontario across Toronto, Barrie and Vaughan. They have a cozy and welcoming ambiance with impeccable customer service and taste that will make you want to come back again soon
Fantastic vegan options in this restaurant! Will definitely be back!
The food is awesome and Amanda, who served us was wonderful!Give her a raise
Great food and service, atmosphere is nice but can get crowded
Great place for a brunch in Vaughan. Went here for a birthday celebration for a friend. It was very packed when we first showed up and the table wasn t ready for a while, but because the larger group came later - the time ended up working out. Food was great, I got Atlantic smoked salmon eggs Benedict - this was slightly overcooked for the poached eggs but amazing nonetheless. Home fries are good too! Got mimosa pitchers that were a big quantity and delicious. They even gave my friend a waffle with fruits and a candle for her birthday which was very nice as well. The food was priced fairy and they have a few other things on the menu I would want to try. Recommend this place if you re looking for an aesthetic and a reasonable brunch spot!
First of all, they dont do reservations on weekends so the wait time was not ideal (we waited two hours to be seated). The service was okay, nothing too bad. Overall the savoury food options were better, we had to drench the pancakes in syrup and they were quite dry. The atmosphere makes for a good photo opp! Would take a while before coming here again.
This is a brunch place not to be missed. Great fresh choices all well prepared. Lots of vegan and gluten-free options. Great atmosphere. Most importantly was the phenomenal staff. Paid attention to every detail. Refilled coffee and water regularly. Amazing and friendly attitude. Much better than many of the brunch places nearby. I always end up here on my birthday or special events first thing in the morning because I love how many vegan and non vegan options their are so everyone feels included. However, last time we came around noon and it seemed like by the time we got seated the staff were tired, the food was missing parts & when we asked our server for the missing pieces she seemed irritated. On top of that all the food was dry and not as good as usual. Hopefully it was a one off thing
From being seated to paying our bill - terrible service. The food was bland. They tried overcharging us when the bill came. Parneeti the busgirl deserves a raise for sure. Just got reminded why I don t come into the suburbs to eat. Never again.
The food was amazing. It filled me up so much. The ordering service came exactly when we ordered, so we didn t wait long. Atmosphere was great, it wasn t too bad and dirty, but could have been better.
Very good breakfast spot. Busy since it s nice & popular. Nice French toast I really like it & I d come back.
We were seated and prepared to place our orders when we were informed that we would need to wait for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. This experience greatly disappointed us, as it fell well below the standard of customer service we had expected. The manager was a older lady.
The interior of the restaurant and the color combinations is aesthetically pleasing. The food was also tasty and filling. Only downfall is that we couldnt make reservations and we had to wait to be seated.
The fastest service Ive ever seen while being so packed and the food was amazing
I visited this Vaughan location a couple of weeks ago with three others. We travelled an hour to check out the vegan menu. It was a complete disappointment I m sorry to say. We waited 40 mins for a table and the service was sub par. The vegan French toast was three small pieces, stale bread, no coconut whip. The waffle was bland. The vegan eggs were hard and not runny as they should be. Tasted like they were cooked earlier in the day and reheated. The vegan cheese omelette had no melted cheese. It really was just gross. The receipt showed items for more than the posted menu too. We would have happily said something but our sever was so quick to walk away and never even waited for our respond when she asked how things were. We specifically came to try two items - the vegan reuben and the vegan Montreal smoke meat both of which were not available. We also waited a very long time for our bill. Honestly it was a really bad experience overall. Overall it wasn t good and we would not be returning. I complained online and they said the manager would contact me still no response from them. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND DON T EAT HERE!!
A nice morning spot. We arrived early so there was no wait but after an hour it was really busy. Cute for photos, food was okay. Food
Barring the Mango Tango, everything else we ordered was delicious!
This place is such a delight. No matter what you order it s amazing. The best fresh orange juice by far. Service is fast. one note is there server are young and somethings are heard arguing with the manager and giving attitude to he infront of customers sitting down. I have been here over 10 times and saw 4 times this happen. The manager however handles it so calmly and my heart hearts for her as this is the new generation having their own thoughts on work ethics. I m not that old but I do get turned off from such displays it s disheartening. Everyone is struggling in this economy but the attitude these younger staff has is not the greatest lately. Past two times my food was rushed to my table by my serve with no words and it was upsetting to see. I know the company is doing their best but staffing is an issue everywhere. Hang in there. Your regulars see this.
My family (two toddlers and five adults) came to eat for our nephews birthday. We agreed that the wait time disclosed was 30 to 40 minutes while we waited in the waiting room. After an hour, everyone who had reserved after us took a seat (based on who we had seen booking). When we inquired,The hostess then advised us to wait five more minutes but that ended up being twenty. ( All this time they open door to welcome guest and no one check in to say sorry for delay this is issue nothing/ After exactly 1hr 35min, we spoke with the manager, who surprisingly majority of time was in the hostess areas informed us that she would investigate the situation while they waited for a clear area. Had you guys genuinely wanted to host us that accomodation would have been done as with the other large size family after us. You bet that not a single family of color passed by while we were waiting, so its ironic that we were the only family ignored. After 1 hour and 35 minutes of waiting, youll try to find a solution for us. The manager then had the audacity to say that its not personal because we serve people of color and have friends her reasoning is merely an attempt to brush off the problem that caused us to leave. Horrible service for 1st time at this location.
At this point, I am not a fan of their breakfast pancakes or waffles - dry and not fluffy. I did, however, try the bacon and homefries, and those were delicious. What saved this location for me was the sandwich I ordered! So delicious!! The bun it was on was fresh and perfectly baked. The chili chicken Aioli was fabulous. Im still craving it. I liked the salad that it came with, but it had a bit too much dressing for me. They do have a kids menu - Id say the food is overpriced. Its very clean - the service is fast and friendly. We got seated right away. Overall comfortable, chill environment.
I visited this restaurant twice. Unfortunately, the first time I found hair in my food. Overall, the food was just okay, nothing special. Service was lacking, as it was hard to get the servers attention. Additionally, there seemed to be a noticeable difference in how they treated customers based on their appearance, favoring those who appeared wealthier.
I have been to the downtown location so I wanted to try this one at Vaughan Mills. The location is smallish and was very busy on a Sunday morning and seating is tight. Not good for large groups. The food is excellent very fresh and well made. Christina gave great service, too orders, food came very quickly, very efficient. Meal came on big plates well, presented home fries, salad included. Washroom was spacious and clean. I had eggs with and avocados nicely prepared and tasty multi grain toast included. We will be happy to go again. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options on full menu, large choice.
Fantastic food, very friendly, nice, courteous staff. Has an array of vegan meals available, too. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options.
Best breakfast place in Vaughan
The atmosphere is simply captivating. The decor is elegant yet inviting, creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. Whether you re looking for two or a lively gathering with friends, family, this place caters with style. Now, let s talk about the food. Each dish that graced our table was a masterpiece in its own right. Every bite was bursting with flavor and the presentation was impeccable, showcasing the creativity and attention to detail. But what truly sets Evviva apart is the impeccable service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and cared for. From recommendations on the menu to timely refills on drinks, their attention to detail is second to none. It s clear that they take pride in what they do, and it shines through in every interaction. Overall, my experience at Evviva exceeded all expectations. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat.
Terrible uber eats pickup experience. When they gave me the itll be ready in a few minutes speech, I knew I would have 20 minutes of my life taken away from me. Avoid this place, just like youd want to avoid Vaughan Mills mall.
Evviva s decor is nice. The manager was very accommodating of our birthday party of 16. Amanda was our server, she did a wonderful job. There is was a wait but it was probably because of our party size and how busy this location was. Would I go back? Yes. If you are coming here leave your attitude outside and try to enjoy the experience, life is short. I watched a number of entitled minded individuals be abrasive to staff for lack of patience to get seated.
Loved the inside decor of this place. Definitely a place to bring your girls for an outing. Our server wasnt that great and wasnt a fond our seating. We where in the booths next to thr washroom and it was a TIGHT fit.
Very cute aesthetic and great food! It is typically very busy so plan ahead!
Great place, highly recommended. Went back as always was great, had a Hamburger, was amazing!
I ordered the avocado toast. It was so good. Will definitely go again.
Very tasty vegan menu
Dietary restrictions: nothing else Food
What a cute brunch spot! The eggs benedict is delicious, will definitely be ordering again. All the dishes the other customers ordered also looked delicious. The french toast was also sooo good. And it was only $2 to add that as a side!
Cute place. The food was good and has a nice variety.
Amazing food, great portions, ambiance was great. It was very filling, tasted really good and fresh. Prices were good for the amount of food given.
It was nothing special
I ve been here a few times and always so glad we came! As a vegetarian I ve never been able to find a place that had American breakfast options such as omelettes and waffles that were without egg. You can imagine how happy we were to see this place accommodates this as well as has a whole vegan menu for options. One of us also has severe life threatening nut allergies and it was appreciated that they took extra care in making our food and the manager even came to check on him. If you like eggs, waffles, breakfast food then this place is good for everyone! Also try their delicious mimosa.
Very loud music, too much, nice atmosphere but server was not too friendly for me, I did not care for the food, the menu did not have the new prices, expensive and I did not like what I ordered
Everything was great
very good breakfast place
If you re coming here on the weekend I would definitely recommend booking a reservation. The portions of the food was the perfect amount. I ordered the Atlantic smoked salmon eggs Benedict. It was quite good, the different elements were balanced. Nothing really over powered the other. The home fries were crispy and well seasoned and the eggs were poached perfectly with the gooey centre. The service was timely, at the risk of being a bit rushed. The decor and atmosphere is definitely unique and well taken care of.
over priced ,food average at best
Im so grateful a restaurant with so many options for vegan breakfast exists! Truly love what you guys are doing Ive tried the vegan crab cake benedict and the vegan pastrami sandwich and they were both awesome. Food
It s overpriced for what they served. Nothing special on the dish, everything in their menu you can make it at home yourself. Two egg and a sauce on top comes with small portion of arugula no bread and small portion of potato for $20 doesn t make sense. The service is good and the atmosphere but seems that they do not focus on the food, overall average experience. Nothing that I want to go again.
The food is okay, got chicken and waffles and it was mediocre. Cappuccino was also okay expected more from the reviews. There s better breakfast spots to go to imo. Very crowded with little separation between tables. I just wish the food had more to it, very small side of coleslaw and no butter on even the toast.
One of my favourite spots for brunch with my girlfriends. Great customer service and yummy breakfast.
This is my second time at this chain but my first time at this location. Firstly our host was amazing she had the high chair at our table before we could even sit down. Food came out in a timely fashion. Food was great my husband wasn t too happy with his meal at first but then warmed up to it. But overall would highly recommend as one of the top places for brunch in vaughan for parents and children.
This place literally kills the whole purpose of serving VEGETARIAN/VEGAN friendly items. They cook vegan items on same skillets they use for cooking meat & eggs. I called them & they said that YES THERE IS CROSS CONTAMINATION. So then why would they serve vegan meals. Glad I called before going there but I am sure there are many customers they lost just because they don t want to take the effort of cooking vegan/vegetarian meals separately.
Standard breakfast options. My salmon was fishy and eggs Benedict overcooked. Their ham is bland. Freshly squeezed orange is fantastic. The downtown location was much better for food quality.
Got the chicken and waffles they were really good, well seasoned. Irish coffee was warm and comforting. Vegetarian options: Another of vegetarian and vegan options Kid-friendliness: Accommodation is available
Food is good service is not. Wheelchair accessibility: Very crowded seating Food : 4/5 |
When it comes to a brunch spot Evviva does it every single timeeeeeeee. Their French Toast is literally the best thing EVER!
Love that the menu has options for dietary restrictions such as vegan. Portions are generous and a great place to get together with friends and family for breakfast.
Love this spot! It gets a bit busy so book a reservation or you may have to wait. We enjoyed our food and the service is great.
A super cute and vibrant restaurant! The space is definitely an Instagram worthy spot with its pink chairs and tufted loveseats! I enjoyed my eggs benedict florentine but wish they had more selections of tea and the option for a physical menu. QR codes are great but sometimes its nice to have a hard copy and they supposedly didnt have any. Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure if this would be the most accessible location as the entrance is quite narrow and the host station is quite tight.
This was my first time coming here. The food and service was excellent. We brought a toddler with us to make a group of 4 and they provided a high chair and sat us at a table with ample space for him to move around. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here for brunch with a friend. food was amazing, ambience was great and service was good too the only thing we thought that could be better was the clearing up of our plates once we were done as we didn t have space for our French toasts so we just put them on the table next to us. Everything else was spot on! Would definitely recommend and visit again.
Wonderful breakfast and brunch spot. Service can be a bit spotty when the place is full.
