My father and I had a very enjoyable lunch here. The flavours in dishes were so good! Sad to find out that this is closed. Would ve loved to come here more often.

It s a cosy no frills place in an industrial area - the space is small, but clean and well decorated. The food was extremely flavourful and we enjoyed all the dishes a lot. We ordered Samosa Chaat for dine in and Veg Tandoori Momos, Chicken Seekh Kabab and Chicken Biryani for takeout. The ingredients were fresh and one could make out from the taste that these were prepared by a skilled chef. The Tandoori Momos were delicious but would have probably tasted better as a dine in. They also prepared very satisfying desi style phenta hua coffee for us even though it wasn t on the menu. We look forward to visiting/ ordering again from here.

We ordered veg momos, malai soya chaamp and tandoori chicken momos. It was worth the price.Each item was delicious. Dinner was also yummmm. I give 10/10. Service by Taran was excellent and she helped a lot with menu. She is also polite and well behaved. Vegetarian options: Daal makhani gives original Punjabi Dhaaba s taste.

It doesn t look like there s a sit in restaurant here, it looks like some office space. Sure enough there are 4 tables and a friendly server. Food was great! Had chicken korma, butter chicken, lamb Rogan Josh and chicken lababdar. Roti was good too. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian entree and appetizers.

Went there for lunch today with 3 of my friends. Place looks like an office space, didnt think there was anywhere to sit, but there are four tables. I have been here many times and something different each time. The food is really well made, layered and beautiful every time. My favourite Indian cuisine within 50 km. Not an in house dining experience but if you like the nuance of many types of dishes this place serves it up. Go here. These guys rock the Mumbai.

Chef Abhinay makes some of the best tasting food I have ever had. He really puts a lot of passion into his dishes, making sure we are having the most authentic meal at all times.

Not that it s a coffee or tea place but in the cold weather I was looking to get something warm to drink. I thought that this is an Indian restaurant and they will offer a decent cup of coffee. I ordered 2 cups to go and all I got was cups of warm weird flavoured water. It was no way even a little close to coffee. I paid over $7 for 2 cups and it was not worth my money at all. I won t even take that cup of coffee for free! Very disappointed!!

This place has authentic vegetarian Indian food and service. Soups (both Hot and Sour and Monchow) are awesome. I tried Momos, Dum Aloo Kashmiri and Baigan Bharta. Naan was thin and Roti was also good. Super fantabulous taste and ambience with calming music. Nice place for family dining. Ideal for an occasion with good taste ... This restaurant might be of bipolar nature. We ordered through uber a few times and received tasty food with good presentation. Then I picked up some food for guests last night. The order included 4 Naan,1 fish amritsari, 1 paneer Tikka Masala, 1dal makhani, 1 also Tikka chat & 1 seekh kabab. Im not sure who was behind the cooking range, but I never got the fish, seekh kabab was like what I think a leather shoe might taste when you chew on it. Naan was just what I would have expected before its put in the tandoor oven. Also tikki chat used to have pomegranate as garnish when ordered through uber, but not when you pick up.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. However, the only downside was the cramped dining space. If the restaurant had more room, it would definitely be a five-star establishment. The momos were good. The hot and sour soup is good and must try. If you are there you can try chilli chicken. Steam momos are good for kids, as they are not spicy.

A little takeout place. Ordered butter chicken, paneer lababdar and garlic naan. The paneer dish was not bad. Butter chicken felt like just chicken thrown in a tomato gravy and it was spicy. Never had spicy butter chicken at any other place. The naans were so chewy and hard to break. Definitely need to work on the naan. Not sure how the rating is so high.

Used to be my go to takeout place, the taste and quantity used to be good. My last 3-4 orders i ordered the same dishes again because i liked them the first time however they were always different. Either the spice level was too high, quantity or size was less, or the taste was not good.

When I saw the creative name, Delhicacies I was pretty sure I had a winner! We live an hour plus north of here, so typically we are driving by Vaughn on our way to or from the airport. Having dropped off our daughter to fly home, we needed a quick bite and saw the sign, I fell in love with the name, and my instincts were spot on! I m known as the family member with Spidey Senses, when it comes to a great foodie spot. Proud to say I was firing on all cylinders! The service was beyond incredible, with the chef whipping up a custom Korma dish, since it s a fave for me and it wasn t on the menu! Taking that home for supper! The beautiful young woman doing front service was delightful! Best naan I ve ever eaten, hands down. And the coriander chutney This will definitely be a stop enroute to anywhere as we go by! A must visit especially you are in Vaughan area. Even if you are not, visiting this restaurant just to eat is worth it. We ordered veg Momos, veg Manchurian, Amritsar fish, paneer lababdar, goat curry , bhindi do pyaza , jira MTR rice. Everything was top notch and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and kind too. Just one feedback though, veg Momos can have some more salt and the accompanying sauce can be less hot..overall we loved the service.

THE best hakka I have ever had! The spiced hot and sour soup is to die for, such great flavour. The mains were amazing from the Manchurian, paneer and chicken all were cooked to perfection with the right amount of spices. I will definitely be back! We were so impressed with the staff. They were very helpful and polite.

We usually go to mississaiga for Indian food but were in the area so decided to check this place out . It was meh . The prices are on the higher end but the food portions and quality are average . We got butter chicken but unfortunately not too much chicken in it and the chicken had lots of fat . The garlic naan not crispy . The samosa appetizer came after the main course and after we almost finished eating . The bill came to $45 for butter chicken , nan and plain rice . There is a $2 extra charge for paying by card (first time seeing this ) The waitress younger lady who was serving us was really nice so the 3 stars are probably for her service .

We had to pay 78 plus tip for a meal for 2. Ordered 2 dishes and 2 rotis. Is this fine dining? Not at all. Why are prices so stupidly high? They charge $3 extra if I want to pay with credit card? Not happy at all. Food was good, but not worth the price, not coming back until they bring down the prices from planet Mars to planet Earth.

I think I fell into a trap by looking at the 4.8 rating and ordering food from this place. It is NOT 4.8 rating food. Taste is average and roti/naan was below average.

Just went there accidentaly by google and found one of the best hidden gem for food. We decided to have soup only as we were feeling cold but ended up eating 3 more variety of food. Everything was 10/10 and taste is awesome must visit place. Service is really nice. Keep it up will see you again.

Isha was amazing. She served us promptly and we got our order in time. We will certainly come back for more Tandoori momos. However, there is no social media presence so I couldn t tag them. Something to think about.

Parveen is on spot with her decent service and recommendations. Even the chef abhinay is also able to provide us that kind of taste that we are really missing to have from a long time. I enjoyed a wonderful platter of tasters of various curries (there is a name for this but Im sorry to report that I dont know it) with steamed rice and butter Naan. I was by for lunch by myself. I can only imagine how terrific it would be to come with a large group for dinner. I highly recommend it!

Was excited to bring my friends here for the first time eating and sadly we all literally waited in the dining room before being served for one hour, even to make matters worse I ordered a mango law seat and they didn t even bring it in a cup. We ended up leaving hungry and upset everybody else who arrived after us was served before us and I hate to say it but I believe it s because we were Caucasian and everybody else was of Indian ethnicity. Just a very racist atmosphere, the server who tend to us was rolling her eyes when we ordered and just generally not a friendly good service. I went up to ask the server how long it would take her order after waiting the entire hour and she told us 10 to 15 minutes more. Just ridiculous. We ended up leaving for sushi next-door.

Pretty tasteless food - the chicken 65 was slightly undercooked and tasted like chilly chicken instead. The Malai kofta was mostly potato and was quite bland. Very high prices for very poor food. We used to love the food from the take out / catering office but this location seems very different. Avani or Daal roti is so much more better.

We have tried a few different dishes at Delicacies and I can rate all of them 10/10 and I look forward to visit this place as it always exceeds my expectations. I called the chef to compliment him for the authentic and flavorful dishes. We tried chilli paneer dry, veg manchurian dry, goat curry, chicken kali mirch, chicken manchow soup and some more side dishes. If you are fan of Indo-chinese or some good Indian curries, then this place is a must visit. It will certainly remind you about the taste from back home. PS - Samosas are too good too :)

Was on a family visit from the US and came across Delhicacies. It s a hidden gem with Great food and ambience ! This will be my go to place anytime we visit again.

Not sure how it s got 4.5 rating. We kept waiting for someone to ask for the order but no one attended us for over 15 mins. I saw other members also waiting for food to arrive for long. This is quite a disappointing experience since we drove from far after seeing google reviews. When we walked out of the restaurant after waiting, no one came to even ask why we were leaving without ordering.

1. Portions are extremely small for each item, compared to other Indian restaurants. 2. Mostly everything is overly salted. 3. Service is okay - given there was hardly anyone in the restaurant when we got there, our food still took longer than it should have. Not happy with the expeirence overall. They were also taking pictures of the restaurant while us and a few others were sitting and eating. Which I dont appreciate that pictures are being taken without consent.

Ordered butter chicken momo, lamb Rogan Josh and side of plain rice. Momo from inside were not steaming hot, as i would assume if they were made fresh and taken out of steamer. Momo were room temp from inside. But butter chicken sauce that mom was served in, was delicious. Lamb was chewy, not tender at all. Plain rice was basmati and decent. I dont think I would be coming back for below average momo, not so great lamb. Restaurant was playing 90 songs, which was lovely and service was great.

Enjoyed our first visit so much that we had to track them down to their new location next to Vaughan Mills. Some of the best Indian food weve ever had. The chicken and lamb curries are next level. Also enjoyed the garlic naan and grilled chicken momos. Delish.

This place is awesome, and the ambiance is great. I gave them 5 stars because of their outstanding service. Miss TARANPREET does a great job. Overall, the food here is very tasty, and youre able to customize the spice level as per your needs. Their garlic naan was perfect, and the Chana Masala was delicious. Had a great time while at Delicacies. I would defeat recommend this place to everyone. 10 out of 10. Id give them more stars if I had a choice. I will definitely be coming back again to try their other dishes. Vegetarian options: Very good options to choose from and awesome taste.

Amazing food with flavours that are point on. Must try their corn and Gobi 65. Their masala chaap is to die for. Highly recommend!

AMAZINGGGGGG................... It was a great experience visiting this place. the food and the staff they are both amazing. We had lamb seekh kebab, tandoori chicken momos, laal maas, chicken tikka masala, chicken biryani and ofcourse garlic naan. They were all amazing and the spice level was also good. Never felt like i was having indian food outside india. Literally reminded me of home. Totally recommend everyone to visit this place without hesitation. Also, thank you aunty, it was nice talking to you yesterday.

Great food and service. The seating isnt too comfortable as 4 tables were setup in a tiny area and its too difficult to move in and around the dining area.

One of the hidden treasures in Vaughan. I must say if someone does not like the food here, it would be a sin. Everything that they make here is fabulous. Now Im going to visit them at least once in a month.

We Tried paneer chilli dry, Malai kofta and garlic naan. Everything was amazing. But paneer chilli dry was mind blowing! It tasted too good and paneer was so soft. Absolutely loved it.

I visited here on the black Friday since all the fancy food outlets inside the Vaughan mills were crazy busy. I searched restaurants nearby and this place pop up with good reviews so I thought to give a try. As per expectations this place is great fit to dine if you visiting Vaughan mills. I ordered butter chicken momos and curry chicken with garlic naan s, service was very fast and the chef who served us have great customer service.

Wonderful taste and quality, very good for vegetarians and I would recommend trying this if you re in the surroundings.

Vegetarian options: perfect

Ordered chicken tekka mesala and lamb( spicy) and 2 naan . The naan are perfect, crispy yet soft. The meats in these dishes are soft and sauces are full of favour. Not too oily and old. It s really thick sauces yet tasted fresh and light. The only strike out is that this is not a real sit down restaurant when we first walked in. Looked like an office and kitchen with a small dinning area.
