The worst burger ever. Just ordered it with Uber; it was super salty. I threw it away after the first bite. What a waste of money and time.

Easily one of the worst fresh burger locations. The lady serving us was constantly talking on her ear piece and forgot to put our order through. We waited 30 minutes and she didnt realize she didnt put the order through. Very unprofessional, if a manager is reading this consider firing her. Not a semblance of customer service is present here. Will not return. Go to another location.

Dietary restrictions: I am gluten intolerant. Had the combo 1 with a lettuce wrap. It was very good. Wrapped very well so it wasnt to messy. Fresh cut fries. Fresh made burgers. Food : 4/5

Halfway through my burger, I found not one, but TWO hairs in my burger!!! Absolutely disgusting. I told the guy and he offered to re make the burger. I demanded my money back and left. Disgusting people, disgusting place. DO NOT EAT HERE! Edit: Owner Armaan replied to my review. First off, what kind of response is, sorry that happened, it doesn t happen all the time! It only needs to happen once for me to never come again. Also on your staff always wearing hair nets the boy who took my order and made my burger was NOT wearing one. The other chef there pointed this out by TAKING THE BOYS HAT OFF WITH HIS HANDS HE WAS USING TO COOK, then going right back to cooking, no doubt putting more hair in more people s food. Right after that the boy went and put on a hairnet. So I stand by my egregious comment, you and your workers are disgusting with terrible customer service.

I am absolutely not a burger person but went to eat, grabbed the combo. Definitely the burger was made fresh and the patty was juicy. The fries had a great pep to themselves as well. Loved the sauce. Would definitely be back with the family for a quick meal. I hope they continue to keep the service and the quality up for food, cleanliness, and quality

Been here many times and got take out today for dinner. Burger did not have any toppings requested, no cheese, under seasoned, burger was burnt. I called the store a few times and someone finally answered to let them know the kitchen making the burger had completely butchered the order and the person answering didnt care. No apologies, nothing. Not sure what happened but the staff working this day was horrible.

Been here a number of times and always enjoyed the burger but today the Prime burgers my wife and I received for our takeout were paper thin and burned. The cook pressed the burgers so hard that they stuck out of the bun a half inch all around. Friendly staff but we were really disappointed today. Thinking this will be our last time there

Tried Fresh Burger for the first time today. The poutine gravy was very watery and overall too salty. When I walked in, there was a very strong smell of acetone. Then I realized it was probably from the nail shop next door, so probably need better ventilation system.

Googled the first restaurant on my lunch break and stumbled upon fresh burger. Just gotta say it was the best burger I ve ever had. Great portion on the fries as well. The customer service I received was fantastic. Now reading the reviews I will be back to try more things on the menu as well as the Cali fries!

One of the best burger brands allegedly, and would say worth the fame. Guess Buns are fried as we can taste the crunchy texture, but buns are just fluffy enough. Patties are fried with apparent Maillard effects, crunchy outside but juicy inside. Would appreciate if serve with a pickle as I am not a meat fan. A combo 4 serves 12 oz patty, Really good portion. Fries are smaller chunks than usual but which provide a crunchier texture, and the salt granules is less than usual, personally love this. Have to say, for the first time, tasted a nicely heavy meat flavor in the gravy, which I think most gravy is lack of. Cheese curd are creamy and milky, wish could have more as really love that. Although I am not a burger person, definitely will visit again.

Really one of the best burgers I have had in Toronto. I had the combo #3, PRIMEBURGER (6OZ) + FRIES AND DRINK and the price was $15.35, about the same I would spend at McDs for a Qtr Pounder Meal, and that would be a light snack compared to this burger which was a dinner! Amazingly delicious thick but well cooked patty with all the right toppings and a drink of your choice. Just cant beat that!. That was my first time there, but you can bet I will be a regular from now on. Excellent service too.

Popped in for lunch after Googling food near Vaughan Mills and was blown away by the food and service! A big thank you to our server Auphan, who was super enthusiastic and made the ordering process a breeze. The food was amazing as well - we got a Freshburger combo (see image) and a double Freshburger combo and actually had some trouble finishing it all because the portions were bigger than expected. Burgers and fries were all 10/10 - we ll definitely be back whenever we re in the area!

This is the 3rd Freshburger location Ive been to and BY FAR the BEST one!!! That burger was everything I was looking for and more - and the fries are SOLID. Thank you to Sushant for the amazing service, so friendly.

Ive been to 4 of these locations and this one is the best! Sushant is an absolute GEM. It was my first time at this location and he made the visit remarkable by going out of his way to give my mother and sister a great experience; 10/10 recommendation on the secret sauce for dipping the fries man! Im from Markham but will only go to this location from now on.

I waited extra 40m to pick up my order after store confirmed it was ready. Staff do not have any customer service experience and the cooks press so hard on the burgers all the juice was gone and actually my burger was burnt and over cooked. Disappointed with overall experience on this sat night.

Nice people, great food, but the atmosphere was sub-par - extremely greasy floors, wiped tables remained greasy.

This is the 2nd time that I have gone to this place the 1st time it was amazing this time it was terrible they had all all kids behind the counter that didn t seem to know what they were doing we asked for well done burger and they were very pink in the middle they were also cold not like last time when they were hot these burgers are made to order and they shouldn t be cold especially after waiting for them for more then 15 min. After the 1st time there I raved about them and must have told a dozen people how great they were but I guess I jumped the gun to quickly and I would have to think about referring people there now.

IMO the best burger joint around the Vaughan mills area hands down. Burgers are always consistent, equal parts messy delicate and delicious! The beef patties here are above par to others and the fries are something else to rave about! Service has always been great, considering yourself fortunate if you get to be serenaded by one of the ladies singing to the radio while waiting for your order. Come here for lunch often and never had a disappointing encounter.

Being Hangry made this experience so much worse! Hadnt eaten all day, so by the time I placed my order at 6:04pm, I was starving. I ordered a double fresh burger combo, after tip was over $24. I was so hungry I didnt complain, but I should have. I waited way too long for my order. The sautéed Jalepenio peppers I ordered were ice cold (refrigerated, never went on the grill), and the fries were cold and way too salty. If I wanted my order made incorrectly with cold salty fries, I would have went to Rotten Ronnies. My first visit to this establishment during the day was great, but the kids working there at night do not provide good service. After paying over $24 for an over priced hamburger....not sure I will go back.

Wrapped well. It lacks a chard or charcoal flavour another place has(whose bun n burger size is not as good as fresh burgers, but their fries are good). Will go back to compare fries as with out them they are a strong 2nd.

Waiting 25 min to get one poutine.4 people walked away once they saw situation. 6 drivers was waiting to pick up the online orders , starting to complain about delay. They were telling to your staff you should give proper timing . I am sure you will receive more complain from online orders! Anyway, I think miss management , shortage of staff .( time 6-7 good weather conditions)

Best home made burgers! Unseen in any other place. I did not give 5 stars because the fries are super small. They look like deep fried bits and pieces avg size about 1 inch.

My first visit was not as expected for a new burger restaurant in the area.. Cashier was not very friendly or welcoming when I walked to the cash. I placed my order and he answered my questions as if I was bothering him. Besides that road bump.. I took the food to go and ate when I got home. The burger was perfectly done, nice fresh toppings and perfect amount of condiments. Fries were not hot due to the drive, but they were amazing when I tasted a few fresh and hot out of the bag. Id definitely eat here again and inside to experience everything fresh and hot. I recommend trying them out. Besides this one not so happy and friendly cashier/cook.. I give it 4 stars, but thats for the food quality. Customer service needs to be addressed. Update: To the manager - Thanks for replying 3 years after the fact. I guess it goes hand in hand with your employee who served me.

2023 March 5/5: Burgers at this location were juicy and tasty, service speed was okay (not fast but we had a larger order...), service was quite friendly...restaurant itself inside is clean, no complaints... Parking: A lot of parking spots in the immediate area...

When I visited the store the first time I was greet by Adam and was very surprised at how polite this gentlemen was. The facility is clean, the kitchen is an open kitchen where you can see them making the burger and customer service is 5 stars. Food is great too. Will be coming back many more times after.

Burger was a good size, fries were fresh, one of my favourite burger places.

3 stars does not mean the food is no good-one of the burgers was actually tasty so 5 stars on that. The 3 stars is for various reasons: 1. The atmosphere of this location is drowned out by very loud music playing from the kitchen area, so if you are expecting to dine in and have a conversation or read a book and relax a little you will be disappointed. Why not just play some low volume background music-perhaps some nice soft piano music that way the constant noise won t wake up the anger sharks swimming in most people s heads. 2. I actually did an experiment at this location with 2 orders. The first order asked for extra pickles with a tip included at checkout. The second order the same with a friend ordering with no tip given at checkout. And not a big surprise-the no tip order did not contain extra pickles in fact it was just a dry burger with hardly any condiments at all. An error? I think not because this has been experienced at many other food service businesses (unnamed) Will this cause any disruption to their bottom line? Social media is a powerful tool but the information stops at this point. The biggest problem not just at freshburger is the tip feature on Interac because if a customer does not tip now everyone knows about it and as proven through an experiment-this will affect the quality and quantity of the food ordered. How about this: toggle off the tip feature on Interac and place a small sign on the counter or the receipt itself with a QR code that will direct a customer to a tip site connected to a survey that also gives a token reward. if he or she so chooses dependant on the experience. I wish this location the best of luck in the future because actually the burgers aren t too shabby, it is the attitudes of employees that causes many problems. I went here one day after work after going to the decathlon not knowing anything about this place and wow I surprised. I walked in and no one was eating inside but the staff was still very friendly with me. I ordered a #3 combo and for the quality I got including the amazing fries and the delicious juicy burger was a fair price!! Definitely going back to this location when I am back in the area

First time visiting this new chain restaurant, and we were very pleased! Food was fresh, delicious and made to order. Staff were friendly, helpful and clearly hard workers! The prices reflect the quality of the food and the portion size was excellent. Will definitely be back again! The burgers were pretty good, but only 4oz patties for the price is a little more expensive than others. 1 single burger and 1 double patty combo (shared the fries) came out to $29 The fries are good and fresh. Expect to wait 15-20mins due to all the Uber orders. ***The floors are greasy! Be careful. I get that they are busy and running fryers almost non stop but the floors are literally slippery and shiny with humidified grease. The air is almost hard to breathe with how thick it is.

One of the best burgers Ive ever tasted. Everything is fresh and tastes amazing. Sauce is so good! I always order a double patty. Order on uber eats often and the burgers still taste just as great as in restaurant. In my opinion, price is comparable to most other burger places but there is no comparison in taste. Service has also been excellent. Highly recommend this location. Burgers are 2 for 1 on uber eats right now!

Definitely a five star for the impeccable efforts to take care of the customer concerns. I am a regular customer of fresh burger stores and always loved it. Once I happen to get a burger from this location which on reaching home I found that was not properly made(just the shape). It was all cooked properly and same fresh burger taste standards, but probably a new employee who wasnt well aware of the patty preparation. I had send a feedback on their website and I was shocked to see a response from their CEO Jacques( yes I did a googling to make sure it was from the actual CEO). A couple of mail conversarions and I was contacted by the store manager Armaan who really went that extra mile to make sure the customer was happy. They had no problem in accepting that it could have been a miss by a new employee who might need more training. Long story short, even though they never had to, they gave me a replacement meal and made sure the employees were well trained. This is what I call a well managed retail!! Kudos and keep up the same standards.

I bought an extra burger for the next day and the staff helped me pack everything in the burger separately so they would be good the next day. I had the double prime burger, meat was cooked well and juicy. The vegetables, living up to the restaurant name, tasted fresh. Fresh burger checks all the boxes for what makes a good burger stop. Excellent fresh burger...this isnt your typical fast food burger joint! This is real burger fresh and delicious...the fries are out if this world goodness.. highly recommended

I have heard about this place for a time - but unfortunately due to where I live I couldnt make it. After talking to my friends about the food, I decided to drive over an hour to this location to give it a shot. I was thoroughly impressed to say the least. The burger was not only one of the best burgers Ive had in a long time - but the Cajun fries that came with it were second to none. The owner even threw in an extra fresh burger sauce for me because I told them it was really good while eating at the dine in table. I will be coming back - without question - as this was one of the best burger experiences I have had in a LONG time.

I had the veggie special combo with fries, and it was delicious. They do not have a vegetarian burger, instead it was sauteed mushrooms and onions, felt like I still wanted a patty texture but the flavour was really good.

I can say the food is good and I eat here occasionally but what I witnessed is unforgivable and I will not return. Im not one to write reviews very often but this must be shared. I watched a staff member change garbages with a pair of gloves, then, using the same pair of gloves entered the kitchen multiple times, WIPE TABLES, touch paper bags for food and clean the washrooms. I thought my head was going to explode.

As their name implies - fresh burger. They never disappoint. Ive been going to this location well before covid and been really happy with their food and service. Lovely staff. Although I do miss that they dont put ketchup bottles on the table anymore, they give you sachets which are never enough

I walk by everyday walking my dog but I had never tried it till yesterday! Wow. Amazing home made cheeseburger and fries. Finally I find a place that makes burgers like they do back in my Texas USA hometown. $12 combo including tax, burger, fries and drink. Kinda small (therefore the 4 stars) so I think next time Ill have to order the larger combo. Delicious though! I was surprised the machine asks for tip after you order and pick up at their counter.

Went in for lunch after a few people in the office wanted to order. I m very health conscious so I was a little reserved to try it. To my amazement not only was the menu completely reasonably priced, the service was professional and they have healthy alternative choices to buns (lettuce wrapped). I got the prime burger and it was extremely fresh, maybe a little messy but I m going to attribute that to the lettuce wrap. Definately wouldn t think twice if I m in the mood for a burger , this is my go to place.

Fresh Burger is a simple burger joint that offers just that. The classic as youd expect it: 100% angus beef patty thats lightly seasoned to preserve its juicy flavours, and not bland like ones Ive had at Five Guys. Its a little more pleasant too when the meal is served up by an enthusiastic owner at this new location. If youre looking for fancier options, you will be disappointed by the back-to-basics. As a bonus though, you can upgrade their combo fries to poutines. Coming here is easier than firing up your own BBQ. No need to wait for In-N-Out Burger when we have places like this around town.

The food is good, but the staff is grossly incompetent! We came to get 3 primeburgers and one meatless burger. When I asked the teenager at the counter about a meatless burger, he looked puzzled, Like, chicken? No, we don t. We found a poster on the wall, which advertized Veggie Special. We asked about it; his answer was Its like a regular burger, but with more veggies. I asked again, How big is the patty in it? He said, I dont know, 6 oz? So, we ordered two Veggie Special combo, and a poutine instead of a meetless burger we wanted. When we received the order, it didnt include fries, and our Veggie Special actually didnt contain any meat! The clueless teenager went on defensive, saying, in effect, it was all my fault! The manager was also trying to defend this guy, who couldnt manage to learn four items on the menu! In the end, she REPLACED one of the meetless burgers with a primeburger without pickles and onions! No apologies or other compensation was even offered!! Needless to say, this was our last visit to the joint.

I came in to this location today and tried to use an older gift card for my order. As they had a new gift card, the system wouldn t accept the older one. The owner (Armand) stepped in right away to help and explained the situation to me. For the inconvenience, he covered my order. I was pleasantly surprised and super happy with his professionalism, friendliness and customer service. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Armand even personally walked over to hand me my order. Not to mention, the burgers and fries here are to die for.

Good spot, friendly service. Tried the regular burger and it was really good! The poutine was good and the portion was big. The tables werent as clean, I wouldve preferred to take-out instead of dining in.

I ve eaten at Fresh Burger at the Vaughan location many times and each time I m greeted by friendly staff who are genuinely happy to serve you with their smiles and helpful nature. The burgers and fries are exactly like I used to eat as a kid at the original burger joints such as Dairy Freeze and Apache Burgers etc..The meat here is all beef, no fillers and delivered day of so it s as fresh as can be, as the name implies. The hand cut fries are piping hot and top class. They use the Kennebec potatoes which is why they are so good. So, in closing, great burgers and fries and 20% cheaper than the other high end burger joints. Try it for yourself and compare.

Simply it was good. I ordered a regular burger with fries and a drink for $12. The burger itself was fresh and hot. The patty was really nice and juicy but not so juicy it drips everywhere. The sauce was delicious but not over powering. The fries were very good. They were crispy, textured and well salted. My measure of what makes a good fries is if it doesnt require ketchup; if it tastes well on its own, why add ketchup? These fries hit that mark well. The atmosphere of the place was clean and friendly. The staff were nice. Overall would definitely come here again!

Fresh burger, been to many of their locations, food is always fresh, unfortunately this time my order the burger was very salty, but the meat and fries were very fresh, would definitely recommend a visit.

I go here all the time for lunch as I work very close, always consistent. Tip: Get the gravy for the fries, its delicious.

The BEST burger in the GTA.

They will waste your time. Waited 30 minutes after ordering and they havent even put my burger on the grill. You get one chance to make a good first impression. Not impressed.

Good burger joint. It has a simple menu and its a no frills place to get your burger fix. They stick to the fundamentals of burger making and the burgers taste great. Would go again.

Service was fast and staff were pretty good. Only problem was that the burger was not tasty. Definitely need some seasoning on the patty .It was fresh as the name says but definitely not a tasty burger.

Came here for dinner with the family the other night, the burgers were awesome as usual, and the drink selection is second to none!

Nothing special. The employees were chincy on the saunce. I dont understand why you would wreck the taste of the burger by being cheap on the sauce and ingredients. Nothing special at all. Is this another franchise that will be watered down and ruined by franchise owners who are so desperate to profit? (Booster Juice, Osmows etc) I sincerely hope not...

The burgers here are amazing, pricy but totally worth it but the second they have more than one or two orders be prepared to wait 15-30min for your food. Today on my 45min lunch break I only ordered one freshburger (no combo) and it took them 30min to make, basically wasted my entire lunch. It s a hit or miss, sometimes it takes 5min and sometimes it takes 30min. That s why I m giving 4 stars instead of 5. They need a better system for when they get multiple orders.

Im from Montreal and hate that we dont have a fresh burger here. Was super juicy and fresh. So tasty!! And the fries were pippin hot and salted evenly lol I sound like a food critic, but man I really enjoyed. Definitely will be taking the 5 hour drive to have another burger soon

I was craving a burger after walking for hours around Vaughan Mills. I havent been to this Fresh Burger location before but after eating here, Ill definitely be coming back regularly as I was blown away! I ordered the usual Double Prime burger and was recommended to get their Cali fries. I did not realize the person taking the order was actually the manager/owner. He literally made the burger to perfection and after eating the Cali fries, lets just say I wont be going back to regular fries anymore (portion was quite generous as well!). Not only was the food amazing, but the customer service was top notch. The manager/owner really made you feel welcomed while taking your order and also helping out other staff and customers at the same time!

Ordered 3 burgers for my family based on a recommendation from a friend and I can definitely say this will be my new go to for burgers in Vaughan. The staff are very friendly and the owner who took my order prepared the burger to perfection. The burger was very juicy and the toppings were fresh and a perfect complement to the burger. Very impressed with the service and quality of food and I will definitely be coming back. P.S. Make sure to get the Cali fries!

Without any exaggeration, I m favouring these burgers more than any other place. And their fries are the best I ve had at any other fast food chain for sure. I really hope they DON T change anything. Please!

Disappointed in the Veggie burger... theres no patty... Not very filling since its just bread and side vegetables.

Incredible food. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. The employees + management are friendly. The owners are personable and will accommodate to the customer in a positive manner. Definitely will be returning for years to come.
