Casual restaurant with great food. Had calamari as appetizer (very fresh, made well), lasagna (good portion, rich flavour, great Parmesan on top), Tesca pasta (rich flavour, good portion size). Only suggestion bread should be warm and served with olive oil and balsamic.

If I could give Grazie Restaurant zero stars, I would. The experience was awful, mainly due to the incredibly rude and unaccommodating staff. From the moment we walked in, it felt like they couldn t care less about customer service. Simple requests were met with attitude, and the whole atmosphere was uncomfortable. Honestly, I m starting to think that most of the positive reviews for this place are fake. I strongly recommend reading the negative reviews before deciding to dine here. I wish I had done the same, as it would have saved me a terrible experience. I won t be coming back.

I went there for dinner and after we were told to wait for a phone call or a text if its our turn, and after an hr, we went in and asked abt our turn, the receptionist told us that she called a couple of times yet we didnt receive any calls. they were able to arrange the next table for us though. But the next issue comes, the server was a bit weird and unkind, we cannot communicate at all... eg. The server poured 2 glass of water, left, then came back again after a minute to fill out the next 2 glass of water, and the server kind of feel annoyed and asked us to hand him the menu before we even order the food... the food was not bad overall but would not come here again for the service here:(

Sat at the bar because we didn t make a reservation. The service was great even though they were exceptionally busy. The pasta tasted so fresh, balanced and delicious. Extremely happy with my experience. The Yonge and Eg location is also very good!

I went today with my family. The head waiter with glasses didnt like the cash tip I left and behaved very badly. He was very rude. I will never go again. I will never recommend the service. Had dinner here the other night and our server Mr. Frank was absolutely amazing! The restaurant was busy and he had a lot of tables. But he was able to multitask each one with a smile, attend to all his guest and also ensure our water was topped up all the time. We came after a long time. We had very good experiences in the Toronto location. Here, the staff were attentive, but they didnt check when our food was served. My wifes pasta was on the cooler side. Hers dropped after a while. 5 or 7 min, and that is maybe why the dish was not hot. We couldnt tell the waiter because he didnt check on his table. Overall, great taste for my pasta and the other two pastas were also good. We probably would stick with the Toronto location.

We made resos but as soon as we walked in, the bar looked appealing as the bartenders seemed cool. Glad we did because our experience was incredible. Rohan and Dylan were fun and uplifting, made my birthday experience unforgettable. We enjoyed the Penza pasta, muscles and VIP hot oils - Dylan and Rohan both made their own little hot oil concoction, loved them. Overall, service was phenomenal especially when Rohan brought us to the desert display and explained each desert in depth and told us his favourite one, which we picked to go, chocolate banana chocolate chip, looking forward to it. Overall, great experience, we will be returning!

This is our go to Italian restaurant, they always have fantastic food and friendly staff. This is a busy place but fantastic food at a fair price and always a good experience.

Visited the restaurant for my wifes birthday with our two kids. Appetizers: Caesars Salad for my daughter, bruschetta, and calamari for all. Caesars and calamari thumps up (especially the calamarie). The bruschetta was flat, the tomato taste was dominant, my son says maybe more garlic, not sure, but it was nothing special. Maybe the bruschetta with cheese is a better choice. Main: Pizza Stefania: Prociutto, mushrooms, herbs... good. Alla Penne (Basta): My wife said it was ok, but I did not try. My daughter tried Gnochi, and she was happy with her choice. My son ordered Alla Penna Nico. My son, who is a food connoisseur, was not convinced. He said nothing special, it taste a little like a Chinese dish. As dessert, we ordered two tiramisue which were good. OVERALL the food is acceptable, but the bruschetta should be better, especially for an Italian restaurant. Great service. BUT overall, I would recommend it.

Horrible service.Atlantik salmon was dry.We gave the restaurant a second chance but were disappointed again.The hall was almost empty, but two waiters were still not following with their duties. there were 5 of us, and in the end i still ended up getting someone elses items on my bill...

Have been coming here periodically for a few years and always great service and amazing food. Today, I had a latte, and it did not disappoint. Tried the goat cheese salad and was very good as well. Thank you, Grazies, for continuing to make excellent food and some of the greatest service by staff in the industry.

Experience a piece of Tuscany. The calamari fritti tasted like it came from the Mediterranean Sea today. The Cristoforo pizza was off the chart, pesto sauce, red onions, goat cheese and black olives tasted like Heaven. You can hear everyone talking around you like you re in the piazza. The flourless chocolate torte was Devine. The service was impeccable. I will definitely be going back. Enjoy for more good times. Dietary restrictions: I have diverticulosis. They took out the plum tomatoes and added pesto sauce.My cousin and sister could only eat gluten free and enjoyed the gluten free pasta and pizza. Parking: You can park anywhere free in a huge parking lot.

Pasta was good but the pizza was meh. I had better pizza from pizza pizza. Server was great. Atmosphere was okay.

Have been going to Grazies for years. Food is great, fresh and authentic Italian. Service is fantastic. The servers are friendly, attentive and welcoming. Atmosphere is nice, although on the weekend it is very busy.

Excellent food, authentic and flavourful. Just beware that if you bring your own cake to serve to your table, they charge a cake cutting fee that is split amongst the whole table.

Been eating Grazie for nearly 20 years now from their OG location at Yonge and Eg to their Vaughan spot. Its typically good, but during my last visit I ordered the Napoletana and it wasnt it. Pretty meh tbh, but because I have such a long standing relationship with their restaurant it gets a pass this time. My most recent visit was a 6.9, but usually they get a 7.4. #TomEatsYummyFoodBecauseWhyNot

A group of eight of us stopped here after a day at wonderland with four kids under the age of 5. I wish I had caught our servers name because he was amazing! He made sure the kids got drinks and food as quickly as possible while taking time to interact with them and make them smile. It made all the difference to us parents after a busy day with little ones! Food was also delicious!!!

Discovered by fluke, this was an absolutely perfect end to the day! Food was amazing, staff were incredible and atmosphere/music was on point. Kid-friendliness: Staff interacted with my nephew and made him feel just as important as the adults.

My partner and I couldnt stop saying wow the whole time. Blown away by the pasta and pizza. Service was very friendly, quick but not pushy at all. Im just sad we dont live in the area so we could make this very authentic Italian restaurant our new go to.

A charming restaurant, the tasca pasta is amazing and the staff is very friendly.

Cannot comment on the food but waited for 20 minutes as our server chatted up one table then another table. When we asked another server if we could please order, this gentleman then went over to our server to inform him of our request. We then watched our server resumed chatting as if nothing had happened. Ultimately left because of the terrible service. Unfortunate experience and I hope the restaurant understands how important service is.

Excellent meal at Grazie. The Cefalu pasta was so tasty. The caramel brownie cheesecake was the perfect ending to a delicious meal. Our server Eric was attentive and cheerful. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, and looking forward to returning.

Came here today to dine and was so disappointed. We got the calamari for the table , flavor was good but too greasy. I ve ordered the veal cutlet that comes with arugula salad. Too be honest I was just in shock I should ve taken a picture of what I received. The veal cutlet was so thin.. I wish they would ve given two cutlets . For the price that they charge $24 one super thin cutlet with a salad. I was excited to come to this place as I read the rave reviews .. but was so disappointed to walk out still hungry. Unfortunately won t visit again.

We just celebrated a birthday party at your ristorante. The service, atmosphere and especially the food was fantastic!! Our family thanks you so much.

I have never had a worse service at a restaurant. First off, it took us incredibly long to get seated even though we were the only ones standing at the host stand, and had servers looking us directly in the eye at all times, not doing anything to get us a table. Secondly, we had to wait eons not only to hear the specials, but just to get water, and generally the whole service part of the evening took such a long time. Getting our server s attention was nearly impossible and whenever she said one minute, it always meant at least 5. Could not say anything positive about the service. Now for the food, it was exceptionally mediocre. The portions were small yet the dishes expensive, and the taste was below average. Having higher expectations for the tiramisu, it came as three small balls with barely any mascarpone. And for $11? Absolutely ridiculous.

Came here with some friends. Got the gnocchi. It was simple and delicious! We also loaded up on lots of bread and butter (had like 3 baskets, not sure if they were unlimited). Everyone left feeling satisfied. Eric(?), our server had a very gentle demeanor, and he was so nice - made us feel welcomed. Would definitely come here again to try other things on the menu!

I had a lovely time at Grazie. The receptionist Vito was endearing and sweet. Once seated, they brought fresh bread out with some butter while we waited for our orders. The menus were curated and yet had options. The food was incredible, definitely tasted like authentic Italian pasta which was what I was looking for after coming back from a trip to Italy. The waitress was lovely and very sweet as well. I did get a dessert along with a coffee which was kindly presented to me as an option to go with my pistachio ricotta cake. Highly recommend. Will be coming back again.

We went to celebrate mothers day. Waitor was told no bacon in a dish. Wairor brought the dish with bacon we notified he said he cant do anything then moment later he said he will get another dish but it has to be another choice. Since three of us eating.its mothers day we could not eat alone without my wifes food so we requested waiter take away all the dishes and bring everything together. We expected in few minutes since returant was not busy. After 45 minutes no show.My daughter called waiter and asked what is the delay he said nothing he called a man looking like owner poorly dressed.He came and said very casually he is sorry the food will be on table in few minutes. He said dont worry we will make you happy. We did get our food. My daughters pasta was cold and soggy since he got the same dish he cooked an hour ago. Pasta for my wife was very poorly made. All in All it was very bad experience. So called did nothing to make our visit better. We had been a regular customers along with our expended family. It looks like the management changed or whatever reasons but Grazie is out of my list of restaurants.

Absolutely fabulous!! Near authentic Italian...

The pasta is delicious. I recommend ordering the oil and garlic flavored pasta, which has vegetables and meat. It feels like eating fried noodles. The tiramisu is very moist and comes in three balls, which can be eaten separately. The service is very good and the environment is beautiful. Overall highly recommended

I was amazed by seeing so many vegetarian options in an Italian restaurant. They don t just have options but the food they served was amazing and the service over there was exceptional. We were welcomed and explained very well as we were new to the restaurant. Vegetarian options: Options available are in pasta as well as pizza. Don t forget to order their veggie bruschetta, if you re avoiding meat!!

On holiday from England with my wife. Have popped in here for a drink and food on a few occasions. The food is amazing and the staff are brilliant. The IPA Blonde is a must try. Everything is amazing at this place - atmosphere, service, food, which is absolutely 5 star, and all that together in one place - is definitely rare nowadays. Good job guys!! I am usually very critical when it comes to reviews, but this place truly deserves a top rating. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. Our server went above and beyond to accommodate my special diet order, ensuring everything was perfect. The owner/manager even stopped by in the late evening to make sure we were comfortable and had proper lighting while sitting on the patio. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making our dining experience exceptional. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: As someone who follows a vegetarian-Jain options, there were quite a few things that worked out for me Dietary restrictions: I had a list of restrictions, the server knew the options that accommodated it. She still double checked with the chef to make sure I was properly taken care of

Huge space. Really liked the veal chop with pasta and the banana toffee dessert. Creme brulee cheesecake was so so and the spinach pasta wasn t great.

Good Italian restaurant, quick lunch ordering.

Met a colleague here for lunch. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted warmly and shown to a lovely table. There were only 2 other tables occupied, however this quickly changed. This is a very popular spot and was full (on a Wednesday lunch) within minutes. This did nothing to deter from the excellent service we received. Our server was knowledgeable and the perfect blend of personable and professional. The food was delicious. We had the calamari, salmon, lamb speducci (special), tiramisu and cheesecake. All top notch. I would recommend this restaurant for business and leisure outings.

What a little hidden gem, never heard of it and just stumbled upon it on a Sunday. It was absolutely packed! After the appetizers I could see why, then my main was cooked and spiced perfectly. Definitely recommend and what a great value, which is rare these days.

The food is good and inexpensive. The staff is very nice. Unfortunately when we went the host put us next to a very disruptive young family with two young children who had iPads blasting. We asked to move and the staff was accommodating. Someone else came in shortly after us. The host put them in the same spot. They also asked to move. Maybe the host should have asked the young family to turn down the loud iPads.

We were craving Italian food for our date night... A proper plate of pasta, pizza and an app to share. The place was packed, but since it was the two of us, we decided sit and eat at the bar... Best decision ever. Guys at the bar were super attentive and on the ball. We got the vodka pasta by their recommendation. We figured its just pasta until we tasted it ... Mind blown flavour unlike anything weve had for a sauce. We will be hitting another date night there to try other things.
