I waited quite a while for my order, only to receive the wrong one. When I brought it to the servers attention, he assured me it would be replaced and provided free of charge. However, it was still added to the bill. After I confronted them, they removed the charge, but it was still an unpleasant experience. On top of that, the food itself was bland.

This family run Italian restaurant serves very authentic and delicious Italian food with exceptional service at a fair price. They also have a good menu selection, so there is definitely something for everyone. I also love their soups!

This is a little GEM here. I am surprised the line up is not out the door. Reminds me of my Nonnas cooking. That sauce with that garlic bread...WOW! Wow. I mean wow this place is divine guys I got the chicken parm and a rosé pasta and man let me tell you that was the best thing my taste buds have ever experienced.I almost forgot the tiramisu was absolutely positively the best form of cake I ve ever had in this lifetime I La Campagna.

Best Italian style family owned restaurant I ve been to hands down! Micheal was a lad of a server and chef. He made sure my food came hot, quick, and absolutely drop dead delicious! The portions were so large I hardly could finish all the food and almost took it home. The free garlic bread was the sprinkle on top. The atmosphere is just enough, the chefs are very accommodating and flexible. The service simple couldn t be better. They make me appreciate local business. Vegetarian options: Its Italian cuisine so there is plenty of non-meat options! Dietary restrictions: Just say the words and it will be done! Parking: Park wherever you like, i m 100% sure there is space! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is available, high chairs are available, safe for kids of all ages! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp like access and power opening doors, and all facilites can be accessed easily. If need be they would escort you in, out, and around the restaurant!

Visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday and I couldn t be more happy with the food , ambience and service . Tried out the Veal and chicken and sandwiches and would definitely say it was one of the best sandwiches I tried in Toronto . The chef/owner was an extremely friendly and nice gentleman. Would definitely recommend this place if your looking for good Italian food.

I usually order Uber eats/doordash from here but I finally went and took my mother for dinner the other day. Absolutely delicious fettuccine as always! My absolute favourite. Amazing Garlic bread! It was very quiet when we went but our server was very attentive and friendly, the chef was manufique! Very friendly and jovial, always a pleasure to eat his food. Grazie!

We had a party of 15 people approx ( reserved) .... they had another table of the same amount of people, they took about 1 hr and a bit , felt long, but seems only one person in the kitchen and 2 at the front, its a small restaurant so totally understand they cant have more staff, the food was amazing, fresh, big plates, not expensive at all for the great quality , will be back for sure , you just need to be patient but its worth it....the staff was very nice and always willing to help us...

Mama Mia What made this place so special right off the first impressions is being greeted with such a warm welcome and presence of the staff, which looks family owned. I came here on Easter without thinking as I was in the mood for a hot family meal with quality. I ve driven past here numerous of times but never really taken it in but this long weekend was the day I decide to try it and it didn t disappoint! The decor itself puts you in a mini Italy type of feel as the paintings showcase home away from home. The seating itself was what you would find in an outdoorsy stop as I can imagine sitting outside and enjoying my meal. The service itself was fantastic as it was our first time here, me and my girlfriend s but we enjoy Italian cuisine so we knew the gist of what we wanted but still asked what their specials / favourites were. I believe I spoke to the son and he was very helpful in making recommendations based on what we were feeling, the mom was on the side where she greeted us with a smile and even moved some cutlery to make the space more homey. The dad in the back cheffing it up as you can see everything being made from scratch and the aroma was to die for; The wait was worth it when you know everything s in house and not pre-made / pre-heated. As we were leaving, the dad himself had this joyous energy of thanking us for our business but also thanking us for taking the time to visit and hope that we come back. That we will, my friend as the food itself was spectacular. It was made with love and passion as the portions you get were what you paid for. The chicken alfredo with fettuccine was one if not the best I ve ever had as it was creamy, soft and literally melts in your mouth. The tiramisu was a blast as well as it was a deconstructed version rather than what you get at a bakery; It was soft, sweet and had the perfect ratio in coffee and cream. We ll definitely be coming back here in the near future!

Real Italian food made on the premises, that tastes like a Italian relative made it for you as a special treat. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the soup, homemade, and the salad presented beautifully . Dietary restrictions: They were happy to accommodate my special needs.

Not much to look at but the food really is good the chef cares and his food shows it. Portions are a bit small for the price but the freshness and quality make up for it.

Not sure why they add imitation crab to my Al pescatore. It s not on the ingredients on the menu. Cheap fake crab(actually fish). Terrible idea for them thinking people don t know the difference. 30 bucks wasted for my lunch. Wouldn t recommend

Wonderful and worth driving 30 minutes to eat! Their pasta (tried the fettuccine, penne, and ravioli) is delicious and complimented well by a range of flavorful sauces. The family running the place is also really thoughtful, offering us garlic bread while we waited for an additional dish we spontaneously decided to order. The small details like that really put a guest at ease.

My family and I had what I would consider to be the best Italian dinner I have ever had. Hand tossed bruschetta with fresh tomatoes. The entrees were served steaming hot. Never had pasta so good, fresh and hot. I was blown away. I will be back ever visit to Toronto. I do not think you could get a better meal for these prices.

Don t let the lack of fancy decor fool you. It s a great place with beautiful people and wonderful food! The lasagna and chicken parm and Cesar salad with free garlic bread was absolutely delicious. Huge portions. Great wine too! We will go again

I love this place. Take out is fantastic, but eating in is a whole different level. Food is amazing here. The Lasagna and Pollo alla Florentina are our favourites. The service is on point. The meatballs in the pasta meatballs (Spaghetti) tasted like they were made last week and thrown in the microwave for 5 secs, barely luke warm. Next time Ill try their fried stuff for something fresher. Really good soup

The BEST LASAGNA I have ever tried and I ve had my fair share of lasagna...The portion size is big and totally worth it for the price. I haven t tried anything else because I always get lasagna but my husband says their other pastas are delicious! Definitely worth going to!

The quality just isn t there, I wouldn t recommend the pastas all 3 that were ordered were consumed based on the price paid not for enjoyment. The sauces missed the mark ( we all know pasta is based on the sauce ) the food I had was delivered so I can only rate the food and nothing else.

Fantastic food Wether you are looking for some Fresh Pasta or on a diet looking for chicken and vegetables. It has become a 1-2-3 day a week option for lunch over the years and has never disappointed. The staff is unbelievably friendly and make you feel like part of the family. 10/10.

A hidden gem love the this restaurant

I have been coming to la campagna for several years, and my experience has always been noteeorthy. I have always been greeted warmly by the chef upon entering, which is a nice personal touch. The atmosphere of the restaurant is inviting and cozy. The food is the reason I continue to return. The veal parmigiana was tender and crispy with rich tomato sauce and loads of melted cheese ontop. The trout fillet was cooked perfectly, delicate and flaky with a light herby buttery sauce. The lasagna is the star and the reason our family continues to order from this chef. The robust, flavorful meat sauce and delicate pasta layers are exceptional. I look forward to continuing to enjoy the italian food the chef expertly whips out for years to come.

I am staying near to La Campagna in a Hotel, and I find myself ordering my hot meals from them most often. They are amazing. The pasta options are breathtaking. I am a big Fan of their filling dish sizes, and how everything just tastes Soo goood!!

La Campange restaurant is a small family owned business but has amazing food, cheap price and nice service. We got a vodka pasta and chicken alfredo pasta. Both were delicious, especially the alfredo sauce. It has an unique taste that you won t find anywhere else. Definitely will come back

I really liked the pasta. In the picture - I cant have shrimp so they gave me more mussels and calamari, which I enjoy. Perfect hot meal after a long day, waiting for the rush hour to pass. Decaf capuccino was delicious, too! Friendly staff, homey, good space between tables, and overall a well-kept place. Still, a bit more detailed cleaning by the window frames would have helped my dining experience by the window. There seemed to be a lot of take out orders keeping staff busy, but they were prompt in service for dine-in guests like me. Overall, I would come again. :)

Great Italian Food Lamb Chops Are Really Good!

Sometimes you stumble upon a gem. This is one such gem. The food was amazing the service was excellent. Family run and food all from scratch cooked in view. Reasonable prices. Would rate it higher if I could. My only regret is not talking photos of our entrees. My wifes lasagna was a work of art. So many layers of delicate homemade noodles.

This is a hidden GEM! I ordered dinner late Friday evening and everything was amazing! When I arrived the chef advised that he made the pasta spicy by accident. It was the most amazing accident because the pasta was the best seafood pasta that I ve ever had. I would argue that this dish needs to be made spicy permanently. I would 100% order again and again!

Always an amazing experience, we sat at the patio today and ordered our usual, the chicken Parmesan with grilled veggies and Rose pasta, It s to die for. Our go to is also the lasagna which is delicious. During our meal, a man coming out stopped to talk to us and said he loves the food here and comes all the way from Mississauga, and we laughed because we come all the way from downtown Toronto. The owner Luciano and his son are super friendly and accommodating, always a pleasure. If you re ever in the area you have to check it out!

Food was excellent! It arrived hot and in a timely manner. But, please provide plastic cutlery! I ordered delivery to a hotel whose restaurant is closed. My pasta and chicken arrived with no cutlery! How do you eat pasta with not fork? This is the responsibility of the restaurant, not the hotel.

Ordered their lasagna through DoorDash. I was surprised to see so much sauce plastered around the lasagna, which didnt bother me as much... until it tasted so watered down & diluted. The lasagna itself tasted IDENTICAL to frozen lasagna, & Ive had a lot of frozen ones before. The meat was dry, and the pasta itself was not as fresh or chewy like freshly made lasagna. I believe the excess sauce around it was to supplement the limited sauce they used inside the actual layers. Disappointing that I have to leave this review. Normally I dont post reviews, but this dish was terrible. Only managed to barely finish half of it. Even if it was made fresh, it certainly did not do the Italian lasagna dish any justice. Ive had much better lasagna elsewhere, which made me crave to try it here... But this place reminds me of just how sick I get of lasagna when its made this poorly. Im afraid to even consider their other dishes, so this is my last time ever eating here.

Today was our first experience eating Italian food. This place actually made it worth it. We loved the staff and service. We loved the environment and hygiene. And of course, we loved every bite of the food. Thank you for making our experience such a great one.

Home made basic simple and yummy food. Nice clean location that is sparse - but looks are deceiving the staff is warm and welcoming. Tiramisu is home made and i highly recvomend it!!!

WORTH IT. This place is truly a hidden gem! I use to always pass by and never get anything as my boyfriend s nonno is Italian and cooks all the time so I never bother buying out Italian food however I was craving mussels one day and tried this place out and let me tell you- the RED SAUCE is awesome!! You can literally taste the homemade goodness in this! I went back tonight and just had the Chicken La Campagna and it was superb!! Absolutely fresh and authentic Italian. The owner is also so sweet and his two sons (I think they re his kids) were too cute and helping him out! Stracciatelli was delicious--very homey, flavorful and freshly made to order. With garlic spinach, fluffy egg drop and meat balls--the soup was the highlight of our visit. Mussels were perfectly cooked with a beautiful taste of wine. Trout was moist inside with a lovely crunch on the outside, accompanied by delicious pay in tomato sauce. Cheesecake had a yummy thick crust. Tiramisu was good but we a bit on the sweet side. Young Michael was absolutely charming as a waiter as he and his little brother learn the family trade. Would definitely come here again. This is really a counter service restaurant with a charming waiter if youd like to be served, but there isnt any environment here. News running in the back ground the whole time really emphasizes the take out nature.

What a lovely experience. I wasnt sure what to think when my family and I came in two hours to close and the restaurant was empty. Now Im glad it was. (I think) The owner was so friendly, attentive, personable. The food was amazing. I loved my latte, my chicken la campagna (I shouldve taken a picture of my clean plate). My bf lived his steak. Even something simple like spaghetti, my aunt said. When the owner learned we were there for a birthday - he turned down the lights and brought us a tirimisu with a lit candle and started singing happy birthday. Everything was above and beyond. Dont be fooled by its appearance. The food is beyond worth the expected restaurant prices. They didnt rush us at all as we were there a little past close. I would love to come here again.

The food is excellent! The homemade pasta is delicious! Best tiramisu in town! The owners are really nice!

I dont usually post reviews but I finally found a place that can actually cook pasta perfectly, not hard not chewy just perfect. Everything from main dishes to desserts is homemade. I highly recommend this place and the chicken Alfredo fettuccine, my mother genuinely enjoyed the tiramisu and said it is her favourite even though she has tried many tiramisu cakes at other locations. Exceeded my expectations, never a wrong choice to go here. Will come back again for sure.

The owner and his son were very friendly, easy to talk to and took the utmost care to ensure that our meals were exactly what we wanted and prepared just the way we liked it. Make sure you bring your appetite, there will be no stopping at any fast food place after dinner. I was very surprised by this location! I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and the owner was sweet to us. The food was great and near the end of the night he surprised us with a birthday cake for my girlfriend, which made us really happy. I suggest anyone to come to this location :-)
