Food was really good and budget friendly. Veegiballs and the sauce with it-it s really yummmmm!!!

I usually dont give less stars when providing feedback. Today we would like to have lunch before our shopping. Food/environment is good, the food price increased (since last time visit long time ago) which makes sence considering inflation rate. However, the only lady at the checkout was staring at us when we self-served our food. Its been feeling like we are a thief. When checking out, she told us we took too much salad in the bowl (which we dont think it is the case by comparing with other people) and decided to charge us extra money for 2 bowls!!! We argued and finally got the one bowl price as did other people. We didnt understand whats wrong with us. If Ikea wants to max revenue, plz just rasie the price as mush as you can or shut down the cheap restaurant. We will pay what we get, but plz treat your customer politely.

Coziest Ikea restaurant in Toronto, Haddocks and chips is my favorite

Marco was very, very sweet and professional, and although I tried to leave him a tip, he said he couldnt accept it! Shame on IKEA Vaughan for interfereing in the transaction of happy client and ikea worker! Service indystry workers are some of the hardest working and most poorly paid workers They should be allowed to accept tips as any restaurant would do! Very poor company policy...likely created by management who makes better wages and works better hours. I thought IKEA was ethical! Thank you Marco and staff!

Cheap eats. Food is always good. Steam line can get busy causing long waits.

The price is reasonable. Working hours is not updated. Most of the time, they don t have bread, ketchup containers are empty. Breakfast portions are getting smaller and smaller. I talked to restaurant manager and she said it s the same as other branches but it is not. I went to the other locations and I didn t see these issues. Poor management. .

IKEA breakfast has reasonable price and good quality however the hours of opening in the morning are changing multiple times without updating the site in Vaughan location. The portions of traditional breakfast in decreasing. I tried to complete my breakfast with other healthy options but I couldn t find regular ikea options. Many times there is no soups or bread. I asked the manager about regular simple bread, he said it s ikea policy: no bread for breakfast. Bread comes with soup for lunch!!. I had ikea breakfast in other branches and had complete menus and different options with soup and bread.

OMG! Is chaotic to do a small purchase and get out. The place is a maze!!! There has to be shortcuts to pay and exit! Signs not big enough! Frustated! Will give other chance. Hopefully there will be better improvements. Fyi spent 1200$

Incredibly cheap food. Hotdogs for 1 dollar, and the Swedish atmosphere creates an encapsulating experience. Gotta come back and get the meatballs. Vegetarian options: veggie dogs

I think the thing you have to take into consideration with these places is the amazing prices for the food , you can eat pretty well for 7 to 8 dollars an item. Would I come here any time other then If Im buying something at the store probably not, it gets very busy and crowded and we had to walk around a little to find a table that was clean . The staff is going an amazing job its just a very busy place and I would think its a lot to stay ahead of .

Enjoy the fish and chips, unfortunately the service is very slow one cashier people waiting in line all the food got cold by the time we sat down to eat.

IKEA is getting worse and worse. Bad services and low quality products

There is cart parking right outside of the second floor washrooms next to the restaurant, DO NOT park your cart there! My friends and I spent 2 hours finding all of our items before parking our cart to eat 20 mins later our cart along with the other parked were gone. The ikea employees were absolutely no help-some items were now gone from the floor so we could not complete our shopping trip. They did not it offer to help us find our cart or offer any idea as to where it disappeared too This was also during the student discount week (Aug 12th-18th 2024) and the employee we spoke too told us they could not apply the student discount online because it was only in store. I ve been going to this IKEA for years and this is the first time it s happened. Never leave your stuff unattended!

Delicious european style dishes with reasonable prices.

We went here for lunch. The quality of the food was quite average. This place seems designed more for satisfying hunger rather than offering a memorable dining experience. The food prices were fair and reasonable, but the space wasn t very clean or organized.

Decent lunch options for a fast casual sit down. Unfortunately I do think the menu is too expensive for the quality and quantity of food.

It is too bad the service got worse now. Cashiers are nice but ladies serving food seem to loose their patience and not friendly. The food is okay for the price.

Bought the fish and chips in Ikea on a Thursday May 16 at 15:15.. The lady asked me for my IKEA card (what I never got, just the number) so I told her I dont have the card..after checking my receipt I realized she charged me full price instead 50% of promotional on thursday.. went to talk to her to tell her she asked me for the card but I have the numbers as ikea never sent me card by mail.. I was told as the transaction was done, she couldnt do anything for me. She asked me if she I want to talk to the manager (white bold guy) who was nothing helpful in any way and giving me non sense examples... anyways, the employees dont advise you about anything the store is offering even though you good deal in what you just buying.. I lost around $30 ($5 discount on the food and $25 coupon - BOTH I was not advised about by the ikea employee Vaughan at food Restarant on May 16 at 15:15).

Im happy that they have vegan options although, high time to expand their vegan menu and have some more varieties.

Semi decent coffee, super cheap and free refills leaves you unable to complain whilst being dragged round Ikea.

The food is ice cold and tasteless!

At this place, the food wont break the bank, and the drinks flow like a waterfall. Plus, the decor is so Ikea-chic itll make your Swedish meatballs feel at home.

I question whether $8.99 for the meatballs is still worth it. It tastes fine but is certainly nothing special. Fortunately, hot dogs are still reasonable, and their plant based strawberry frozen yogurt is tasty. Options no matter your budget.

This is the worst ikea in the world. Store manager is a greedy little liar. She takes customers furnitures and commits fraud during duty and outside work hours as well. Lies to customers all the time and never wants to come out of the room to show her face. Shame on you! I ll find a way to expose you when I get the chance so everyone can hear what you did with my furniture you sold and never compensated. The staffs are always on their knees for her. It s a clown show here.

Used to be cheaper but even now its still a great place for breakfast if you don t mind to lineup for a 10mins before you can paid and get to your table. Where else you can have breakfast for 3 for only 16$? Parking: Free parking with charger if you drive an electric. Just have to register for the ChargePoint App.

Great breakfast. Love their vegetarian samosas! Vegetarian options: Eggs, Potatoes, Bread, Samosas, Cinnamon Bun, Muffins Dietary restrictions: They are able to prepare Vegetarian Breakfast!

Dont skip the meatballs

IKEA Store, Vaughan Ontario Canada is very big store. Located close to HWY 400 & HWY 7. Very useful for Kitchen Items, Washroom Items, Bedroom Items, lots of other items for daily use, furniture and many more. It s a very big and you need sufficient time to explore this IKEA Store.

Good breakfast

Very enjoyable, you end up leaving with more than you came for.

Standard cafeteria style. Food was ok, seating is a little crowded.

Very clean and nicely set up. Lots of stock! Was a little disappointed with the service that was provided for food. The servers seemed quite grumpy, and things got a little confusing .. however, I can appreciate the business of their job!

Look, its Ikea. Dont expect greatness. But my god, the people who come to this place is astounding. People keep your kids out of the food. Aside their great meatballs and awesome sandwiches, the employees dont tell kids to stop yeeting the boxes or packages across the restaurant hall. I get you deal with 1000s of people a day. But I watched many people in disgust walk away in horror after a toddler had his way with the chicken salad sandwiches.

I had salmon for lunch , with additional 1 pc salmon added Please add some white wine when steaming the salmon , my personal suggestion. 4 cap each hotel pan. Will be game changer.

Same great food as always, a little more expensive but still good value. The full restaurant is upstairs and the hot dogs and Cafe stuff is on the main floor.

What can I say. This is IKEA. Endless and wonderful design ideas for your home, big or small. Spacious store with lots of room to view their wares, and grab breakfast, lunch, dinner or a treat with the entire family, at a very affordable price.

Food is Mediocre but price is relatively cheap so cant really complain

I love buying new things for decoration and at the end of the shopping I have a snack with my daughter who is pregnant and decorating the babys room.

Waited in-line for 10 minutes and nobody showed-up to take my order. I (and 2 other customers) left. Disappointing.

This is a cafeteria restaurant. You can get lunch for under $10. The place is clean. Not a bad place for a fast Scandinavian lunch.

Picked out our stuff just to start searching for each individual piece of the units to find out half the pieces were sold out.

The food was tasteless ,suda machine did not work well and ketchup pump was broken

The food was cold, I am diabetic so I paid for a sugar free cola. When I got to the pop machine, there was none. Walked back to the teller and she said: oh yeah, we are out. I asked for a refund and was told: we really cant do that.

Everything is so different...changed the give of going to ikea.

Had the Daim cake, which was very delicious paired with their free coffee with the IKEA Family Card shown at checkout. Nice sitting ambiance with a great view and ample seating in the dining area.

The one day I want poutine and meatballs and they didn t have any fries. Like please, you are Ikea. You can get lingonberries but not a frozen bag of fries? My friend was very unhappy he had to settle for fish and mashed potatoes.

Awesome food and awesome furniture

First time trying their Swedish meatballs and found them absolutely amazing, and so worth it for the price. Even the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted good. We also tried the vegetable medallion and some kind of samosa. The samosa was fresh fried and was delicious. Worth the hype. Service could be faster. Garlic toast was average.

The quality of food is not so great. My mom ordered fish n chips which was alright. I ordered the salmon, it wasnt great. Food is a hit or miss here.

Consistent taste and fast service

Its an Ikea. Staff was very nice when approached for questions or directions. The warehouse computer system is pretty sweet and helpful for finding items. Everything you would expect from an Ikea.

It is impossible to be in Ikea and not to try their dishes! Incredible meatballs, soups, fries and salmon. And also desserts and drinks. We love this place!

I tried their breakfast, which is okay. The portion is small, but the price of $3.99 is excellent. You can order two instead of one if its not enough, and it still wont break your wallet.

I tried 2 kinds of hot dogs here, I think both of them have poor quality than Costco hot dog. The canteen was clear, but there wasnt any special atmosphere

I went there on Wednesday night. There were so many utensils and cups that were a bit dirty, so I had to be selective. The poutine was prepared with cold fries, which made it inedible. The peas in the meatball combo dish tasted a bit lost their freshness. Additionally, the majority of tables were unclean, making my visit quite unpleasent.

Salty, yet tasteless, under staffed & over all terrible. People in the area actually said it was better than Dave & Busters, lol. Never, ever again. Absolute garbage. Food : 1/5 |

The last time I touched food at IKEA!!! On Nov 8, 2023 around 7PM my wife and I decided to have dinner at IKEA Vaughan before looking for a bed frame. We bought veggie balls, meatballs, samosa and a cake. I took the first bite into a samosa and just as I started to chew a looong dark hair wrapped around my tongue. Not mine, not my wifes for sure! A couple hours later some bloating and flavors...came as well. The food used to be ok, but not anymore. I for one will not touch their food again!

Lady serving the food was soo rude because misunderstood my order so when I repeated my order to her she just go back to me saying basically she was right and i been lying, very desappointing the way she throw me the food over the counter
