Ozzy’s Burgers is a gem for burger lovers! We ordered the Notorious BLT and the Classic Cheeseburger, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, tender and juicy and the best part is that we heard they make their patties fresh. The portions were satisfying, and the prices were reasonable, making it a great value for such quality food. What truly set Ozzy’s apart was the phenomenal customer service. NEW FAVE ALERT! I've tried Ozzy Burger in Toronto, but this location has stolen my heart! The 'Ciao Portabello' and 'Holy Cheezus' burgers were absolute perfection! Also their chilli sauce was just too good. Ambiance was top-notch, with immaculate upholstery. Special shoutout to the lovely hostess, who greeted us with a warm smile and exceptional kindness. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten if I could!
It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was thrilled to see they offer meatless options! Nazlı, one of your staff members, was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu and made me feel at ease. Her friendly and fun attitude really stood out, and thanks to her, I had a great experience. I’m definitely going to become a regular here! I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The food was good but still lacking somehow like the chicken and fries were overcooked and the patties for son of a burger was a little bland but my burger the BLT was delicious. The service was alright and the atmosphere is fine as well. I just had higher expectations and it was just good but I’ll still recommend it!
Had the entire restaurant to ourselves cause we showed up on a Tuesday at 6pm! My friends and I had a variety of burgers and we all enjoyed our food! I got the Notorious B.L.T with Cajun fries and a drink and the total came out to ~$24 and it was really filling and tasty! I would highly recommend coming here as the service was great! They also have all the utensils and take-out boxes out in the open, so you can help yourself!
OK Best burger I've had this year. Mustang Sally burger was amazing. They put a sauce on it that is great. The freshness of these burgers are on point. These burgers are kid approved. My two kids said these burgers was awesome. The service here is perfect. We had small talk and she helped us with our decision. We love the decor. Gafity on a wall. The place was neat and carefully thought out. Wallpaper and any furnishings are well put. The servers were also helpful and accommodating. I wanted to sample a good representation of what they have to offer, so I ordered the Mustang Sally ($15.99) and made it a combo for an additional ($5.99). The order came out in a metal tray to keep everything together and makes it easier to clean up after. Though it was greasy, like expected, I still did enjoy the burger. It was a tall burger with a wooden stick that went through it to keep it standing vertical. What was subpar was the fries that came with the combo. It was one of the more dull tasting fries I can remember having at quick serve restaurants. It was not at all crisp, flavourful, or crunchy. The fries were bland, so I had to tear up a lot of condiment sachets available near the front counter.
I have always enjoyed Ozzy burger chain. We came to this branch after a while. It seems now that now it has been forgotten by the management. The store needs maintenance and cleaning. The burger patties were stale. Hand writing on paper takeout shows the cost focus and less service focus. Would love to come back again to see things improve.

The burgers are a really great value. It was very very good, I was surprised by the price and the value. Theyre really well designed, theres a LOT of nutritious protein. I am surprised because it must be at least double or triple even just in terms of meat that they provide compared to the default franchises. The burger was great!
The burger was great! I got the breaking bad lamb and the patty was really flavourful. It was a bit heavy on the sauce for my liking but you can always ask for less so that s not an issue. My friend got the Cajun fries as well and the seasoning was amazing, not overly salty at all, my only problem was that they got soggy quicker than I expected.

Seems like management changed. Order the purple rain and the meat was smelly. But that wasn t the only complaint. The meat was advertised as 6 oz, it most definitely wasn t. The menu also described sautéed jalapeno and onions, which were raw in my burger. To top it off, I told the staff the meat smelled pungent and handed them back my barely eaten burger and they said sorry do you want a drink? I paid $14 for a burger I didn t eat and was not offered my money back

I liked their burger, its very delicious. We visited the second time recently, but during our second visit, the chicken patty was a bit smelly, and it looked like it was not washed off properly. We enjoyed the beef burger. Other than the chicken patty, everything was good, and the price is also very reasonable and yeah also liked their poutine. Would revisit them if the chicken patty is taken care of.

Ordered the classic burger and made it a combo with their hand cut fries. Fries were covered in salt that it was overbearing and despite that fact that they were just cooked they were soggy. The burger was covered in mayo. All you could taste when you took a bite was mayo. I know some people are heavy handed, but there was so much mayo is was dripping down the sides. I took 2 bites and just ended up scraping off the sauce because it just got too hard to stomach. But it didn t taste any better without the sauce. The burger patty was dry and had no taste to it. Now I can see why they slavered it in sauce. So they could hide their bland burger patty. I wasted $15 for salt, mayo and a bland burger.

AMAZING! It was our first time ordering today and it s safe to say, we were NOT DISAPPOINTED! It was fantastic. My parents are hard to impress, and believe me, they were impressed! The food was well done; we got the chicken burgers and it was absolutely amazing. Best place in Vaughan for a good burger, hands down. 100000/10 and will definitely come again.
The service was so bad at first they told me 20min will take to make my burger ready for pickup, but I ended up waiting an hour i just wanted to taste and see whats the hype about this burger!!! To be fair, all these hard-working women in the back, which i thank them a lot. They prepared all the online Uber eats first than the dine in than people like me who ordered in the store for pick up! I wont go back here anymore... I will go try the downtown location...

Wife was craving a good burger. Was told about this place, and fully approved. Got the purple rain burger, it was spicy and sweet due to the slice of pineapple. Everything was outstanding, but the customer service was AMAZING. The girl in the counter was a 10/10. She was very friendly polite to my kids she even heard my wife ask if they can cut our burgers in half, and told the kitchen. She brought out the food and when we were done immediately cleaned everything up. I only wish I got her name to give her recognition and everything. We came in during dinner service on Saturday. This is my 3rd or fourth time comming here. The menu is huge with so many good options all of which i enjoy every time.Merve was my cashier and I was struggling to pick from all my good options and Zhe was so helpful and made a great suggestion. They take great pride and joy in there food and its shows. The portions are massive the food is high quality and there combinations are delicious! I will be back for my 5th ride and more. I highly recommend trying this place out. So many options!!

My recent visit to this place presented a mixed bag of experiences. While the Grilled Chicken delivered on juiciness and flavor, the Fried Chicken Burger fell short, lacking the desired moisture and leaving me unsatisfied. Cajun fries earned a middling score. Heres hoping for more consistency in the future.
I used to love this location, came here often. But i ve noticed a clear downfall on their service and quality if their food recently. The workers get orders wrong more often and/or sometimes the food wouldn t taste that great. They need to start prioritizing hiring workers that could handle the workload and not become rude when it s busy.
I wanted to try a new burger restaurant in search for a great new burger this place was not it. I hate doing reviews like this. The lamb burger tasted HORRIBLE. The seasoning was so over powering you couldn t even taste lamb. The beef burger was over cooked and not seasoned much. Overall it s just another meh burger spot. Would not come back.

Came at around 9pm today the lady taking orders with an orange fleece sweater was extremely rude the minute we walked in and asked what s popular. She had a lot of attitude till we left. At the end when my friend asked a simple question of do we throw the garbage here her response was no. And comes over with a lot of irritation and annoyance. Food is also overrated, meat was dry and jalapeños was not cooked, mozzarella crust cheese was dry. Gladiators is 100 times better. Not worth the horrible service.

One of the worst customer service and food I had since Loooong time, we checked while ordering if their special sauce is spice, they told us no, but they put jalapeño in the sandwich, which was killing for my wife who is having spice issues, I went to tell the lady at the counter about that, she started arguing with me you asked about the sauce but you said nothing about the jalapeños, it s two different toppings. You need have better people as customer service who knows how to talk to customers and not to be rude. I left the meal for her too enjoy it. Also I order a burger, which should be what they are famous for, the burger was really bad with 1/4 of thickness, I would say MCDONALD burger is thicker and could be even better. They are also racist people, because the owner is not Christian, he think he have the right to put a sign on the wall Cheesus making a joke of Jesus name. I highly does not recommend this restaurant. Not good people nor good food.

My brother-in-law and I contracted salmonella poisoning from eating burgers from your restaurant two weeks ago. It is the only meal we had in common that day and we both feel ill that night. Please be more careful and mindful of proper health conditions. This has been a horrible 2 weeks deal with this infection caused by your food/restaurant. To add to this. You said I visited multiple locations and that is NOT TRUE. Your restaurant is the only location I visited the day I got sick. I also DID NOT have public health visit any other locations. Another fabrication on your part. Dont lie and try to hide facts. I will get a transcript from the health board of the convention I had with them and post it here if need be. I just hope no one else becomes ill from your restaurant. You dont have to lie about me to save face for your restaurant.
