Touro Brazilian Steakhouse - Vaughan in Concord

Food was great but the fact that I received a call to come back because i didn t pay enough on my check just to be told I didn t tip enough??? I m a 19 year old nursing student and that is so disrespectful and disgusting. Don t go to this place if you want a nice meal and to be able to tip according to your financial needs. The manager ripped the tip money out of my hand that I came back to give which I overpaid by $30 because I originally tipped $20 but they needed $30 more so I tipped $50????!? On a $163 bill and my $20 was around 15% but they needed 18% which was never specified or else I would ve done it no problem, but they LIED and handed to the server in such a disrespectful way without even saying thank you that I came back when I didn t even have to come back to the store. This place is nothing but money hungry lying disrespectful thieves. Don t go here. Disgusting excuse for human beings. This same thing happened to another party that was with us that also overpaid by $30 and this only happened because we paid in cash. Also when the guys with the food were coming around we re so rude and not happy at all it felt like they just hated their jobs.

I don t leave a lot of reviews but I had to leave a review about this one. We have been to touro Richmond hill and it was not bad, but this one it was horrible!! The service was horrible! The food was very bad and we were sitting just waiting for 20 mins and not a single meat came to our table. We had to ask them, then they bring the meat back to back and we had no time to enjoy anything and it was dry and just horrible experience. Not recommended at alllll.

Best Brazilian steak house in Ontario

Went to dinner on October 25th with 2 friends for one of their birthdays 2/5 stars The bad Low quality of meat (have you ever seen ribeye steak with zero marbling?) Service was slow Certain meats not available unless you specifically request for it Lots of overcooked steak Chicken was dry and overcooked The good Lots of variety Some cuts of steak tasted good Would I come back again? Nah, probably not. Better off going to a steakhouse and ordering the exact steak I want and getting the correct doneness and much higher quality No wonder the place was so empty on a Friday night

We had dinner here, the people serving meat were ok however the table waiter was not great to be polite. Food was again just ok but all the meat was quite salty. Would we go back? ..not likely

Dinner last night was amazing, my family accompanied me and they loved everything. Service was top notch the two servers were spectacular always changing plates and keeping us in check even though they were busy. Meat service was great lots of cuts & sides were good as well.

Greatest experience having all you can eat steak on a Tuesday. The waiter/bartender crafted some of the best drinks I ve ever had & provided excellent care. Men serving meat were consistently on point and friendly.

My friends and I celebrated here in early October 2024 for the September celebrants. The food is good, reasonable for the price. They have so much options for the meat, sides and appetizers. I personally wasnt really struck with the food but the friendly and warm athmosphere. I am more satisfied with the costumer service. Coming here for the first time felt guests are all welcomed (inclusivity) with a smile and good vibes. Our server was Shayem (hope I spelled it right) and also Guillermo (either he was the supervisor or the manager) interacted with us. They try to give you a unique experiece. I am amazed of them trying to speak different languages to ensure they connect with their guests. I mean for me, this is something nice to experience being in a diversed culture. Hats off to Shayem and Guillermo! We enjoyed the food because of the excellent costumer service we received.

This steakhouse is AMAZING. Within 10 minutes my plate was FULL of food. The service was incredible, food incredible, Diana was an amazing server !!! 1000/10

If you love grilled meats, this is the restaurant for you. Food is always hot, the staff is awesome , friendly and makes you feel at home. My husband and I have been here many times, and the servers always come say hi even when we are not seated at their section.

I decided to come here on a Monday night in lieu of a traditional steakhouse and I ultimately made the wrong choice. I should have gone with the steakhouse. It wasn t too busy when I got there and the service was excellent. It s just that the meat was average and relatively boring. I say this having been to around a dozen different Brazilian steakhouses. The meat was predominantly sirloin flavored in different ways. No filet Mignon, ribeye, etc. and it got pretty boring relatively quickly. The chicken was dry and the lamb was chewy yet flavorful. The most memorable part of my dinner was the veggies. That s not to say the meat was terrible, it just wasn t memorable. For a Brazilian steakhouse, you at least need one cut of meat that s memorable. I couldn t find it here. For the meat selection they offered, the price is high.

Disappointing Experience at ITOURO Brazilian Steakhouse I ve been a regular at ITOURO Brazilian Steakhouse since 2017, but my recent visit was very disappointing. They ve removed the salad buffet, which used to be a great feature. Instead, they only provided a small starter plate for four people, which was far from enough. The quality of the meat has significantly declined it was tough and overcooked. Despite this, they ve increased their prices, which doesn t match the poor quality of food and service. The service was terrible, with the staff being unprofessional and rude. One staff member, in particular, was speaking to us in a very disrespectful manner. Overall, I m really dissatisfied with my experience, and I hope they improve both their service and the quality of food.

Went to Touro to celebrate a birthday. We were very disappointed in the service. We only stayed for an hour because we could not get any sort of service. There was only 1 server working the entire night with over 10 tables and some of them being larger groups. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks for a table of 2. Tables seated after us were already getting their drinks. We finally flagged our server and asked about the drinks. She apologized and said it would be brought out shortly. The drinks dropped off were not the ones we ordered. We wanted to order more sides to go with the meats but couldn t because the server only checked in with us once in the hour we sat there. I understand being busy or understaffed due to last minute circumstances but this is when management needs to step in and help their staff.

My wife and I had a fantastic time. The food and service was absolutely perfect and we re looking forward to our next visit!

I m a little disappointed in this location I ve been to both Vaughn and Richmond hill And I would choose Richmond hill I had a party of 20 for my birthday Two separate tables of ten at each table The gentleman serving the meat only went to the one table and not mine I had to ask the waiter to get them to serve my table My server was decent We were a little disappointed in the sides as we wanted to try more on that part of the menu but never received But my over all experience with the food was good But I would never come to this location in the future For a large party I was disappointed in the service

Underwhelmed. $100 a person. Timing was off between meat and sides ... waiting for meat. Saw another table get sausage, I had to ask them to bring us sausage. 2 of the steak options were tough.

Food was excellent! Loved the grilled pineapple. Nice decor too, great atmosphere. I just wish I had a bigger stomach. Their takeout menu is good value too if you dont want to eat in.

The atmosphere was good. The restaurant was empty. The food selection was ok but none of the options were tasty. Sorry but all of the selections were super salty and I barely had 4 pieces at all. I usually love the pineapple grill but it was extremely sweet so I had to peel it off. The wine selection on the menu was great however they did not have all of them available! The quality of the food was not as good as I expected. Service was ok except for not having proper utensils! Had the pleasure of dining at Touro for the first time tonight, from start to finish, our dinner was flawless. Our waitress was amazing, the restaurant is beautiful and the food was perfect (especially the pineapple, so good!). We were super impressed with the servers, our food came quick, even with the restaurant being fully-booked. If youre a steak lover or just looking for a special night out, Touro is a must visit.

We visited Touro for the second time last night, and it was another wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated and greeted by our server, G. He was absolutely fantastic, inquiring about any allergies or food restrictions right away. Although I don t eat beef or pork, G made excellent recommendations for menu items I could enjoy with substitutions or adjustments. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and despite it being a Saturday, it wasnt overly crowded. We started with drinks, and the piña colada was delicious. The food was equally impressive. G went above and beyond by asking the kitchen to prepare a special salmon dish with balsamic vinaigrette and asparagus for me. The salmon was fantastic! While the chicken was just okay, the shrimp was good, and I really enjoyed the lamb. For sides, we had: - Shrimp avocado salad: 10/10 - Mashed potatoes (without bacon): 5/10 - Sushi: 8/10 I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this location. You will be treated exceptionally well, especially if you are lucky enough to be served by G. He is incredibly attentive and genuinely wants you to have an outstanding dining experience. We celebrated a birthday here the food was great! Lots of meat mostly steaks, but there was some shrimp, chicken, and lamb that did come around. We did like the sides that were offered, and it tried very hard not to fill up on those. My favorite was the cheese bread. The mac and cheese was a hit. We ordered a couple bowls of those. It was nice to be able to try a little of everything. Its not a very big restaurant, so its intimate. We will definitely be returning again as we ate our fill and walked out with the meat sweats! Just went to Touro for the first time and it was amazing! Our server (Sheyam) was fantastic- fast service, very attentive and friendly! The grilled pineapple was heavenly. All meat came quick - chicken, sausage and bacon wrapped steak were very yummy. The buffet has been discontinued but you can order as many salads/sides as you want from the menu. Well definitely be back! :)

The meat was too salty and there were not enough options no seafood protein as it was a long weekend and there was no salad bar option are poor for the price paid.

Came out for dinner here on a Saturday for dinner with my mum and boyfriend and Saghar our waitress was really friendly and accommodating to everything we needed ! She explained the menu and how the grill works really well and checked in on us to see if we needed any more drinks or sides ! 10/10 will be back

Always had an amazing experience with Touro, both locations. But i was very disappointed about not having the buffet anymore. Unfortunately the sides were not great. They took too long come to the table, the moqueca was cold and having bbq without the classic potato salad and farofa was heartbreaking. I don t mind the sides coming to the table, but not having some of the options that the buffet had was very sad.

We had a really good time, but the price is steep. I dont know that wed go a second time, not that there was anything wrong with the place but there are so many other options that for the price we have no problem trying something new. With that said, Id definitely recommend you go at least once.

Gorgeous ambiance, excellent service and DELICIOUS food all around! The meats were tender and there is a wide variety of sides to choose from. Loved the cheese bread and corn bread too!

Meat bit salty and pretty much forgot our drinks.

The meat was mostly overcooked and very salty with no flavor. The side dishes were ok the same chain restaurant in the US had much more variety and the side dishes were delicious. I was very disappointed definitely not worth the price wont be back again.

Came for dinner on a Wednesday, Sheyam was our server and he did an amazing job personalizing our experience. Gui and Jose were bringing/cooking the steak and they were extremely polite and respectful. I visited copacabana a few times but I can confidently say that Tauro is out of their league with the service and food we received tonight, amazing staff and atmosphere with the highest level of hospitality I have yet to see in the GTA, hats off to these guys.

Very spacious indoors move quite easy.

This place has a beautiful atmosphere and very welcoming staff. The food was great was a little bit disappointed in the Mac and the mushrooms as they were both lacking in favour in season. But we had an amazing time especially with our server Sheyam. He was an amazing guy very attentive and charismatic. He definitely added amazing vibes to the night, and made us feel very welcome.

5 star experience, deserves a better Google rating

We were a large party of 15 on a Saturday evening. Our group ranged in ages from 8 to 80. We were there from 6:30pm to 9:00pm and had a great time. I was nervous seeing some recent reviews of less than ideal service, and thankfully our service was excellent. The highlight had to be the dancers! They energized the room and created a super fun environment. They come out for a 10 - 15 minute show and get people up on the floor dancing. This venue was ideal for our celebration. Highly recommend for any group that wants a no fuss, upscale and fun dining experience.

Very pleasant atmosphere and we were very well attended to, the meats are very good and tasty.

Sheyam made our after-wedding dinner an amazing experience. Him plus all of the servers made sure all our guests were well taken care of and that it was a stress-free evening. He allowed us to stay past the 2 hour seating limit, which we were grateful for as we were coming down from a hectic day and hadnt yet had an opportunity to mingle with all our guests. He even turned down the music without us having to ask when he saw we were doing announcements or playing group games. There was a celebratory cake with sparklers for us near the end, which was a sweet surprise. Would highly recommend - our guests raved about the food and want to return in the future.

If I could give the service from Sheyam over 5 stars I would he was so attentive and always made sure we were taken care of, drinks were full and allergies were avoided! As well as amazing recommendations on drinks! Defined made our anniversary one to remember! Outstanding food the flavours were out of this world! All of the other staff were amazing as well As soon as you put the coaster to yes you re greeted with a parade of meats which are again amazing!!!! Such a delicious and friendly place to get good meat and good food! The staff are incredible, so friendly and accommodating. The meat and appetizers are delicious. Went there for dinner and Father s Day brunch, and everyone I went with were pleased with the selection and quality of the food. I ll definitely be going back there! Dined here for my birthday based on the ambiance and the fact that I enjoy going to Brazilian steakhouses. The atmosphere s was 5/5 but the service and frequency of food being served went from being good to non existent. We observed that the waitress would rather small talk with others than serving us water to start in a timely manner. There was a huge gap from being served the food consistently to not at all.. roughly 30-40 mins without food or drink. It was hard to get anyone s attention as they weren t looking our way at all. There was only one individual (male) who was literally fast walking around the restaurant to pick up the slack of everyone else. He was very kind, friendly and provided the service we would have liked as we had a large dinner party. I think the customer service could have been better as well as training for staff could be helpful for future patrons. Overall experience was fair.

4 friends visited at 6pm on a Saturday evening, we had reservations and was seated immediately upon arrival. Our servers were friendly and responsive. Food was plentiful and very tasty, constantly coming by offering more. Fun, dancers at the end of the evening as well. Great restaurant.

We had brunch and it was a great experience. We didnt have a reservation and we were pleasantly surprised to see the effort the hostess and the staff put into find a spot for us in a timely manner. Our server was nice, the food was good, the design is beautiful. We were very happy with this experience and will be back in the future. The value for price is great! Definitely recommend. The churros were filled with chocolate inside and were so soft and delicious! The grilled pineapple was so so good. Meats were made well, some of them needed a touch of more flavour but overall really good.

food: 2.5/5 very disappointed with the steak very underseasoned and had no flavour same with the chicken the only good things I tried was the lamb, mushrooms, macaroni, and deep fried sushi however the medium rare steak was tough and had no flavour the well done steak had no seasoning and tasted like rubber the dessert was good though I enjoyed the enriched flavours of the molten lava cake Service: 5/5 the staff were very accommodating and nice they helped in recommending dishes and they gave positive vibes atmosphere 4.5/5 the restaurant has nice decor it s clean the washrooms were clean Overall I would give this place a 3.3/5 if people are coming for steak I wouldn t recommend it it s expensive for underseasoned rubbery steak

Great service, good meat

Among Brazilian Strakhouses, this one stands out for having some of the fastest service, as well as having a much more varied rotation than many places; especially when taking the separately orderable dishes into account. I never expected to be able to order Beef Stroganoff at a Brazilian Steakhouse, but you can here, and it tastes great! Its amazing that they were able to keep up the pace throughout our visit, especially since it was on Mothers Day!

The BBQ was not up to a real Brazilian BBQ Steakhouse standard, its missing a Brazilian touching to bring it up a notch. I wouldnt recommend it.

Beautiful space - easy to find parking, and great food - what more could you ask for? We came here for one of our colleagues 64th birthday - they love Brazilian steakhouse. Our reservation was at 645pm on a Sunday, so not too late. The evening started off really quick, bang bang bang the dishes came out. The meats were all cooked very well, still juicy and pink in the middle, and seasoned great. The rib eye, the spicy beef, the sausage were all exceptional. The picanha was the only tougher piece and the cheese steak was kind of odd. For sides, the Pao de quejo (cheese bread) were fantastic, as was the moqueca and fried sushi. Two of the drinks we ordered were available which was a bit of a downside. Service took a turn for the worse at around 730pm when the restaurant was clearly slowing down. Our server was sitting at a table doing cutlery roll ups for the rest of the evening and we only saw him once more for the bill. Some of us still wanted more food but service completely came to a standstill and we were no longer receiving meats or sides. This was very disappointing as we spent $600 on the dinner. Id like to go back, but in all honesty, I wouldnt if it was after 6pm. Food was outstanding, service was not. And atmosphere loses out when servers are being tipped $90 to do rollups for 2/3 the time we are eating. Also, I asked our hostess as she walked by (since our server wasnt helping) if grilled pineapple was going to come out and she wasnt sure what I was talking about. I didnt see it on the menu but I just assumed. We paid our bill and were leaving when we saw another table being brought grilled pineapple on the spit. Ugh!

The atmosphere was really nice! Enjoyed the entire dining experience. The service was good as well, food came out quickly and there was always someone who was coming by offering more meat. All the meat that came out was perfectly cooked, and tasted so good, 10/10. We found the apps to be okay, nothing special, but the meat made up for it. I d definitely return, overall a nice experience.

Went here for the first time about a year ago for my aunt s birthday, and I recently returned here to celebrate my mom & dad s 25th wedding anniversary. We had a great time, and the food was great too. From the steaks, to the breakfast buffet, it was worth skipping breakfast to come here. The service was great too, as the servers really went out of their way to make this a great day for my parents. I didn t get any photos of the steaks, but this French toast was great. And the grilled pineapple is one of the best things I ve had the opportunity to try.

I ve been to this location twice, both times I was happy with the taste and quality of food. It is a bit pricey at $70/person. But you re paying for the overall experience, not just the food. Once you step into the restaurant you re greeted by the hostess, the restaurant was spacious, ceilings were tall, ambiance was excellent. The place was well lit with soft lights- just enough where you can see your food but not too bright where it takes away from the dining experience. The staff especially G who served us that night was amazing. He was attentive, charismatic, and funny. My favorite meat selection there was the Garlic steak, it paired exceptionally well with Farofa. The beet salad was also impressive, pasta dishes was quite good. But no other Rodizio in Toronto can beat their grilled pineapple! I definitely will go back and suggest you give this restaurant a try as well!

I was excited to go here for our anniversary. It was nice atmosphere. The service was absolutely amazing but the food was horrible for the price we paid. It was horrible. I don t even know how to express myself and the only reason I am giving them two stars is because of the service, and it s not fair to give them one star, we only had about three options they took forever to come around. The salad bar was stale. It felt like the food was old it wasn t tasty. We barely ate $20 worth of meat in the end our bill ended up being over $200 and we didn t even have any any alcohol. I would never go back here again.

Amazing atmosphere friendly staff especially sheyam

Visited Touro for the first time on April 20th with my family (2 adults & 2 children) for dinner to celebrate my bday. Was able to book a reservation online same day for 4:45pm. When we arrived it was not crazy busy, but there was a private event happening in the back open area, & also a group of 14 ppl walked in just behind us. I quickly thought that maybe service would be slow because of these events, but boy was I wrong! It took the hostess just a couple of minutes to find our reservation & seat us. Our server Melissa instantly greeted us & explained the whole process. She was friendly, efficient & on top of things (taking orders, clearing our plates, refilling water, etc.). The starters (corn bread, roasted veggies & potatoes) arrived quickly & was delicious. Then the bbq quickly proceeded after that. The cheese steak, pork sausage, lamb, bacon wrapped chicken, & pineapple were our favourites. The variety of sides were also fantastic; the avocado shrimp salad, fried sushi, mac & cheese, chicken balls, mashed potatoes were so yummy. I was pleasantly surprised at how all the staff worked so hard & diligently to make sure everyones experience was amazing. The manager (Shyem) was checking in with every table & was very friendly & had great positive energy. The vibe was awesome, the decor is very modern, & the place was spotless. Even as the restaurant began to get busy around 6pm, the staff did not miss a beat! I will definitely be back & I have already recommended to friends & family.

I came here for the first time to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. I loved the experience there! We were greeted immediately and taken to our table. Diana (I believe that was her name) she came over to our table and introduced herself. We let her know that it was our first time, and she explained everything to us. She was incredibly kind and asked if we had any allergies. I informed her that I had an egg allergy, but I knew what I could and couldnt eat. She was kind enough to let me know that the bread contains eggs, so I stayed away from that. Our waitress was Tanisha. She was also very kind, friendly, attentive and made sure to check on us periodically. She was such a sweetheart! We experienced impeccable service, and were quite pleased. Now lets get to the food... I personally enjoyed everything I ate. The meat kept coming and coming and coming LOL, it got to the point where we had to flip our tab over on the red side quite a few times, so we could give ourselves a break. Thats how quick the various meats kept coming out. Everything was delicious! The buffet table had just enough food... but my favorite were the crab salad and mussels. If it were up to me , I wouldve eaten all of their mussels LOL. Overall, our experience was worth it, and we will definitely be back again in the future. Overall, everyone we interacted with were very kind and made our experience beyond our expectations. My boyfriend enjoyed his birthday, and Im happy that I took the chance to try this restaurant for the first time.

I was disappointed with my experience at Tuoro Brazilian Steak House. The steak lacked the expected flavor, leaving me underwhelmed. The overall dining experience fell short of my expectations.

Could be better. Food 3/5: Food was very tasty but the inconsistency was definitely there. Some meats were seasoned perfectly and some were disappointing. The cuts that they give you are very big slices compared to other similar Brazilian Restaurants. Dessert table was lacking options for the price that you pay, you also would have to pay extra for their premium desserts ie Ice cream. This should be included if you re paying $80.00/person. Pineapple saved this food experience for us. Nice thick slices very well coated with cinnamon sugar. Service 5/5: Our server was great very knowledgeable and attentive. Was always there when needed and checked up on us frequently. Meat servers were also great. Atmosphere 4/5: Seems like a dark place from the outside. But, once you go in you re met with beautiful atmosphere. Washrooms could be cleaned more frequently. Overall 3.5/5: wouldn t recommend if you re going for your first Brazilian steakhouse experience. They do have great service but the price point for what you get here is questionable compared to other Brazilian steakhouses.

Sunday, March 17, 2024 @ 11am What an extraordinary dining experience! The hostess was lovely and welcoming. Every employee that came to our table was an absolute delight. Every single thing that I ate was truly delicious! Our server, Guilherme, was honestly the greatest! Wonderful personality, fun, friendly, professional, overall excellent service! I hope we are seated in his section at our next visit! This location is so esthetically pleasing! Cant wait to visit again!

Too pricey, all beef meet tasted the same. Little disappointed for the price you pay.

One thing I didnt like, by the end, they would stop bringing us meat skipping our table.

We arrived for our reservation for 8.30 and sat down. And we started to have trouble closing the 1-hour budget deficit. The buffet was very small and visually very poor. Most of the products were finished and already very inadequate. I was very surprised by a nonsensical, haphazardly prepared buffet that was not appealing to the eye. Even though our credit cards were fine, both of our cards showed errors. And we were embarrassed in front of our other two friends who we hosted. And its a complete disgrace if we dont have cash. Im still in shock about this! Its not about our floors on earth. The service was very poor, the waiter was not sympathetic or friendly at all. When I went to the other branch 5 years ago, t was good than that. The $400 I paid for this table for 4 people, along with a bottle of wine, is definitely not worth this service! If I had paid this price somewhere worth it, I wouldnt have been upset at all. I will never go again.

Best brazilian steakhouse i found in gta so far. Great food,service, and ambiance. Real gauchos preparing the food. Best cheese bread in canada, i dare say!

I didnt have anything off the snack bar. Service and atmosphere were good enough. However, the food was beyond disappointing. The crab salad was alright. Unfortunately, the two other people I was with didnt try it and thus didnt end up enjoying a single thing. I dont think Ive made myself a steak I liked that little. Damn near everything was sad and bland. I was really wishing Id gone anywhere else.

We had brunch there on Jan 28. It is all you can eat. Nice staff, good variety of food , salad and everything. Steak and meat are served hot and taste great! The only thing I did not like is having to pay extra for coffee which doesn t seem to be fair to me as it is supposed to be included in your brunch. As a whole I recommend this place .

I was initially excited to visit this location, given the positive experience at the Richmond Hill one. However, I was disappointed with the limited variety of meats and the lackluster selection. The appetizer bar didnt meet expectations, and the chicken was only brought around once. The servers were friendly but I wouldn t recommend this place for the price.

Literally horrible service from the front desk people, we made a reservation for 6:15 got here for 6:08 and was told there are zero tables yet could visually see 6 tables open then they end up sitting us down right beside the washroom like 5 feet away from it horrible that they even have a table that close and so I asked to move to any of the other 5 tables and they said no those are reserved for 4 people only (the tables) and then 5 mins later they sat down 2 couples on 2 different tables for 4 people only and we were forced to sit by the washroom because we didn t want to loose our reservation legit horrible go to copa cabana this place is not worth it

They serve very slowly, we waited hours to be served, they filled us with pao de queijo e farofa but the meat, which is the most important thing, we were almost not served. Very upset with the place

Went in date night here: our server was amazing made sure we were content. The guys bringing the meat out were also cooking it so there was quite a bit of wait between servings. We were there about an hour and they came to the table about 6 times. Very disappointing considering it was $171. Was clean but .....

I went there on new years eve with my boyfriend and I was not disappointed. They kept coming with the meat and the meat was very tender and tasty. They also had a salad/snack bar which you can view in my photos. Overall I had an amazing time and I will definitely be back

Well I have been to the one in Richmondhill and that was a fantastic experience but I just recently visited the one in Vaughn service was good bathrooms were not clean, as for the food they didn t have any tuna or any deep fried banana lol wasn t a big concern but they came around with the shrimp and it was good , but it only came around once !! Why I don t know but they had really good meat but it s safe to say for the cost of the dinner and what was available I wouldn t go back to this location but I will visit the first one I went to in Richmond hill.

The salad bar was a refreshing complement to the meats, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. Touro truly delivered a memorable and indulgent dining experience I cant wait to go back! The food is delicious, the restaurant is beautiful and the show was amazing. It is a bit on the expensive side but it is a great experience.

Although the service and atmosphere was great, the food wasn t. Everything is too salty, making it hard to appreciate the taste. I will still give 3 because the service was excellent and they even had birthday cakes for celebrating customers. The selection of food was also good. They just really need to seriously improve in the seasoning area.

Came tonight (Thursday) with my dad for dinner. From the moment we sat down Cesar provided fantastic service. Like truly fantastic service; attentive, kind and explained how it works. Food was also excellent. Each person that came with meat was also very friendly. Prices match any other steak house but so much variety. Will be back!!

The food is delicious. You can choose what you like (or not) they ask about any food allergies and how you like your meat. The buffet the offer is a great complement to the delicious meats. Our server Guillermo made our experience amazing. As first timers there, well be back not only because of the food but if people like Guillermo work there it makes this restaurant a pleasant experience. Thank you Guillermo for your very professional and hospitable attitude.

I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Sheyam was his name and he was phenomenal.You really made our experience here outstanding! When we come back we hope you take care of us again because we were so impressed at how well you did your job! Always a great spot to get great food but the service made everything so much better. Definitely recommend to come eat here. Ask for Sheyam for to great night and be catered too.

All of the meat, which is the most important part, was either tough or tasteless. A great idea gone horribly wrong. For $75.00 per person, go somewhere else.

I have been to both locations, but Vaughan Mills location has far superior service. Dante was our server and he made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to ask for anything specific, he was already one step ahead of us. Great food and great service. Kid-friendliness: My son is 5 and loved the food. The servers were very patient and gracious with him.

My fiancé and I went to Touros last night (December 4th, 2023) for no reason at all and I must say even though it was not our first time there, THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! Not only was the food amazing as it always is, the service was great! The staff was so great! Unfortunately I can t remember the names of the two servers that tended to us but they were so nice and their customer service was impeccable. I love when a server can talk to you as a friend rather than just another customer. It was refreshing! They even did something for me that they don t normally do, but I will keep that to myself Thank you for a great night and we will most definitely be back!

For me that place worth the 5 stars. I dont usually/easily do 5 stars... but this place really worth it. It was my first time and for sure Ill go again. The waiters are very and really professionals. The food amazing. Someone might say it is expensive.... well... its not, with the amount and the quality of the food... it worth every penny. Unfortunately, I didnt take any photos, but it is a beautiful and clean place.

Meats are delicious and come around often. Lots of variety and a great atmosphere. Service can be slow if you go during weekend but that s expected anywhere.

The best Brazilian steak house I have ever been to in the whole Ontario. The service was absolutely phenomenal from both the servers and the waiter. They were super generous on the food amount and they keep up with the food serving speed to ensure that you will leave with a full belly! On top of all these, the food tasted amazing with a great selection of meat, can t wait to come back!
