1520 Steeles Ave W #103, Concord, ON L4K 3B9, Canada
Large, sleek all-you-can-eat destination offering Chinese, Korean & Thai dishes along with sushi.
Sashimi is fresh and delicious . But some dish comes very late. I ordered a lot of sweet shrimp and feel like they slow my service (30 mins waiting time ). Dim sum has little bit of fishy smell.
Prior to deciding to have lunch at this place today, my family and I phoned to ask for the price of lunch. Staff picked up the phone and encouraged us to pay in cash by stating, "if you pay cash, it's 10% off" After our meal, we asked for our bill. Our bill did not honour the 10% off, as promised. We decided to see the front cashier to clarify our bill. The front staff did not apologize or tried to correct our bill. The staff simply stated, "we do not do 10% off at this time because it is the Holidays plus there is no tax this month" We know it's the month of December. We also know about the no tax mandate at this time. This has nothing to do with what was promised to us. The reality is this restaurant fooled us by promising 10% off, if we pay in cash. They took their words back after luring us in! It is not about the bill. We can pay and did, in cash! It's all about principle. This is not good customer service. Do not trap your customers. Do not lie.
We got extra charged!! You only get 1 hour 30 min time to eat there, server took our tablet(you order through it) even 30 min early without even asking. Her attitude ruined our experience. Very rude, they won’t explain anything to you how the tablet works, the rules, we made a mistake of ordering 2 items in extra quantity. It was an accident. I explained to her. She didn’t pay attention. They are on rush has no time to explain things to us. As a result why do we have pay for that ? Later asked to pay 25$ extra just for that food. Sushi: 3/5 too much rice. Not enough flavour. Dim sum: 2/5 it was kinda dry. Tataki:3/5 portions are so tiny than it looks in the picture. Tempura: worst one so far. I couldn’t even eat 1. It’s that bad. I usually love tempura shrimp so much. Bbq beef: 4.5/ 5 this was really good. Calamari:1/5 super hard to chew. Wait time was 10 minutes, but first 30 min they give you random appetizers so you get full. However it was really awkward and not the vibe we were looking for. I couldn’t re-order anything I liked because of one mistake. So didn’t get the full experience. Their communication sucks but it’s your fault if you can’t understand their rules. They want you to make mistakes so they can make more money. You can see that after she took the tablet my husband was really upset. I added the picture here. At the end after negotiations they charged us extra 6$ for food and service fee plus 13%tax as usual. It’s not worth the hype.
Excellent customer service, great sushi selections, pretty decent ambience and clean washroom. Delivery of the food to the table is fast.
Cheap special lunch 23.99 reduced on beef to only 1 Thai basil stir fried beef but tender good beef. Servers have no smile; put down food plate whenever convenient to them,eg, at far table corner n customer need to reach out for them n move them in front to eat.. Restaurant jam pack customers very close to each other in center seating section ( making it liked a canteen atmosphere ; noisy n crowded)even thought there are many tables around. You can hear the whole conversation of person sitting next table...They have options to make seating spaces better but manager didn't see this point to enhance customers eating experiences.

168 used to be our frequent location for Japanese AYCE. Recently we revisited the place again and it’s still very nice place for sushi and sashimi. Ice creams are very good too, especially like the green tea and vanilla flavour here. They also have salad bar which you can help yourself. Menu items are offering a variety of options. Service is above average Chinese restaurants, recommended since they are having an anniversary special price right now, good value for the price!
This has been one of my very first sushi experiences here in Toronto. For those who enjoy visual and tactile experiences like seeing the food and getting what you want on their salad+dessert bars, it keeps this traditional component of this buffet experience. As they adapt to modern day innovation, they integrate the use of a tablet where customers can order their stuff and the food can be delivered by a robot. When I visited last week, I noticed that they have a shaved ice cream station wherein you can create your own dessert with toppings and sauces. Also, they have fruit punch and peach drinks too.
We ordered salmon roll, but they didn t send us. It was group of us after I complain. I got one sushi, salmon roll and we ordered 34 more times, but we didn t receive salmon roll none of us.
This buffet is like a dream come true for a hungry foodie. Having lots of cooked options is a bonus too something for everyone. Its the perfect place to sample a little bit of everything. This is one of my favorite places
Delicious food, grewt service!
They increased their prices during the government no-tax event. Scummy.
A really nice buffet, good prices, nice location and the place is fine for meetings or close deals with owners
Lots of food. Overall it was good. But all the food was too sweet. Wheelchair accessibility: Too tight Food : 3/5 |
Exceptionally nice for a buffet. Lots of selectio. For everything other than sushi. They focus on Salmon they dont have tuna except for in rolls and the rolls are generous with rice obvipusly because its a buffet. Both tataki are to die for. Service was stellar and made the experience really really nice
Good to do with family The price has become too expensive these days.
Midway while we were eating desserts. Waiter that takes the finish dishes came up to our table and said there is an additional $6 charge for not finishing a huge plate of rolls. Extremely rude to interrupt someone s meal demanding for $6. Customer service 101 is to ask customer how was the food and possibly what went wrong.
One of my favourite restaurants.A good variety of food in small portions.Fast service, nice servers.
Thank you, it s incredibly delicious, we tried everything! The service, the idea was great, for little money we ate and had a blast! Thank you! I advise
I used to like this place but today I feel like the management of the restaurant was not very good. Food took so long to arrive (about 1 hour for some items) and we were on a time crunch too. When we needed to get our bill a bunch of food arrived and we kept saying we didn t need it anymore but they kept bringing it. Watch out for the iPad glitch as it will randomly go from AYCE to A La carte and if you continue ordering, you will be charged a La carte prices! This happened in our group and instead of a small serving of chicken we got a massive 2 plates of it. The server initially tried to charge us for it until we told them about the glitch. As a result of having so much chicken our group ended up ordering less variety of food than we actually wanted. Took forever to get our bills and it felt like the place was understaffed. Had to ask twice for the bday promo as they kept changing servers for our table.
Good service but they failed to mention if you over order they charge additional $15 on top of your bill.
Every time Ive been here its been great, food comes out fast and the fish is usually fresh like 9/10 times its fresh. Service is quick as they should be if you have a time limit of 1.5 hours. Overall 4.5 stars great date night spot
Great portions, quick to receive after placing orders, friendly staff and great quality rolls
Good service
Overpriced. Charge almost $5 for tea.
Its okay compared to other Japanese places where you order all you can eat off Ipads. Some of the food is very mediocre like the bulgogi beef. And the dynamite roll tastes strange because they put mayo inside where everywhere else I go does not do that. The service is not that great to be honest. Half the stuff you order doesnt come or comes after a very long time when you are already ready to leave. Limited options for desserts. I will say the beef rubs ate very big and meaty. The teriyaki salmon is good and so are the beef dumplings.
Service was horrible, they treated us rudely and the food was nothing like the pictures. Way smaller portions and the taste wasnt satisfying.
Reasonably priced lunch special (by todays standards). Service ok, sometimes assistant is a robot server which seems to be more common nowadays. Small salad & desert bar which I appreciate. Will definitely return.
If you order pickup, please do yourself a favor, check your order right at the counter, those people are unable to fulfill orders correctly
Incredible selection
Service was friendly and fast. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety.
It used to be a decent place. I was a frequent visitor with my family for many years, but everything changed for the worse after COVID reopened businesses. The food declined in quality and variety, while the prices increased. The service also became terrible; charging $5 for tea at an all-you-can-eat restaurant is unacceptable. I voted with my wallet for a better place. Don t visit this restaurant if you value respect and quality. It either needs to change or face going out of business.
Always consistent food, great taste and quick service makes this place my go to neighborhood sushi place. It does get quite busy someyimes and waiting could cost you 30+ mins so just call to make a reservation before dinner or busier holiday times
AYCE. Excellent food and service. Build your own snow cone! Vegetarian options: Tofu protein options, as well as various veggie rolls. Food : 5/5 |
Nice food
Food has gone downhill in my opinion. Seems like less options as opposed to past years. They also got rid of most of the deserts on the menu as well. Service was very good though. Probably wouldn t be back as the food just isn t it anymore. Especially for the price during the weekend. Better off to go to Mandarin in my opinion.
They always gives less than the order. They think customers wont know . Food
I always like to treat myself here every payday. The buffet is great. I am a salmon fan but like other things too. And the desserts are always nice afterwards. Awesome place to fill up after my long walk there and to prepare for my long walk back.
Good place
Great all you can eat experience. Nice touch ordering through tablet. Food was hot and served within minutes of ordering.
I recently had a truly disappointing experience at [Restaurant Name]. The sushi was awful it smelled strange, tasted old, and had no freshness whatsoever. The rice was mushy, and the fish had a weird, off-putting taste. What made it even worse was the way they brought out the food. Dishes were served at long intervals, which left me too full by the time the rest of the meal arrived. It felt like they intentionally spaced out the servings to make you feel too stuffed to finish, and then they charged me extra for leftovers. Definitely not worth the money, and I won t be coming back.
No bad, but not too much opinions of sushi.
Sushi was fresh af The lunch special price is legitable. Food
The food is good, but the waiters are all over the place. Within a period of 1.5 hrs, we were served twice. Many items were missed. Not a good experience for an all u can eat buffet.
The 168 Sushi in Ottawa on Meadowlands and Merivale is the best
Good restaurant.
10/10
Best AYCE sushi place in Toronto area
Food is awesome . Buffet was great
Ordered a party tray through uber eats. I choose a time slot for pick up. Got there on time but the server told us to wait 10 minutes, not a problem. We waited outside for more than 10 minutes, got inside and they told us it s not ready yet. The server abruptly told us that the kitchen is very busy. Understandable but we also have our reasons as to why we want it picked up that time. If they cant fulfill our order, they should not have taken it in the first place.
Very good sushi place.
Second time going & they had improved so much, Restaurant had incredibly quick customer service & food came quick as-well after ordering off the tablet. They had some appetizers, soups & desserts which can be self served too! A robot can also serve you your food as-well. Would definitely come back someday!
Not a bad stop but there are better places for a similar price
Expensive/overpriced. The sushi is decent. The atmosphere is loud and crowded. There is no real customer service at all, they just drop off your food as fast as humanly possible and dont engage.
Menu has lots of variety. Easy ordering on an iPad. Very busy on weekends during dinner. Would recommend making a reservation. They do not take debit; credit cards and cash only. Staff is friendly. Theres a salad and soup self serve station for miso, hot and sour and wonton soup. Theres also a dessert selection self serve section that includes ice cream.
Very delicious food, lots of choices and waitress Lili was very nice and very knowledgeable, she explained everything to us very nicely. I wish there was more variations of sushi with cooked salmon and more deep fried sushi. We dont eat shrimp and crab and raw fish too. Thank you.
I ve went to the London location many times and decided to try the one in Vaughan. Everything tasted different than normal and not as many options . Was disappointed as I usually like coming but wasn t the same
Servers are not friendly today. Food was good.
Decent food, decent service. Nothing spectacular but they should probably look into cleaning their plates a bit more.
The sushi here is amazing so fresh and with a great variety to suit all different tastes. The staff is very attentive, constantly checking in to see if you need anything else, and they promptly clear away any extra plates to give you more room for new orders. I highly recommend this place if you re a sushi lover and want top-quality food.
All you can eat Sushi and other East asian food. Good service and food is not bad. I enjoyed Sushi but can not say the same about other foods. i-Pad menu ordering for buffet. They do have a regular menu too for a la carte. Little pricey. $40+ per person for dinner.
Took em half the table time to bring out some food.
Good place with good menu. Good service overall. Food
This place deserves a higher rating. Great food, good price. Amazing service.
Very busy sushi and more place. Service is very fast and professional. The price for buffet is very competitive. It has also a salad station and a sweets station. The taste is very good the presentation is always awesome. Please come and have a dinner.
This was our first time being here. I would say that the sushi was pretty decent (although our stomachs was complaining a bit afterwards) compared to sushi restauraunts from all around the GTA. When we came to the restaurant, the atmosphere was quite packed & vibrant and ordering the sushi was pretty convenient with a tiny tablet. Good expereince!
I don t know why the rice was partly raw and I had to tell the server that. I lost my appetite afterwards. The server was a good person. Just the quality of the sushi was no good. Also the sushi had too much rice. For the price you pay for a buffet, they should have better sushi quality and I don t understand why the ratings are so high.
We dine in at it was amazing!!
Went for lunch here with a group of 9, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. Pretty, clean, and organized place, too. The ice shaving machine is a treat. I just wish they didnt drizzle mango sause on every roll, eg. The green dragon Im used to does not have mango drizzle on it, but it does in this place.... It kinda ruined it for some members of my group and I.
Went for dinner, The food was not fresh. Service was not good. I felt sick after eating, only had maybe 10 pieces of sushi. About 10 staff kept circling our table to make sure myself and one friend didnt eat our other 2 friends food. They had the buffet. Myself l cant eat a lot so I did a la cart, the other person was vegan and she did a la cart. It took 3 times as long to get a la cart compared to all you can eat. We had to sit at different tables, which is disappointing, especially when it was a birthday dinner for my boyfriend. It is very hard to eat when you have 10 staff monitoring you. Very disappointing, will not eat here again. I highly do not recommend it.
Wonderful staff, value for money is great.
Not as good as before , i have to find another place ayce for my family next time
I came in on an afternoon, got seated, ordered through an iPad that the lady gave me, when I finished ordering through the iPad, I said that I was done ordering and the tall guy just walked off instead of helping me (if someone asks for help you should at least help , not just walk away without helping) other than that the food and service was good.
Food was great
I recently visited this all-you-can-eat restaurant and had an unpleasant experience with their customer service. I ordered the Green Dragon Roll but didnt like the mango sauce on top. I informed the server, but she showed no concern. I ordered the same roll again, specifically asking for no mango sauce. When it arrived, I ate the inside of the sushi but left the rice and the mango sauce. To my surprise, the manager told me I had to pay extra because I didnt finish the rice. I was shocked by the lack of understanding and care from both the server and the manager. I don t recommend this place if youre expecting good customer service or flexibility with your order. Very disappointing!
good
Rolls were a bit large but other than that it was delicious
I recently visited 168 Sushi with my family and had a nice time, but the food did not meet our expectations. We were informed about a $23 promotion, but it excluded key items like shrimp and beef. Since my dad doesn t eat sushi, we opted for the regular $30 menu. Unfortunately, we discovered that shrimp was only available as tempura. Additionally, the salad bar was disappointing mostly empty, with raw mango and rusty lettuce. I hope you can address these issues for future customers.
Lots of variety for sushi
service was quick, lunch ayce selection was small, quality was okay, they had a walk up dessert station that had good choices like pudding and shaved ice maker but the ice cream and wasabi didnt have much flavour
The business is friendly and service was fast
They are taking tips without your permission!
Very Good Sushi&Sashimi
The food is great. Friendly staff. Good price. I love the idea of extra charge to avoid food waste, I wish more restaurants adapt the idea.
Wow I like this place
My friend take me here, chicken and beef appetizers are very good, gyoza, and noodles are good too. However, we ordered sushi several times and our orders for sushi never comes we called the server many times we full with appetizers not with sushi.
Vegetarian options: There are salads and vegetarian sushi. Dietary restrictions: A lot of dairy, and meat options Parking: A lot of parking. Kid-friendliness: There is no violence. Its just a buffet. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or bumps.
Excellent
Staff was not very friendly they seemed like robots. Dessert buffer was lacking. Very boring. Food was good.
Ive been a loyal customer at this restaurant for almost six years, consistently opting for the all-you-can-eat menu. Unfortunately, Ive noticed a significant decline in both quality and service over the past few visits. The bar in the middle, which used to be filled with a variety of options, has been noticeably emptier lately. The overall speed of service has also decreased, which has been frustrating. On three separate occasions, after ordering, the service slowed down considerably, and at some point, they stopped bringing out the rest of our orders. This has happened despite the fact that I always dine with a group of four friends, all of us choosing the all-you-can-eat option. To address these issues, I attempted to speak with the manager. However, when I asked the staff to connect me, they rudely hung up the phone. As a sushi lover who has considered this place a favorite for years, its disappointing to see such a decline in both the quality of the food and the service. With the prices going up and the overall experience deteriorating, Im left feeling very dissatisfied.
Food
This is good for an AYCE place. Service was quick, food was decent, and they had a special on Fridays lunch.
The food was amazing! Service was very quick! I will definitely be coming back again.
This is the last best all you can eat sushi buffet in Woodbridge. Every other sushi place around has lost quality. We are in a recession and you are still serving excellent food. I will be back. Please do not change!!
Worst sushi place I ever went to The plates and the utensils they have were dirty The floor of the restaurant is very slippery and when I mentioned that to some of the waiters they responded in a rude way saying We dont care as long as the slippery sign is on the floor Note: the floor of the restaurant was slippery not because something was spilled on it but because of the material of the floor itself is super slippery In a nutshell the cleanliness level of the utensils was awful Customer service level was awful
food took way too long, the portion is small too, not worth it !
My favorite place where it is always delicious and relatively inexpensive prices. The pluses are a huge selection of everything, pleasant staff, a convenient menu on a tablet, for people who, like me, do not like to talk to others, or do not speak English well, this is ideal. I sincerely recommend. The downside is that the establishment is almost always full of people and the incredible noise will disturb you if you were hoping to enjoy a quiet and cozy place. If, like me, noise does not bother you, then this place is definitely worth a visit
Weve been to 168 Sushi several times, and its always a great experience! The location is accessible, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent . The staff are friendly and welcoming. During our second visit, I noticed two staff members, Liam and Lily, who served us. They did a fantastic job, and I just want to give them a shoutout for their excellent customer service. Thank you, 168 Sushi, Liam, and Lily. See you next time and keep up the good work!
Go to a different location, do not eat here. The menu prices are more expensive than other locations and the (avail in all locations) events do not apply here. The manager is mentally insane and should never be allowed to work in customer service or restaurant. When told about the chicken skewers and wing being uncooked and pink with blood, she kept on insisting that the chicken was fully cooked and we were doing this because we were trying to get out of paying the fee for leftovers. When asked if she was a chef she said yes and a few minutes later said no. When she was told to bring a chef to see if the chicken was cooked, she gave us a death stare and stood there biting her lips before being told to go away.
Great place to take the family for all you can eat sushi. Simple tablet to order and a robot brings the food, the kids will love it Kid-friendliness: They have fries and wings for kids.
Ordered from the A la carte menu. They showed us our bill first before they processed our order. Ordered a bento box of sushi and sashimi and they didn t provide wasabi. They treated us like we can not afford to pay for our meals.
This is NO anything to eat 168 choices?, no actually just 3~4 thats it Rest of them are garbage Food : 1/5
They had a very diverse menu, offering many types of sushi, side dishes and desserts.
No sashimi for lunch but plenty of sushi rolls to order from. The variety of food are great. Place your order through the iPad and the staff will bring the food out for you.
The food were so good, service was great, will definitely visit again!
FANTASTIC AYCE!! Must visit!!
We entered the restaurant we were greeted by a staff member who had a sour face, technically everyone who work there have sour faces, no smile or nothing, making the atmosphere feel unpleasant, as if the staff are suffering. The dishes were very dirty and unhygienic. The food tasted old and funny. This is a very busy area and this restaurant s standard is a joke.
Food is very delicious. People are friendly as well.
No more 168 Sushi. Quality of food changed into 1 star. Rice is old with some side taste. Rolls taste bad, sashimi taste like put of water. Miss soup is like water, no taste to it. Also cold, maybe because Uber driver makes few stops before delivering, dont know why I paid tips?! Received 2 small containers of half soya sauce. Spend after taxes about $130, As a regular customer, i am very disappointed.
As you enter the restaurant, they have someone there asking you how much you want to spend and they give you a menu to choose. We said let us sit down and have a look at the menu. They said no you have to choose first how much you want to spend before we give you a table
Great food wonderful staff lots of parking
The most amazing place weve been to! Delicious food, big variety of dishes, its pricey but totally worth it!
5 stars for the sushi 0 star for the deserts 1 start for sides buffet 0 star for service 2 star for ambient Sushi is amazing, you can tell someone knows what he s doing. Rice is body temperature, very nicely plated, attention to details and very well executed. Side buffet really doesn t need to be there. Lettuce, frozen seafood boiled and miso soup? Don t bother. Not to mention the deserts on that buffet, please, don t even go see them. Service is like non existent. You don t have soy sauce, chopsticks, wasabi and ginger, water nothing! You have to ask for everything and at least twice. Environment is nice, very very loud though! You can t even talk! But don t get me wrong, it s not the music! It s the servers throwing dishes in a bucket like crazy! When we came in, the hostess warned us but we didn t think it was that bad! Overall not a total bad experience but also not the best one. If you are downtown, you might want to check other place first. Am I coming back? Very unlikely.
Having dined at several other locations of this restaurant, I can honestly say that my experience at this one was by far the most disappointing. Our waitress was impatient and sometimes outright rude; the food itself was not bad, but our orders just kept getting mixed up and/or missing items (wed order 10 grilled shrimps and only got 5) - and this wasnt even in rush hour, the place was half empty, so theres clearly no reason for the kitchen staff/servers to make so many mistakes.
This was the absolute worst sushi I have ever eaten in my entire life and I will unfortunately never ever step foot in here again. I was so excited for all-you-can eat sushi and had been waiting for it all day and this was a serious let down. I felt like retching and puking while trying to eat what I ordered so that I did not get charged with additional fees due to not eating what was ordered. I felt physically repulsed while forcing myself through my meal. I don t know what was wrong with it, but the California roll I ate tasted awful (and every other roll for that matter). The seaweed and quite a few rolls tasted almost rotten? I have never tasted something so yucky in my life. It tasted off putting and rancid. I never leave reviews and frankly I didn t want to even complain at the establishment, but I had to bring it to the staff s attention. I paid full price for my meal and this was my birthday meal. I was and am very disgusted and down about this experience. I even ate two pieces of a dessert that I am not quite fond of to get the rancid taste out of my mouth after forcing myself to eat the rolls I ordered. I have previously eaten these types of rolls with the same names at other all you can eat sushi establishments and I have never tasted them this horrific. I went in here starving and I left clinging my tummy with a stomach ache. Dissappointed would be an understatement. Truly felt like such a waste of money. I have never wanted to walk out and not pay for an awful meal more in my life. Please if you can avoid this establishment, I truthfully would steer clear. This sushi did not taste fresh or authentic and the cleanliness was sub par at best. For the amount of money spent $81.34 for two people this was just appalling.
vegan options good presentation
Typical sushi place but it has tablet service and the food comes pretty fast
Ive always brought my family here for special nights out. This past week we were celebrating a special birthday. When they brought the bill we were told we were going to be charged $10 for not eating 3 pieces of sashimi and an additional $1 for anything else wasted. We had 2 single pieces of uneaten sushi. This was from a large party of 8. Them charging $12 for a few food scraps is ridiculous! We gagged down the few pieces, and it wasnt enjoyable at all because they literally stood there and watched us eat them. Very disappointing after spending over $300 on the meal. I dont think a few food scraps is the same as wasting food. Wont return. Unless youre willing to lick your plate clean while they watch, I would suggest going there.
We come here somewhat often, however this time the service was absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. We sit down(2 people) we ordered our food on the tablet, we ordered a total of 7 roll sets. 4 of those were California. After some time, only 2 sets of the California came, so I make a note to ask why only 2 if we ordered 4, the lady then proceeds to tell/ask me theres 7 rolls, will you guys finish it? And if theres left extra, you have to pay for it. I say I understand, but I ordered them for a reason so I want them please. Then the lady proceeds to ASK AND SAY THE SAME STUFF ANOTHER 2-3 TIMES. That is so extremely rude and ridiculous. After I confirmed that the first time that I still want it the way it was ordered, that should had been it, but she kept being rude and disrespectful. That type of behavior from the workers is disgusting. As well, I sat with an empty cup of coke for at least 10-15 min without ANYONE coming to ask( which every other time I was there, they would do that). Again, have some basic manners and dont be rude to your costumers. And the funny thing? Each one of those sushi and what we ordered was finished. Needless to say, this place has lost us 2, all of our family members and friends, as well as a large online community will be made aware of this.
Some of the sushi wasn t fresh at all.
Always fresh Always on time Always delicious. Simply put the best.
Spacious space, delicious food, satisfied with service
The food is always fresh and the staff are always quick.
I went with my friends to celebrate a birthday and we gave them a cake to hold on to as we were gonna give it at the end. The atmosphere was perfect and the food was beyond delicious.
It was an amazing experience. Everything fresh right off the kitchen
Over all it is a nice all you can restaurant. I recommend smoked sushis. Only thing is the price. I think it is over price. Service was good but need to ask for refill for water. Food : 5/5
One of the few AYCE places left with great quality food and exceptional service. Servers run around to fulfill orders, yet they re friendly, accommodating and attentive. Tables beside us got cleaned while we were waiting for an order and he showed truly how sanitary his procedure was. All and all together, pretty great service and food selection to choose from Vegetarian options: Series of good selection to choose here Parking: Plenty Free parking Kid-friendliness: Food menu is so vast that easily accommodate any age range cravings
Worst service ever! This place keeps getting worse in customer service. Food gets hours to get to your table so don t go with hungry kids as they will cry. Staff are rude and checked ID for kids age only because the kid looked big in size. Never apologized to us for lack of trust. Very embarrassing in front of our guests. Not worth the price at all. It s unfortunate that the serving staff take away all the hard work of the kitchen staff.
Event lunch special menu $23.99+tax. The store s 4 rating should come from the Regular Menu. I probably won t come here specially for lunch anymore. Maybe try the regular dinner menu?
Been to many 168 Sushi and by far this one was the most unorganized and unfriendliest. The food was decent but a lot never made it to our table and stuff we ordered from the beginning (such as rice) came when we were preparing for the bill.
Loved the food and atmosphere as it was absolutely stunning. I think the food is absolutely delicious and or quality for the price you pay. You get to order from an ipad as well as choose desserts from their buffet style section.
Great place for all you can eat
I ordered 168 sushi from Uber Eats and canceled the order within four minutes when it didn t show that the restaurant had picked up the order. Upon canceling, there was no indication that I would be charged. However, my bank statement shows that 168 Sushi decided to charge us $80 for a meal that was never made. This is a total scam. When contacted, they claimed to have too many orders to look through, despite us providing the order number. Absolutely unacceptable and a clear way of taking hardworking people s money. Avoid ordering from them through Uber Eats.
Love coming here. Service is fast and staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is that a basic service should be providing water and not having to constantly ask. I understand it can get busy but then you may want to consider putting pitchers on each table.
It s pretty good for an AYCE, the service and food are consistent in quality. Fountain drinks are included with the meal (nestea, coke, etc.) with refills. Sashimi is always presented nicely and they have a nice selection of soups and ice cream. This location is a lot nicer than the Mississauga location 100%, I would recommend for a nice dinner
A decent place for AYCE food is good service is slow at times and some orders get missing or super delayed but overall good value for money
The menu es kind small . Not a lot of choice for 50$ . The sushi are not tasty and seems that the rice was not fresh . Anyway the selection of food items is very small , you could find better buffet sushi s for this price .
There isnt a wide variety of desserts or salad. Its okay. Its a quick fix
This was my first time ever having torch sushi and I was so excited . The torch salmon was great. I really enjoyed the sashimi and for sushi, the 168 roll was absolutely AMAZING!!! the special Wagyu Sushi was so good; Melt in your mouth. Also the best takoyaki Ive had from a sushi joint. Lots of options for everyone.
