Went for a take out dish. Service wasn't the quickest and the staff weren't the happiest but this could be due to it being towards the end of the dinner rush. The food was really good with a wide selection of items at a reasonable price, definitely worth visiting
Hons is an authentic casual Chinese restaurant. They make everything to order and have an extensive menu. When we go, our fav 3 dishes are the BBQ fried rice, tofu with rock salt as well as the black pepper chicken with broccoli. When ordering we usually ask them to withhold the black pepper sauce on the chicken with broccoli as sometimes we find that it’s too much sauce. We have previously had other dishes such as wontons, sweet and sour pork, eggplant, hot and sour soup, mixed veggies, Shanghai noodles etc and have enjoyed those as well. There really isn’t anything we didn’t like. Service is typical Chinese restaurant style so don’t be shy to flag the servers down as they can get busy.
We would rate this restaurant 0 star if we could, The portions are big, but the smell of the food is horrendous so you will not even get to eat the food. It’s sticky and the vegetables are discoloured (the broccoli is grey and yellow…) We ended up letting them know how bad everything was and it was definitely a health hazard to consume and still had to pay full price which is very disappointing.
I went to Hon’s Wun-Tun House yesterday for the first time in about a year or two. I was very disappointed and surprised when I had realized the flavour of the food had gone downhill. I used to love Hons cause they used to have Good portions and amazing flavour for a good price however, things have turned for the worse recently and now even the cheaper TNT meals you can get at the mall tastes better than the food on this day. The wonton soup was super salty and tasted very fishy which i’ve never experienced in a wonton soup before (i love wonton soup so that was surprising that it tasted so wierd). I also ordered the beef and brocoli crispy Chow Mein, which is no longer on their menu but the lady said they could make it which is why I gave them a high rating for the service. The chow mein (the whole thing including the beef) tasted a bit wrong like if it shouldn’t be eaten. Not sure how to describe the flavour but it just tasted off and wrong to eat. It was not the flavour I had known and loved hons for, instead it tasted wierd. I am incredibly disappointed that one of my previous favourite chinese food spots no longer have good flavour and have gone downhill. We did order other things as well and honestly the only thing i liked from this whole meal is the rice. I will be on the search for better chinese food restaurants because i’m so sad and disappointed that this one won’t hold up to a good standard anymore. The service was really good however and they were very quick, efficient and kind so good job on the service. It was the food that was a big turn off. I hope they are able to bring back their old good flavour they used to have in their food and improve on the quality and flavour.
This restaurant uses low quality ingredients and the food smells weird. The worst problem is that the servers are very rude. If you order a little bit, they keep staring at you and being rude. I will never go to this restaurant again.
Hon's on Coquitlam is one of my go to to pick up a quick dinner. I usually pop in and check out the presented BBQ and roasted duck, pork and chicken in the display. I am always greeted by friendly staff and my food is always up to standard.
Ohmygosh I almost don't want to leave a review as if I do it will bring attention to this secret gem and possibly drive the price up. The food is sooo good! And the servings are HUGE!!! DEFINITELY coming back!
So delicious, definitely authentic quality Chinese food and the best sweet and sour pork you'll ever have. It's crunchy on the outside and coated in that sticky sweet sauce. The way they flame wok their dishes just adds so much flavour.
Parking: Street mall parking Food
Not a great place but one of the best in the area. Service is fast and food is decent enough.
It was ok
A place with very traditional dishes, the service is fast and the prices reasonable. A good option if you are in the area
Best wonton soup in the TriCities
I had the 3 BBQ meat platter. Portion was not bad for 18$. But the sui Mai I ordered was ridiculous. 8.50$ for four pieces of frozen bought dumpling. Very small and tasteless. Chili oil has zero taste and zero spice.
The place was clean and food was great. We ordered dumpling and bbq and roast pork along with their house special noodles. Just Need to remind them to reduce the amount of soya sauce they put on the roast /bbq pork. : everything was great though.
Very authentic, delicious, well-priced food. Been my preferred Chinese restaurant in the tri-cities for years. The Singapore noodles were yummmm
We had lunch at Hon s wonton house in Coquitlam on the weekends. We were super disappointed on the quality of the foods that we had ordered. Half of BBQ duck costs us $24 plus tax, all we got was bone and skin of the bbq duck, no duck meat on the plate, the $15 beef black bean sauce, the beef were rubbery chewy, and the seafood hotpot was full of vermicelli underneath the thin seafood layer on top. What a RIPOFF , below 1 for Hon s Wonton House in Coquitlam. Dinners do yourself a favour GO SOMEWHERE ElSE INTEAD! AVOID HON S WONTON HOUSE
Having diarrhea right now after eaten here last night.
Food is very good, service is also good...atmosphere could be better....old building.
The food at this place is consistently great, and we frequently opt for takeout or delivery. However, the service could use some improvement when we dine in.
Had a quick lunch here twice this week. Food was hot, tasty, and served by friendly and pleasant staff. Parking: easy peasy
Delicious food.
Everyone in Coquitlam knows to avoid this restaurant. Food quality and cleanliness is really bad.
Work nearby. Found the restaurant for lunch today. Was there around 2:40pm for takeout. Ordered some house special chow mein. It has prawns, chicken, Bok Choy, and Chinese pork. Within 3 minutes of me ordering it, the food was ready. As another said, there is no way this was cooked fresh and was likely reheated. Im from a Chinese family so have had fresh chow mein plenty. The noodles did not even taste good. Dont eat here.
A regular Cantonese restaurant with a big menu and freshly cooked food, free bottomless tea, decent prices and big servings. I have been coming here a few times per year for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. I am not crazy about jiaozi/potstickers in general so cant comment on their signature dish, but have enjoyed many menu items from congee and soup to noodle, veg and meat dishes. My only issue is that I cannot come here more often, as I live hours away. Most recent order was sweet and sour cod, with corn and chicken soup. I could hardly believe how much cod we got, the batter was nice and thin and the fish was thick-such a great value, I am sure if I had bought that cod at the market, it would have cost almost as much as the cooked dish (ie big portions and good price.) Service is like a typical HK diner, (not smiling and charming like Western style but prompt and efficient.) I hope this place outlasts me.
The food used to be so good. Today I had to add a ridiculous amount of salt to everything, the chow mein was SO thick and not edible with no taste.. The chicken corn soup had no flavour either, after adding salt pepper and soy sauce it was a bit more doable. Too overpriced for the quality they re serving. Food
My family always enjoy our meals here. Good prices and the soy chicken and barbecue pork is our favorite.
They have amazing BBQ pork I order it for takeout all the time it is sooo good. Price is very reasonable as well!
Vegetarian options: Has some Dietary restrictions: Some options Parking: Lots of spots, shared between multiple units Kid-friendliness: Lots of family s visit Wheelchair accessibility: Has some
Hons use to be the best place in town for a hot bowl of wonton soup. The establishment has sunk, as they closed shop in Richmond, New Westminster, and Vancouvers Chinatown as they couldnt compete with other Asian restaurants that provided better quality of foods and prices. The food served at Hons is bland now and just plain.......tasteless. The portions of food are smaller but the prices are higher. Its like that anywhere you go now but you better have the flavors to compensate for the inflation....sadly they dont. There are other Asian restaurants in town that are much, much better than Hons.
We usually find a new dish to try. Food is delicious and reasonable priced. Quick service if you are in a hurry. Open over holidays.
Great place, real high-quality food (especially the bbq pork) the service was really quick.
Decent food. Like their potstickers. Dislike the funky fermented fish dishes. Food : 3/5
We love the food and it s reasonable prices
Ordered takeout and never again. Fried rice was terrible!!!! Really disappointed with inconsistencies.
Everything was good. I couldnt finish it so I took some home This is what Im taking home Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Good for people with mobility problems
Gave this place 1 star only because I cant rate it a 0 or else I would have. Only came to this location because Han Lin in new Westminster was closed. This hons gets a huge 0 rating from me. Cheap with sauce, quantity and quality and rude customer service. The food quality was insanely poor and is very inconsistent. For the price you pay and the quality of food you are served, you leave feeling ripped off.
By far one of the worst places I ve been for Chinese. Tasteless food, aweful service, they are cheap with hot sauce, soya sauce and even the napkins, like trying to get blood from a stone. If you want the hons experience go to Han Lin in new west (formerly known as Hons) still the same menu, AMAZING food, service is super fast oh and the hot sauce and soya sauce are on the table with as much as you want. Plus the prices are better. The workers at this place really should go over and see the difference. Do NOT waste your money eating here (hons coquitlam) absolutely a waste of money. GO TO HAN LIN (NEW WESTMINSTER you won t be sorry. And the dim sum is half the price
delicious! quick service! Last time I visited the service has improved :) so Im giving this a 5-star Food
Poorly managed staff, orders took a very long time. Snuck a peek while going to the washroom, and saw one chef working alone. Have heard that many staff quit in the past few months and it shows in the quality decline. Sad because this used to be one of my favorite places to dine in Coquitlam whenever I made the drive across the border.
I like the robot waiter.
Lunch time was not too busy today, menu is very straight forward, most of the items on the menu are the common ones. Great for quick Chinese food cravings
Quick meal and value for money
Very disappointed. We ordered sauteed chicken with mixed veggies and cashew and pot stickers. The pot stickers were okay. But the chicken dish hardly had any flavor. They used frozen carrots and canned mushrooms. Instead of little chunks of chicken, it looked like they used ground chicken. We used to go to the Hons in New West a lot. Although I wouldnt call it authentic Chinese food by any stretch, at least they use fresh ingredients and their food has decent flavor. This was a big disappointment.
I was jonesing for dim sum and my fav restaurant was closed so I tried this place. It was not good. Only have a few dim sum options. The sticky rice was dry and flavourless. If you re looking for dim sum don t look here.
Hons used to be a very respectable noodle house due to its history way back in 1974 vancouver chinatown. I was so disappointed with their quality of food nowadays, whatever happened to this business? I ordered the simplest items beef brisket egg noodle and pork potstickers, they cannot even do these. For the Caucasians who think Hons is good, sorry to rain on your parade, find another place to go to get your money worth please! I cant even finished my food and left!
Always delicious and consistent with attentive and efficient service. Ive been coming to HONs for three decades. Its a must!
It s a waste of money ordering food here. Their deep fried fish is mostly coated with flour and has been over fried. Taste like a fried flour and not fish so we end up throwing it to the garbage ..
Always reliably great!
Comfort Chinese food. Quick, Chinese diner style restaurant. A great place to come along for a quick bite. No judgement. A few tables for larger groups, and a few longer tables to seat the lone diners. The usual staples - wonton soup, BBQ meats ready to chop, noodles, fried rice, congee, etc. I had lunch combo A (bowl of white rice, topped with BBQ pork and soy chicken, with generous side of wonton soup) and was full when I left. Less than $15. Prices are quite reasonable, and service was quick. In and out with plenty of time to spare on my lunch break. Parking: Nice.
order take out last night, 4/5 dishes were ok but the honey garlic pork was almost inedible. most pieces were all batter, bone and fat.
The decor could use an update, but the food was great. Excellent char shiu.
Over 30 years I ve been. And perfection every time. Kind, sweet, welcoming environment. Food is always Thank you. Vegetarian options: Eat what you can eat. Dietary restrictions: Eat what you can. Parking: Lots of free parking! Kid-friendliness: Yes. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
Coming from a Chinese person, this is NOT authentic Cantonese food. Food is not up to quality. The yum cha place at Henderson and Neptune(Coquitlam centre) would be the better option.
Cheap and cheerful place. Has an extensive menu.
Excellent and tasty food! Servers very attentive and dilligent! Overall, a great dining experience! Sweet and sour pork Crunchy outside and tender inside! So flavorful! The rice dish was smoky and flavorful! And seafood chow mein was very good!
Peking Duck $71 . worth
The wor wonton was lacking in variety, a bit strong on the fish and the pork was tough.
Incredible service and spot on food! The menu can be overwhelming...but try the set courses offered. If youre looking for this style of Chinese food its definitely worth a try.
Hons is Hons. The same bland interior decor and indifferent service. The quality of food seems to have deteriorated over the years for their wonton and potstickers.
Very cozy place with great food! Ive tried the eggplant and tofu, grilled rice cakes and deep fried fish with broccoli and they were delicious! I recommend!
Classic Chinese with wonderful dumplings, congee and BBQ pork. Looking for real Chinese without pretention, this is for you. Want up-to-date decor and lots of Western food, pick somewhere else. Parking: Lots of spaces in the plaza, often not near the restaurant when its busy Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level throughout
This is my go to for Chinese food. I worked in Vancouver and use to go to Keefer st. When Hons came to Coquitlam I was so excited. Good quality food that doesnt drain the pocket book. Pot Stickers and Crispy noodle are my favs. Service is always quick wait staff are great. Good take out to ready always in 15 minutes. Good delivery as well. Love this place.
Great place to eat always has been for years. Food comes fast and good. I always feel like Im treating myself when I dine there. Highly recommend
Gotta just love the sight of everyone enjoying their food. I have been going to this place for 15 years. No regrets. Food is quick and so good but dont expect to chat the server up
Food was great at a reasonable price
Food is always good service ok the place itself is soso
Good quality Chinese food, no nonsense service and clean surroundings. Designed for a good meal and quick service. Cant complain. Wheelchair accessibility: Theres a curb ramp and easy access through the front doors. But, the doors arent automated
Its a friendly place and the dumplings are famous and delicious, but most of the food we ordered was either bland or not good enough.
used to be our families chinese food place. our last visit was last. food changed prices our unfair to quality of food. my fried seafood house special was missing most seafood other than 2peices of squid all was chicken. 2pieces off bed and rest is boiled chicken the sause was like think molasses and all I could ysstexwas corn starch. war wonton had colored water no broccoli also cheapened out on veg. finally the disgrace off them all was bbq duck with noodle in was was supposed to be duck broth. duck was not fresh noodle was very starchy and you can taste cheap loony store flavor. totally overpriced and honestly bad quality food. many other Chinese places better food and much more afortable . funny thing is I complained but nothing was done they charged us for full meal no appologies.
They just got shut down for health violations. Mice and rodent droppings found on counters and shelves . Yuck
Apparently very unsanitary place according to the health authority. I would have a hard time wanting to eat here.
Raccacoonie works here.
the restaurant was ordered to shut immediately for multiple health violations that gave it a high hazard rating. For example, foods werent covered properly; in some cases, just a cloth towel was used and in others blue plastic garbage bags were used to wrap food in coolers. Raw meat and fish werent properly separated from sauces and cooked foods so proper separation was required, and the restaurant was told to use only food-grade plastic to cover foods and rodent-proof containers for dry goods. The inspector also noted mice and rodent droppings in several areas, including shelving, counters, and beside clean plates and called for a full assessment by professional pest control, as well as ongoing pest control. Concerns were also raised about the accumulation of dirt, grease and food debris under, behind and beside all equipment, and shelving as well as on doors, floors, walls and part of the ceiling.
It was very good noodle soup .. and priced very very competitive.
Best salt n pepper tofu
It used to be five stars but changed it because of the rat infestation. i wont be eating here again. last time i ate here. i got a bad stomachache that lasted 3 day.
Always consistent. And Always good.
I ordered dish number 96, stir-fried noodle with cabbage and pork, and it came out quickly. The cabbage is not visible, and the pork appears to be half fat and half meat. I dont know if the udon noodles were unboiled or half-cooked and then put in the refrigerator, but even though the noodles were stir-fried during the cooking process, they werent that hot and I ate them, but it was a bit difficult to chew as the flour dough broke apart. . I dont know if anything else will be okay.
The restaurant served fast food style Chinese dishes. Very reasonable price.
Decently priced authentic chinese food. Same price as crystal mall food court but bigger portions..
Good Food. Snobbery from Staff. I always get the food to go because their staff have zero personality.
Dirty restaurant, rude staff. The food is really good, but the hygiene of the store is disgusting
Large take out order.
Been a minute since I was here, but I am glad that the food is still delicious! Tried the lunch menu most recently and the deals/portions and quality are all tops. Treat your taste buds!
This place needs to shut down permanently... the food gave me bad stomach reactions... a week later I find out they were ordered to shut down immediately by the BC Fraser Health Authority. If you have the stomach to read what they practiced, then you can search for the articles about the incident. But after reading those articles I will NEVER return to this place. I wouldnt even call this place a restaurant. This is a cesspool of rodents, bacteria, viruses and health violations. Steer clear if you want to stay safe.
I love coming here for some classics, I always grab crispy chicken wings, bbq duck or bbq pork and definitely always some noodles. I often grab the chow main or beef chow fun. This is always where I come to stock up on my pot stickers, you cant beat a Hons dumpling. We even feature Hons on our food menu at our restaurant. Hons is a staple if you grew up in BC. Unfortunately, the food can be inconsistent at times. The wings arent always crispy and seasoned the same. I have to mention to have them made crispy and extra seasoning. Same with the noodles, I think it depends on what day you decide to come in or whos working in the kitchen. Until then, Ill continue to come. But I hate to feel picky and give special requests and have them accommodate me.
I ordered a takeout dinner and it was a bit disappointing. Almost no flavor, just a lithe bit of meat and veggies on top of tons of noodles. No napkins, chopsticks or soy sauce. First and last time for sure.
Havent ordered from Hons in a long time, decided to get food through uber eats. The food was delivered well within the estimated time and the food was very good. Not a lot of places offer a cod and tofu (bean curd) hotpot but this place does.
Good food
We ordered chicken and pork, noodles. & for dinner , fresh and Delicious. Very good serving. Economy price. Parking: Good Kid-friendliness: Good
Vegetarian options: Nice vegetarian selection Food
Been coming here 20+ years and still unmatched for food quality and fast service without compromising any mistakes on orders.
i grew up in richmond. best chinese food in coquitlam by far.
Simple Cantonese food done well
Food arrives fast severs are very impersonal
Use to go to the original Hons in Chinatown when I was a younger man. Wontons are still as good as I remembered and I love the noodles.
The restaurant was clean and had long tables lined up together, and there were only a couple of small groups in there for dinner. The service was very quick, and the food was fresh and hot, as well as tasty. Our waitress was paying attention, and all we had to do was look at her, and she brought us exactly what we needed/wanted. And it was not very expensive at all.
Messed up our order couple times in a row.
Food is really good, and consistent since we started eating there 14 years ago! Wonderful people once you get to know them. Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options. Parking: Ample parking spaces.
They have the best Chinese food in town. You should try their Singapore Noodles.
The best crispy noodles. Very authentic
Good food for fair prices. Quick service.
Used to be a great place, new management has terrible cooks, staff is worst Ive ever seen, 45 yrs of eating Asian foods and this is the worst experience ever! You think one dish ok bad but everything was garbage and I mean even the smell of the food! This hole should be shut down! We were a 3 person group so its not just one persons opinion! Waste of time!
Best Wonton soup around. Highly recommend the Beef brisket and pork/shrimp wonton with #1 noodles
Foods always good here
I got the same fortune on 2 separate fortune cookies. The shrimp fried rice is off the charts good
Ordered 2 dishes for take out. Flavour was excellent but quantity poor for 2 x $15 dish. 2nd time this happened. Will try Hon s one more time to see if one-off or if this is their attempt to cut quantities in lieu of price increases which have doubled since pre-covid. Have been going there for 20 years.
I feel like the quality of the chasiu has gone down :( hopefully it was just the one off scenario but so far I don t think I will be ordering this to go for price, portion and quality. The meat used to be much more tender with better sauce for the rice. It just didn t really encompass the usual comfort food feelings.
Food quality has dropped. Update. Food quality has improved. Update 2023. Food has gotten better.
Good value for you money and service is good Parking: Lot of Parking Food : 4/5 |
Great food
BBQ Pork Wonton Noodle Soup, Lettuce Wraps, and Dumplings. So good! Love eating there.
Not sure why most of their food tastes the same. A bit too salty at times. Service is attentive. I liked that they have plastic panels between tables.
So good. Lettuce Wraps, Dumplings and BBQ Pork Wonton Noodle Soup. Yummy
Beef brisket is the best
The flavour of the won ton has changed....not like the way it used to be
Always the best ! Freshly made & delicious
5 stars for now. Hons is a brand thats been around for a long time locally. It reminds me of the night life back in Asia. Hang out at night? Get some wonton noodles and tea. Need breakfast? Drop by and get some congee. Ive only been to this particular branch once. But the food and quality of the food gives me this nostalgic feeling.
When in doubt I go to hons because I know what Im getting, not the best nor the worst but always above average. I also dont have to drink a gallon of water after as they dont use MSG which is a big win for me. 24 years I have gone to this location and am very satisfied.
Food was very fresh
Good old Hons all but disappeared except this one. The ones in Vancouver are by different owner with a very limited menu.
the food is very good but the service by the manager is terrible, she treats you as if she were giving me free food, rude and bad manners, I will not return to this branch
I have been going to this restaurant for 13 years. Im very very Happy with the food. The price is reasonable. Service is fast. Located in a safe area of Coquitlam. Lots of free parking. Its well lighted inside. Its clean. Accessible to public transportation. This is one of my happy places.
I normally ordered take out , food was ok but service is horrible . Watch out when you have to order the bbq pork or any food that need to be weigh they cheat on that and did not give you the actual price you paid for that item . Front line servers can be rude at times . Don t expect good customer service .
Great diner style. Fair prices great for the family.
Speedy service and stable taste
Bad service and mediocre food!
Staffs are No...good...
Like others we ve been there for many years at their restaurant and their food is delicious but their delivery driver has a lot of nerve to make/force the customer to give a tip. In my opinion if the customer doesn t want to give a tip, the deliverer should respect their decision. In this case 1 star for their delivery service in forcing the customer to pay a tip.
Food was great and busy place.
Ordered wonton noodle soup and thought it didnt include seafood. It in fact did, and I made a request to make a plain pork wonton and their only response was all wontons include seafood without any ability to modify it. They could only offer plain noodle soup and it didnt please the palette. The Mapo Tofu on rice is very americanized/westernized, with peas and onions.
So delicious
We had chicken chowmein with crunchy noodles, baby bok choy , bbq pork and rice. It was delicious! 10/10 Also try their pan fried pork pot stickers!!! So,so good! Follow me @wendywonderswhy 31.6K
Its a hit and miss, but we drive from Mapleridge for it Parking: Must be careful people drive all over the place Wheelchair accessibility: They have it, but I do find people park anyway
Very good!
Authentic Chinese dishes all cooked fresh. Tea and water are free but if you are an adult, you have to ask for water and if you are a child that wants tea, you have to ask for it. Dishes come to the table when they come but are always piping hot. No one ever asks how your food is tasting but they keep your tea and/or water full. Overall, good food at good prices. Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options including bean curd Dietary restrictions: Some but minimal. Parking: Tons of parking. Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome but no kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access including parking.
I was just there on Tuesday Aug. 9th. 2022. DO THESE WORKERS NOT KNOW HOW TO ASK IF YOUD LIKE MORE TEA OR MAYBE WATER?! Do they know what T.I.P.S. Stands for? It means: TO INSURE PROPER SERVICE. Which is something YOU DO NOT GET FROM THIS RESTAURANT.
BBQ pork and Soya chicken. Little bit salty for the BBQ pork Parking: Lots
Authentic Chinese food. Very good!
I have had my suspicion that they withheld some of the duck when I buy a whole duck. I have eaten enough bbq duck to notice that. For the past 2 times the two boxes had been significantly different in quantity and not symmetrical in parts (half a duck should be in one container and other half in the other with first layer of the duck breast and ribs, topped by the second layer of the duck front and hind legs and thigh - so in one of the two boxes the second layer is almost non-existent). This time around I went looking for parts. I wish I took a photo of the boxes first before I started digging through the boxes. As you can see there are only 3 legs! Not to mention they raised the price of the duck now to $31 dollars. They applied both inflation and shrinkflation! Next time I will just buy a whole duck and cut it myself (or open the boxes at the restaurant and count the pieces).
Good food, best bbq pork around but unfortunately the prices have gone up dramatically like most places! Parking: Ample parking Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility
Saw the chef who was making soup noodle dropped fish balls on the floor but didn t brother getting new ones but decided to pick it up and use it in the soup base. Disgusting place.
Love Hon s and have dined at many locations in the lower mainland. We recently moved so we were excited to try out another location. Ordered the same order we usually get from other locations- all of it was noticeably worse. We were frustrated because we usually order tons for multiple meals but my the taste was so off, chicken not cooked, portion sizes completely off (ex. Ginger beef was mostly onion slices). Literally couldn t eat it, tasted so bad. Called the next morning and left a voice message asking to speak to the manager as we did not enjoy our order and never got a call back. We will not be ordering from this location again. Highly recommend other locations as this was the first negative experience.
Been going to Hons for years, recently placed a pick up order. They would not let wife pay for part of bill in cash, something about discount = a big joke as overcharged us badly , for when referencing the online menu - almost double . They got three items 100% wrong even after reading back to me specifically. Lost my business forever, Hons has gone very much down hill , sad about same.
Excellent
Prices listed in the hons Google app is not the same as when you pick up the order. Way to expensive for what you get. UPDATE the Google menu- FALSE declaration is at hand here. Should be reported to consumer agencies.
It was ok
Excellent service
Its alright. Pretty good
Hons has been around for a long time for good reason. Quick and good Chinese food.
I ve ordered takeout from here many times over the last few years. The food is always ready on time, always fresh, and the portions are very fair for the price. Absolutely no complaints, will continue ordering from here.
The best food in town
Curry beef brisket is my favorite dish
Good so far. Havent tried noodles yet.
Very good won ton soup...we enjoy it regularly
A little bit different than the typical Chinese fare. $45 for two plates an some appetizers.
Awesome food and I love the house special chowmein crispy noodles.
Good place for authentic Hong Kong Chinese food. Took family from Hong Kong there and they confirmed it. Their BBQ pork dishes are best and their various steamed dim sum options. But lots of variety for veg and non veg options.
No too bad but the service is cold.
Delicious vegetarian Chinese food! Sweet n sour vegetarian pork, and green beans and vegetarian chicken in satay sauce are both excellent.
