The quality, quantity and price of food was excellent, fair and competitive. But when u order by Skip the Dishes expect delay more than half an hour. It takes more than an hour when it should be less than 30 minutes. I know this is not Titi fault but this impacts on restaurant reputation and they have to follow up the reason and fix the issue.
Absolutely Disgusting and Unsafe This was by far the WORST dining experience I have ever had in my life. Firstly, the restaurant itself is quite dirty, and on top of that the food is very poorly prepared. My kebab was basically raw and ended up making me sick. To top it off, the manager was incredibly rude when I raised the issue to them. Don’t waste your time or risk your health by dining here.
I am deeply disgusted and upset by my experience at this restaurant, both due to what I found in my food and the owner's rude response. While we were halfway through our fries, waiting for the main course, we discovered a chicken bone among them—something that appeared to be part of someone’s leftovers. When I brought this to the owner's attention, rather than apologizing, she attempted to justify the contamination. She argued that the chicken bone might have ended up in our fries because the same deep-fry basket and oil were used for both chicken and fries. Even if this explanation were accurate, it is entirely unacceptable and unhygienic. We left the restaurant without receiving a proper apology, feeling unheard and disrespected. This experience was not only unpleasant but also concerning from a food safety perspective.
Big portion and pizza was tasty. Bathrooms very clean. Ambience a bit slow/laid back but enjoyed experience.
I visited TiTi a few months ago with my non-Persian colleagues and unfortunately, our experience was not as positive as expected. Despite the restaurant's good reputation, we encountered several issues during our visit. 1. Pricing Confusion: The price for a specific dish was different for takeout compared to dining in, which wasn’t clearly indicated in the advertisement outside. This led to some confusion and disappointment considering the service fee and expected tips. 2. Service Issues: The waitress was not as friendly as we had hoped, and her attitude was noticeably different when serving non-Persian guests. Additionally, she insisted that I speak in Persian with her, which felt inappropriate. 3. Order Mistake: One of our orders was initially incorrect. Although the correct dish was eventually brought to us, the delay was inconvenient. 4. Tea and Dessert: When ordering tea and dessert, we were told the tea pot was only enough for two people, despite it being sufficient for our group of five. Also, when we asked for extra candy, the waitress’s attitude seemed unwelcoming, even though the candy was a minor request. 5. Billing Process: The process of splitting the bill for tea and dessert was not accommodated. We were told that one person must pay the entire bill, and we would need to settle among ourselves later. This was quite odd and embarrassing, especially since splitting bills is a common practice. 6. The quality of food was fair. While we appreciate the restaurant's efforts to provide a unique dining experience, these issues made our visit less enjoyable. We hope these points can be taken into consideration to improve the overall service and ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you.
I recently visited this Iranian restaurant in Canada multiple times, and I have to say, their "Fesenjan" stew and kebabs are amazing! Each dish is packed with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. Highly recommend it!
Lovely atmosphere, very nice tasting lamb and well cooked rice, with a smile and attentive staff - what more can you ask for! The food took longer to come out, but it was freshly made and the portions are fantastic. Thank you TiTi!
I recently had an intense craving for Persian-style pizza, and my taste buds were blown away when a friend suggested I try Titi Restaurant. This is not only offers a diverse range of delectable dishes, including pizza and chicken kebab, but their cooking is simply divine. The quality, portion size, and flavors of the dishes were absolutely fantastic. Everything exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and presentation. On a late-night pickup, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality of the owners and the kind-hearted staff, who despite their exhaustion, treated me with the utmost kindness. While waiting for my order, I engaged in a delightful conversation with them. I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend this restaurant. You simply have to try their entire menu. Congrats to the team at Titi Restaurant!
That was my first , good atmosphere, excellency service, prefect customer service, healths food, I recommend strongly
An Unforgettable Culinary Experience! I recently had the pleasure of dining at [restaurant name], and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming ambiance set the tone for a perfect evening. The food was absolutely incredible every dish was a celebration of authentic Iranian flavors. The kebabs were perfectly grilled, tender, and flavorful, while the saffron rice and tahdig were cooked to perfection. The appetizers, especially the kashk-e bademjan and mast-o khiar, were a delightful start to the meal. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The attention to detail in both the food presentation and hospitality was impressive. If you re looking to enjoy a taste of Persian culture and cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. I can t wait to come back and try more dishes! Feel free to personalize it based on your specific experience!
I ve had multiple bad experiences at this place before deciding to write this review. The biggest issue for me is their small portions paired with unreasonably high prices. It s frustrating to pay so much and still leave feeling unsatisfied. On one visit, we asked for an extra slice of bread, and to our surprise, they charged us for it. It wasn t even a full serving just a tiny slice, and they still thought it was worth tacking on an extra charge. This felt like such a cheap and unnecessary way to squeeze pennies out of customers. While I could talk about the lackluster service and indifferent attitudes of the staff, I ll leave that alone because, sadly, it feels like this is becoming the norm in our community. Still, their penny-pinching tactics are what truly pushed me to write this review. Begging for money feels more respectable than using these underhanded methods to nickel-and-dime customers. It s a shame because with a few changes, they could easily win people over, but for now, I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.
I am really sorry that the food was not cooked well and I am unhappy with the staffs behavior
To be honest, I went for lunch and ordered two takeout meals. Since the restaurant clerk told me do you want the food cold or hot, I was very surprised. I thought maybe she had said something wrong until I took the food home and opened it. It was actually the rice. When I ate it, I realized that it was given to me before it was cooked at all, and I was very sorry for thatThe issue is really the quality of the packaging is very poor, the quality of the food is very bad and the price is relatively hig
Prefect taste
Avoid This Place Titi Food Restaurant is filthy, and the food is unsafe. My undercooked kebab made me sick, likely from food poisoning. When I complained, the manager was rude and dismissive. Stay away for your own health. Food
Don t visit, the worst service ever.
The soup was really good, roasted cold cut was good but could be better if more cheese and potato chips. Also tried potato Samosa and it was ok.
Everything was great. We had the family size pizza, and a sample platter of all of their kebabs. My kids finished their food and stole pieces of mine. The food was so delicious that we remembered to take a photo after we finished it.
Great service and freindly people also delicious food
Best homemade quality Persian food in the whole metro Vancouver! We had an amazing catering experience for a large party as well as enjoying a great meal in person. I wish we lived in the area! Food : 5/5
I like it It s best Persian restaurant in B.C Food
We absolutely love Titi Home Made Restaurant! The food here is incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of nostalgic flavors that remind us of home-cooked meals. Every dish is made with care and you can taste the love in every bite. Some of our favorites include the savory omelet, the rich and flavorful fesenjoon, the perfectly grilled kabab koobideh, and the comforting, hearty ash reshteh. Their soup is always so soothing, and the crispy sambooseh is a must-try! They also offer a fantastic variety of appetizers, including the sweet and fragrant halva, baghlava, and the comforting sholezard every bite is a delight. What makes this place even more special is the wonderful atmosphere and the kind-hearted people who run it. Khale Titi, her husband, her sweet daughter Pani, and Nazila are all so welcoming and friendly. You truly feel like part of the family when you visit. And we can t forget about the dear grandma she brings such warmth and charm to the place. My family and I always feel at home here. The restaurant is not only a favorite spot for our family gatherings, but we also host business meetings here, and it s always a hit with our guests. We ve never had anything but a wonderful experience, and we ve received so many compliments on the food and hospitality. Titi Home Made Restaurant is a gem, and we can t recommend it enough. It s the perfect place for a cozy meal with loved ones or even a special gathering with friends and colleagues. Highly recommended!
Awesome service and food. Also, the owner and staff are very nice and respectful.
Solid place, solid four. Good eggplant dish.
They provide great and delicious food. We always enjoy their food with home-made taste. Highly recommended.
The pizza here is underrated
Worse experience, nothing good in this place other than good location, there is no taste on food at all, first time came in last Saturday, ordered a Garlic Pizza, they sent a cheese pizza instead, when we argued that we could tell wasnt the right one just by looking at it, and of course no smell at all of garlic, either way pizza was dry and no taste at all, vide wasnt there, and server wast friendly, they leave cups, knifes forks and all that in all table collecting dusts and etc.. no a clean place, not well managed, over all, we do not recommend this place, go anywhere else with your money but not here.
Zereshk polo ba morgh was excellent and hot!
I like this simple and clean family run restaurant. Food quality is great considering the price. The staff are friendly.
I will never come back
The price of the foods got higher every time we visits and the food quality goes down. Not to mention the portion has came down to barely any protein and the breads got smaller. I would not recommend this place because you don t get your money worth the food at all.
We had a family lunch there over the weekend. The food was decent, but the service and hospitality were disappointing. The atmosphere wasn t welcoming, and the waitress didn t bring side plates for our salad appetizer. We had to repeatedly ask for basic items like onions, napkins, and water. When the water finally arrived, it was warm tap water in a pitcher. Overall, the experience fell short of our expectations, though the food was fine. Wheelchair accessibility: It is street level so is wheelchair accessible.
The food has very low quality. I dont recommend it to anyone.
Excellent Persian breakfast and amazing atmosphere. Very friendly service. Highly recommended. They have Kalle Pacheh too. Food
Nice customer service and delicious foods
Very rude and unfriendly staffs.i never come back.bad in every thing.
Great Persian food! From traditional dishes to sandwiches and pizza
The 1st time I went to this restaurant I got the family business vibe and I liked the atmosphere. However, the food was tasteless and the meat was overcooked hard like a tire but I was like that s ok maybe they are busy today..I decided to give a 2nd chances and I ordered nice big order and the meat was to dry that I couldn t swallow without water..then I figured that this not a coincidence and it is a competency issue..all the kitchen is older ladies that good at home cooking but no real BBQ master in kebab place .how ironic. What boggles my brain that this big population of Iranian no one came forward to question this quality of food but the other way around leaving great comments..it s either so much hypocrisy or people doesn t know how to eat anymore..
Meat was extremely dry I couldn t even feed it to my child as I was afraid she would choke. Rice is very bland! The entire plate was lacking in flavour! Food
Great persian foods.
very rude.
The worst customer service
For enjoying delicious persian food in Coquitlam, you can go here. Their food is really tasty.
Shawn said this is the best Persian food place.
Good food and great service
Oh my where to begin... My mum and I visited this place last Saturday and thought that wed be in for some decent Persian food after a long walk around the area. After we were seated, I went off to the mens washroom to wash my hands. To my horror, the washroom was in an absolutely, atrocious, disgusting state. I should have recognized this for the foreshadowing it was, but decided to put it out of my mind and look forward to the meal to come. We ordered a chicken kebab plate and a dish made of eggplant with Persian bread. The presentation for the eggplant dish was very off putting. It was a dark green/brown/black thick concoction and the accompanying Persian bread was tough and hard to break apart. Neither were particularly warm or fresh smelling. The minced chicken kebab plate came and the meat itself had a strange orange color to it and smelled strongly of egg. It was tough to break apart and chew. The flavour was not appealing at all. My mum was not able to get past a few bites of her food and I decided I was not really feeling the taste and I would take my leftovers home. We paid a bill of $33 and left. On our way home, we stopped for coffees and left the takeaway container in our car for a few minutes while we ordered and brought back our drinks. To our absolutely disgust, our car REEKED of food gone bad. By this time, I was feeling a lot of stomach discomfort as well. We were throughly nauseated and disgusted by the whole experience which was topped off with our car filled with the smell of rotten meat/food gone bad combined with god knows what. We stopped the car near a public trashcan, threw the food away, rolled down our windows and endeavoured to forget this experience. I felt sick well into the next day. We are quite honestly astonished by this experience. We have eaten out all over the lower mainland trying different cuisines, but have never had such a terrible experience ever. Yes, food can be a hit or miss, but weve never come back from a joint feeling this disgusted and sick. I will certainly not be venturing back here ever or recommending that anyone give this place a try. A hard pass for sure and a 1 star is a generous rating. To the business: You have a lot of work to do. Best wishes, Angad
Best Persian food in the lower mainland, no question! I ve tried them all. Quality, fresh ingredients.
Placed an order on Uber eats. The food was not tasty and the salad was slimmy and gross!!!!!
They are professional and I recommend their Baghala ghatogh
Last week, we went to the TiTi restaurant. Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the koobideh kebab and chicken koobideh were inferior and bad! Also, the customer service and behavior of the waiters were very unprofessional! Considering the quality of the food, their prices are not worth it and are expensive! We tried the food of this restaurant for several times and we were not satisfied at all! I hope that writing this review will help improve the quality of this restaurants food and their behavior with customers.
I went to this restaurant recently. Their food wasn t good. It was expensive and bad tasting. The worst thing was their service. Their cashier was a lady and she was rude and unfriendly. I never back to this place and suggest to my friends. The most strangest things was that they have mentioned that their washroom aren t public.
All dishes we orderd are Soltani , CHenjeh, Barg and lamb shank it was perfect . Rice is very tasty too. This a good tast of persian food . Food : 5/5
A very pleasant, warm and clean atmosphere, respectful and professional staff behavior, hearty and tasty food
Have been there twice and both experiences ended up in total disappointment. Dine-in order was taken wrong and they were not happy to accept the error in on their end, they also use bleach to clean the tables and it left hazardous fumes that I have to leave the place due to my asthma. When we pointed out, they had a guard and were looking at us as if we have come from a different planet. Takeout was a nightmare too, I had to order something on the go hoping that my experience would be better, so I ordered online. I just needed a receipt and it took them couple of weeks after multiple follow ups. Wont go there anymore.
Great place amazing food must try
Ordered roast beef pizza. Very tasty and good quality. Price is good for the family size we tried.
First time buying food from this restaurant (take out). Im a kinda person that eat anything and typically dont complain, but this restaurants food quality tasted more like a fast food you would eat in a Mall. Their halim was watery and didnt taste anything like halim, the kale pache wasnt anything to write home about, and the two sandwiches (kobideh & roast beef) were equally horrible. Probably wont eat here again.
The real taste of Iranian food
I ve tried it a couple times and never got disappointed! Must try.
Great tasty Persian food, and very friendly customer service. Also, very reasonable price for take out.
Low prices but food is very good.
every time delicious food
Food was good but they over charged us. Then when we brought it up, they acted like they were doing us a favour by refunding us.
Have been a customer for well over 6 years through Doordash or pickup and sadly the food quality just keeps going down. Gheyme was mediocre at the very best. Jadog was so so SO bland ! Their veggie pizza was tasty and thats the only plus. disappointed overall.
Fantastic service and delicious kebab I ordered 30 kebabs and rice for our party, they delivered very quickly and hot, thank you.
It s very unfortunate. We used to love their Ashe Reshteh. Quite delicious but unfortunately and quite disgustingly we received an order of Ash Reshteh with a big chunk of balled up human hair. We have seen hair at some restaurants however we have never ever experienced that big chunk of hair in the soup/stew. It looked like someone pulled out a chunk of hair or someone cleaned their hair brush onto the pot. It was quite disturbing. We called the restaurant to inform them to be careful and discard it as they wouldn t want an elderly person choke on that and let s not even get into the hygiene factor of this. Very sad experience as we loved ordering from her. I noted someone responded to a another review on here and their response was quite disrespectful and rude. I am not sure who the actual owners are however they probably should not allow this person in charge with their social media as it s definitely not a good look as Google reviews are open to public and are mostly honest reviews.
Nice family restaurant. Friendly and prompt service! Great selection of food! Their joojeh kabob, koobideh and ghormeh sabzy were excellent! The barg was our least favorite, as it was a bit hard and couldve tasted better. Overall, nice, casual restaurant with lots of various Persian food choices, including Persian pizzas!
kale pache lovers!!!!!! that s where you go
Nothing was fresh.
Amazing taste of homemade food, can find here forever.
I had more expectations for Kabab, I think, so we should order Omlet that owner was eating . For sure, I will not try again. I tried so many persian restaurants for Kabab, and I didnt find teast, just I feel spice . We should try the other things. We were very disappointed with the taste of the kebab. Also, I tried Kashke bademjan (cured and eggplant). The taste was good, but it was a very small plate . waiters didnt have a smile, and we felt uncomfortable asking something. We were just full and a little bloated, but we didnt enjoy the taste of the food because we found this place so that we could have a good taste experience.
Best home made food ever. Super friendly staff.
I tried most of the food , all good , except zereshk polo with chicken!! I guess its old cook and not fresh with a weird test
Previously enjoyed great Persian-style food, particularly from Northern Iran, with a friendly and patriotic owner. Sour stew was a highlight for sour food enthusiasts. However, recent visit left much to be desired. Koobideh lacked meat quality, Kotlet was stale, resulting in stomach discomfort. Customer service was also lacking, providing a disappointing experience overall.
I ve got the best Gheimeh stew last night! Very tasty and delicious. I usually don t put reviews but I thought I need to write this as an appreciation :) Thank you for the food and great service!
First time my family and I had very good kebab but for second time, kebab wasn t fresh and we all got bad stomachache.
Ive been ordering Persian food and pizza there for years now. The quality is always amazing. Sometimes they could be on and off with their consistency but overall their food is flavorful and delicious. We pre-ordered the cherry rice and chicken that they make on Fridays, koobideh, ash and mirzaghasemi and everything was fresh and tasty. Definitely a must try
The only place for me when it comes to Kabab in Coquitlam. Theyve kept it consistent and thats a lot for a Persian restaurant, good job.
We went there from far away. And it was an event close to this restaurant, so it was a busy day there. Then we wanted to order, but we realized that the sign out was kind of an advertisement, and it said Koobideh Kabab is 13.99 according to the picture I have attached. We were in line for 20 minutes, then we realized that the prices on the menu were totally different, and we were hungry. So we ordered 3 sandwiches, roasted hotdogs, Koobideh, and Zapata, and it came with awful quality. Ive never had that bad quality before. And it was really expensive. Zapata was 19 CAD, and it was just a normal size sandwich with awful quality. They seemed not meat, honestly. I think they misuse the event to sell their food more expensive which is not fair. I dont recommend this restaurant.
Good food, reasonable prices
I ordered falafel sandwich which wasnt fresh and the cashier lady there was very disrespectful , I suggest this restaurant not to accept any order till late on the weekends if the stuff can not handle the job !!!
Emazing gilan traditional food.and really Iranian pizza.
One of the best halal kofta sandwich in city.
Excellent and professional as always.
Tasty food and friendly staff
The food wasn t that bad. But the price is not reasonable compared to the quality of the food. One thing that I am wondering is why they named their restaurant Titi.
I think this restaurant is one of the best Persian restaurants through whole great Vancouver.
Grabbed lunch take out and its a huge rice portion with either two beef kebabs or 1 chicken one. I hate that the machine begs for a tip before you even receive your food, it makes me anxious that if you do not tip there will be something wrong with it. As a customer its not a pleasant feeling and it stops me from coming back. Its a shame because I live in the neighborhood and the rice was super delicious!
I love the pitza, it is similar to iranian pitza , the quality of kabab is also good.
I have ordered takeout of joojeh, koobideh and kabab Torah. All with high quality . Kabab torsh could be a little more tender but everything else was great. Thanks to the nice staff! Update I feel food quality has gone down. Although it is still descent.
What a great restaurant! Beautiful and cozy, very friendly and respectful staff and their kabob was so tender and juicy! I had a nice experience and will go back to try other dishes.
I went to this restaurant to get kebab When I paid and go for a sit, they said you cant, this money you paid is for (to go) and you will be charged for sit inside the restaurant (dine in) They dont even ask me where you wanna eat your food! But I really liked the Kabab
I really loved the food. Was delicious and good size.
I had a beautiful experience today, this place is had the most amazing food I had in a long time. Everyone will greet you with a warm smile, the vibe of the place is filled with love. The food, tea, soup and the dessert was all just wonderful, not even one thing disappointed us. We are going to be here regularly now.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today. the food was tasty however there was no customer service in place. We walked in with our 2-year-old baby, no offer from the waitress for a baby high chair, but we noticed they had 2 hc which had already been taken by another family, which was understandable. And we sat the baby in our lap. Shortly after our arrival, the high chairs became available and the waitress took them away without checking with us! At the time of our departure when paying for the bill I gave a feedback about one item and the waitress completely ignored me!! I repeated myself, she would not acknowledge again. Repeated myself for the third time, she compared and blamed the Canadian products with products in Iran!! No thanks for the feedback, no apology at all. This lack of customer service left me disappointed. Its essential for restaurants to address such issues with courtesy and professionalism.
Surely one of the best Persian food in Coquitlam.
Generally it is a good place to find most Iranian dishes in one place. Special Pizza is very nostalgic to me. Food
I tried the Koobiden Kabab with rice , so yummy and the pr0ice is reasonable
Perfect place for some Kebabs and pizzas, always great experience .. try their koobideh sandwich you wont be disappointed
Amazing persian food, this is our goto when we order take out! Bonus: The portions are generous.
I wholeheartedly recommend Titi Homemade Food for anyone new to Persian cuisine. Our recent visit, celebrating a friends birthday with a delightful dinner, was a joyous experience. The welcoming ambiance created by the kind ladies added a special touch to the celebration. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness made the meal even more memorable, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. We sampled various dishes from the menu, each contributing to our culinary exploration. The reasonable pricing enhances the appeal making it even more accessible to all. A highlight was cutting a birthday cake, which added a pleasant touch to the evening. The overall experience was so positive that were looking forward to returning for another visit. Titi Homemade Food not only provides an introduction to Persian flavors but also offers a welcoming and affordable space for special occasions and delightful dining experiences
Pizza is ok and acceptable but they are best at traditional foods. Everything that goes with rice.
I didnt want to go to a food chain for dinner with my daughter. So I drove around and then found this place. I was Extremely pleased with the food and the atmosphere. my daughter loved her Burger and fries. the portions are huge and you can tell its made with love. try it. You wont be disappointed.
Their salad olivieh, for the price I was expecting more chicken. Hardly had any chicken and just filled with potatoes. Too much mayo and pickles! Definitely not worth the money! Their kebobs have been good. I had their ash reshteh once and again got jipped cause it was just filled with beans and hardly any meat! Thats all Ive tried here.
The restaurant provides a decent introduction to Iranian cuisine, but falls short of delivering an outstanding experience. With some refinement in flavor profiles, portion sizes, and attention to detail, it has the potential to elevate itself to a higher level. If youre in the area and curious about Iranian cuisine, it may be worth a visit, but manage your expectations accordingly. I tried Gheymeh stew on the menu, and while they showed promise, they didnt quite hit the mark. The flavors were generally pleasant, but they lacked the complexity and depth that I associate with traditional Persian stews. It felt as though some of the key ingredients or spices were missing, resulting in a somewhat bland experience. Ash reshteh also was full of noodles that I didn t like and it barely had beans and chickpeas. I also asked for more Kashk but they did disregard my request. I also tried some sandwiches, Bandari, Zapata, and Falafel; however, meat smells and Bandari was full of onions. Previously, I tried Koubideh kebabs and that was pretty tasty though. I really recommend that. The owner was really nice and friendly though.
I wish I could give less stars. Terrible service unless you are Persian. Food came late, with dirty dishes. All the owners were just sitting down and laughing making it an annoying environment.
3 words, terrible, terrible, terrible. Servers were ridiculously rude. Food came out SOOO late, it was cold and tasted terrible. The cutlery was dirty, table was dirty, and the whole environment was just disappointing. Will never go again.
Ive been here couple of times before but this last visit wasnt the same. Sandwiches were not wrapped properly. Bun was burned and beef in stew wasnt cooked properly. Overall a 2 or 3 experience
Very friendly and one of the best places to eat persian food specially gilaki foods. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy their food.
10/10 on everything however the food quality is average. I realize this is subjective but several friends agreed on the same point
100 stars to this place. Great food, great service and amazing customer service. I order from them frequently and to me its the best. The food quality is always great. Keep up the good work
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Titi restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Even though we were a group of 18 people the customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the meal. They were attentive, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed. Now, lets talk about the food. The dishes were absolutely mouthwatering. Each bite was a burst of flavor that delighted my taste buds. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and the quality of ingredients was evident in every dish. Whether youre a fan of spicy flavours, rich sauces, or delicate herbs, it has something to satisfy every palate. Overall, I highly recommend Titi restaurant. From the moment you step in, youll be greeted with top-notch customer service, and the flavors of their dishes will leave you craving for more. Its a gem that combines great food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Dont miss out on this culinary delight!
A successful family business with good service and manners, you must try and enjoy, especially the delicious pizza.
The worst food in my whole life After calling them had an irresponsible behaviour Food
I went to this restaurant for the first time. I sat outside the restaurant. No service was provided to me (they didnt even bring me a menu). In general, they do not have good service at all.
The food is not bad, but not professional. The rice is acceptable, but the chicken is not tasty at all. Mahiche is acceptable, but not great. Its price is high considering its quality. But it has a relaxing atmosphere. The food is not bad, but in my opinion, it did not get a passing grade. The rice is relatively good, but the chicken is not good at all. It has no special taste. His muscle is acceptable, but not great. Its prices are high in proportion to its quality. But it has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. If it is my choice, this one time was enough for the test and I will not go here again. But it was not like if I am with a group and they say lets go here, soft.
Amazing service. The Menu is very exciting with lots of options. The pizza was very tasty with a special thin crust and the burger was giant! I definitely recommend this place and will be back to try the rest.
pizzas are delicious Great customer service
They have the best roasted lamb pizza However, the torch kebab was very dry and the meat tasted weird, their other kebabs were less than average and their lamb shank was in a very oily soup with so little meat. Their sherazi salad was without olive oil and lemon. The atmosphere was okai-sh and the service was bad I would honestly would come back only for their roasted lamb pizza and maajon , pistachio smoothies.
I was not happy with our food and service , we asked twice for our drink and salad . They have not asked one time if we need anything or iLife we are happy with our food . The food taste was not good
Yummy food.
I just walked in to take out Ghormeh sabzi. The food quality is good. Price is fair 70%! The service is slow and tired!
Best Persian restaurant in Vancouver! Very friendly atmosphere and yummy food:)
We heard about their pizza and came to try it ourselves. We had their kobideh, kobideh pizza; yes you heard it right :) and Kaleh patche. All was great. I was pleasantly surprised with their kobideh pizza, and it was a perfect match of My two favourite meals pizza and kodideh. We are coming back!
Im delighted to share my wonderful experience at this restaurant! Despite my ESA pet not being able to sit indoors due to the halal policy and restrictions, we had a good time on the patio. The variety of delicious dishes we ordered exceeded our expectations, and the generous portions were a great value for the price. We truly appreciated the scrumptious food. Highly recommend this restaurant to all!
I tried some foods on there and all of them delicious.
Great place to eat modern Persian food in Coquitlam. Pick a sandwich and go take a walk in Town center park. Food
I had the koobideh sandwich. It was delicious with the ground beef kebab, pickles, etc. Plenty of food. My wife had the chicken koobideh with rice. Also delicious. I tried the yogurt drink called dough. Salty and sour.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEE I always get the maajoon ( nuts shake ) and it always tastes good. I took my dad today to show him and was so embarrassed. We waited around 20 minutes for 2 shakes and at the end when I tasted it, it was definitely not the same as the other times. Either there is an ingredient missing, or it was too rushed, I am not sure. 12.99 per shake is a lot of money and I never minded it since it was so good but today it was just horrible. Even after I called them and tried to let them know, the lady was EXTREMELY rude. Oh my gosh how can you treat your customers this way??!! I will never recommend or go back to this restaurant again.
Taste of Persian food that it s 90% close to the authentic version in Iran. Service is good. I recommend take out rather than sitting inside if it s not the weekend days.
We have been ordering their veggie pizza or fish on rice for 5 years and have never been disappointed. Always too quality. Vegetarian options: Love their veggie pizza
Best lamb shank!
Meat was good, but the kind of rice they are using is the lowest quality in the market... tasteless and hard to digest
Ive only had kebabs before, this is my first fesanjan stew. Loved it! Very oily and sour though, I can already feel it in my gut. Pic taken after I got full, my stomach is about half a medium pizza size
Using previous days remaining foods over the pizza toppings
Amazing food, high quality and great look. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they actually care about their clients, from now on I will be a lifetime client and will order food from TiTi for my events, the Lady Pani did a great job last night, she noticed that I made a wrong order so she called me and we fixed it, she saved my dinner party!
the server had no idea about customer service and respect, they don t give you a bill even when you asked them for bill, she only reads the bill and you have to pay then give you receipt and they charge us +$1 for 2 small butter!! But food was good Recommended dishes
So happy more places offer Kallepache in town! Their prices are fair, portions are good and quality is great! The food tastes really homemade. We had Kallepache and egg combo. Very delicious I would return and definitely recommend.
Good food
Still order my food from Titi s restaurant and it is getting better and Better. And it is still the Best among Persian Restaurant, in lower Mainland Vancouver BC. Titi s logo says it all, The best Persian home made food rich in flavour. I always recommend Titi s Restaurant to any family friends craving for Persian food. Enjoy!
I recently dined at TiTi Home Made House, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I discovered a hair in my food and brought it to the attention of the waitress. While they did replace the dish, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. This lack of customer service left me disappointed. Its essential for restaurants to address such issues with courtesy and professionalism.
Low quality of food, inappropriate attitude of the waiter.
My visit to TiTi Home Made House was marred by an unfortunate incident. When I politely asked for a spoon, the waitress responded with apparent anger, inquiring if she had brought one before. This type of behavior is entirely uncharacteristic of a restaurant, especially when a customer is simply requesting basic utensils. It left a lasting negative impression on what should have been a pleasant dining experience.
Food
Excellent food
I ordered over the phone after 15 minutes of my call the order wasn t ready and they were asking each other who got my order! Terrible spot for parking a car, they didn t offer me a seat so I had to wait for another 15 minutes in my car! The food wasn t great but expensive! The Kotlet was half onion and half Kotlet. It was my first and will be the last purchase.
Trouble experience! Taste of Zapata, kotlet and hotdog sandwiches were very bad and special pizza was same not good at all. First and last time of eating there.
Disappointed by the marinated olives quality and found the overall food standard to have declined from previous visits. As a long-time fan of Persian cuisine, I had higher expectations!
All mini pizzas sold from 2 to 5 p.m. are available for take-out only. There are 3 types: cheese, pepperoni, and special. Cheese, pepperoni 5.99, special 8.99, the price does not include tax. I ordered a pepperoni pizza among the mini pizzas. Most pepperoni pizzas are salty, but this one is salty enough to go well with beer. The bread under the pizza is fluffy and delicious. Because its mini, the quantity is not enough.
it was the most awful meal I ve ever had as a persian food , The price doesn t match with bad quality Food
Great food, friendly staff
Delicious food and friendly staff. Thanks
A great place to find great foods
Its like you came to eat at your aunts house very tasteless There were no side dishes. Beans, rice and muscle, which were small, uncooked and tasteless. The fesanjun was sour but not bad. The chicken wings were awfully dry and small and stale. The sandwich is very ordinary.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today. While the food was tasty, the lack of clarity on pricing differences between dining in and taking out caught me off guard. My 2.5-year-old daughter couldnt finish a full entree, so I ordered takeout. Unfortunately, it was a chilly day, and when our order was ready, I tried to feed my hungry daughter inside before leaving. Regrettably, one of the staff members, possibly the owner, communicated this was not allowed and asked us to leave. Despite being paying customers, the situation was handled poorly. Its a shame because the food was good, but the overall experience left me with a negative impression, and I wont be returning.
Very delicious and has local food from places in Iran. Try their shomalli foods Expected more from their pizza. Food : 4/5
we love the chicken and beef kebab, would be back to try their other dishes. big servings at an affordable price. staff are friendly Food
