Seat gripping experience, left me sweating and in a state of pure bliss. Please do yourself a favor and dine at this fine establishment. Music 10/10 Staff 10/10 Aura 10/10
The service was fantastic—super friendly and attentive. The pho was delicious, with rich flavors and generous portions. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!❤️
My family (4) and I decided to have lunch here as it was early in the day and close by. No sooner had we received our meals and began to eat they presented us with the check. We continued dining and within 5 minutes 3 employees approached us giving us the impression they wanted us to hurry so they could reuse the table. We left feeling that they were more interested in taking our money than providing a welcoming atmosphere. First and last time here.
It was soooo delicious one of the best noodle places I have ever experienced, highly recommended
One of the best pho places in Coquitlam, offering great portions of food at a good price. It's also one of the earliest to open and the latest to close in the area. I came in very hungry just before closing one time, and the owner was very friendly and kind, insisted me to take the time to eat without rushing.
Outstanding benefits "stew" (really, egg noodle soup)! Generous portions, plenty of meat & veggies in the broth (very flavourful); usual Pho condiments offered. Very reasonable prices for the portion size (huge) and quality. I will definitely be a repeat customer, though I also want to try the other location of Schoolhouse, as it is closer to home. My only complaint is that the menu, and the servers, are not descriptive enough.
Have been in a couple times before not bad but there are better options around for Vietnamese food. Definitely not my goto but if your in the area and wanting some quick pho will cover the basics.
Hands down my favorite Pho restaurant over all these years. Friendly staff, clean facilities, always get great tasting food. Plenty of free parking and always child friendly. My recommendation if your in the area.
I stopped in while doing my Christmas shopping to purchase some Banh Mi. Usually you cant go wrong with this but here the food was very bland, the veggies were not flavourful (how can this be with pickled daikon?) but they did have some nice fresh pieces of jalapeno. I was disappointed along with my my family (I bought 3) and would not go here again for banh mi. Perhaps the pho is better. There were quite a few people in there eating and it was comfortable. Parking: Even with other businesses in this plaza, there was ample parking at the time.
Horrible experience. Ordered delivery - they forgot a portion of the order, I called them and the lady on the phone was rude, not apologetic and said yeah your sandwich is here, we forgot to give it to the delivery guy, mistakes happen. I also ordered their coffee and the cup was 40% full with only ice til the top. Please go to any other pho place. I m all for supporting small businesses but not the ones who are entitled for some reason and have zero customer service
Pho Tai Nam Gan Sach (15.50) / Pho Tai Gau Gan Sach (15.50) / Roll combo - goi cuon + fried rice + spring rolls (10.75)
the food is good , the server we had was good but a random lady who never served us actually tried to force us to tip . we had cash to give to the original server but she was off shift or something so this random woman who worked there but never even greeted us gave us the bill , stood over us and literally said why you no tip its almost 2025 , if you dont like your career go back to school and find a job where you dont need to harass customers into tipping you
Employees are so rude!
If only 0 star was a thing, they d get 0. The rudest servers I ve ever come across. They have no mercy. You go in to pickup your order and they yell at you. Why yell? We walked in to pickup our order and she yelled. She said I m working what do you want? Like who says that. They have the worst attitude. They probably don t care about customers. I didn t tip for their horrible service nor I ll ever step inside their shop again. Horrible customer service. Parking: Lots of parking available
All of the staff were very nice except for the other lady with the thick purple eyeshadow. I was very respectful asking for things and it seemed like she was annoyed by me. My soup wasnt entered too.
Pretty good
Food was good, but i felt rushed by the staff as they were trying to accommodate the people waiting.
Fast delivery , tasty fear price. You can eat inside or take out .
Worst experience . Frozen meat , cold broth .. no condinimates . Called pho place said nor there issue and to call door dash - wtf
Ordered pho tai nam. Soup a bit too oily. Meat was ok.
Highly recommended. They have great service, both on the phone and dine-in. Large dish and very authentic Vietnamese pho, subs and rice platter. Compared to any other Viet restaurants in Coquitlam, this is our top place to go to. I always ordered their pull pork subs. They added alot of meat and veggies, great price and worth.
Found plastic in my food. It really turns off the appetite and makes me wonder what else is getting in our meals...
Great Soup, come give it a try. You wont regret it Parking: No issues with parking Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the ground floor, should be accessible
My go-to place for no-nonsense pho! Tables and menus are a bit sticky, but I guess this adds character. Parking: Easy, free, plentiful parking.
favourite pho place
Very, very ridiculous, I turned around and left the waiting seat before I even waited 20 minutes to order my meal! When I walked in, I was told that I was dining alone, and I was assigned to a table for 4 people (having already ordered food). Because other guests came in one after another, I was asked to move to a single seat. After waiting for a while, I asked the waiter why I The customers in the original seat for 4 people had already started eating but I had to wait for so long. The waiter checked the ordering machine and found that there was no order placed 20 minutes before I was waiting.
Spicy beeffffff is the best one
Extremely rude lady server. Never going there again.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The lady server was exceptionally rude, and when I inquired about the quantity of the food, she responded curtly that she didnt know and to just order whatever. The service was poor and the food was only average. Given the lackluster service and mediocre food, I don t think Ill be returning.
I have to say the pho here is very good! But the service was really bad. We entered at 9;30pm which we know that they will close at 10 pm, but the short hair lady didn t come right away to get our order, then when she came she said rudely that order quick, everyone waiting for you, we close at 10 , at 9:50 she came remind us again, at 9:55 the cashier came and asked us to pay, at 10:00 the short haired lady came again and told us they are closing in 5 min, on the other hand, the owner seemed very nice when we left at 10:07 pm. Definitely will not come again for dine in despite it s the best pho in Coquitlam in my mind.
We visited this restaurant for dinner, drawn by the ratings and a craving for good Pho, but we left deeply disappointed. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews that warned about the extremely rude service, especially from the short-haired lady. This was, without a doubt, the rudest experience I ve ever had in a restaurant. When we asked simple questions about the rolls, she repeatedly responded with I don t know and impatiently insisted, Order quickly, order quickly, I don t have time, despite the restaurant having no other customers waiting. The food itself was mediocre at best, and with service like this, we will never return.
Spicy food burnt roof of my mouth. Would reccomend.
this place is great!!!! And I am a peanut
Often come here and the pho always tastes good. Today, we arrived at 9:30 PM, and the restaurant closes at 10 PM. When we entered, the staff didn t inform us that they were closing soon or suggest that we eat quickly. At 9:55 PM, after our food was served for 10 mins, a short-haired female server rudely rushed us to finish and leave. At 10:00 PM, she returned with an even more impolite attitude, telling us that they were already closed. We usually leave a tip, but this time we didn t. If you want your restaurant to thrive, please ensure your staff treats customers politely.
Great service, portions, and chill atmosphere. Love it
Pho 99 not only serves up some of the best Vietnamese food around, but they also have the friendliest staff you could ask for. Despite not visiting for months, they still remembered us, making us feel like part of the family. The warm welcome and attentive service add a personal touch that keeps us coming back. The food, as always, is fresh, flavorful, and comforting exactly what you want in a bowl of pho. If youre looking for great food and even better service, Pho 99 is the place to be!
i met the owner such a nice lady. waiters care and do their best. It had been renovated, the experience is upto you. It is ethnic food , authentic and delicious.
I personally really like this pho 99. THE BEEF STEW is Sooooo good and really yummy. Best pho place in british coloumbia!!!
We go here regularly because we like the food. We definitely dont go here for the service. We also usually tip despite the poor service. Today, we decided not to tip. The lady at the counter actually called my husband out afterwards asking where the tip was. He told her he usually tips but is choosing not to today. She rudely responded, whatever. Very entitled attitude. Dont assume you are getting a tip and if you do, then give better service than just pointing someone to a table and dropping off soup, never to approach the table again. Perhaps the owner should be paying better wages. Its not up to the customer to do that.
Definitely the best Pho Ive had in BC so stop reading this and go try it for yourself!!
The establishment offers a consistently positive experience. I appreciated the quality of pho and rolls served here. Despite a notable crowd, my group successfully secured a table. Service was satisfactory, complemented by the cozy ambiance of the venue.
small portions
We ve been coming here for 15 years. Service is fast and pho is so good. We don t go anywhere else. Definitely the best pho place in the tri cities
Very kind amazing food first time here, if you like chicken but you don t know what to eat, order chicken wings Kid-friendliness: Was so kind
The pho was okay. The restaurant didnt seem very clean.
Great convenient place for a quick bowl of pho. Staff are very diligent and serve up a hot bowl of noodle soup within minutes. Would recommend.
Not enough room
Can t believed we had a late dinner there and their staff came to hurry my friend and I to leave before 10 pm which is their closed time and my friend about thinking if he would take home for the leftover and the lady didn t even asked and put the waste into his noodle bowl, but pick up a fish cake to put his plate, we were so shock. Even food is great but the service ethics and skills make us feel so bad and inrespectful.
One of the best pho s . Large portions and friendly atmosphere. Quality of meals are really high! Like there so much
Amazing food, severs are great.
The lady asked me to tip her. Why would you ask for a tip? if I want to tip I would do it. I come here all the time and I spend alot of money but I wont be coming back anymore.
Pho Soup is tasteless, server brought me to the smallest table next to the cashier, there were lots of open tables at that time. Felt uncomfortable when sitting in there
Love this place. My favourite pho place. Our kids like the food here as well.
Big portions. Pho large size $15.50. Delicious and flavorful broth.
WOW! Amazing Chinese food here I loved the sushi, personably the greatest Fried chicken in town! Must Try!
I have never eaten at this restaurant but just ordered some soup for delivery. It was fantastic so much flavor! I am sick & this made my whole week; thank you!
Ordered pick up and ohhh my it was delicious. Will definitely be going back but this time for dine in - inside looks so cozy and staff are very nice! highly recommend this location :)
Been a regular for five years now. The price is reasonable for the quality of soup, and the staff are always nice and friendly. Dont forget to treat yourself cafe sua da, the Vietnamese style iced coffee after the meal. :) This is definitely my #1 choice of restaurant in Vancouver. Highly recommended!
We ordered 2 hours special noodle. Very delicious & Very fresh.Very good serving. Price is economy. Please refer.4 photos. Parking: Good parking
Every time, get the best experience
When I was trying to tell her about my food that there s a hair in it, she wasn t listening and just checking the debit machine and she was pretending that she can t hear me. She was being so disrespectful! I will not go here anymore! I don t recommend this location.
Been going here for years, food is great! Try #64!!
PSA, Ive been going here for years like 10+ years and the main waitress/ cashier lady lied to us about having veggie broth since the beginning. I can t have anything except veggie broth with seafood. It was horrible knowing they have been serving my family and friends pork broth for so long. Shameful and dishonest.
Revisited after more than 2 years. . I ordered Pho. Portion is still great with lots of meat, noodle was perfectly cooked. The broth was really salty though. Not sure because they added more MSG or the broth became concentrated as we came in a bit late (around 8:30pm). My friend ordered Beef Stew Noodle. Too bad they only used the same Pho broth and added seasoning paste, not cooking separate original broth for this dish. The place was busy but the ladies still remained calm and friendly.
worst service ever. All they care about is tips.
Unpleasant experience. Terrible service.
They asked to go to the counter every time to look for servers and service which I never heard about it in any restaurants around.
I love this place. I have eaten Vietnamese food in many places, but I can say that this place is definitely the best. The food prices are also very reasonable.
Food quality is little low
Food is good but i don t like the waitress. She demanded us a tip and she said that it s required since we get everything we want. We are obligue to give her a tip.
The worst PhoI have ever had. The broth was terrible, the chili oil at the table was rancid. If you like big portions but garbage food then this is your place.
The bowl is wayyyy bigger than I expected and its pretty solid. Tasty .
Beef stew broth is tomato-based, making the stew more enjoyable to consume by itself.
Good food
2023 New Years Day: I had forgotten about this place and randomly went to this pho place. Wow, the food is just so incredibly amazing. The staff is all friendly and lets be honest, a lot of pho places lack customer service. It was packed in there but they are so on top of everything! Hands down best pho place Ive ever gone to. Ordered #71. A Year Ago: This place was absolutely amazing, this place is now one of my top favorite Vietnamese restaurant.
Ordered food off of ubereats and it was missing the lemon grass chicken and the spring roll. Called and told them about it and said there was no way they could deliver a new order. They blamed the Uber driver for taking the chicken and spring roll, saying they double check their orders and it was there before it left the restaurant. Their solution was for us to order something small off the menu and Uber will deliver our missing order or to pick it up. Makes no sense. Terrible customer service. They made the mistake and told us to solve it. Will not be ordering from there again.
Best Pho in and around Coquitlam center area.
Good food, large portions
Ordered though Uber eats, they told the driver I called and canceled when I didn t. I was charged for my order but they never even made it. The driver said he went to pick it up and he thinks they wanted to close early so said I canceled. They could have just called when the order went through and told me they were closed. I waited 30 min thinking my food was coming as the app said it was being made, and on route . Not cool!! Terrible behaviour and customer service!!!
My fav Viet place!
The pho is good. Youre gonna get some yellowy fat cuts if you order house special, so heads up. Its normal. The free tea was good 3/4 of the times Ive gone. Good pho, good condensed milk coffee (can take a bit if busy). Generally busy and you may have to share a table if a single or couple, which is very common.
Good
Super good quality of beef
We ordered fried wonton its was so good we finished it before I could take a picture. Also, I asked for extra picked, and they gave a whole extra bag of it. thank you so much !
I am worried about the hygiene in this place. Tables are dirty and sticky. It is not a good place to visit.
Amazing food, amazing service.
I go there often. Best pho around here
You guys are the best in all of Canada!
Best pho, good portion, good service and good price.
Left over rice for take out apparently. Different quality from dine in.
Good food, pho was delicious and tasty. Very satisfying food services and easy to access Vietnamese cuisine. Lots of free parking and pricing is good.
Food is pretty good, definitely better than most Pho places. However the price isnt the best, and consitency of the quality isnt the best either. One thing that is consistent is the terrible service. For some reason none of the servers write anything down, which is fine, but the issue with that is that they are all forgetfull. Youll get the wrong order occasionally, and if you order anything extra or modify anything, they will forget, and that is guaranteed. Everytime we go there its a hassle to get everything we ordered on the table.
Ordered for take out. It was late on a Tuesday night around 8:30pm, but it was busy! The broth is good and the pho has a lot of meat. Looking forward to dining in and experience the chili oil.
Good size portion, very good taste! Would recommend!
Dirty inside, slow service, bad Bahn mi. Not sure why people go here.
This restaurant didnt how to treat the client they are so rude. When the customer arrive to pick up. They need to learn how to be gentle with the custumer.
Hands down the best pho around in Coquitlam. Large sizes around $15 and the wontons are great. Avocado smoothies are...a delicacy.
Came here a couple of times. The food is good the service is better. The portions and price are reasonable. I will recommend this place and will come back
tasty and average service. Beef was excellent and portions are large. Good prices.
Always a great place to go to when you want something to warm you up. Their pho is delicious and their service is very welcoming. Their banh mis are also really good and fresh
Great service
Decent taste, efficient service and generous portions
This place has amazing Vietnamese noodle soup. I was feeling hungry and needed something warm in my belly. I enjoyed my dinner.
This place is ALWAYS GREAT! We ve been coming here for close to 30 years. Even when we re in other places in the GVRD, always know this is THE best. Fresh, quick, and a very cheerful staff. Happy to see their customers. They take pride in all that they prepare. Definitely a 10/10. Try it out Vegetarian options: Excellent Dietary restrictions: Can be peanut and gluten free Parking: Free parking Lots of parking Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome Wheelchair accessibility: It sure is!
Really good food but great service !
You can go if you like Vietnamese Noodle
Best pho around Coquitlam Centre
Ordered from DoorDash app. Got a hair on the noodles how disgusting !!!!
Good food as always, fast service
Meat portion not the most Ive seen around and no meatballs in their house special, but their large bowl is quite a hefty portion of noodles and soup. Great spring rolls too.
Kudos to this place, I ordered a large spicy beef and it was a humongous bowl. I only finished half considering that I was so hungry. The broth was really good. The only downside was the place is a bit tiny so if you go on dinner time it gets so busy.
Ordered takeout over the phone, super quick and easy. Ordered the house special (one size only) and the portion was amazing! I was able to eat half and saved the rest for later. Friendly service - as soon as I walked in, a young gentleman greeted me and as I left he sent a farewell. The food was good hours later heated up but Im sure if I dined in or ate it while hot it d be even better. Only downside was there was no hot sauce in the bag.
Love this place! Great food, good portions. Quite busy tho but worth the wait!
Weekly regular! Always friendly staff and delish brisket!
One of the best delicious & tasty pho in town, quick and friendly staff also. Food
Used to be a go to place for their lemon grass pork slices and rice. However, feels like they have changed their recipe in the past years. Gave it a few tries over a span of a few months but consistent disappoint. The pork slices arent as flavourful nor saucy as it was before. Cuts are fairly thick and also alot less meat provided now. The recipe for their fried spring roll has also changed. Not sure sure if my husband and I like the changes but its not bad. Pho is still pretty good. Tasty broth. Beef stew noodles - the beef can be tough and not as flavourful as before. Fast service
TERRIBLE SERVICE. When paying, the lady CHOSE MY TIPPING OPTION. While my friend was trying to pay, the lady there was staring at the tip input, and PIN. When my friend selected no tip, she aggressively asked for a tip. My friends card declined so I payed instead. I was going to tip but before handing me the card machine, she already selected a tip option. At the time I assumed she selected no tip as my friend picked the no tip option when trying to pay. Later when I looked at my receipt, I noticed she tipped herself. Not only was she was rude and pretty much stole from us, we are KIDS. She decided to take advantage of CHILDEREN for a few extra dollars. The visit would have been enjoyable if not for this lady.
On a HOT Vancouver afternoon. Spring rolls ( best by far) with shredded vegetables on rice noodles. With a cafe su-da! Drip espresso on ice sweetened with condensed mill. Youll enjoy! Food
The cashier lady was being a jerk. I told her my name when I went to pick up my food. She asked to look at my ubereat order. After I showed her my order from my phone, she asked for my name again. I have never experienced this at other restaurants. We will not return again.
No flavor in the food, I have had Viet food at other places and this was my worst experience . Staff also does not even have serving etiquette.
Food is always good here. The staff was great . Ive been here several times and would definitely come back . I had the bun bo hue. This is a popular vietnamese soup. its not pho. its a spicy pork soup . I do recommend trying this if you feel adventurous.
Was ok. Noodles were a little under done when first served, but finished cooking in the broth. A lot of noodles.
Food was so good i couldn t get a photo because of how fast i finished it.
First time amazing service and environment! Very outgoing friendly staff and very professional! Will come again!
the well done brisket pho is the best and the meat has zero fat and is delicious.
I had a very bad experience with the restaurant s food and l almost got poisoned. I don t suggest anyone to go there especially if you are ordering chicken make sure it is fresh made. Terrible customer service and terrible restaurant.
UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I order beef ball pho and waiter brought me Rare beef soup. I told her this is not my order, and she was very impolite way to convince me that was my order. She was so brutal and her face was so angry.
tasty
It was AMAZING!!!! Great food.
Great Pho
bad service
not bad
Pho99 is great also I like beef soup +I like all the foods Is taste great and the restaurant is awesome. +I love that restaurant. Pls please dont make a 1 star
Took an hour and a half to get food but it was good food
Delicious food, full of spices. Enthusiastic and dedicated service. Although the area is small, it is conveniently arranged.
Excellent pho.
Food is ok ,but the service is horrible.
The rice noodles I ate on a rainy day were really great. There was a lot of beef and the overall taste was good.
We ordered from here and there was a mistake with our order. The staff was incredibly nice and took ownership of the mistake and even gave us free spring rolls as I picked up our correct order. And the spring rolls were some of the best I ve ever had! Mistakes happen but I really respect the way they dealt with it. Food was great and definitely became a loyal customer. We will be coming back soon for sure
WAS my go to place when craving for PHO. Now, the soup tastes like water and the meat portions have been reduced. The only constant? The efficient Asian style service - dont have to wait long for your food, no checking in on what you need, fast to get you out. Why 3 stars? Relatively speaking, the other PHO places have been worse! Update - price went up and there is less meat now.
Dirty inside. Slow service. Poor soup.
Owner is rude and cheap. Spring rolls are good Rare steak to go = blood water Refused to give extra Hoison Food : 2/5 |
Great place ! We are going there quite often as the value for money ratio is amazing! People are nice and efficient. I warmly recommend! Food : 5/5 |
I had diarrhea right after eating pho from this place. I know it because i havent eat anything before eating at this place.
Good
All around very good experience. Food was made perfectly Service was fast and friendly. Little work on the politeness For how old the place was, washrooms were clean and kept up. It would be nice if it gets an up lift in the few years.
Having lunch with a friend. Place started to get busier (lunch time of course). Waitress came and put down two plastic box containers signaling my friend and I it was time to pack our food and go without us asking for the containers as we were not done yet. As rude as that was we understood its a business and its their busiest time. Next she came to collect payment and waitress got upset to see no tip was given. In front of my friend and everyone else she showed me the receipt and machine asking why I did not tip. I clarified that was the intention. Food was good but this employee in particular made the esperience awful. For this reason Im not coming back and I dont recommend it.
The taste is awful, I felt I wanted to throw up, I could smell and taste the raw beef, and the soup wasnt tasty at all. I will never try it here.
The service was awful, servers were rude and could barely understand what we were trying to order. We ordered pho instead got the rice plate, tried explaining them thrice but no luck. Food tasted very bad, left most of what we ordered. Other pho 99 locations are good, staff is humble we have tried surrey, SFU and new Westminster location multiple times. But today was the end of it. Really disappointed ! Vegetarian options: None available at this location !
Very rude and unprofessional staff they act like chained up dogs that don t want to be there I m so disgusted with how I was treated I will NEVER BE BACK
My favourite pho place in town after 10+ years in coquitlam. Consistently good, great servers, cozy hole in the wall for reliable pho. The bun bo hue is pretty good too
Amazing. Great value, awesome broth. I had the Bun Bo Hue, my wife had beef pho... both were delicious.
I visted here to have dinner with my friends. When we came in, one of the servers said he does not think we can afford any food in Vietnamese without knowing one of my friends came from Vietnam. When my friend ordered food in Vietnamese, he just let it go as if nothing happened. I feel very unpleasant about his comment, because he judged us by our looks and said something he could not say to us in English. We were customers like others and paid fully for what we ate.
Big portions but food didnt have much taste. The lemon grass chicken tasted off? Not sure what it was but it tasted more like curried chicken. I wouldnt go back
Good food and fair price.
This place is seriously dirty. The floors are sticky as you walk in. Our table was lightly tacky and after we asked to move tables, the new table was sticky as well. They wiped it upon request but with a damp towel that smelled, you know when you leave a cloth too long without washing it? That damp off smell. The condiments at the table as felt sticky and slightly oily to the touch. The food was mediocre and the noodles were stuck at the bottom and lukewarm. I am guessing they prepare the noodles in advance and they sit in the bowl for quite a period of time well in advance of your order. The chicken wings were small and tasted like they have been. fried more than once. With all the choice in the Tri cities now, this is a definite AVOID. EDIT, my husband and friend said the waitress, Ashley? was pretty rude throughout, from moving us to wiping down the table, not quite placing our food down but letting go of the dishes early so they hit the table and splashed soup.
Best place
Worse food ever
Fast and friendly service.
Very good, and big portions for the price. Super fast too
I love everything about this place.
The food is delicious! The waiter is super nice and friendly. Definitely will come back again!!
One of the best Pho places we go to. Servers are always friendly and food portions are extremely satisfying.
Pretty average spot for vietnamese food. Okay presentation & flavour.
Good portions, good quality, friendly smiles :)
2022 Edit: Pho quality does not as good as it once was, still alright though. Lemon grass chicken recipe seems to have improved though. My go to pho spot. Service is questionable at times, but it is a pho spot and the food comes extremely fast (within 5 minutes at most). Sometimes the texture of the rice noodles are too soft, but I still believe that its the best pho in Coquitlam.
Ive been coming here for more than a few years now. Average prices but portions are a little bigger than other pho places. Service isnt the worst but isnt great. Tonight I had to make more of an effort to try to get the servers attention. They walk by fast trying not to make eye contact. They gave me the wrong order of pho tonight but this hasnt happened before and the server looked new. Got the correct order after another 5 minutes. The pho broth has good flavor and the lemon grass chicken with spring roll over the vermicelli noodles is always good. Overall, this place isnt bad for the price and slightly better portions sizes. Service can definitely improve though. Parking: Plenty of Parking
Food is delicious and the staff is fantastic. We have been going every week for over a year. She knows our order and brings it quickly. Always service with a smile. Highly recommend.
Such great customer service!! I just ordered to-go and since kids meals are not a to-go option the lady on the phone took the time and helped me figure out the perfect way to order our meal without having to order 2 larges as that would be so much wasted food. Excellent phone ordering experience.
Horrible service, small space, passing waiters were touching the table and kicking chairs, rushed me to pay the bill after 20 min of being seated. Never coming back again.
Flavour is good. Noodles are not good with take out. Tried several times. Stick together and break apart into small pieces like they have been sitting in the fridge for days. Had in store twice and it was amazing. But that was a few years ago, before Covid.
Probably the best. The lemongrass chicken is the juiciest and most flavourful Ive had and I always have the broth with it. My husband is a die-hard large pho #1 and is a tough critic. Never disappoints. Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with little ones go there and the staff is great with them.
I know this place has been around a long time and Im not sure how they havent been cited by the health department. The tables are sticky and slightly oily feeling. The staff are impatient and the food is no where near what it used to be. Noodles were cold and congealed to the bottom of the bowl and the soup was not quite hot enough to loosen and warm it back up. Between the cleanliness issues and sub par food and the staff who didnt want to be there, I will definitely not be coming back, There are too many great little Vietnamese restaurants in the are to waste money and risk my health here.
This place have gone sooooo bad. We used to go there so much. However the last 3 times we ordered from them they screwed up with our order, second time they gave us a wrong item and today one item missing. When I called them back the girl said oh I took your number and we will give you credit next time you order. I refused and asked her to pay me back or send a driver with the item she started yelling at me they they said someone will come to my house and drop the food, 3 hours later I called them back...they said oh we just sent the driver. They did not even call when the driver came leaving the food outside. This place have became the worst place with the worst customer service.
Ive been coming here since I was in highschool (18 years ago). It was less than $10 for a big bowl back then. This is the best pho spot in Coquitlam hands down.
Worst place
I can have a hot noodle in the comfy place.
