Date night with my husband. I got the lemongrass prawns and he got the garden burger with Parmesan fries. No picture, but we also got the chocolate peanut butter bar which we love and have ordered several times before. Service was alright but not outstanding. Edit: we ve been back several times and always great food. Vegetarian options: A good variety of vegetarian dishes. Parking: Easy parking, Kid-friendliness: Our kids love this restaurant.

Cactus Club Cafe Coquitlam has great service, both dine in or order take out. Their staff is very curtious and are ready to help. Inside the restaurant is spacious and clean. Most importantly, the food is delicious and served promptly within a reasonable time right after placing the order. They are really good and very professional. I highly recommend it.

They comped a free dessert for my friend who had completed her chemotherapy recently...very thoughtful. I enjoyed my fish Tacos. A little loud for me but cannot be helped.

I am a regular at CCC. This visit was extra special because of our hostess, Aleya. She was so friendly and nice. Made sure out toddler was happy and full. She even shared her friendship bracelet with us. Such a sweet gesture. Well be back soon.

Good food

We had our Company Christmas social event here on Nov 27. Our server, Dillon, was awesome. He kept our glasses full and took empty plates away as soon as we were done. He delivered course after course flawlessly and kept us smiling with his warm personality. Thank you

I recently visited this Cactus with a friend and there was a slight issue with the dish. Our server picked up on it right away and she had a new dish made. A supervisor named Moe, came to our table very shortly after and apologized for the inconvenience. He was very polite, professional and took the item of the bill. Just wanted to give a shout out and another thank you for the amazing service!

It s a typical cactus club experience. The atmosphere was good with friendly servers and decent food. The only gripe that I have is the portion size and right now price. The pasta rigatoni bolognese was good but I ve had better for less money. I would go for the burgers if I go next time.

Theyve changed their menu recently and dropped a couple of salads from the repertoire. We always sit at the bar to soak in the vibe from the entire restaurant and check out the game(so on the huge screens. The Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was.....different this time. Not bad, not great, but SEEMED smaller with not as much chicken. I cant leave on a downer here, as we go all the time and everything is always steady and dependable. And, cmon, Bellinis??? Yeeessssssss Parking: Lots of parking, but not really near the restaurant. Could be a 2min walk.

I went to celebrate my birthday with some friends last night. I loved the atmosphere; the servers were supper-friendly and paid attention to all the details. It definitely is one of my favourite Cactus. High recommend it!

recently dined at the Cactus Club on Barnet Highway and had an experience that was truly out of this world. The food was absolutely outstanding, but what made the visit unforgettable was the impeccable service. Our server, Jacob L, was simply amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, working incredibly hard and paying attention to every detail. Jacob was not only attentive but also incredibly personable, making our evening feel extra special. I can t recommend this place enough. Five stars all the way!

Went for my mother inlaws birthday. We got the food, and my wifes dish had a massive long hair buried in the curry. Management should have comp the dish no questions asked. Instead they said they were going to give a complimentary dessert for the birthday. I found out that they do this for all birthdays. For that I give a 1 star . Whats 1 dish to the amount of business they get. They need to be better. Amd be more strict with hairnets and such.

Cactus club is one my favorite restaurant all the time but this time my chicken wings was very cold and hard . I didnt like it at all this time and our main dish was also cold. I hope you can keep the same quality.

2 water glasses were dirty and 1 water glass was cracked. We let the waiter know and he washed them and brought them back to us. Neither ethical or elegant. t was disgusting. Portions were unsatisfying. The ambience is good but you can find many of it in vancouver. Also if there is better tables take the customers there why you keep try to give worst tables to customers. I won t go back.

I went to the location with the appointment, we waited for approx. 15 min for the table to be ready. Then they showed a just cleaned table, a wet table (Really wet), we did not want to sit so we demanded they change the location and we moved the patio, cups came for water and the waiter filled up the water all good while I was drinking I saw a cilantro leaf in it :), then I checked my wife cup it was dirty and my son cup was broken, then I called the waiter and he changes the cups but same cup washed and outside wet :) however, I drank the water in the dirty cup this is disgusting! So I will not write even about anything about the food... We first time visited this branch and we did not get satisfied. The food and patio are great, however their patio chairs need to be replaced.

Can t go wrong with the Happy hour items. We got the burger and the spaghetti and they were both great. We also got the guacamole along with truffle fries.

Food wise Cactus always delivers just as servers are usually very good. I have a problem with hosts at the door. We always make a reservation before coming in but for some reason are ALWAYS told we need to wait for our table. I would absolutely understand that if we walked into the restaurant without reservation but it can t happen every single time when we do have it. It s extremely frustrating having to wait 10-15 minutes (as we did today) especially when we re pushed for time. The reason people book a table in advance is because they don t want to wait for tables to become available. The manager wasn t very apologetic about that either. Badly managed business!

Went for happy hour on a Friday afternoon. Reserving on line was really easy. I recommend making a reservation as I saw a bunch of people having to wait for a table. The happy hour has a good selection of appies and entrees as well as handhelds and drinks. The people there are very nice and charming. Our waiter was very welcoming and happy. I had the steak and fries, comes with a kale salad, really good portions, the meat was well cooked and I upgraded my fries to truffle fries and that was a good choice! My son had the rice bowl and he really liked it. Great experience overall.

Went here to celebrate my mom s birthday. Our server let us know that they would get her something special to celebrate at the beginning of our meal. It was busy and our server seemed very distracted. She did not get my mom anything special like a desert or drink to celebrate and we saw her bring desert with candles to celebrate a different tables birthday. We thought we had to order our own desert and they would put a candle in it but it came without and they did charge us for it. The food was good but the service definitely left much to be desired. Overall, it was very disappointing compared to other cactus club locations we ve been to

Ashley at the Coquitlam location was an incredible server tonight. She was genuine, patient with our kids deciding their food, attentive, kept our table clean and well maintained. She kept our drinks full and ensured she was on top of our food service. We are always impressed with Cactus but Ashley made our visit even better! Kid-friendliness: Ashley was really great with our kids. She was patient and understanding while the kids decided what they wanted and if they liked the food they did order. Great service from Giles!

Great times! The food at happy hour was fantastic, especially the hot chicken and pickles! Giles our server was fantastic! Holy cow could he type in orders like a wizard. A quick can I add two drinks? Was met with a sure! No problem! Followed by what felt like 100 taps of the iPad in 3 seconds. Drinks arrives two minutes later. What a pro!

Giles provided an excellent customer experience with his attention to detail and professionalism, would definitely request to have Giles as our server next time! Kid-friendliness: The rigatoni bolognese and colouring sheets are always a hit with the kiddos!

Such a popular spot! We made a rez for a Wednesday evening and it was needed as they were so busy! The service is very friendly and I love that they always ask what the special occasion is. I recently had a fantastic dining experience that I just have to share. Cindy, our server, really made our Saturday night special with her attentive and friendly service. She had a great knowledge of the menu and offered some excellent recommendations. I decided to try the Creole steak and prawns, and it was amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking, and the Creole seasoning gave it a flavorful, spicy kick without being overwhelming. We also tried the new salad that Cindy recommended. It was a refreshing change from the usual. It had a nice balance of flavors that made it very memorable. Overall, Cindys service and the quality of the food made for a wonderful dining experience. If you re looking for a great meal with top-notch service, this place is definitely worth a try.

This has become my favourite Cactus Club! For starters if you want caring, friendly, and overall impeccable treatment, the manager, Cindy, is just the best. So I go out for dinner for three things, good food, service and ambiance........the music is always so load it is difficult to have a conversation or hear what the other person is saying....couldnt you designate a quieter area? It keeps the hard of hearing away....had to have this conversation with Earls also.....thanks

Today I went to Cactus club to have lunch with my friend. We ordered couple of appetizers over there. Their ceviche and chicken wings are really good. Better than other places. But for the main I ordered Thai green curry which was a complete disaster. After having the appetizer my expectation was really high. But the Thai green curry was not even edible. The chicken was really dry. And we wanted to order some desserts but we didn t find anything new in the menu. Very limited and known options . But the worst part is the service. Our table was tiny and we had so many dirty dishes on the table which needed to be picked up. But nobody came to pick it up. It was so uncomfortable to eat in that situation. We saw so many servers are moving around but none of them came to pick up the dirty dishes which was quite unhygienic as well. Not so satisfied with the service. Will probably go to cactus club again to try other stuffs but no to this branch for sure.

We come often and go to many cactus clubs around the lower mainland. Yesterday the experience was top notch. Super friendly waitress , super friendly reception. Food is always excellent ,, ambience was great on the patio where we were sitting. A retirement dinner that could not have gone better. Thank you !

I was celebrating my birthday with my friends who also had birthdays at the same time. They gave us birthday cards and cakes. The staff was very welcoming. Dined here many times as well as ordered take out. The best part of the Cactus Club franchise is that no matter what location you dine at, it is consistently good. I recently ordered an impossibly burger with a kale Caesar salad for takeout and it held up well until I arrived home and enjoyed it. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options such as impossible burger and garden burger, tofu salad wraps, salads and the teriyaki bowl it s tofu.

10 of us along with 3 children went for a birthday dinner. My cajun chicken sandwich along was the creole fries were great. The service provided by Jasmine was exceptional. Food : 4/5

My wifes birthday. Everything was perfect !!

No privacy. Tables so close you have to whisper. The young couple beside me were having a anniversary and had to sit with their heads almost touching to talk quietly about their love for each other but nothing private here. We had to pick out conversation carefully too because everyone could hear us. Everything else was good but prices seem a bit high. Not a good date place.

Recently my family & I treated ourselves to lunch & I was disappointed to see that their classic Raincoat Salad ( my go to & fav) was replaced by Green Goddess Salad & it was the poor man s choice. Gone was the delicious chicken that was part of the original salad you have to add it to the green goddess & it was blah. The mix greens slim, the pickled onion to hot & all in all a pretty boring salad. My hopes is that they will bring back the original salad.

Just wanted to share that twice now Ive ordered the bacon cheddar burger and have been extremely disappointed by the size of the patty. My goodness it is barely 1/8 inch thick? Its shrinkflation and people notice and disapprove. You can do better! Please... Thanks!

First of all, I love this restaurant But this experience was not good I order some happy hour drink and food when I bill,the check still showed the regular price ~the waiter said I didn t show she I order the happy hour menu

Had dinner with my sister in the lounge. Our server was efficient, the food was fabulous (as always) and the vibe was great.

SLOW, that s the only thing I would describe about our dining experience. Took a while to get seated, and again took a long time for our drinks and food to arrive, and the worst part is our food was served cold, very disappointed. The only thing we didn t wait too long was the bill, only took 10min.

My parents really enjoyed the happy hour menu as their early dinner - they say its great taste, wonderful portion, great money for value. Will definitely come back to try more items.

Excellent food. However the meat over rare to well done point and dry.

We went with a party of five and were only impressed by our server. Starter, main as well as desert didn t blow us away and we felt we could have eaten cheaper and tastier elsewhere. Sorry, but we won t return here.

I am not exaggerating! The lunch was exactly what I needed on a day when I wasnt able to enjoy a light breakfast. My biggest problem with Cactus Club, is WHAT to order! Their parmesan chicken is divine, dijon salmon melts in your mouth with that rich mashed potato, and the Millionaires cut!!! It was my lucky day, the gods were smiling on me because my server was Amanda S. Amanda S. looks like Gemma Chan (Crazy Rich Asians) only Amanda is so much prettier! A lunch I will never forget. Rude employees when dealing with takeout. I drove all the way there and waited as she said she was packing up my order - she then tells me after waiting 30 minutes that she did not have my order. Their food quality isn t great either. Sad

The service was pretty nice also the food was delish not a big portion of food but i guess you are gonna have spot for dessert
