Milestones in Coquitlam

Is this location permanently closed? Its been almost a year since it temporarily closed for renovations but the property & building look abandoned & I have not seen any contractor vehicles or equipment.

Food was cold again. But the time I got it, I didnt care anymore. Place is closing down anyways.

Fabulous food and the service is great too. The Mediterranean chicken and black and blue burger are two of our favourites, but so many other excellent food choices. We have been going as a group at least once a week for a some time now. It s simply been outstanding!! We are so sad this milestones location in Coquitlam is closing down. Coquitlam is seriously lacking in good restaurants like this one. Will be missed for sure

Had lunch at the Coquitlam location. Food was ok but not great the burgers were charred on the outside and pink in the middle. They ran out of ketchup so those who ordered fries were very disappointed. What restaurant runs out of ketchup!! The restaurant was barely 1/4 full and yet they were telling walk ins the wait was 25-30 minutes. We saw 3 groups walk out. The service was ok but slow. Our server was pleasant and did the best she could. The cook delivered our food so I guess they were short on staff. Overall, not a great experience and doubt we would return.

I love the food in this restaurant particularly the location Lougheed Hwy in COQUITLAM. They do everything to perfect.

Great first time visit at this location with Sharon as our server!! I worked at Milestones as my first job years ago, and it was so wonderful to see the same level of service and hospitality carry forward from Sharon who was so sweet and attentive. Hope to see you again!

Very nice Valentines Day Specials very good service

Had an awesome time there for Valentines Day! It was our 7th together and Axel really stood out! Awesome service. Super friendly. Price was great for the portions and the taste was phenomenal

Great service from our waitress Sharon and delicious food from the kitchen - no issues there. The atmosphere though was unlike any other time I had been there with my family in the past. Specifically , 3 tables nearby were left with all the dirty plates & cups etc on them with no one cleaning it up the whole time we ate there(over 1 hour). Other workers (I dont know their position) could be seen congregating together laughing loudly and not acting in a professional way as per Milestones in the past. I dont know what was going on but I heard an employee asking someone if they wanted to fight. I realize this location will be closing soon but does that mean some of the employees just dont give a #@$% anymore? If it wasnt for the excellent food and outstanding service from our server Sharon,my family and I would never return. Vegetarian options: Every vegetarian option at Milestones is simply outstanding. Delicious flavors,textures and excellent presentations.

After a few big group, this place had dailed in their service. Sadly they are closing their door permanently in a week or so. We thanked them for their accommodations.

We hadnt been to milestones in years and were glad we went back. It was excellent. The food was delicious, service was good and the atmosphere very pleasant. To many restaurants are hanging out of music and they are just to noisy to hold a conversation without yelling. This was cosy and intimate, there is decor is upscale and classy. Highly recommend for those that like to converse and enjoy good food. They have a date night every Wednesday and we are going to start taking them in as you get a bargain on top of what we already enjoy. Parking: Lots of parking, disability parking right at the door. Nice portico so you dont get wet in the rain when youre dropped off at the door.

I really like this place. Went here for work christmas party. Good was delicious, the atmosphere was great,staff did everything take us feel comfortable.

Two hostess, One was clueless, Sat there invisible i guess for 10 minutes after being seated, Thank goodness for the young lady serving water, She actually took our order, Our actual waitress made an appearance to take our order 20 minutes later as our food arrived..Again served up by our very nice water girl..Food was real good though but some people there need better training i guess.

Milestones has been our go to place for all sort of celebrations and get togethers. It never disappoints.

Excellent food, drinks and service provided by Todd. We had a great evening and will definitely be back again soon!

we have had one of our worst dinning experience in Milestones, we waited at the front door for 15 minutes and there wasnt any host, the food was cold and when I asked the server she tired to convince me that its not. unfortunately the MANAGER attitude was unprofessional and she is really really RUDE. I never go back again. Doesnt worth the money.

Made an online order was told 30 min went in was told another 20. Like how can 2 dishes take 50 min to make? I understand they might be busy but then provide the correct time frame. Also their chicken parmesan dish used to come with 2 pieces of chicken now it s down to one for the exact same price. I mean come on that s a rip off! For a big chain restaurant like them this is a very cheap move. Doesn t suit them, I am very disappointed.

THEY HAVE A SERIOUS RAT/MOUSE PROBLEM! And they are aware of it this is the most disgusting thing I have seen in a restaurant. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Unless you are ok with mouse/rats inside the restaurant Edit:contacted them , they ignored my email.

Well that I have been coming to milestones for years. The food is reasonably priced and they have great happy hour. What I did not like this time was that I saw a mouse running between the tables which I thought was kind of gross. I mentioned the mouse to the staff but they didnt seem to care that much. And I ordered a surf and turf steak but they did not bring the seafood with it. All we received was the steak and the fries. I left my tip and went home and then realized I was charged for a seafood and steak.

Came in at a time when it was snowing like crazy and we decided to wait it out for a bit since we had two babies with us that we re getting tired of the car ride anyway. We try not to dine in too much as it s such as hassle for us to navigate a two seater stroller. The environment and staff were welcoming and super friendly. I personally loved my ravioli, however my cousin didn t find her dish warm at all. The server approached the problem professionally and offered to take it off the bill and even gave a free dessert. Which I was going to order anyway because they are so good. Keep it up!!

Place was packed! Clearly a local favourite. The Wagyu meatloaf was pretty meh. An ok meatloaf, not really anything special about it, wish I had ordered something else. Ocean cakes were fantastic.

I don t normally write reviews but this one has to be said.. we went to valentines dinner here. It actually ruined our entire Valentine s Day. They sat us downstairs when we reserved upstairs. We had to make them bring us up to the lounge as we were dressed for a nice dinner. Someone brought us our steaks without steak knives. So we were cutting our med rare steaks with a butter knife. Our server ignored us for 45 minutes after we got our food. Did not quality check. Our steaks were burnt and our entire meal was cold which we could not tell anyone because no one came to us. We had no service for 45 minutes or longer. The server made eye contact with me and went the other direction. I had to go to the bar to flag down a manager and the manager made us wait another half hour at least to resolve the issue. They took care of our food. Made us pay for the drinks and gave an appetizer for next time. I guarantee we will NEVER be back.

Our server was great :) the food was not too bad. I did enjoy my entree, but the spinach and artichoke dip was not great. Not how i used to remember it either. Seemed a little more watery. The Dulce De Leche Cheesecake, also wasnt great. I could tell that the cheesecake was gelatin based.

Always consistent, busy, or not. Servers & hostesses were awesome, and appies hit the spot. Drinks were a win-win ( Had a passion fruit mule )

A great place to with friends or family. Outstanding service, and so much fun! I went to celebrate my husbands birthday with a large group. They were SO accommodating to us, so welcoming, and were so much fun! Madelyn, Ritchie and Robin are wonderful management and staff, they truly made our night. The food was delicious, came out fast, they stayed so organized even when we had twenty people and had others coming and going to our table. They had great communication and even gave our birthday boys dessert on the house! Thank you so much for wonderful service! We wont ever forget it. Definitely recommend for any milestone celebration.

Went there for a birthday party after work on a Friday, tiered and hungry. The buffet food was to say the lesst bland, totally not impressed! They didnt have Stoli vodka for my Martini, my husband orded Stella, the server brought him a Heiniken. The service was terrible, the womens bathroom was filthy , the room was crammed and dingy. We spent $165.00 and to add insult to injury they proceed to tack on a 20% tip on our bill...unbeliveable, never again!

Portions are so skimpy, menu items we enjoyed are now gone, long waits for service. Seating is not thought out, large parties ate placed beside two customers trying to have a quiet dinner. New management, it had gone downhill. Parking: Easy parking, lots of spots.

Good food and good service.

I took a friend here for a late birthday dinner and me, having not been at a Milestones for many years, truly was unprepared for the sheer quality of the meal and the impeccable service. From the Caesar salad, the margarita, the filet with crab and shrimp beurre blanc, to the coffee and triple layer carrot cake, there was nothing spared. I think Ive found a new favorite spot, and Ill be back very soon. Thanks for making my friends birthday a truly memorable experience!

Good spot for meet ups with friends. Enjoyed their cocktails and I was delightfully surprised at how good these steak sandwiches were.

Coquitlam location- Ordered 1989 burger and caprese chicken sandwich with Caesar salad sides. Both tasty..and bonus real bacon in the Caesar salad. Server Myra was friendly and conversational. Will be back. :) Food

Milestone is a nice restaurant with plenty of seating and an extensive menu. The dishes range from salad to bowles and fish or seafood. The prices are in the middle range, the service is very accommodating and the restaurant is kept clean.

Overall nice

Spaghettini was el dente, shrimp and scallops juicy and plump, overall pretty good food, bartender was friendly and professional. Although I had to wait for quite some time at the front for anyone to notice I was waiting, the kitchen forgot I placed an order, actually called the restaurant on the phone to get their attention.. unfortunately they don t get a lot of crowd so usually understaffed, cant hold that against them but management has room to improve, a really big room..

I had the wagu meatloaf and the carrot cake. Both did not disappoint!

We are very disappointed my girlfriends sushi bowl. Her avocado was rock hard and the tuna was not fresh. We did ask for another avocado. But was informed they were all too hard. I was disappointed that they did not either take care of that dish or offer a discount since one component was inedible. Not sure they really value our regular business. Too bad.

Staff party in upstairs room. At first we were told we didnt have happy hour drink prices so I ordered a regular price drink THEN they realized their mistake. Too late for me to get the deal. $20 for a glass. Yikes!

Service and atmosphere was great however the food was just bad I order the smashed black n blue burger. The patties were over cook and super dried. Also, ordered the waygu beef meatloaf. It was extremely salty and the mash potato had chucks of hard potato that were not mash.. would I go back probably not.

Had my 50th celebration with family. Our waitress Sharon was the best. She took care of us and attended to our needs. Very polite. I recognized her from a previous restaurant that she worked before (IHOP). Always giving service with a smile. Anytime you visit Milestones Coquitlam ask for her, I know i will.

Sharon is the best! We were 16 and she was amazing! It is a plus!!!! I really recommend when you go ask for Aharón she will made your expiró en e the best!! So enjoyable

I don t write reviews too often, but I can not stress enough that the Milestones in Coquitlam is a disgusting experience. Bugs everywhere; flying into our faces, going in our hair, our clothes, our food and our drinks. A waitress watched us pulling bugs out of our food and responded by giggling out a sorry . The food tasted fine, but was inedible after 2 minutes due to the bugs. Disgusting experience.

I had a really tough med rare steak. Wife had some average fish tacos.

I have been going to this milestones since I was around 7, so for over twenty years now. Their food has always been delicious. I recommend the salmon hash on the brunch menu if they still have it, the steak tacos, portobello mushroom chicken, and their happy hour food items with bellinis. There are a few older menu items I miss that I wish they could bring back, like the asian inspired chicken tacos on naan and chocolate lava cake with goat milk whip cream (this was ages ago!). Ive always enjoyed their food except this one time many years ago when I got the fried avocado tacos (just dont get anything with avocado here). Needless to say I will still keep coming back for brunch, happy hour and date nights. Service is warm and friendly. Weve had Sharon take care of us multiple times and she is very attentive and welcoming. It was my moms birthday the other day and she offered us complimentary dessert of our choosing. The atmosphere has been the same for many, many years now. Dim, intimate lighting. Clean floors, table and booths. The manager was very friendly and even came out to check on us with the food and saw us out. Recommend for brunch, date nights, catch ups, small get-togethers, and happy hour. They have very good drinks too.

This review is simply to get a response as to how I get my money back for the 2 gift cards I have for Milestones. One is from bon appetit and one is from the ultimate dining card. These cards do not have expirey dates. Thus, you must accept them. They have your logo on them and simply posting that they are no longer valid and are not recognized in your system is not enough. I don t follow you on Facebook. I want my 50$ back. These cards are still redeemable and I m incredibly disappointed that a simple - I m sorry these aren t recognized in our system and here s an email address - is supposed to be sufficient. Your manager - she s amazing. But she should NOT be having to deal with this mess. Please direct me to a human who will let me redeem my cards. That I paid for.

We love date night! Four of us enjoyed our meal and especially the great service from Sharon! Despite serving a huge party next to us, she still was attentive to our every need. Perhaps the only fault with our visit was the cold A/C that blew on our shoulders.

Rarely have we been to a restaurant where everything was excellent, from start to finish. The grilled salmon and wagyu beef were amazing, with tender-crisp vegetables. Never tried Dulce de Leche cheesecake before, but will definitely have it again! Our server Todd was charming and knowledgeable, making us feel very welcome.

I had a wonderful experience at Milestones thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.Our table was taken care by Sharon and what stood out the most was her genuine friendliness and enthusiasm. Its clear that she genuinely cares about the customers experience, the willingness to go above and beyond made our dining experience memorable.

Excellent food and memorable hospitality organized by Mr. Biji the operation manager. We were extremely happy for the entire service, each one of them are really a true asset for the property. Keep it up and will visit again. :)))

Came for lunch, great atmosphere. Server Pavala was very nice and attentive. Food was very good we recommend the fish tacos. Would come back.

Rented the upper level for a family function. Staff was lovely, food was lovely, atmosphere was lovely, Management was super helpful in party planning and made sure to check in during the event to ensure all was well. We are super happy. Good menu offerings and food quality was good. Our server was awesome, she made the experience above average.

Just ordered via Uber eats. For the amount you pay, it is not enough food. Its pretty over-priced for mediocre food. Save your money, and support a real local store that wont skimp out on food. Especially when youre spending $100 (not including Uber Eats fees, delivery tip, etc.).

Mice incident. Dead mouse under my shoe dying. I understand restaurants do have mice from time to time . But the manager didn t even take one meal off our bill of 7 people . I will excuse a mouse sighting , but won t excuse not having anything taken off my bill poor management in my opinion . This was at the Coquitlam milestones.

Milestones was okay, sadly though not great. The vegetables, beans and carrots needed more cooking and the dish on the menu had crispy onion rings, no onions rings on my plate Server was great, the place though is large and with so few customers, there was little atmosphere

This review is directed right at the INCREDIBLE service we received from our extremely good waitress Natalie! We visited Oct 16th and had private room upstairs for about 25 of us to celebrate a birthday and I just was so impressed by how cordial, quick and accomodating Natalie was. We have a hectic group at the best of times and she handled it all with kindness and flair! Food served in a timely fashion, she made sure the children in group recieved their food first, and she made a million trips up and down those stairs without ever breaking a sweat! Good on you milestones for having such a fabulous staff member who for sure stands out in her industry! And yes, the food was great! Cheers

My family has been coming to Milestones Coquitlam since it has been open. We have rented the private dining room upstairs and spent alot of money here over the decades. Most recently my sister and I came for lunch. There is only 2 handicapped parking spots out front. It appears that 2 additional spots are being used for pick up and delivery. The restaurant needs a refresh! It is filthy dirty. The floor in the ladies washroom is sticky and there is no hot water to properly wash your hands which is a health violation!! There was bugs flying over our table when we were eating lunch. The staff was friendly enough but they were short-staffed. The server was sneezing which made us wonder about the safety of eating our food. The restaurant was not very busy and we could understand why after our disappointing dining experience. The prices are premium and with the questionable lack of cleanliness and sanitation, we will not be returning. It is a shame to see this longtime restaurant lower its standards. This is not what you expect from Milestones.

My husband and I just had a wonderful meal here. The management went above in service and honoured a gift card that was no longer applicable due to the company being sold. We truly appreciated the gesture. Food

Was here for a Christmas party and many of us were disappointed with the food. I ordered the sirloin and the mashed potatoes were so dry I had to ask for sour cream just to be able to come them down. My two coworkers had to ask for a different side to replace their potatoes. Other people were disappointed with the pasta they ordered. The service was beyond slow, we were there for an hour before the waitress came for a drink order, and took our food order at the same time. I wont be going back.

We were at this restaurant last weekend for our company (department) Xmas Party and it was my 1st time at Milestone. Not really impressed with the service and the way they looked after us that evening. The food that we ordered is overcooked and dry. Overcharge the bill, good thing one of my colleague triple checked it. They also made a mistake on the order that they gave but instead of doing what is right they still charge and insisted on the amount that they made a mistake. The Manager just said offered a dessert if we want . . . but we are all leaving and paying at that time. One is enough on this place for me . . . for us. Dont think well be back again.

Came for a birthday party, the service was not good at all, was barely busy and could barely get a server. food wasnt the greatest, although one of my drinks was made to perfection. Im sure its a great place with good but my experience wasnt the greatest

I met up with a friend, and this was our first time dining here. Friendly, capable hostess and server. Interior decor looked a bit tired, and most tables were booths. Food and beverages were ordered and served in good time. The food was good, but it could have been warmer, and the menu offerings were as expected.

4 couples went for dinner, the service and ambiance was excellent. The portobello mushroom chicken was absolutely delicious! All the food was Wonderful! Will definitely be back!!

I was delightfully surprised by what a great dining experience this was. I usually leave these kinds of restaurants disappointed, but not here! The food was absolutely fantastic. Might I recommend the 1989 burger I think it was called.

Ordered the Beet and Goat Cheese salad for delivery. Food arrives with the arugula going off. Smells of mold, is all wilted, some bits even rotted. Am so disgusted.

The portion size is good but not the taste.The dishes seemed overpriced as comparable taste wise. Had to send back our pop back as it had no fizz . All stars are for our server today

I usually like Milestones and havent been in a while and have to say, was not super impressed this time. Especially taking my husband for Valentines. Wait staff was great but the chicken lettuce wraps were deep fried and overcooked and floating sweet chili sauce and chicken parm was overcooked and burnt and had to be sent back plus it also seemed deep fried. The desert, apple rhubarb crumble seemed to have no rhubarb was soggy and hada funny taste. I dont like to leave a bad review but I planned to pay for a nice meal but this was disappointing even though they did pat for one of pur drinks but seemed more like over priced diner quality. Oh except the tuna poke. That was really nice and they should add that to the menu. Nice and fresh and nothing deep fried.

The food wouldve been great if whoever made the sauce bothered to taste it, rather than just blindly throw it in. Now if youll excuse me, I need 2 litres of water to wash all this salt out of me.

Went here for valentines day. The food and service was amazing. The butternut squash raviolli is amazing. If you do decide to go there and you like to have a cocktail with dinner. I really really have to recommend the house drink the Bellini, It was like drinking a peach slushie but looked like a tequila sunrise in colors...I dont really drink anymore, but when I seen the server taking one to another table, I couldnt help but have one. I cant remember our servers name, but she was absolutely amazing. I also shared with her that this particular Milestones used to be Club Kaos back in the day.

Took clients from out of town here for lunch ... all enjoyed ... good value all around.

The happy hour $5 Bellinis are impeccable.

Great flavour and generous portions for the price! I have never been to Milestones before even though I ve driven past quite a few times. Now that I ve been here I m certainly going to come back again. Service was exceptional and our server was quick and efficient. I got a regular burger with sweet potato fries, my partner the california burger, and our friend the chicken parmigiana.The flavour was great, meals were perfectly cooked and the portions were quite large. More than I expected. Will be back for sure, so many great items to try.

We were a party of 5 adults and 2 toddlers and our server was very patient. Kids menu has a variety of options and we enjoyed ordering from happy hour and regular menu.

Experience was ok

Second time here. Not impressed - again. Won t go again. Service was fine both times - but food was mediocre at best. I have been to other locations where food is always good. This one just can t seem to get it right. My dinner came and was cold - sent it back, and the next round hardly had any chicken and was mostly won tons and not much hotter. I ate it b/c I was starving. They didn t discount it or take it off the bill. We also ordered the tempura vegetables which were not tempura at all! They were like overcooked beer battered veggies. Terrible. I noticed the table beside us also sent something back. Also, they must have poor ventilation b/c first time we went it reeked of smoke (like something got burned in kitchen) and there was a thick haze of it in the air all through the restaurant, and the second time it reeked of cooked fish and grease. Music was also too loud.

I love milestones... In this location though the service was very slow on the 2 occasions I visited ... We waited almost an hour for food that is why I cant give 5 stars... The staff are nice and the food is delicious. husband ordered portobello mushroom chicken- it is a generous portion and delicious . I ordered the California spring salad and seafood spaghetti and it was also delicious. My mother ordered sweet potato fries and they were pretty spicy, didnt bother us but just a heads up. I recommend but be prepared to wait a while for food ..

Really enjoyed the service and our meal along with the great Caesars. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, the steak and fries was very good and I really enjoyed the seafood spaghettini with lobster bisque sause. Great combo. Good job by all.

Not bad but they messed up some details on our reservation, we asked for a table to accommodate a mobility issue and they gave us a booth we had to go up and down small flights of steps to get to despite having more suitable tables they could have reserved for us (they were told about the mobility issue when we made the reservation a week in advance). Despite these issues the food and service was alright.

Such unprofessional customer service. Made reso via phone. 30mins later got a call from a gentleman asking me if I made reservations than he got distracted talking to someone in the background and abruptly hung up. I called back inquiring why I got such a weird call and the lady Not knowing what to say and started to laugh. I asked what so funny then she told me that she was thinking of what to say. I got fed up and decided to cancel my reservation. Such unprofessionalism. No wonder your overall review is below 4.

I used to love coming here but now i can t even stand the thought of going in. Upon entering the smell of rancid food and grease overwhelms even the welcoming receptionists. The carpets are old and sticky possibly moldy. Some of the food is still really nice but some have now been made to be too greasy. With the new cactus club opening soon, I think it would be better for them to give the restaurant a facelift for their own good

Started out ok, steak way over cooked then took forever to replace it. Other food you could tell had sat under the heat light was dried out on top.

As usual at Milestones, food was good. But still cant give it 4 or 5 stars. Because the whole experience matters, not only food. And its simply not acceptable that at 7pm, even on a weekday a restaurant like Milestones runs out of...cocktails, one of the main courses, and one of the deserts too. Thats something that so early in the evening should not happen in a restaurant like Milestones.

Easy location to get to. Large parking lot. Staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. The happy hour specials from 3-6pm (and again 9pm to close) are really good. I enjoyed my Baja Fish Tacos and salad, very yummy

Ordered 2 medium rare steak dinners through uber eats and they were awful. The potatoes looked and had the texture of playdoh. They looked like they had been mushed into a ball by hand, and had a hard outer shell. The steak was well done and chewy and burnt, and the cooked vegetables were hard. I was expecting that it may not to be amazing since it was take out, but this was clearly a quality issue. So disappointed by a $65 dinner for two that was hardly edible.

It was a good venue for the birthday celebration. The food was delicious.

One of the few Milestones still left. But a great meal just like always. We had a few appetisers (get the Spinach Dip) and drinks and had great service and great food.

Service was absolutely horrible & slow. We were finished our meal before the wine came. We were out of water & had to ask the server to bring us some water. Will NOT be back & recommend you avoid this restaurant. Choose another place to eat.

Came here for happy hour on a whim and it turned out to be an amazing dining experience! Got all 3 of the Milestones Signatures Bellini - Great Mix & Flavors Coconut Calamari - Crunchy Batter, Juicy Squid 1989 Burger - Probably one of the best burgers Ive had in a while The Ganache Torte was not that great haha

Second time here. Both times I was skeptical due to the peeling paint and seemingly ignored state of the exterior of the building. Both times I was pleasantly surprised at the classy interior. First visit was for dinner, had the spinach and artichoke dip which was excellent, then ribs for dinner, perfectly cooked. Not so soft that it falls apart when you try to pick it up but tender enough that the meat falls off the bone when you go to take a bite. Both times Ive been its been fairly slow. The first time was an early weekday dinner so understandable. The second was brunch. Usually this is off putting during a peak brunch time but everywhere else nearby had a 1+ hour wait. Glad I decided to come here again because once again it was amazing. They were understaffed yet I still felt the service was attentive. Servers name was Axel if I remember correctly. I asked if they could do a cappuccino with a dairy-free alternative and they said of course they could try, but if I didnt like it they wouldnt charge me. Even before I received it. Once I did, it tasted great. We got three appetizers to share. Calamari, sweet chili chicken bites, and the spinach dip once again. Everything was delicious. The calamari might just be the best Ive ever had. The texture was perfect, not too gummy as you might often find with overcooked calamari. The three of us got classic benedicts for our mains. Eggs were done perfectly, soft as requested. We will certainly be returning, whether it be for brunch, lunch, or dinner. First visit was a date and the second was an outing with three people but the layout seems like it would be great for larger parties of 10+.

The food was great because it always is at milestones, but sad to say I had some of the worst service of my life. The two gentlemen who helped us from I think the kitchen staff were great, but our actual server only visited the table once, didnt even really say hello, never stopped by to ask us if we wanted more drinks or checked in on how our food was, and we had to go ask the hostess to send her so we could pay. It was my moms last night in town and we would have loved to stay, have some drinks and dessert to celebrate, but unfortunately that requires a server...food was good though!

I enjoy the ambience here very nice and cozy to go too and it is not that loud which is great awesome place for a date night, one of my experience was that it was close to closing but they still took us in thank you for that!! Have no pictures bc the place is kind of dark environment. Theres a plenty of room to have a comfortable dinner. Hostess were friendly and the set up a table for us right away without reservation. Why only tree stars? The service was kind of uninterested with us. She wasnt taking care of us the way you expect when going to a place like those. She smiled, deliver the food, and picked up the table. I ordered a burger with some kind of dressing which was extremely sweet. Sweet enough to make every bite hard to take. French fries were good and tasty. Two of my friends ordered some tender steaks and they were surprised about the flavor. My advice : the carpet looks and smells weird. Its time to call someone to take care of it. I would definitely give them a chance again.

Had the filet mignon with the shrimp/crab side - the steak was ok the crab/shrimp was very small order and the shrimp was very tough. Had the potatoes which were mediocre. Definitely NOT worth the $56 it cost

Dinner service was very, very slow. Took almost an hour and a half to get our food and it wasnt very busy. The drinks were good and speedy but the for the prices they charge it was a bit long to be waiting for dinner. Unsure if maybe they are understaffed but the server didnt seem very familiar with the menu items. Once the food got to us it was fine but nothing to write home about. Parking: Lots of space

It used to be good, but these days it feels like there is less attention to detail compared to the price. The medium steak came out well done... and the eggs Benedict came out well cooked.

Came for a private event. Our server was top form and the seafood cakes were excellent. The non-alcoholic grapefruit Pink Fizz drink is very refreshing with a blend of tart and sweet.

Ordered the steak and it was like eatting a baseball glove, the knife given to me couldnt cut through the thing. The waitress was nice but operationally flawed restaurant where the kitchen staff brings the food without proper cutlery.

We were just there waited for a while to be seated. None of the staff were or showed up at the entrance so we just left for another place.

My partner and I went out for a late dinner on a friday night. It was 8:30 and not busy. We were sat right away and told our server would be right with us. We waited 5 mins and no server. Another man brought us waters and told us Rachel would be right with us. We waited another 5 mins and then she came. She spoke so quietly it was hard to hear her. I ordered a pop and we ordered an appy. 10 mins goes by and our appy comes but no drink. I flag down another server and asked if she could find ours Cus I ordered a pop and it still hasn t come. Another 5-7 mins goes by and then she finally arrived with my pop saying something about the bartender having to change the keg system, not sure how that pertains to a soda but okay. I asked if we could order our entrees and we did, my partner ordered the crispy chicken burger and I ordered the half ribs with prawns and Cajun fillies, I asked for a side of bbq sauce with my ribs when I ordered and she said okay. Our food came out (both times someone from the kitchen brought it out) and no ketchup or bbq sauce for my ribs. My partners fries were so over cooked and cold they were hollow inside. Of course our server was nowhere to be seen and she did not come once to quality check our food. The prawns were cool and over cooked as well. I was in such a bad mood after that I just wanted to go home. We went out for a date night together and ended up having one of the worst experiences in a restaurant that I can remember. I will not be going back there.

Good value and food.

Pretty terrible experience ordering from them. They gave us an appetizer version of a dish instead of the entree, and a side of fries were fried to a crisp. Really unfortunate, could use some quality control going out of the kitchen

Great selection of different dishes and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) we went just before a dinner rush and service seemed a little sparse but over all it was a great night Parking: More than enough parking for day time dining, may be a little trickier to find parking during a dinner rush. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs into the restaurant, ramp available to get down to the dining area. Wide spaces between tables.

Excellent food, excellent service. We took chilli chicken for starter (split between two), and chicken penne asiago also split. Plus wine, and the lime pie. Next time well take the chocolate dessert instead. We will certainly come back. Food

I was surprised that the food was very ordinary. One person in our group found their meal to be over salted to the point of being not pleasant to eat, and did not finish their meal.
