555 Clarke Rd, Coquitlam, BC V3J 3X4, Canada
Vietnamese Noodle Restaurant. Serving pho, rice platter, banh mi and more.
WORST FOOD EVER!!! Its not even cooked properly. The first wing was okay but others are like they just served it as undercooked tried checking it with fingers before eating. I guess Getting order in 5 mins is no surprise that they serves u raw. And servers are talking to each other and I am seeing the man using his hand to clean his teeth I am not sure if he has tooth pick or what.. NEVER GOING BACK HERE!!
The food is good and the price is reasonable. BUT I AM NOT COMING BACK, for sure, because they keep messing around with the bill. This is the third time it’s happened to me. Yesterday, I paid, left with my receipt, and noticed something was wrong—they charged way more than the listed prices. I went back to the store with the bill, and they just said, ‘Sorry about that,’ and handed me back $19 in cash. At this point, I have to say this feels intentional because it’s happened three times now. Be careful about overcharging here.
The staff are very friendly and the service was fast. The portions are size is huge. Unfortunately, the food was just ok. My beef broth was warm water and the spring roll was abandoned after one bite. I love Pho with usually great layers of flavour but this was not it.
Comfortable dine in experience. Washroom was clean. Food was fantastic. Service was top notch, fast and efficient. Had the beef stew, large, great portions. Reasonable price. The appetizer fried spring roll was done perfectly. The fried chicken wings were fantastic -- crispy, tasty, not overly salty, lots of meat, juicy. Strawberry smoothie was excellent. Nothing bad to complain about.
I recently visited Pho Super Bowl in Coquitlam and decided to try their pork vermicelli (#66), and it did not disappoint! The portion was generous, with a perfectly grilled, tender, and flavorful pork that had a deliciously caramelized edge. The vermicelli was fresh and well-cooked, served alongside crisp vegetables like bean sprouts, cucumbers, and lettuce, which added a nice crunch to the dish. The fish sauce was light and tangy, complementing the savory pork perfectly without overwhelming the flavors. The balance of flavors in this bowl was spot on, and the accompanying spring rolls were crispy and packed with flavor, a fantastic addition. The presentation was also great—very appetizing with vibrant colors. Service was quick and friendly despite the restaurant being busy, and the atmosphere was casual and inviting. Whether you’re a fan of pho or looking to explore other options on their menu, I highly recommend giving their pork vermicelli a try! This captures the key aspects of your experience while emphasizing the flavor and overall atmosphere of the restaurant!
Saw this place on an Instagram reel showing of the variety of traditional veitnamese dishes , all of the meals looked amazing so I had to try it for myself . My son ordered a banh mi ga ( veitnamese sub with chicken) it was ok at best I probably wouldn't order it again . My wife ordered the gom ga ( chicken and rice) she said it was ok also. We ordered the appetizer of chicken wings they were great ! And for myself I ordered the pho thai bo vein ( pho beef ball and steak ) and yes it was definitely a homerun not only a large quantity but good broth and lots of meat . I'd definitely come back but I'd stick to the pho as that's what this place does best at .
Heard raving reviews about this and came to try. Portion is big. So you might want to have a take away container just in case. Noodles and soup were on the bland side. But to make up for it, the lemongrass chicken was kinda salty. Fried squid tentacles were replaced with non tentacles part and it didnt even fill up the plate that was served with, so lowkey felt scammed. Service was ok, just that had to call out a few times to get too up for tea (as the chicken seems to have overdosed on salt) , it is also in a busy complex so it depends the time you arrive to snag a parking spot.
SPOILED MEAT- DO NOT COME HERE AND RISK GETTING FOOD POISONING. My boyfriend and I have been loyal to Pho Superbowl for over 2 years since moving to the area. I have also been to their new location on Kingsway. We have tried many different dishes from their House special pho, spicy beef pho, house special with saté broth, their rice dishes, vermicelli dishes, chicken wings, salad rolls, and their bahn mi. We have brought our friends and family several times to eat at Pho Superbowl because we loved their food and generous portions. Today, I ordered #66 grilled pork and spring roll vermicelli which I have had plenty of times before, but for some reason, the grilled pork tasted sour and off, like the meat had already gone bad. I waved down one of the servers to let them know and she was nice enough to offer to change it to a different meat. I picked out all of the spoiled meat into a small bowl which she took back to the kitchen. Then, I heard the head cook angrily yell in the background. Shortly after, a different lady came back with the same bowl with the spoiled pork and said they can't give me a new one because "I already ate it". What do you mean I already ate it? It wasn't like I finished all the food and asked for a new bowl for free! I just took out all of the spoiled pork out of my vermicelli bowl and planned to eat the rest of the food! I am beyond disappointed especially since we loved coming to eat here and we were always generous with tipping.... but we are not coming back. I understand that restaurants can sometimes have a one-off, and I am usually willing to give another chance. However, since they did not want to fix the issue after I brought it up (especially regarding food safety like spoiled food), Pho Superbowl doesn't deserve another chance.
Worst place ever. Sharp materials came out of the noodle soup. No apologies were made by any staff l, just was told it wouldn t be billed. Looked for a manager or an owner but staffs said none of them were on site and told us to report to the city. Yes, I will.
Found a piece of tinfoil like sharp stick in my pho on Saturday. Almost choked on it but thankfully spat it as it was so sharp. The restaurant was busy but staff did not care and was not attentive to this matter at all. Horrible experience.
Huge portions! Their lemongrass chicken is incredible.
I had no 3 beef satay pho. It was good 3.5/5 Food
food was served piping hot, a plus. found pho broth thin and weak. noodles were excellent, chewy not overcooked. meat portions were tender and not too fatty. portions were generous. chili oil was available on table, another plus. chicken serving was good, but couldnt taste any hint of lemon grass. spring rolls were very good. extra charges for take home contsiners (common these days). in general prices were above average, but the quality didnt match the price.
Pho Super Bowl is my go-to place for a warm bowl of deliciousness during the cold winter months. As their name suggests, their portions are absolutely massive! Unfortunately, their noodles are a constant disappointment. It seems like the quality of food has gone downhill. I stopped ordering as much, as there s no point paying $15-20 for a soggy bowl of noodles. In my most recent experience, the noodles were so overcooked that they stuck to the bottom of my takeout box. Very disappointed!
Beware of this pho restaurant Pho Super bowl on 555 Clark rd coquitlam. The other day i went for dinner and found a piece of silvery metal wire (part of a dishwasher scrub) in my soup. Just extremely gross. I informed staff and requested the meal to be free and for them to offer a new fresh batch of soup. They agreed to not charge me for the soup but if I wanted a new one I would need to pay for the new soup. Not good enough & unacceptable customer service. Unsanitary and very poor.
Pho is good and good value
Good take out portions. Tasty beef flank and beef ball pho
Good authentic Vietnamese dishes. There were moderately many dinners during lunch hours, and meals were served quite quickly. This is relatively large for a Vietnamese restaurant and it seems Vietnamese food is popular here with another one nearby too.
Our go-to pho place. Great serving size, amazing pho, and a great lively atmosphere that isnt too loud or distracting. One of the best places to go for a low key fall/winter date and an awesome place to get a revitalizing meal after a long day or a workout.
Average food, bad customer service
Lots of serving and the food was great. They forgot to order my spring roll though and ended up almost paying for it. Good thing I checked the bill before paying and have to inform them.
The staff is friendly, the place is clean! The food comes quickly and is constantly delicious!
I visited this place again to see there is any improvement. It got worse. Zero greeting. Not fresh beansprout served. Someone was cleaning the floor with a broomstick and served pho bowls without cleaning hands. Of course, they use the same hands to serve everything to you. All 3 of them were so serious and mute, so it made me think about the Joker movie. They speak each other with their own language sometimes. Of course, not even one small thanks or smile at all, but tip option sets up at 15% starting. When you modify it, they wont even like you so much. The pho was okay. Still huge amount of noodle and soup and decent amount of meats for the prices. The soup tasted a little sour. There used to be a young boss who was kind and normal, but I think she might move to the 2nd location. But, sorry, never again here! ------------------------------------------------------------------- Two times in a row...me and my daughter got stomachache immediately after eating here. I think there was something wrong with salad roll other than Pho. I hope you did not cook chicken for chicken salad roll in advance and leave the meat in the kitchen counter as it is. I smelled something wrong with it, but we had those anyway. The price is cheap. The portion is large, The service is just as it is, but cleanness is important and not there in your foods for us. I have been visited your place more than many times. My daughter likes your place called red umbrella place, Sadly, Not anymore after today. Please fix the issue for other future customers.
One of the best Pho Ive ever eaten
Good food with big portions
Not very good on a Friday.
Probably not authentic, but their food is delicious! The pho is really good with very tasty broth. Very comforting in the cold weather. Their Lemon Grass chicken is very tender and probably the best Lemon Grass Chicken I ve ever had. Their fried spring rolls is also the best. Portions are huge. And prices very reasonable. Conveniently located near Burquitlam station. Will definitely go back to try other menu items.
Edit: Food quality has gone down quite a bit since they first opened. My pho had undercooked noodle that was hard to chew! Portions are still big though. Delicious pho place in Coquitlam. Their portions are above average with plenty of meat. Cant go wrong with their pho as it s always consistent. Make sure to add a bit of the chili sauce, its delicious! Their bun bo hue is decent as well. Lots of assorted meat and fish cake, and the broth had a nice kick with the right amount of shrimp sauce. For appetizers, their chicken wings were good, with nice crispy batter. The fried squid is just ok, it was on the chewier side.
I feel silly i didnt realise that rare beef bowl was just a bowl with rare beef (rare aka not common vs rare uncooked), it was the most delicioius rare beef ive had
Just another noodle soup restaurant Nothing special
Great potion.
Food is great and despite nowday s pricing, their portion is literally the size of a super bowl , so definitely worth the price. It gets busy in there with limited staffs, and sometimes parking can be an issue in that plaza.
Large portion and delicious pho. Parking space limited sometimes Food : 5/5
Service is great and the food is delicious
Solid pho place!
I saw a lot of great reviews about this place in my Korean community , so I gave it a try! and I was very satisfied with high quality pho! Servers were very kind and service was very fast. I 100% want to visit this place again!!!
spring rolls were yummy. the lemongrass chicken just wasn t for me. the chicken was gristly and fatty. also the portion of the chicken was small compared to other Vietnamese places
Poor customer service , No greeting ,No smile even we gave them tips they dont care or appreciated . Before I leave I say thank you to them .They dont response. Food was big portion .Taste was so so . I dont recommend you to eating here .It was wasted .
I was eating noodles where someone had dipped their thumb, and then someone started sweeping with a broom nearby. I gave a small tip, but then they cursed at me from behind.
Yesterday my friend invited me to a pho restaurant. A husband and wife eat 1 bowl divided into 2. Vietnamese people who come from Vietnam like to eat 1 bowl for 2 people.
Super! The broth is very good, portions are good. Gets busy on for lunch during weekends. Prices are very reasonable. Best pho joint in the Burquitlam Port Moody area.
Nice people. My first time I forgot to pay and drove home. I was exhausted I had to stop for dinner then go home. Sat, ate and left. I called to ask if I paid because I didnt remember. They said no but come tomorrow and pay. I drove there right away and paid. Appreciate the good nature. Above Average Vietnamese food.
Very conveniently located across the sky train station. I went there for dinner for the first time and didnt regret. They have spacious seatings and good service. I ordered the beef stew vermicelli and was surprised by the HUGE amount of beef in the stew. Normally restaurants only put in a couple slices of meat in noodle soups but here I got at least 6 or 7 chunks of tasty beef that I couldnt finish and had to take home. Price is decent as well. Will visit again to try other options on the menu.
Parking: Its fine Kid-friendliness: Yes Food : 5/5 |
Try the Salad Rolls, they wont disappoint. Price is fair, and the portions are exceptional.
Bowls were very large at a very good price. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The food was great!
Looks like a small restaurant from the outside, however there is quite a bit of seating inside and is bigger than expected. The food lives up to the name as I would have to say this place serves one of the biggest bowls of PHO i have ever had. The PHO itself was also great tasting and the beef was not too fatty and well balanced.
We often take out their banh mi for lunch which we enjoy, so dined in to check out their other menu.. I m disappointed in their chicken vermicelli. so much carrot smell in the side soup and noodle, and chicken is not really marinated. We may go back only for banh mi.
One of my favorite pho in coquitlam. Their portions are big and very tasty!
Good soup!
At best it s edible and portions are a little bit more than the ones I have reviewed. Where it falls short is the broth. It s on the bland side. Chilli sauce is flat and the salad rolls are meh. Definitely not a place I would go out of my way to eat.
Decent portion, standard service. Love the shrimp but the lemongrass chicken is a bit fatty. Still a good everyday spot in the neighborhood.
I ordered the vermicelli bowl #66, grilled pork and spring rolls. It was very tasty. And the size was humongous. 2 person can share. I guess thats why the name is Pho Super Bowl. its quite pricey at $18.95 a bowl but for the size its not bad. Service was good too. Will definitely come back to try the pho when the weather is colder. Added 10/18/23: Came back for the same bowl. Srill good! the beansprout was the small kind so its easier to eat. And I like that they put a jar of the fish sauce on the table so you can add as much as you like. Everything is fresh and delicious! 6/3/24: Came here early for our favorite vermicelli. The food is still good. But the service, I think its the lady, is not very friendly and had sour face the whole time from ordering to the end. . Made us feel uncomfortable. We ate and left asap.
This place has the best pho in the Lower Mainland. This is my go to place for pho on cold and rainy days. Their broth is the best and they serve the biggest portions out of all Vietnamese restaurants Ive been to. This is my favourite Vietnamese restaurant and I will continue coming here in the future.
Broth is bland and too salty
The service was horrible had attitude just because I have them critical saying the noodles were a bit soggy I didn t say anything else did not ask for another bowl she started saying it s your fault.
Delicious food, big portion. Good value.
UPDATE: Editing my review after 2 years as my girlfriend was served spoiled food today and the restaurant did absolutely nothing about it. -------------------------------------------------- INITIAL REVIEW BELOW. First time here and it was so good. My girlfriend ordered a vermicelli bowl and the portion was huge!!! Her order also came with a small bowl of soup which was good. For myself, I ordered a small bowl of the house special pho and the broth was delicious. We just moved here from Winnipeg and we were looking for a good pho place.. happy to say weve found our spot! 5 stars for the taste, price, and food portions. Quick service and great staff as well
The food is decent (which is why I gave an extra star), but I dont think I will be returning due to the recent reviews sharing their unhygienic cleaning practices & spoiled meat. One of my family members once found a hair in their soup during a previous visit as well. Service is horrible & basically nonexistent, you have to do everything yourself or chase down the servers in hopes you can catch their attention. Not a hello, goodbye, or even a thank you for coming.
The Pho itself is average, but they dont have any concept of service. No greeting, and dont check up on anything. They can keep their business here due to location. What an unpleasant experience.
The food is mediocre compared to when we went before. My daughters went there yesterday and received very poor service. The staff made them feel like they were going to dine and dash . They even brought out an extra staff to keep an eye on my daughters. This made their whole dining experience very uncomfortable. My children would never do that and it is not ok to judge by looks. I am very disappointed when I heard about this from my daughters. Furthermore they said the food had onion peels in their soup!
Best Pho around lougheed area
Delicious soup and dishes, huge portions, normal service. A nice cafe with an excellent price-quality ratio
Food: was good. Big portion and reasonably priced. Service: I didn t enjoy the service. The staff was not friendly and looked unhappy. I waited at the counter to pay until anyone acknowledged me. Atmosphere: nice big booths, atmosphere was nice. I do however have a problem with their cleanliness. A staff member was wearing gloves to pull the floor mats outside and continued to use the same gloves to work. I saw the same lady take a bowl that they use to serve pho to dip it into, what I assume, is a pot of bowling water, scoop water and pour it into a mop pale. Her gloves that she didnt change were dipping into this water and after she was done pouring the pale full of water, proceeded to put that bowl back with the rest of clean bowls. I only wish she didn t wear gloves at all and washed her hands or at least see her change her gloves.
The pho chicken, beef and Bahn mi were really good
My favorite pho restaurant!
Had the Bun Bo Hue large and omg the bowl was massive! A very generous amount of beef and noodles, honestly its a bargain for $16.50.
Really bad experience. I was basically kicked out of the restaurant still having food in my mouth because they wanted to close at 10pm... They didnt let me didnt finished my plate. The servers were really rude. Next time dont welcome client if its too close the closing time or maybe suggest the client to take out. Basic customer relation thing, you known.
Some of the best pho Ive ever had, definitely going back soon.
Big portion and reasonable price. It is my go to place for pho.
I ordered the beef pho small size, portion was huge with good tasting broth, good meat and good toppings. I was happy to see they give you a lot of meat too. I also ordered a salad roll and was sad to see the lack of ingredients, there was only noodles, lettuce, shrimp and pork inside but I would have loved to see more vegetables and basil as well. Parking: Large parking lot outside the restaurant
Their Bahn Mi is excellent! Pho is really good too.
Menus, tables and chairs are greasy and unsanitary. Service is garbage. Pho soup had rotten meat (taking a bite tasted like a dirty rag) and found a tiny piece of hair in my pho. This place is disgusting. Would not recommend, even if the portions are on the supposed larger side.
I hope the manager of this SUPER BOWL at Clarke would read this. It USE TO BE good.We loved it BEFORE and I would leave generous tips. NOT THIS TIME. We went last Saturday March 16 2024. VERY DISAPPOINTING. 1.The large was filled with way MORE soup than noodles. It was like a SMALL bowl of their noodles. It USED TO BE a super bowl, now its just filled with soup in the SAME large bowl. It was half the portion of what it used to be. 2. The female server was unthinking and rude. She brought the typical bean sprouts COOKED but assumed we wanted it cooked . She even said Are you going to make me take it back or something like that, it was hard to understand her English and she was wearing a mask too. She said she brought it cooked because a lot of customers asked for it cooked AFTER she brought it to their table. But what she shouldve done was ASK the customer first instead of assuming things and then get upset with the customer when they want it raw. I thought the server was supposed to please the customer not the other way around. 3.The soup that accompanied the vermicelli bowl was lukewarm. 4. I ordered #11 Which was supposed to come with RARE meat and fatty meat . It came not as rare but overcooked and the fatty meat was hardly there. The portion seem like a small order. I didnt want to bring it up there and then knowing that they would care less. I asked a male server if he was the bosss son as I saw him there often. He just said no. That gave me a hint that they wouldnt care if I complained. If he cared he wouldve asked if there was a problem. I sense this by experience. I did not leave a tip. I always leave a generous tip at restaurants that give good service. I hardly NOT leave any tip. This time and another time in another PHO restaurant [ Pho 99 on North Road in a strip mall] both had snobby rude service. THIS Super Bowl restaurant charged a lot already for the large bowl of soup so I paid my tip already! The SUPER BOWL that opened at the Kingsway location has much better service. Go there if want good food and service! I sure hope they wont change!
Restaurant put in an automatic tip of 17% for a 2 person table.
Best pho spot I ve tried yet!! Love this place, especially the satay broth so delish.
I stopped in for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised by the food. Large portions at a good price. Their beef broth is one of the better of the Vietnamese restaurants in the tri-cities. Service however left much to be desired as I was left to fend for myself and had to approach them to order. I would say though it was a pleasant sight to see they were vigorously cleaning and mopping the restaurant.
The best Pho soup
I ordered a large rare beef pho and Salad Roll, Pho portion was good and lots of meat, however the original broth soup was lacking flavour and the peanut sauce was watered down, The salad roll was ok , For Standard Vietnamese Fare, these items should better despite the big pho portions
At some point, the name should be changed to Normal Bowl if the portion size keeps downsizing
NO smiles from the staff, no hello. No good bye. Service is not good and food so so. Not coming back.
Great food
We went on a recommendation from a friend and were certainly not disappointed. Friendly Quick Service paired up with delicious pho we definitely recommend visiting. We will definitely be returning
Great restaurant with tasty food and good portion sizes. My only complaint is that the takeout pho is very disappointing. They chop up the noodles into inch-long strands in what I assume is a measure to prevent all the noodles from clumping together, but all that results in is a mess of noodle strands at the bottom of your bowl that you have to fish for.
The pho is great! Ive also tried other dishes here like the one pictured (this one is the satay soup)
Delicious
HUGE portions!
I ordered spicy seafood pho, what I can say about the soup is salty and spicy , that is. My husband ordered beef pho and the soup is very salty too. Dont like this restaurant.
Chicken wings so good, I love it.
Very big portions
Was very surprised at how amazing the food was both in presentation and taste. For the price, the portion size is huge, and the flavour is really there. My beef satay pho was really rich and flavourful, and the spring rolls tasted really good. Will definitely be coming back.
Pho is decent and certainly very large. A small bowl here is equal to a large bowl somewhere else - so great work on that end. Service has been hit or miss. With the owners you definitely feel the care, but the staff are rather abrupt and have given us dark looks when we arrive later in the evening (we end up settling the bill 15 minutes before closing and there are at least 5 other tables still eating). Go for the large portions
typical phoa restaurant. decent quality and enough size. Wheelchair accessibility: slightly limited. but still accesible. Food : 5/5 |
I have eaten at many Vietnamese Pho restaurants in Vancouver for more than 20 years. Its the first time to eat the most authentic and large quantity at a cheap price (16 yuan). I highly recommend you to try it.
Good soup. Noodle was a bit too overdone for my taste. Large feels like xl. Sauce cup would be super nice.
Pho came really fast was was delicious. Definitely going back
Portion is huge. Taste okay.
I do not tip you Your food was good but your service was really poor I mean terrible Just wanted to tip the cook
Recently went here for the first time. The food is great as is the service. The parking lot is the only challenge as it can be quite busy. So you can usually find spots but it can be tight for some cars and limited access from Northbound Clarke drive. But worth going in for the food.
I have tried a few dishes from here and I ve never been disappointed. Bahn mi 4/5 stars. Good size, good taste, good presentation. Beef stew with noodles 4/5 stars broth is good, the beef chunks are huge/ very filling. Would suggest maybe sharing. This place actually has super bowls. House special 4/5 really good taste, the small size is enough for one person. The large is huge shareable with another person huge. Overall experience 4 out of 5. The food was really good, the restaurant was clean, the service as okay but that s when you know it s a good restaurant, in my opinion.
Great place, good prices, delicious food.
Good value and servers were very pleasant. $15.99 for a large bowl was good value. Good portions and ingredients were very generous . I highly recommend the restaurant. Good addition for Burquitlam area. Parking: Due to many restaurants in the plaza there time hatd to find s parking spot When then happen your choice is to park the next property which is a show home establishment.
Soup came out fast, and it was delicious. Thank you Also listen to my single Automagick with my band Yung and Froyd on all streaming services Food : 5/5
The pho and vermicelli dishes were amazing! The dishes were absolutely huge
Super huge portions.
Huge portion and tasty broth.
Large bowls and generous servings of meat! Staff are attentive and nice. Had the spicy Seafood pho it was the best I have ever tasted!
love this place. I dont want to go to the other pho places on north road anymore. They got great portions and Im actually filled when I eat a large house special here. super bowl superb bowl superb owl hoot hoot 5/5
SUPERRR BOWLllLL has SUPERRR BOWLLLlS
Worst employees Ive ever had the misfortune to meet. DO NOT GO THERE. HORRIBLE. RUDE RUDE RUDE.
They despise their patrons. Worst worst worst service imaginable.
Great place! My go to Pho place in the area.
Disappointed They raised the price quite a lot recently not affordable for families for this area of lower and middle income. Food is good but price not
For the price and the size of the food , this place is the best of the best, plus the food is tasty too. The Satay beef noodle is a must try item, a rare soup base which is not available everywhere. Parking: Parking can be busy during lunch and dinner time, you might able to park across the street at street parking, but do not at MacDonald, car will get tow if park there and walk out the MacDonald parking area.
Almost 30 min wait for two coffees... Got two iced Vietnamese coffee to go and was very disappointed. I asked for one in a to go cup and one in my own tumbler. Was told 10 minutes and indeed I got the one in the tumbler in 10 minutes, my second coffee doesnt arrive. Thought it was weird but waited another 10 minutes. Im still waiting, so I asked where it was. The server tells me its on the way and she goes into the back. 7 minutes goes by and finally my second coffee comes. In total I waited almost 30 minutes for two coffees. I understand it takes a while because of the slow drip method. But honestly thats way too long for two coffees that came out at different times. No apologies too. Also the second coffee was very watered down. My friend thought it was a regular ice coffee. I took a sip too and it was basically water with some sweetness. Btw the store wasnt busy, so no real reason why my coffees were late. If they had at least said one apology, I wouldnt have minded. I get it, working in restaurant can be chaotic. But the staff lied to my face and then shooed me away.
Delicious pho and crispy spring rolls!
Soup is weak in favour of not as good as before.
Not tasty. Over price for quality of food and service this restaurant provides. It is shame over charging just because there is no other pho around. We shouldn t support this. How a bowl of noodles can be close to $20 after tax? Real ripped off Will never come back
Best pho in the town. Big portion and cheap price.
Good food
The portion here is unbeatable as of 2023
Noooo I cant meat was bad quality and taste was not there. I think this place has ruined my life
Delicious, consistent quality and friendly staff!
I have come here a few times with my Mum and have eaten in the restaurant. It is a smaller space, but enough room to eat comfortably without being too close to other people. It s clean, nice environment, not noisy, good location and access to Skytrain, bus, walking and parking. The food is very good (I love the wonton noodle soup, lemon grass chicken and shrimp rolls with peanut sauce). The staff is good - professional, fast service and helpful. Take out and pick up has been good too and good portions/value for money.
Large quantities of food for a reasonable price. Free parking and next to Burquitlam skytrain.
Probably the best Bahn mi in Coquitlam. Nicely toasted but soft, and still warm. Loaded with everything you want in one. Friendly staff and some good prices.
Meat portion has been reduced significantly. Disappointed.
Good food
Food without a doubt great and price is also more than fair. Service is non existent and the worse. My family waited for over 20 minutes while tables with just as many people who came after got their food before us. When I inquired, they went in the kitchen and came out only 2 minutes after with the food. No explanation no apology just put the food down without a word. My tip will reflex the services $0.
Told by staff that the kitchen is unsure of the details of which ingredients are used. Then when asked for clarification and some further (not hard!) enquiry on what the bottle says on the ingredients, was told just to not eat here and hung up. Terrible service.
Its a quaint little restaurant with delicious authentic phô...good job super-pho! And the portions are more than enough...
Among all those Vietnamese restaurants in Vancouver, I can confidently say that this is one of the best in the city. Overall Cleanness, Service and Food were great.
Best pho in town
Pho dac biet (house special pho) was good, chicken wings were alright but the breading was quite thick. Not a terrible place to eat if you are nearby and craving pho.
We love it here! And super affordable. The pho is great size and it tastes amazing.
Fantastic place to sit down and have some pho, The house special is large enough to fill most people. Pair it with the spring rolls, and you got a great meal. If you are craving for pho and spring rolls, I would recommend this restaurant. Also, they do not have any vegetarian options for soup. Parking: Shared with other restaurants in a plaza.
Food is great! We have been here a few times for spring rolls, chicken wings, the house special noodle soup. Friendly staff, fast service, overall very nice place to sit down to eat or take out.
Chanced upon the restaurant on a cold and rainy day. Broth is tasty and the portion is generous with good amount of noodles to meat ratio. Will recommend to anyone who is around the area and likes a good bowl of pho.
Best pho store in lower main land that I at least found so far Taste: 9/10 not sweet like some other stores Portions gets 10/10 for 16 bucks you a a very large portion of noodles meat and soup very generous Service is meh like the employees don t rly talk that much they just stare at you and drops your food off but imm not complaining
Incredible and big portions at a great price. Will highly recommend it.
Everything was really bland... Even after putting in all the sauces everything tasted bland.
First time to visit this place. Busy around 8 pm on a Saturday evening but we were seated right away. The pho broth was really tasty ! I liked the texture of the rice noodles, chewy and smooth, good consistency ! The chili oil was a good condiment as well as the fish sauce for their salad and spring rolls. The servers were OK but needed to engage more as to be welcoming and friendlier. The seats covers need to pay attention as its all cracked and its kinda gross to sit on ,lol ! The prices are reasonable and the portion of the food is quite big , I guess if you are on a strict carb diet then one serving of pho is good for 2 people.
Easily the best pho in the area. I had the house special Pho, tons of beef . Would definitely back
Food is great and portions are big, the soup in the Pho is always piping hot. They always forget to cook my bean spouts but not a big deal.
MMMMM
I love Vietnamese food in Vancouver
Big bowl good value for the PHOFOOD!!!
Just like their name suggests, they have super portions when it comes to their pho and I struggled to finish the large. I got the House special with all the toppings and it was pretty delicious. I also ordered the spring roll and a chicken banh mi and just like their pho, the portion was much bigger than other Vietnamese restaurants. If you have a small stomach, I think you can just order one dish and share. If you like Vietnamese food that is great bang for your buck, this is the place for you!
Amazing food, big bowls, great workers, and overall great experience here! Price is justified for the portion of food!
The name sounded like NFL of Pho or something. I had to try Pho Super Bowl to see how big their food was. I ordered Lemongrass Pork with 2 Spring Rolls on Vermicelli ($19.75) it was big enough for 2 servings. And yes, this place is like NFL version of Pho it s gigantic! I was freaking out at the portion when it first came. Because I didn t bring my own container I paid 25cents for the box. Food was good. There were 2 big pieces of spring rolls, some pork slices and some veggies on vermicelli. It came with free soup before my noodles came. I had to get scissors to cut meat so I can eat in a bite size. It was a pretty good deal overall. My bill went over $20, but the portion was huge. This resto is true to it s name. I strongly suggest people to bring a friend to share food. If not, it s wise to bring your own containers. I took half of my food home.
Good portions, food was pretty decent, just annoyed the wait staff wasnt exactly on the ball, table beside us had their tea pot opened for a while, we drained ours as well, but didnt bother to ask, typical Asian restaurant I guess...good food, meh service lol. The price diff between small and large was only 1 buck... Combos were a good deal... Pho + protein and rice + 2 spring rolls was $42..stingy on the bean sprouts though.
This is our favorite spot in our neighborhood. I love their soup noodles and also their spring rolls!!! We visit here regularly. Love it! Kid-friendliness: This is a kid-friendly restaurant. They provide extra bowls for you to share food with your kids. :)
The portions are huge. They are pricier than other pho places but you do get bigger servings. My favourite about this restaurant is the staff. Theyre always so kind and friendly even on a busy day. Their springs rolls are delicious. Pho broth and lemongrass chicken is tasty.
One of the best ph s in Vancouver! The broth is flavourful, just how I like it. Best of all, the portion is huge! The service is really fast, price is reasonable
My goto place for pho. Generous serving size and generally most consistent soup base.
Just the taste of anything is beautiful!
Bad taste, long waiting time, dirty bowl
This place is really tasty but it seems worth mentioning that it has zero vegetarian options. We asked the staff and they confirmed. The veggie soup is in pork broth, so my vegetarian friend had a strawberry smoothie for lunch.
One of the best pho restaurants in lower mainland. We love their Sate noodle soup. It is unique yet so tasty. The place has shared plaza parking lot but could get busy so beware. Also tables are many but tends to get full during dinner hours.
Yummy food
The Pho here is really delicious~ The soup is delicious and there is especially a lot of meat. The servers kept refilling our water and were especially friendly!!!
This is our go-to pho spot in the area. Portions are incredible for the price but with no compromise to quality. Service is brisk, which many appreciate but just kinda makes me anxious. Would highly recommend if youre looking for a pho place
Ordered the large special pho & spring rolls. Lots of meat and noodles. Broth is good. Spring rolls freshly fried and very hot. Service is good. Waitress opened curtains and checked with me of it was not too bright. Was offered ice water and asked for hot tea as it was cold day. Waitress brought me hot tea immediately. Highly recommended
Its Good pho youuuuuuuuu

Super lovely place, hidden gem if youve never been. The food was so tasty, the broth was amazing the service was very lovely as well and overall just a lovely experience. The prices for the amount are awesome. Great place to eat, perfect for a rainy day.
Sometimes I get sad that this place isn t 24/7 :( I love me some chicken pho yah!
Small portions and not tasty. Wasnt clean but was busy tho...
They make great good. Parking there is a bit of a hit and miss. Service is good as well. Would suggest others to try this place for sure.
Best Vietnamese restaurant in coquitlam! Friendly staff, quick and polite service. Food portions are huge! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
Good food, good portions. Server was friendly and place was clean.
You can go here if theres nothing else to go. The service almost absent, youll have to ask many times for something. I ordered the spring rolls- they were overroasted in the used to many days oil, with a characteristic smell. The wings were not fresh initially and smelled and tested badly despite heavy seasoning. Will never come again, dont recommend
Hungry and looking for a large bowl of pho? This place has you covered! They have a good selection of different phos to choose from with excellent platters too. The portions are really big! My favorite is the number four spicy pho. It has thick noodles and a different style of soup. It is right next to burquitlam SkyTrain for easy transit. Staff are friendly and the service is fast. Parking: Small lot right outside. If it is full park across the street near the dollarama.
After all, local food is good value for money. Of course it tastes good too.
I ordered a Bun. The size was generous but it is a little pricey. Also, it was not my taste. I have never had a bun with cabbage. I am certain that many people would like it.
