Consistently disappointing. If you re considering ordering takeout, don t bother! Over the past 12 months, I ve placed around five orders, and every single one has had missing items. The fries are always cold, and they never remember the sauces. Today was no different, I ordered bleu cheese and buzz sauce and even left a note specifically saying, Don t forget the (2) sauces. Despite that, only the buzz sauce was entered on the receipt. This is typical for this location. If you re looking for a reliable takeout option, this isn t it. Save yourself the frustration and skip this place or dine in.

Mushroom burger and popcorn shrimp was good. However, it took a while to get another order or fries. Bathroom cleanliness needs work.

I visited on Black Friday night. The food was okay and the service was average, nothing special about it. After my husband paid the bill, the server asked if he needed the receipt and then left without saying thank you or goodbye. My husband thought it was odd but assumed the server might be busy. However, as my husband was leaving, the server stood right behind him. My husband said thanks and bye again, but the server simply turned away without responding. I feel like the server was unhappy with the tip, even though we tipped the amount suggested by the machine. Regardless of whether the tip was high or low, the server shouldn t have displayed such an attitude!

Food is consistently good although fries seem stale some times. Also, it is now taking longer for food to be served but I guess that is a restaurant industry problem nowadays. The restaurant was largely empty but there wasnt anyone at the front to seat us and another waiting party for a little while, strange. The waiting continued when we waited at least 15 minutes until we saw our server for the first time. Our server was nice but it was really difficult to get any servers attention after our initial order was taken. Some of them avoided eye contact and never looked our way. We werent able to ask for refills for a long time because of this and ended up having to ask the hostess. Then, there was even more waiting for around 30 minutes before our food arrived. The refills similarly took the same amount of time to arrive - after we finished our mains, to be precise. Whats the point of bottomless when you have to wait till after the meal is finished before refills come?

The service was so disappointing. It wasnt even busy and took ten minutes just to be seated, then another ten to order drinks. Our appy came out cold and same time as our mains. The bartender was horrible, rude and more focused on talking to her underage friends at the bar. I had to go up and ask for napkins twice, and take cuttlery off another table because we had none. It was also frustrating to pay for a bottomless drink when I couldn t even get a refill. I asked the other girl who brought our food for a water and the bartender told her to go back to food.. this place seemed to be run by a bunch of 19 year olds with zero management in charge.

DO NOT COME HERE, absolute HORRIBLE experience! It took us 10 minutes to be seated or even acknowledged even with a reservation made; mind you the restaurant had plenty of empty tables. After being seated, our waitress greeted us 15 minutes later. We put in our orders, and waited an entire 15 minutes for our beverages (water included) and 45 minutes for our food to come. After our food came, we were not checked up in even once. We had to wave the workers down at least 10 times for them to even get beverage refills. For the water, the waitress rudely placed kettles on our table without even saying a word or making any eye contact. We asked for our added bottomless sides and we waited an entire 30 minutes to get them, which was absurd. Highly recommend anyone thinking about going here to not come, literally any fast food restaurant would provide an even better dining experience than this place. No wonder the Lougheed location closed.

Me and the boys love red robin every time we go. The whole bring out the robin charade is a bit strange, and almost seems ritualistic at this location (with all the chanting, holding of hands and candles) but overall it doesn t affect the meal. The waiters and waitresses are always friendly, and easy to communicate with. Overall you can t say that red robin is any less than 5 stars. Hell, if I could rate 6 stars I might. All hail the big red.

Typical red robins. We have been to this one and the Abbotsford location and the Coquitlam location has very slow service. Understaffed. We waited an hour both times for food.

Overall great place to grab a bite to eat. The food always tastes fresh unlike other Red Robin branches you ll go (at least in the past). Friendly service, depends on your service and busyness, you can get your food on time or can be delayed. As long as you manage that expectation, it s a good place to go and enjoy with your parties! Vegetarian options: There is plenty of options to choose from as long as one is willing to eat side dishes, like fries, onion rings, and sometimes main dishes like beyond meat burger, etc. Dietary restrictions: As long as you mention, they will do their best to assist you with dietary restrictions. Parking: There is lots and lots of free parking Kid-friendliness: Spacious space with kid s menu and crayons as well as some activity paper/menu will be provided for your child. Wheelchair accessibility: I can t recall automatic door opener so as long as someone holds the door there is two levels in this place and you ll be getting seated accordingly

My husband and I celebrated my birthday and we ordered the Madlove and New Jalapeno Heatwave burgers with bottomless steamed broccoli and steak fries. We also had goey chocolate cake for dessert. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We had a private booth to ourselves which was divine. As a loyal customer, on my it birthday, I had my burger free. You cant ask for more!!! It is an ordinary Red Robin restaurant. But I enjoy visiting this location as Stephen always takes care of us so well. He is very friendly, kind and attentive. I feel like this is a place for me to relax without worrying about food because Stephen will take care of everything. When he is quite busy, just ask him for a refill in the beginning when you order. You will get yours on time. He works during weekdays but not on weekends. This location remodeled the exterior and dining area are quite clean. However, for some reason, I smell after-smell of wet mop. I would like to suggest the manager check on the cleaning items. Maybe use a bit of scented cleaning products(not so strong one but enough to cover the wet smell) and the mob to be cleaned and dried before next use. Maybe buying one more mop to alternate. Dietary restrictions: I really appreciate Red Robins has options for lettuce wrap or Keto bun option instead of regular buns.

Service was great but heads up everyone - especially if you are vegetarian or vegan they do not price adjust for no meat (eg. Chicken Caesar salad without the chicken) which means you are majorly overpaying for your meal. Make sure you ask before you order!!!

Steffan was our server today and this is easily the fastest 5 star I could ever give. He was exceptional despite the restaurant being busy. Easily the best server I have had in my life. We are not from Coquitlam but will certainly be coming back because of him. Props to Steffan for his excellent service and friendly/welcoming personality. The world needs more people like him.

Red Robin Coquitlam is the best Red Robin in all of Metro Vancouver. I had one of my best experiences at this location. The staff there are so kind and supportive. If I were to name a few, Amanda, Evelyn, Gel, and Jacqueline were all great, even though the location was very busy and they had to attend to everyone.

I called red Robin because the last few orders there were hardly any fries and my kids weren t too happy about it. They took my name and everything looked at my order and said that they would make sure that they were topped up well when the order came, there was like maybe eight french fries in mine and there weren t too many and all the others so we decided we re never gonna order from there again which was really sad because it was our go to place to order because I have one child with coeliac and I have one very picky eater. It s just not worth it. You just never know what you re going to get. Also, it was cold. My son said can we go pick it up because it s always cold when we order it anyway I called them back and said we didn t get the top up on the fries and they didn t really seem to care at all and just said oh sorry about that and that was it. Done. Not only did they lose us as a customer and we ordered very frequently, but they ll lose others as well because I know a lot of people in the coeliac community and our support groups and stuff and they ve all been complaining as well about the same issue. my son summed it up well after he was done eating, he said well that was disappointing .

Went with a group of ppl for a bday dinner...was seated. table was super wobbly.put napkins underneath.nothing worked..I had a 7 yr old on the other side of this wobbly table so needless to say my night consisted of trying to lean 9n table so she didnt tip it...it was a terrible evening..took for ever for food and bill at end of night..over e0 mins for the bill..come on really.

Use to work here as a teen in there kitchen so I know all the goodies so I love eating here Vegetarian options: I know they have more than one.. salads, appetizers, mains( even veggie burgers) and deserts. Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free and can make changes if needed. Parking: Own free parking lot.. spots not a problem. Kid-friendliness: Well just entering there is so much entertaining kid friendly decor and the staff is kind and friendly. They have a kids menu with plenty of options and colouring supplies and a colouring book with engaging/ educationally fun games inside. Also. Lots of desert options Wheelchair accessibility: There is not a problem entering the restaurant, having floor level seating and bathroom friendly for disability needs.

The service varies depending on the server that day. Even if there were no customers, the waiting time was long. The guacamole and chips I ordered cut off avocados that were out of time, so the color was already changed to a lot of brown.
