Slow service. It was my mother in law birthday and the attendant didn't take her order ( she said that she didn't listen). She had to wait, and she ate after everyone else. The food was delicious, but the plate was too small for the price ( I ate salmon ) , in my opinion.
Overall, it was a great experience. The place is cozy and perfect for hanging out with friends. I highly recommend the prawn and bacon carbonara—it was delicious! My partner and I shared an order, and it was more than enough to fill us up. The flavor was fantastic too!
We visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. First, the portion sizes were shockingly small. We’re not big eaters, and we don’t expect massive portions, but we did expect enough food to feel satisfied given the prices. Both times, we left still feeling hungry. On one visit, the server got our order wrong and brought pancakes instead of waffles. We decided to let it slide, but the pancakes turned out to be terrible, so we asked for them to be replaced. To our surprise, we were charged for both meals. Overall, we were really let down by the food quality, service, and value for money. It’s not a place we’d return to.
The food was good at this location the steak was cooked to perfection and tasted good the pasta was not bad either.
Consistently delivers delectable dishes. My friend introduced me to the franchise’s blueberry milkshake and it is a delicious treat.
We took my mother-in-law out for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon. My husband enjoyed his blueberry milkshake and we had two different veggie burgers, both nice. Dated atmosphere. Server was friendly and prompt. Worth checking out if you want some comfort food.
Went for a late dinner with my sister. I got the perogies and the quesadilla from the happy hour menu and both were absolutely fantastic. My sister’s dinner was really good too. Our waitress was super nice, on top of all our needs and once we finished we stay a little but longer chatting without realizing they had already closed. However we were let to stay without kicking us out. Thank you for that. Def recommend this spot.
Absolutely outstanding service! Marco was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional dining experience. His recommendations were spot on, and he always seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and he truly made our evening memorable. We’ll definitely be back – all thanks to his wonderful service!
Waitress and staff super friendly, great late night happy hour. Prices reasonable. Would highly recommend
Been here before and didn t have a good experience figured we would give them another try . Nope All of the food was luke warm like it was out of a microwave , could ve got a better quality burger at A&W . There was somebody s chapstick lip marks on my water cup . Place is cold with little lighting . Server didn t even ask how our food was so writing my opinion on here . The one good thing that I got from this place was the reminder that it s not any good . Won t be back .
The service was great. We sat barside and our server Diana was excellent. Super friendly and we felt she genuinely cared about our experience. We sat beside a server who was finished his shift, and had ordered his dinner. What impressed us is how upon leaving, he wiped down his part of the bar counter and pushed all the chairs in. You could tell he too cared, nice employees both of them. Good to see. Thank you Diana and Gio!
The waitress and manager were so helpful and assisted me in finding my friend who was turned around and couldnt find the place. I really appreciated their concern and assistance
Had the Bacon Chicken burger and Food was cold and the chicken was dry and overcooked
70 dollar to go meal... missing coleslaw. I get it, most people toss it out but at least give the customer what they paid for. Saturday night take out crew, thank you. Food
Our server was excellent, always there when we needed her help and going above & beyond what is required.
This restaurant location has 2 sides: the west entrance (facing Popeyes) is for dining in (booths & tables) & the East side is for drive-in (not through)/take-out service. Average cost for an entree is $22-24. Wings were tasty but overpriced for the portion size at 17.75. I loved the Nashville Chicken (not spicy), but Mr. reported processed cheese (like a Kraft singles slice) on his Double Double which was disappointing. The shakes have consistently been good. If you want take-out, order well in advance. Ordering online was a 40-50 minute wait, walk/drive in was more like 20-30. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burgers, pasta, salads Dietary restrictions: Option for gluten-wise burger bun
Very friendly team working here with the usual classic food from White Spot.
We ordered for take out. The number is in our history. It was called. We have a young kid so reliability is why we go there. We show up and they have zero record of the order. Completely clueless. No sorries at all. Just blank stares.
We got the fish and chips, kids meal burger and prawn fettuccine. Portions are large and satisfying. The kids burger is pretty basic but the brownie sundae at $1.5 extra is a highlight. The halibut and fries were both hot and fresh, while the pasta was flavorful. White Spot, like many other restaurants offers unlimited side dishes and drinks. We loved the sweet potato fries as well as the coleslaw.
Fish and chips for the win!!
Really clean and comfortable atmosphere. Better than most White Spots because it s a bit newer and the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. Marco my server was very considerate. He answered all of my questions with his honest option, which I appreciate. I d drive here from White Rock just to have a nice meal. Delicious steel head with a salad and some fries. Killer prices on the wine and beer for happy hour. Came here after a hike at Buntzen. Great spot. The whole place is a good vibe. Till next time
Food was really good, it took a long time for the food to come out. Other tables around us who ordered after us were eating sooner than we were. But all and all the good was good.
Kinda average service, younger staff there need to learn from their elders.
The Yam fries were cold. Our server was delightful.
Its White Spot. Great food, service and atmosphere. Always think its a little expensive for family dining, but I guess you get what you pay for. Food : 5/5
Today, I was with my three friends, and the service was very nice from our server, and she was very nice, but the spaghetti is not very good. I wasnt interested in it so much But the salad is very good and my sweet potatoes too with juice.
Have been there twice in a week, both times our server was Dorian, he was excellent and a credit to the restaurant. The food was great . Highly recommend.
Cobb salad was not very good. Barely any ingredients and the dressing had no taste. Very disappointing.
Seriously service is not that good. Food is average.
it was so bad
Quiet Thursday morning for breakfast. Greeted promptly and service was great. Waitress brought my child their activity book along with menus to keep my child busy
Update: Breakfast was spectacular, service was wonderful and the Rosé Sangria really hit the spot! Old Post: Came for happy hour today. Got the Coconut Prawn and Humboldt Squid which were both delicious!! Twisted Bellini was good too!
I ordered steak with yam fries and Cole slaw and it was quick delicious Vegetarian options: Vegan options Food : 4/5 |
Great food and service
Pirate Pack Day with my dad, brother, and my two young children was a lot of fun. The staff at this location were phenomenal, efficient, and attentive amongst the chaos of pirate pack day. My oldest ended up eating too many grapes and returned them from her stomach. The staff were excellent in helping my dad and I deal with this ordeal and keep my kids as comfortable and calm as could be. Thank you to everyone who worked today, and a special thank you to our server and (I m guessing) the manager for being so helpful and kind about our ending situation.
Good place to have a breakfast with friends and family.
do not order their buffalo wings i got salmonella
Love it
The food and service were very good.
Always friendly, great food and now carry craft beers on draft.
One of my favorite go-to spots in Coquitlam. Friendly staff and pretty well know most of them with how frequently we go. It gives off nice small-town vibes in the heart of the city. Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten Free options
Good place to go with family and friends.
The food was dry tasteless not worthwhile
I took my son there after his last day of school (sort of a tradition) Once again, it was fantastic. The place was PACKED, and the entire staff was killing it!! Quick, friendly service and getting our order. Never a letdown at White Spot. Food
Good get together place. Family friendly
Same comfort food, great tasting, service was good, place looked clean and welcoming as ever.
Tasty
Great food and service!
Really enjoyed the meal and the friendly staff.
Would not be accommodating when my wife wanted a burger at 10:30. White Spot at Grandvview Heights DOES accomodate customers that want a burger during breakfast hours.
Been a few years and the legendary burger used to come with cheese lettuce and tomato. Now it s just a plain burger for $20. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the memories on the drive in service.
Great courteous service. Good comfort food and default family hangout for get togethers and reunions.
Great food, great friendly service, and clean and always fresh
Chocolate milkshakes
Its White Spot. Good fries, good burgers. Its consistent between restaurants. Kid-friendliness: Crayons and activity sheets for kids.
Everything was top notch, in terms of quality and quantity. Enjoyed the meal. The service was great as well.
Ive always got my burger from White Spot because of the great quality, but now theyre ripping off people. I know that everythings got more expensive, but they shouldnt lower the quality of the food. Their hamburgers used to be bigger with better quality, but they made the bun and the patty way smaller with nothing in it for $17.00. This is cheating, because if they want to make it more expensive at lease keep the quality and the size of the burger as same as before,I could buy that cheap quality burger from junk McDonalds with $10. I would never ever buy any food from White spot again!
Great food and service. You need mocktails!
We went today for a quick breakfast... after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to take our order, we found out that all the rest of the tables that arrived later than us, and with more people, were served first. It was very disappointed for us. The servers were walking around us, and nobody asked if we needed anything or if we were ready to order.
Tried the drive-in service today and how fun!! Classic white spot food with tables that span the width of the car while still being able to close/open windows at will. They even offered to feed the dog who was very happy with her patty :-)
The food is 5 stars as always. The service gets 1 star since someone brought us food...but that was it. Went for lunch. The server looked miserable. Theres no other way to put it. She came and took our orders and the left. Didnt take the menus or anything. After getting our food she was no where to be seen. Seemed liked she spent most of her time at the back. No checking to see if we need a refill, which we did. No checking to see how the food was. The kicker....she brought us our bill while I was still eating. Cool. If we we were sitting in a crowded restaurant for over an hour doing nothing, then fair. It was empty and we were there for less than 45mins, and by the look of things at her other tables, nobody else was getting any service either. At one point the other servers had to cover her tables I think. When I paid I didnt want to leave a tip, since we received no service. I felt bad for thr kitchen though, so I gave one and I hope she tipped them out at the end of her shift.
We come all the way from Richmond to visit this White Spot specifically on Lougheed Highway. We always get Sandra as our server. She is extremely professional, polite and very attentive to her customers. She always makes our visit very special and memorable since I always bring my two elderly parents. Thank you, Sandra, once again for the exceptional service and warmth you always shower on our visit. Bless you Parking: Ample parking space especially for seniors with handicap accessible
Delicious and healthy
Great place for family
One of our family favourite dine in spots! Kids love the little ship and the food is always good! Burgers and quesadillas are our favourite - recommend switching to onion rings so goood!
Always a great place to go for dinner, wonderful food
Forty five minutes for two pirate packs?
Friday night. Place was lively and food was good. The boy loves his chicken tendies!! Food
Our server was real nice and serviced us well but we sat by the window on a sunny day for a reason and then a worker cones out of nowhere to close the shade to block the sun. There was no one else in our section at the time so no reason for her to close them. We opened them again obviously.
Dietary restrictions: I have almond allergies and they always assist in making sure all food is nut free. Wheelchair accessibility: Double door entrance makes getting a wheelchair or scooter in and out easily
Julianne is awesome she went above and beyond. Brought us a birthday ice cream treat for turning 12 Food
My mom and i used to go whitespot as a treat when i was little. Pirate packs boiiiiii . So we went out to this location on an ikea run and its good food and nice people and we still quite enjoy white spot ! Great spot for friends and fam
Never a bad meal there... was quite noisy last night thats why the 3...but the serve and food were great
Great experience every time! Take out is always in time!
had dinner, ordered 3 dishes. great fresh ingredients, courteous and efficient service, planning to come back.
super rich
Not a fan of this location! Maybe the cook was new - or sucks. Someone there doesnt care about the food they make. Update: After reading similar reviews- obviously the owner, manager and head cook are to blame. My friends brought me home a burger and fries. They ate in said their meals were fine. Mine wasnt! It wasnt a take out order either! I did get double fries - but it comes with endless fries - we could have had 4 take home boxes. I got 2. The Bacon cheese burger? Worst Spot burger I ever had. McDonalds is better and I hate McDonalds. Burger was bland. The patty was dry and overcooked. Much smaller than the pre-Covid ones - or burgers I had this year at White Spot gas station locations. Are you trimming them? Or using different patties than other Spots? Lettuce was awful, slimey. I tossed it. Very tiny pickle, half the usual size. Scrimped on the condiments too. Plus ... they forgot my drink! Only thing good were the fries. I wont waste money at this location. I have dined at many White spots in Greater Vancouver for 3 decades. Regular of Byrne Rd, North Road , New West, North Vancouver, Vancouver, Surrey and Langley locations. the Chevron drive thru on Main St made the best burgers - until that cook left. Langley location (at the gas station off highway) is good. Surrey location is good. North Road is our group go to - on Pirate Pack day. Not willing to go to the Coquitlam location unless that cook is gone. Plus management gets the kitchen up to WS standards.
Has to be the worst White Spot weve ever visited. Meal sizes are smaller than other locations, extra charges for everything and the service was extremely slow.
Great and fast service
Substitutions that we have done at other whitespot for no charge were an extra charge
Love this restaurant. Perfect family place with nice kids manu, tasty burgers and really nice lager
You know what you get. We were waiting more than was necessary as there was space but not well coordinated Vegetarian options: There is flexibility, so just talk to the staff they were great in accommodating our requests
Garbage
I love breakfast and coffee.
We had the kindest host I think her name was Amy! She really made our experience. The triple O sauce is so delicious! Would definitely recommend.
I met a friend for lunch after the Christmas season. I ordered the chicken quesadilla without salad or fries. Good size portion at first glance, but the chicken was a bit scarce, and the majority of the filling was cheese and corn. I am not sure that the consumer is getting a fair deal with this particular menu item. The price of a 9 oz glass of wine was almost as much as the meal. Our server was awesome and allowed us our time to catch up. I think management need to consider that in this current economy, any customer that chooses to dine at this establishment, is paying for a meal, that would provide 2 to 3 meals worth of food to dine at home.
Susan is known for her exceptional skills in baking delicious cakes. Her secret lies in the perfect balance of high-quality ingredients, precise measurements, and a touch of creativity. Whether its a classic chocolate cake or a fruity delight, Susans cakes are always moist, flavorful, and a true delight for the taste buds. Her dedication to the art of baking is evident in every bite, making her creations a favorite among friends and family alike.
Great
Very good
Weve been there this past Saturday for my niece s birthday. Jenna was taking care of our table and she was supper friendly, nice, welcoming, and hard-working person. The words cannot describe her work ethic, you should go there and experience it firsthand. Well done Jenna and thank you very much again.
Our food wasnt bad but definitely not worth the money. I got the Cobb salad, and there was no taste to the salad. The crispy chicken wasnt even cut, mostly lettuce. My daughters pirate pak was sub-par, dries tasted like they had just been sitting and waiting. In the last 3 years, Ive tried time and time again with white spot, and Im at the point where Im not going to give them my business any longer. Also, the music choice is weird, which makes for not such a great atmosphere. Rap in a restaurant that serves mostly seniors and kids. Its like the boss was away and someone was playing dj or theyre trying to attract a younger clientele?
Worst service took 40 mins just to order
Always good. Consistent quality. And a BB tradition. Me bud and I had lunch. He had a double burger. I had a clubhouse. Drinks coffee and iced tea. Bill $53. You have to pay for quality. . Nice to treat your self.
Clean and great service. Full and frah portions
Good stuff!!
Whitespot is always , Solid menu selections, reasonable pricing. Good service, its just a casual place to have lunch and visit or talk business
Great service good food. Amazing staff during the day. Lunch was fabulous best waitress.
We came here for my sons 3rd birthday (just the three of us for a midweek dinner) and the staff on duty were amazing. We felt taken care of and everyone even sung him happy birthday. What a fantastic memor hell have. Thank you!!!
Our server, I believe his name was Simon, was amazing. We went close to closing. And he was super accommodating. He was clearly busy and all on his own and he handled it so well. The food was served to us hot and timely. Food was delicious. The bacon brie sandwich was so flavourful.
Ordered takeout here tonight and my legendary burger was undercooked and pink in the middle. Was not happy once I d gotten home and realized I couldn t even eat it
Food was great and the service was pleasant. Enjoyed it very much.
Good food and service , the location is old and kind of smelled bad .
Pleasant, warm, clean, friendly atmosphere .... Wheelchair accessibility: Level entry. Food : 5/5 |
We had great night with my family. The quality of salad was good but for fish and chips I didn t like it. I think that fires was not fresh. And the fish was too fired. I regret no t to order salad with chicken Food
Its white spot. Family friendly but nothing amazing
Took a while to get our order ready and served. I understand it was a busy workday night, however 35 min. after placing an order is a bit longer than usual. Food was good, like in any other WS, no complaints there. I wish the restaurant was a bit cleaner. Food : 4/5
We had a very nice family lunch. We had Chicken broccoli and cheese, legendary burger with gluten free bun, and the bbq chopped chicken salad from the seasonal menu. Everything was very good.
The staff is very rude and racist. Especially the guy in the front who acted like a thug. Not a good place to be to relax
Family friendly. Easy access and plenty of parking around. Very slow service, although it was a busy evening for them, we were left waiting for the food for over 30 min
Best service Ive had in years! Our waitress Jenna was attentive to possible food allergies and went beyond with the service she gave us. She was pleasant, positive and definitely an asset to this restaurant. Vegetarian options: Very good veggie burgers
this food, IS SO GOOD but so bad at the same time. get it straight people. i wanted more, but i wanted it out of me. the service, you unprofessional boogers especially that one kid. kick rocks bud. thanks for chicken strips and shrimp sando. get it right people you broke my heart. see you tomorrow as im addicted. love you WS!!!
Went with friends and family for my birthday and I understand 35 people is a big party and very stressful of course the food was great and the server serving our party was amazing but my friend had fish and chips and there was something hard in it and it kinda hurt his tooth so he pointed it out to a server (that wasnt serving our party) and the server got very mad and argued with my friend grabbed his plate spilling it on him to not bring back a new order for him as I complained to our server about the incident I find out that he was the supervisor working at that time.... He was very unprofessional and VERY RUDE I will not be returning to this location again that is how rude he was
The food was ok, they forgot to put the coupons in my daughters pirate pak and the waitress took a long time to go for them and she made a face, slow service and it was 11 am on a Wednesday. I won t come back again.
White Spot Coquitlam was great, food service and the overall experience was just pleasant.
Overall, it was okay. Would have been nice if the host asked us where we would like to sit. It seems like a small thing but it sets the tone for the rest of the experience. Waitress was quick to arrive, pleasant and attentive. Food was quality, with the exception of the waffle which was cold, unlike the strawberry topping that tasted like it was tossed in the microwave just before serving. Not their best dish.
Legendary burger was one of the worst ones o had for some reason and I had them before. It wasn t this bad. Dry, very little sauce. Humboldt squid was very greasy, I had to return it back to kitchen and didn t want a replacement. Kids pirate meal is great. Great for entertaining kids. Server was very inexperienced I guess. She was young. But that s ok. I wasn t expecting too much. She will learn. We may go back again next year maybe. This place is a once a year place for us.
This is a clean and bright restaurant. Parking is good, and access is easy . Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was ordered and arrived quickly . Pleasant quiet atmosphere.
Imagine paying over $20 for a mushroom burger then receiving a burger patty which is obviously pre-formed from frozen (in other words not made in house) and hardly any mushrooms. It was not very enjoyable. If you are going to charge a premium price make a premium burger or drop the price way down on that bad boy. The fries were a collection of fragmented fries that were dark colored and hard. Seemed like they were bottom of the basket fries. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was very comfortable and not too busy. All said and done I put food in my mouth. My Father and brother enjoyed their meals. Summary: Processed frozen burger + nasty, greasy hard fries + cost over $20 = disappointment, disgust and anger.
Carhop specific. Always things missing. No one seems accountable for wrong orders. Staff are always a bit short/cold. Not a very welcoming location. It s been like that for years. Only reason we keep going back is some of my kids really like the food. The portion of the restaurant for Seated Guests operates great and is way different then the take-out side which we frequent all the time.
Went there to catch up with an old friend. It didnt disappoint. Reliable and consistent White Spot service.
Great attentive service! Had a gluten free classic Eggs Bennie! Was cooked perfectly and the shredded hashbrowns were tasty and the food came in good time. Costs are ok. Vegetarian options: Gluten free options.
Kids food came out extremely fast which was fantastic. After that the service was a little slow but the food was superb. Hot and tasty. I cant wait to return soon.
Tray service to the car was excellent! Thanks to the server Celina who was so polite, friendly and went the extra mile to make us comfortable!
I really enjoyed my drinks and mushroom burger
Kid-friendliness: Great place to eat with children Food
Both quality and quantity have deteriorated a lot, disappointing.
Food and people are great
Ordered the New York steak and the gochujang chicken burger. Both were delicious and out waitress, Bella was very friendly and hospitable. Look forward to coming again.
Food was classic White Spot. Our server was great but we waited almost 10 minutes to be seated even after being acknowledged by the bartender.
The service was good, the wait staff very friendly always a good choice.
Always great food and friendly service here! Burgers are just the best!
Always good! A classic if you will. I had the salad and it was great I love this place!
White spot is great when you know exactly what to order. All there meals are complete and well prepared. Special note fir our waitress Leah who excels in her job. She always stops to remember you is pleasant well informed and helpful
Drive-in for for all 3 meals? why not? It is one thing you dont find a lot now a days. My kids love the pirate pack. Great service, friendly staff and good food.
Really I lack luster and dull. expensive food terrible quality.
great food & excellent service (emily) Parking: numerous spots Food : 5/5 |
Very good food Parking: About 30 parking spots Food : 5/5 |
somebody scowl No smile very rude Poor service attitude Food
Nice thing about white spot. Its pretty guaranteed to be a good meal every time theyre good about keeping fresh ingredients. Easy parking at this location I come here again.
One of my fave places for comfort breakfast. Good for both bringing family or tucking into a book with a fave meal. I love their brunch and burgers, and still miss their hot turkey dinner (discontinued last year sadly) but still get it when I seasonally can. BC Chicken Burger remains my perennial fave
good place for dinner
I have been to many White Spots in my time, and this is one of them. It is located in a strip mall, next to a dollar store and a nail salon, and has a cosy and casual atmosphere that could be anywhere in North America.. The menu is a varied selection of burgers, sandwiches, salads and pies, all of which are tasty, hearty and affordable. The highlight of this place is the legendary secret Triple O sauce, which is a tangy and creamy blend of mayonnaise, ketchup and relish that adds a burst of flavour to any dish. The service today was fast, friendly and attentive. The waiter who took our order was cheerful and helpful, and always smiled and made eye contact. He brought us our food and then checked on us regularly throughout the meal. We never had to wait for more napkins, cutlery, or water or a free refill on the Great thick cut fries. Be warned if you want some coffee stimulation, a weak, bland, watery unlimited refill cup of coffee is almost $5. Insane for what you get. I left the White Spot feeling full, happy and relaxed, and a little angry, I did not go to Starbucks or Timmy before my visit. I would recommend it to anyone who likes good food at reasonable prices. It is a must try if you are visiting the west coast of Canada. Vegetarian options: Good selection. Of vegetarian options Parking: Lots and lots of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect handi accessibility
Got food for take out. Order was wrong, missing LOTS. Manager was extremely unhelpful over the phone. Will not be going back to this location.
Recent pricing and smaller portions NOT THE white spot of recent past
Take out portions were extremely small as compared to a sit-down. Very low amount of tartar sauce. Other than that the food tasted just as to be expected. No problems with that.
Whitespot has gone downhill in general but things are getting ridiculous. I love the Monty Mushroom melt, its one of if not my favorite burger of all time and space. But now its $21. And its been downsized. And everything is an expensive add on. I get you have a margin to maintain but its excessive. And upcharge of $3 for onion rings? There is almost no cost difference between a serving of fries and onion rings yet theres a $3 upcharge? Trim some upper management salaries and start providing great food at reasonable prices again without gouging for every little thing. The Happy hour wings still cost $15 and you get 10 wings. Thats $1.50 a $&@^!@ wing. Happy hour implies a deal. Thats not a deal thats regular price for wings as an appy at any local pub. Bloody ridiculous. If you cant keep the price competitive maybe drop the item from your now bloated menu. Staff is great, warm and inviting, quick with service and to accommodate needs. Atmosphere is casual. White spot used to be good value for money but it just isnt any more and even though Id lose my favorite burger Id be kind of OK if they went out of business. Ill certainly be doing my part by not giving them any more money and you should too.
Solid white spot with great servers. Can t beat a white spot burger. Love a double double :)
I ordered on Uber eats (my first mistake) and Ive never seen white spot have such low quality. The beef on the hash was so dry I could touch it and have no grease on my hands, for some reason they decided to give me fried eggs instead of poached (maybe cus I asked for them soft?? But I put in the instructionspoached eggs soft please so..) And they also did not omit the spinach like I asked, as well as all of the ingredients just being thrown into a box.. probably because its so much harder to be held responsible for the food you send out to customers when its delivery. Disappointed anyway
Hmmm, my spouse and I used to go here a lot. We came back for the first time in a year or so and the atmosphere was good, the service was good. Only one other table in the restaurant at 4:30pm on a Tuesday. I got a Fish + Chips with a shake and she got a lettuce wrapped burger and the brussels sprouts. The oil obviously hadnt been changed on the fryer and the fish and chips were dark and tasted like that burnt oil taste. The brussels sprouts we were surprised to see were also cooked in oil and had that same burnt taste. The service was good, the burger and shake were good, but Id be wary of things cooked in oil. I hate to be negative on these things, but its not a good sign when the conversation on the drive home is mostly wanting to get home to get that lingering burnt oily taste out our mouths Weve had much better luck in the past at this location, so perhaps its not always this way
Left a not very flattering review a couple of weeks ago was contacted by Brandon a manager at Whitespot he took the time to listen to my complaints and concerns and what I appreciated the most was he wasn t trying to give me any excuses for what happened. A lot of businesses won t own there mistakes but I felt he genuinely just wanted to know so he could make sure it didn t happen again. We have been back since then and everything was excellent. Thanks again Brandon excellent customer service.
Not bad at all but is not the bes
Always very busy and long line ups , waiting around 30 min. is way too long!
The food was very good. Small portions but very good. Just the right amount of hollandaise sauce, not over salty like some places. Service was awesome
