Workers are very nice and the Donair is literally the best I have ever had in my life. I went to Turkey and the donair was not as good as here.

Food is very good however there is one staff member who tends to be pretty arrogant and loud, to the point to complete ignore customers waiting to order not to mention couriers who he openly disrespects. Apparently he has more important things going on on his phone. Not coming back

Hands down the best donair you ll find the in Tricities. The owners and staff are lovely & the food is delicious. The Donairs are stuffed with meat & veggies. Zero complaints, ever. Im lucky that this was the first place I tried donair at, and no other place Ive been to has been better. Just a nice little shop all around with no bells or whistles (not a fancy interior!) but I think its better that way Vegetarian options: Falafel if youre vegetarian. Went with a vegetarian friend once - I tried some of their falafel donair and it was lovely Parking: During the day, the street parking out front is paid, and at night when its free, its packed. But the mall parking is nearby and its a very short walk from there Wheelchair accessibility: Street level access. Small interior but theres plenty of space to order

All I can say is wow! Im a huge fan of eating out anywhere once. Coquitlam has one of the best donair places in B.C. hands down. My job gets me around in this province and I can say that confidently. Coquitlam, you are lucky.

Do you think Im stupid? I told the counter I dont eat greek salad because of cucumber. Ignores, give me greek salad. When I ask, they say it is new caesar. Lol. What a joke. Not coming back. Just apologize next time. Now I have to throw out the salad.

Tried many spots in tricities and have downgraded throughout the years and recently this has the best ive tried, portion, sauce, seasoning and even offer authentic tabouleh salad! Really recommend!!

This is our go to Donair shop in the Tri cities. They have the best quality for their donairs and rice plates. They are very generous with the portions and always give great service.

I got doner from this place today, but the experience was disappointing. The staff didn t ask my husband and me about the toppings or sauces we wanted; instead, they chose the vegetables themselves. When we asked them to change the toppings, their response was not polite. On the positive side, the meat and the overall taste of the food were good, although it was a bit salty for me. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service, I won t be eating here again.

As a customer of Xpress Donair, I was such a happy customer of this place. I used to do Donair Sundays as I live in the area and the people who work there are beyond kind and friendly. However, in the past 4-5 months, anytime I get donair, there is something wrong with it. I got a plate about a month ago and asked for a pasta salad. It was 95% just cucumber. I was very confused. I excused this because it was later in the evening. However, almost every time I get it in the past few months, it is about 70% lettuce and missing all sauce. Today, when my partner and I ordered (one beef non spicy / one lamb spicy). We receive the order and the beef is spicy and the lamb is not. I cannot handle spice, so this was disappointing.

By far the best donair and the second best donair poutine Ive ever had. The garlic sauce is heavenly. We have been searching all over vancouver for a place that does Halifax style donairs. The sweet sauce looked different from what Im used to, but I honestly loved the garlic sauce more. The poutine was also so damn good and we will most definitely be back for more, hands down best poutine that Ive had in B.C. Also, we couldnt finish the poutine so we brought it home and put it in the fridge. We just ate it now, cold, and holy Hannah, it was still pure fire.

This place was on my list to try because of the good reviews. This place did not disappoint! I dont usually have donairs and the last time I had one was many many years ago. I didnt know what to expect but I wanted to try the lamb. It was a good choice! The meat was very very tender and I loved the sauce. The lettuce was fresh too. I asked for no onions. I wished I had a bigger appetite because it was too big for me to finish. Service was meh, but I didnt come here for service. Its very warm inside the store but there were at least three tables and many chairs outside.

TV played good tunes, the guys work well together. It was ready quickly and they had ice cream too! Best donair Ive had in years.

I had a disappointing experience with their donair. I ordered a falafel and chicken mix wrap, but the falafel didn t taste authentic at all. Soon after eating, I experienced acid reflux and severe stomach ache, likely due to old cooking oil and poor-quality sauces. Its unfortunate to see the quality of some small businesses decline over time. They really need to prioritize food quality and maintain honesty in their offerings.

The guys who run this spot are the friendliest around and you will not leave hungry! Really generous serving portions and I like the hummus and hot sauce as well as the falafel. The food here is delicious, I had the falafel plate. Falafel was made fresh while I was waiting, came with a choice of salad (got tabbouli), a healthy sized serving of hummus and fragrant spiced rice. Staff we great too. Ill be back Food

THE best donair place in the Lower Mainland. We get the chicken plate and they always over fill our plates. It ends up being 2 servings - one for dinner and the other for next day s lunch. The rice is seasoned well, their chicken is flavourful and the food never misses. Highly recommend this spot!

Fantastic place for donairs! We have come here so many times whenever we feel like a donair. Good size portions and they put a generous quantity of chicken in the donairs or plates, their falafel is also nice. The service is very fast and friendly! Highly recommend.

Crispy fries are tasty. At least double cooked like the ones you can find in France. Bathrooms need a clean as didn t feel they were useable and had to go elsewhere. Tables could use a clean too as there was old food on the seats. There also seemed to be a large ants nest next to the table as hundreds of ants swarming in the pavement cracks.

Best Donairs I ve had in a while, tastes like nothing Ive ever had. The girl and the boy in the afternoon shifts are very friendly. Will come back for sure .

I decided to write this review because i want to give kudos to a great small business that is community oriented, friendly and best of all consistent with food quality. The owners and staff here are always friendly, whether you see them in the restaurant or the local gym from time to time - they are always smiling and always showing appreciation and respect for their customers. I have eaten at several donair places donair affair.. tasty donair etc.. and have bad experiences with food poisoning, undercooked food or inconsistent portions or bad value. That is not the case with this place. This place now has become maybe the only donair restaurant i will order from now and trust fully . and the value for the dollar is amazing! They are open late for those looking for quality food late night also, and honestly are super consistent, clean and serve the most authentic high quality donair. Will always recommend to anyone. The chicken plate with the variety of sauces to choose from, several side salads to choose from, and homemade hummis and pita as if it was made fresh an hour ago is my favourite! I had a bad donair a few weeks back and I assumed it was just a one off. Ive gone back twice more and have been disappointed. Very loose, dry and not as filling as they used to be. The guy making the donairs is a face I havent seen before. He has hair like Kramer from seinfeld and I wish he would at least wear a hairnet or something. Very sad. I recently ate here and had a very unfortunate experience. After eating the platter, I developed severe diarrhea that has lasted for several days. It seems that the food was not clean or prepared properly. Additionally, the service was mediocre and a bit careless (but tolerable), which added to the disappointment. The overall atmosphere was okay, but the restaurant itself has very bright white lighting, which isnt ideal for a comfortable dining experience. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my visit and will never go again.

Friendly service and a good quality food

The food was just all-out delicious, and could definitely tell that it was fresh. I had the chicken plate with the rice, and my mother had the donair. Both were terrific. The rice was just like what we would make at home. We were able to sit outside, which was beautiful because of the shade provided by trees along the sidewalk, and the tables also had umbrellas. It was a very pleasant experience, will definitely keep coming back.

I had not gone here in a few years, this was definitely a mistake. My wife and I both got a Donair and we absolutely loved them. Will definitely go here much more in the future Parking: Its paid street parking out side the place but if you are just stopping in for a few minutes should be fine if you can find a spot

4.5 star My go to spot over the last 4 yrs. Although I will say the quality isnt always amazing, they have their off days . Also the prices are a little steep. Overall though a great donair and the donair poutine is awesome.

I just found these guys on Google and read the reviews and came and got a lamb Donair and then ordered two chicken donors to take home to my family. They are worth the drive! So so tasty. I will definitely be back and I live in Aldergrove!

Very good, fresh, tasty food! Had the falafel donair, falafel was huge and crispy fried(Yum!!), and the donair was nicely grilled, hot & fresh! staff was friendly, good music playing, nice little walk-in spot! Edited to add, have been back many times and I swear it just gets better, never disappoints, and often gets so busy theyre lined up on the sidewalk, this is one of those places where people who love real, authentic food like to go! Definitely recommend

Best donair I ve had in years. I actually said oh my god out loud to myself when I took the first few bites. You can tell they care about the food by seeing how beautifully all the toppings and salads are chopped and displayed. Very fresh. Succulent meat. Really nice spice level. Will be my go-to from now on. Even the backsplash is clean and shiny. You can just tell they care. I had a chicken donair with all the sauces and most of the toppings. If you like spice, get the chopped chiles. It s also always worth it to add tabbouleh and feta. Best meal for under $15 I ve had in ages. Curious to try the falafel as well, that ll be my go-to next.

I ordered through door dash 3 x Mix Donair and it doesn t mention anything on the DD listing about it coming with hot sauce or chillies. Safe to say when we got the order our mouths were lit up with the spice. I should add that the single pita it was wrapped in at the time we got them was soggy and it broke through so it was a bit of a mess. We were not happy as it was not mentioned anywhere about the hot sauce and chillie so we called and the service from then on was 10/10. The person we spoke to on there phone was very apologetic and insisted on remaking all 3 at no cost to me and I was there picking them up in 15 mins. The 2nd batch were awesome, the pita wasn t soggy the donair wasn t spicy so we could actually taste the meat and vegetables we had. It was top notch. So maybe in future I ll collect and get home quicker than a door dash, and 2nd I ll make sure to insist on no chillies and hot sauce. To be fair to both the guys at the Donair when I picked up insisted on making up for their mistake and both said it s important our customers are happy , what can t you like about that? Will I be back? 100% Great food but most importantly owners who care about making up for mistakes , no questions asked. That s customer service.

Really good falafel here and great service. I asked for a custom order and was really satisfied with my wrap and poutine. They give you lots of meat with your order. The only thing I would change is I wish they had plain rice for the plates.

theres no reason to eat here. #1. got my 2 orders wrong. #2. super stingy with the spreaf and veggies. #3. the rubbery skin is still on the chicken shawarma #4. lack of hygiene. i watched the cashier touch money from another customer and these touch my food with his bare hands. i wasnt going to eat the pita after that. i took my wrap home and dumped the filling onto a plate and ate it with a fork - threw away the pita. do not eat here.
