The place smells like they haven't cleaned the air filters in 10 years. Eating in was a nauseating experience. The chubby chicken burger was thin as well.
Normally they get it right but for some reason the last time I boght a beyond meat burger (my fave) they completely messed it up. They used regular onions instead of red onions and mayo instead of mustard. It didn't taste anything like what I wanted. If it weren't for the fact I used door dash I would have brought it back.
The only way you can use coupons if you order with a credit card on the app, My business is gone Until this changes.
The amount of mistakes in one order is astounding. I ordered 2 combos! 1 lettuce wrapped burger which I received with a bun on it. And had to return. Onion rings which I asked for extra seasoning. And received none! And returned them. And missing the dipping sauce. Once our order finally looked correct we went home. To discover our drinks were incorrect. And fries were hard and undercooked. For the amount you pay I shouldn’t have to recook my food. And bring back half my order!
Typical fast food place. Food was good, staff was polite. Part of my order was forgotten, but quickly remedied.
The food was excellent, taste good and served quick. The service on the other hand was not so good. Very cold, unfriendly service doesn’t encourage customers to return. Having been to other A&W restaurants in the province, this one is not aging well.
Don't worry, you don't always get bread bag tags in your burgers. "It only happens when we are busy" the manager said today. When the call was placed at the store explaining what was in the burger, the staff said the manager wasn't there but then in the same phone call, put a guy on the phone claiming to be the manager and said it only happens when it's busy there and if the half eaten burger was frozen and returned, they would replace it with another burger. Didn't care a child under 2 years old was also eating that burger with a plastic tag in it! Customer service at its finest 👌 also, when someone else called to ask to speak with a manager, they were told he was out of town. Don't even think this deserves 1 star but had to give it unfortunately
Pretty average onion rings, but everything else especially the mushroom mozzarella burger was good!

I love there breakfast, but I really dont like the wooden forks.
Food was fresh and tasty. Staff were training so slower than normal. Bathroom is a glaring difference, old and smelly and messy. You really should update it. Food : 4/5

Thank you so much to the workers who were as patient as they were with us, we werent sure what we were going to get until we had to look at the menu and they were very kind and understanding As a very self-conscious autistic person I appreciate it very much :> Food was very much a&w, onion rings were great and me and my friends were free to laugh as much as we could!
The food was great, I would give it a 5, but you should bring some ice for the Root Beer, its always just as hot as the food.

I ordered a mozza burger combo.. the fries were cold and burger was not good. Also this restaurant does not serve ice or have frozen mugs for customers, the fountain drinks were warm. I will not be eating here any more .

Loved A&W however I cannot support this location any more..tired of old stale cold fries and decaying toppings on burgers. For almost $15 for a combo and to receive sub par quality food just isnt worth the cost or repeated poor experiences. Mr Blake you should be ashamed of the product your business has been turning out. I cant wait for Wendys to come to town. To add. There are 4 tables occupied in the store and in front of the counter on the floor is dried sticky pop. Its not busy yet they have let this drink sit long enough to dry on the floor rather than clean it up. Youve lost a life long customer and I am willing to bet you dont care at all to even comment...shame on you.

If you like a&w the corner Brook location is one of the best in Canada. Cant go wrong. Highly recommend the mozza burger and sweet potato fries. Vegetarian options: They have lots of veggie options. Dietary restrictions: You can get your burger lettuce wrapped if you cant eat gluten

Always consistently good. Usually hot food, fast and friendly service. The sweet potato fries are amazing with the Chipotle sauce. Of course, the onion rings are fantastic, and the burgers have thick patties and tasty condiments.

Meh, restaurant is probably one of the dirtiest A&W s I ve visited. I had to ask to get the table cleaned for us to sit and eat. Food was fine but expensive. No coupons on the app would be honoured here because I didn t have the barcode.
They forgot two of out burgers and my egg on my sandwich looked like it was punched several times before I got it. Still tasty though.
The cola was very watery and tasteless.

I had a burger(it was ok) my buddy had fries and gravy, they gave it to him in a bag, not a fry tray, safe to say, what fries he managed to eat left him in a mess, so much so that he threw them away

I always liked a&w food. The only issue I had was using the coupon online with their app. When I asked about it, they said it should have worked, didnt know I did not

I had a Mozza Burger. My first one in a while. It was just as I remember. DELICIOUS!! The fries were nice and hot! Yummy!!

Great option for breakfast. 2 eggs over easy with whole wheat toast with choice of jam, bacon and the best hash browns in town. The coffee is top notch as well. Whats not to love?

Ordered two teen burger combos, one with fries, the other with onion rings. Also Ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich. The burgers were OK, the fries were good, but that was it. The onion rings were bland and undercooked. The Nashville chicken was overcooked and very, very dry.

On our Canada trips, we actually like to go to A&W occasionally. But this place is truly not a flagship. The root beer was not served in a frosted glass and was warm. And even the burger tasted different than usual. In addition, the restaurant as well as the restroom is not really clean. Too bad!

Food was great. We arrived to eat at around 3 pm and place our order. The restaurant tables were very dirty. Lots of staff were present but still the tables were dirty. Had to look real close to find a clean table. As we got to our table the cleaner was sitting, eating n surfing on a cell phone while seated at one of the few clean tables. On break I figure. Once the cleaner finished her break and began cleaning there were still several tables in my area that were still dirty even after the cleaner had pass right by them. Not impressed Parking: Lots of free parking spaces.

Hit or miss depending on who is working. Some of the morning staff can be rude but I find the students that work there on the evenings and weekends are very pleasant and friendly. Love that you can use mobile coupons as well.

We had gravy that tasted like hand sanitizer. I had to ask for an exchange which I promptly returned for the same reason. They just took the container back, said it was all alike and and didnt offer a refund. It was terrible.

Absolute garbage. Closed at 10:00pm on a Saturday when posted hours are until 12:30am. I can understand closing 20-30 minutes in advance due to workflow, but 2.5 hours is 200% unacceptable.

The food tastes delicious, best fast food burgers around hands down. They frequently get orders wrong which is annoying as the food is expensive, but I believe thats most likely the managers fault from the rumors Ive heard. If you arent picky about what you want on your food and like it as advertised, I think youll enjoy it.

Coffee was ice cold. Bacon and egger was cold and zero thought or care went into preparation of that meal. Soggy hashbrown.. even the napkins were balled up and then tossed in. Horrible.

Went threw the drive threw to order burgers at first they only took the one order and didnt let us finish the order then after haveing to repeat 6 times what I didnt want on my burgers I go to the window to pay for them and total didnt hear the price ....when asking again for the price of the order I was told to drive away if I didnt understand her so I ask to speak to manger and she told me off about not being able to understand her employees and was told to drive away with out my order ....if you are going to have forners take orders in your drive threw be sure u have a translator or aless someone who can talk and understand english ....should not have to repeat my order 6 times befour its understood
