Grabbed a Billy burger 5 years ago due to its location right next to my motel. Its now a company wide tradition to stop in every time we drive through Cornwall. Best burger Ive ever had!

Good food. Fast service. However dirty tables. Parking: Easy 60 cars plus. Paved parking in the front and back. Outside seating is available. Wheelchair accessibility: Flat level entry from parking lot.

Cash worker was very rude. Had to order again take out as he seemed like he had somewhere better to be and decided we should dine in instead. Then when we asked for a bag and a lid , he did not share a word with me and just got me what I asked for.

Restaurant looks pretty run down. Upon entering there was a definite aroma of dark,old frying oil which was confirmed once we received and tasted our fries in the poutine. The gravy was thin, has alot of cinnamon flavor. The cashier said they dont add cinnamon, but Im guessing it might be in the mix they use perhaps? Hot dogs had a green hue which I know from experience happens when left in the steamer too long. Service was excellent and appreciated when I asked for a refund, as we found the food unappetizing and inedible.

Have only had delivery from here. The chicken club sub is great (if a bit pricey) and I love their onion rings. Unfortunately more recently when I went to order they had upped their onion rings by 1.95 and the subs by about $2.25 - as much as we like them we have decided it has become too expensive to order from Billy K s

Great spot to grab burgers and poutines. If your into hot dogs they have some pretty awesome options as well. I would 100% recommend. By far one of the better spots.

Billy Ks was recommended to us while visiting Cornwall and it sure didnt disappoint. Staff was great, service was great, burgers were freshly made and put on the grill, fries were hand cut and had that great homemade fry flavour. Portions were good and the menu had a wide variety of items to choose from too. If you are visiting or driving through Cornwall, Billy Ks is worth a stop. Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating. They allowed me to read the ingredients on the packaging.

Got stranded in cornwall over night on a very long road trip. This place was probably the best part of the whole night! Great prices, great food, great people. Lots of room to sit and eat and the meals are big enough for 2. We got salads and took more than half to go. Food

Has been my go to place for a poutine for years until today Wednesday 21 2024 my wife ask me to stop in for are regular size poutine. Got home sat down to eat and was disappointed the fries were not cooked and they were tough to eat. So I just had the curds for my supper. Maybe that is why I was in and out in about 5 minutes because they did not cook my fries long enough . Not happy does anyone know who makes a good poutine please let me know.

The Chicken Cesar Wrap is the best!

Traveling through from Nova Scotia today and we found food portions were excellent and tasty, we all enjoyed the Billy fries the steak wrap was delicious, the young man taking the order was very professional and the staff on the line were busy with take out orders and walk ins. Will definitely etly make this a stop on our next trip.

I just ordered through skip from billy ks the burgers were so cold and the poutine was cold and fries were so mushy we tossed the whole order in the garbage it was the worst food. I will never order from there again

More of a concern for restaurant now taking skip and Uber eats - changes the whole dynamic of a good restaurant, deal with the customers in store and screw the others - doesn t make sense order @17:55 ; 4 steamies a salad and a fry 18:17 get food

A Cornwall institution, I try to visit anytime I am in town. Great steamies, fries and poutine. Reasonable prices. Recently the restaurant has been renovated, I preferred the old traditional look, but great nonetheless. No reason to go anywhere else in town if you are looking for a quick, good, and inexpensive bite to eat!

Burgers are great . Poutine was terrible. The gravy is good, cheese also but they double cook the fries until they taste like theyre burnt. Need to cook the fries less.

I ordered through skip the dishes and skip the dishes is great but who ever took over billy ks totally ruined the comfort food get off the spices and pepper and bring back the good old comfort food that the original owners served , wont be ordering from billy ks again it sucks , wish the original owners never sold billy ks used to be the bomb for their awesome taste now all you get is spice and pepper cant even taste the food. Its to bad cause many people cant eat spicy food like that so I can see it go under soon

This place recently underwent a major face-lift, and the results are a nice improvement. Food is good and reasonably priced. We had the basic steamed hot dogs and fries on this visit and everything was good. Hot dogs were on special @ 2 for $3,00.

The food was absolutely amazing. We went at a busy time and it was a bit of a wait, but its definitely worth it. I got the bill burger with salad and drink, I could barely finish the burger as it was so big. The salad was more than big enough for me and my 2 kids too. The patties for the burgers are fresh and handmade. The kids got 2 kids burger combos and they inhaled them within a couple minutes. Next time we are in Cornwall we are getting burgers again. Also pricewise, it is the same if you went to McDonalds for the same amount of food. But hands down Bill Ks is the best Ive had in quite some time.

Based on a local persons recommendation, my family tried Billy Ks. The steamies are okay (not great, but not bad either). The Billy Burger was a little meatier than hamburgers at other places. But the poutine that we tried was the best that weve had in Cornwall. The prices are reasonable too.

Like going to your local fair to eat! Delicious, we loved it. Hamburger and steamies hot dogs were exactly what we were looking for. Large servings of fries and poutine. Pop was good with a perfect mixture. Good prices too.

Billy Ks has always been (in my opinion) the best spot in Cornwall for steamies and poutines. Prices are very good too. My wife and I used to have it at least once/week almost religiously. The steamies and burgers are still always great and well dressed. However, I have to say as of late(would say since summer of 2023) it happens quite often that the fries are undercooked or between blanched and cooked. Have the procedures changed for cooking fries? Should we ask for well done fries? Thank you in advance

I have been going to Billy Ks for 30 years. Always a great hot dog at a reasonable price. The fries are the absolute best. Burger is excellent. People are friendly. What more can you ask for a quick and tasty lunch.

I v been going to Billy K since they opened years ago, when steamies were 49 cents each. Beautifully renovated, the food is still excellent quality and the service is great. 4 stars was given because I noticed the cook had a very long beard and wasn t covered with a net , as well as the staff was throwing fries at each other , clearly having fun but since you are dealing with food that others will eating, I wouldn t recommend this behaviour in the kitchen, it s like mom used to say « Don t Play With Your Food » Otherwise love this place Wheelchair accessibility: Last time we were in with my son in a wheelchair there was no space. The Reno s made it more accessible, at least he can sit at a table. Thank you for that

When ordering a large poutine to go you expect at least 1-2 forks none and was none in condiments section has gone down hill since Reno old staff was way better and more attentive also when ask for extra crispy fries get told we dont do that no more. Been going there for years! We always take out and eat in the car.For the past 4-5 months, their hotdogs are bad. Went again today around 11:45 am and the buns were cold. Ive noticed on the posts that the owner or manager the way they answer doesnt give a damn!!!!

I walked in at 10 to 10 and was greeted with we re closed, what do you want? I am not familiar with early closings and said I thought you re opened and they stated no we re closed as we have no customers, if your order is simple we can do it. I felt attacked and limited in my ability to order. Although I am enjoy their food, the service I received was awful, actually so poor it brought me to make a review of this nature.

We were passing through and stopped here because of the reviews. Maybe it was a bad day today, so were sitting on the fence at 3*. We all ordered burger platters. Burgers were on the dry side and ho-hum. Fries were soggy. Onion rings were crispy but greasy. If we go again well try what it seemed most others were ordering. Wraps and dogs with poutine.

heard a lot of interesting things about the new owners and after reading how they respond to the criticism on their restaurants, i m starting to think what i heard is true lol since the new owners, the food has become mediocre and the quality is not what it used to be. the cleanliness of the restaurant isnt what it used to be and the wait times have been ridiculously long lately. i used to go and WANT to go billy k s so often; now i will go anywhere BUT billy k s. it really makes me sad that s how i feel about my once all time favourite restaurant

Hello, A half hour wait time for a large fry is NOT good rotation of food, it s bad management. Staff used to be super friendly but seems like they re getting frustrated. Based on the quality of review response from the owner I d say a lack of accountability is a big part of the issue. Avoiding this place like the plague.

Went to Billy Ks for lunch today, They have stepped up their game lately the Burger was excellent love the new menu items If youre looking for a good greasy spoon this would be it Usually the food is hot and fresh And the prices are decent sometimes the dining area could use a little more attention there was a fly problem last year But overall a nice place especially in Winter when there is no chip trucks open Is this definitely hits the spot

Tried Billy K s for the first time today! The decision was solidified after reading the Owners clapback at negative google reviews. They made me laugh The food was yummy. The Bello burger I had was to die for. The salad was fresh and crisp. Prices are appropriate for today s standards. Music was great, vibes were immaculate. Thanks Billy K s!

Good, inexpensive food. This is our new favourite for fast food. Also accommodating about allergies when possible (change gloves, slice fresh tomato and lettuce with fresh knife to avoid cross contamination). Their portion of fries in a regular is very generous and can be shared. Food : 5/5

Went in tonight. Place wasnt busy. Stood at the counter for several minutes and not 1 of the 6 people or so behind the counter acknowledged me being there. Several of them stared at me. They appeared to be just standing around mostly. I decided to walk out. Not sure if it is a training issue or they just dont want to serve older, tall white men. I do believe that this was my last venture into this establishment.

BE ADVISE DELIVERY*** SALAD WITH NO DRESSING for 16$ to 20$(without or with chicken). My family and I have ordered/delivery or pick up from their restaurant for over 4 years now. And I was always impressed! What I liked the most was the no contact delivery especially when one of the family members is sick, we just ordered and didn t worry. I always tip very good 10-15$ per order of 50-75$. And we are 2k away from the restaurant. Anyway, I love the salad and my hubby and kids love the burgers and hot dog hahaha! I was so disappointed the two last time, they forgot to send the dressing. The first time, I just didn t bother and use my dressing from home. This time I had none in my house, so I called I was told I can come pick it up because it s a free item. Although I explained that I don t eat a salad without dressing and that I can t go in everyone in my house are sick including myself! Well, because it s a « free » item they won t send it so the salad is in my fridge now rotting I unfrozed a soup and eat that called the next day and spoke with another Lady and she talked to someone else about that « dressing Lady »! Everyone know the story, but nobody is doing anything! Tried to talk to the owner or manager no one on site!!! Also, the picture so taken the day of the delivery and the salad tomatoes looks not fresh at all. Anyhow, at this point, I just won t to return the item! This is a very bad experience and customer service zero!

Busy place, roughly 15m wait for 6 burgers and fries. The fries were good but alot of them were roughly 1 long. The booth I sat at was broken....the bench was loose and not even attached to the frame and I nearly fell off of it. Overall my experience was ok, but this place needs improvement for sure.

Really great place for a quick bite to eat. The burger with cheese, all dressed, was tasty. It was served up fast and hot. The grill is out front so you can watch the staff prepare your food. The atmosphere was great. I would recommend the fries if you want to truly fill your appetite as they were too many for me (and it was a regular order). But they were tasting and irresistible.

So I went back to give them another try I placed my order and then sat down while I was waiting a man placed his order and was leaning upon the counter top where the prepared food trays are placed and was talking to the staff. Though there is a sign saying not to wait there. No one said anything. A tray was put on the counter which looked to be mine and the man and staff continued talking right over my tray of uncovered food. It was disgusting. I had no appetite I threw it in the garbage and left. Sad but I wont be going back there. We have tried a few times. And twice we had steamed hotdogs and both times hotdogs were cold. Poutine was good. Hamburger was soggy Though they have a variety of foods I have not tried everything I would go back and try again as I hate to give up on a local restaurant

Food is always amazing in my opinion. Steamies are great and inexpensive which for kids its a perfect quick meal that isnt greasy or made sloppy like McDonalds or Burger King. The workers are friendly and are quick to taking your order.

Billy K s is great. The menu would rival any fast food burger or chicken spot. The food tasted awesome and if we had this locally, I d go almost every week. Tons of different combinations to offer. Burger quality rivals those you get from places like Shake Shack and their chicken sandwiches are up there with Chick Fil A and Popeyes.

This is not the first time they mess up my call in order. Im a very specific person when ordering Im detailed purposely. I order 4 all dress they gave me two.... I ordered 3 ketchup mustard I got 5.... how you cannot understand hot dog orders is beyond me. Going down hill this resto. Even the food is mediocre.

They have good pitas and fries

Poutine was very undercooked and the steamies were very tiny and squished. Service was just ok. They didnt take my order properly but were nice. First time in over 10 years since I have had Billy Ks and I doubt I will go back.

Always have to stop in when we go to Cornwall. Great prices and large portions. It can get quite busy at times, but I think that just tells you how much people enjoy it. They always have a great Playlist too.

I did a review of being there. I ordered a hamburger. I asked for all dressed. I even mentioned mustard. You dont take into account that I did ask for that condiments to be added. But you were so happy to say we dont add that to your burgers. I want a apology on this matter now

The food each time has always been fast and prompt. Friendly staff and kitchen staff. While the atmosphere has a nice small town family friendly vibe to it and I absolutely love that.

Had the Bello Burger, and it was FANTASTIC. So juicy tender, and flavorful. Definitely a must have !!!
