Loud staff, no smile, no napkins with order, frequent coffee spills and improper hygiene - saw employees picking up order with bare hands !!! Original: Busy place at the heart of Cornwall. Bagels are always fresh, crisp and hot. Friendly service with smile and they follow order well. Thank you!

It is improving

The place was clean and the people were friendly, helpful and thoughtful and I liked the hockey stick as a door handle I thought that was cool. Parking: There was lots of parking available. Kid-friendliness: It would be a nice place to take your children to. Wheelchair accessibility: It would be good for someone who is in a wheelchair because its on the ground floor and theres lots of space for wheelchairs.

12th June 4:45pm white girl was without basic manners. Messed up order and showed attitude when requested politely to correct order. This place is a busy place but never experienced such arrogant and blantly rude staff! May be manager can check new members are trained in proper etiquettes and how to smile! Edit1: Similar experience June 24th 3pm, white girl named Amanda, continously being loud, impolite and interrupting order with straight face. Seems manager is not providing proper training or wrong people are working from last 2 months.

Horrible service ! They throw the food at the counter, you have to wait and wait and ask for your order. Rude non caring staff ! Avoid this place !

Maybe someone needs to teach the staff some basic manners, lately Ive been going to a couple times Hortons and I order 2 coffees. By the time I order my first one and get the word and out I constantly get cut off by the person on the other end, repeating what I ordered and asking if thats all. Maybe they can wait for me to finish my ordering before asking me if thats all? or anything else? I know most other places at least let me finish my sentences before asking either question, but hey if thats your business practice.....

The service there is terrible. Its a 24hour Tim, why theres nothing to eat past 8pm? So dumb

I ordered an ice capp, it was good. But I have noticed on more than one occasion that service is pretty slow late at night. Like 10pm or later. I understand that the staff is minimal and they need to clean. But no seems to watch the front counter and people seem to wait awhile before getting noticed. This evening a guy came in and said he had been waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, all he ordered was some tea. And then it still took them a bit to make it for him. Need to keep a better eye on the front counter.

I m not exactly why there is NEVER any cookies, or variety of Donuts at 8pm on any given day, At a 24 hr Tim Hortons. They are Quick bake overs for a reason?

Learn to speak English. No reason why i should need to use a translator or not get what i ordered due to lack of understanding. And no reason i should not get MY change back, tips are earned for good service not taken. 2 cookies dont come up to $10. Will not be back again as this isnt the first time

I made a mistake in vilifying this Timmies the other day. I mistook the photo for the Tims at 210 Boul. De La Cite Des Jeunes which was the worst Tims Ive ever been to. This Tims in Cornwall was awesome in that it was clean, neat, nice staff and really cool hockey stick door pulls that Ive never seen before. I apologize to the owners for my mistake. Im sorry.

Drive throw Unfortunately this might of been a bad day for the store. Had to repeat myself 5 times for my order cashier still didnt understand and manager took over. Besides the lack of communication this were good Food : 1/5

$24.67 for half-dozen donuts and a single sausage bacon Farmers wrap combo is a little steep. The app says that this should be around $18 so I was obviously grossly overcharged and because they didnt give me a receipt I cant dispute it. Havent been to Tims in a long time and now I remember why I stopped going.

Worst tims in town...I only go to this location because its on the way to work and every single time they get my med 3 c 2 sweeteners wrong...I dont understand how they manage to do this but if you do not have listening skills youre probably in the wrong business !!! Get it together in sick of wasting time waiting in line in drive-thru and then again at the window when it all takes 3 time to get it right

Watched the put my pastry in a filthy microwave after I had to come back to get it heated had to find a corner to prop it up in and then hands me back I said no thank you Id rather not your microwave is disgusting ill take a refund and left disgusted

Bad snow storm took us to Cornwall. Thank goodness timmies is openfor dinner at 930p.!!! Amazing, friendly service from the young lady that works the night shift. Food

This may sound weird, but this is my favourite Tim Hortons. It was recently renovated and it shows. The look is very nice and the store is overall very clean. The workers are nice most of the time although some lack the proffered customer service skills, but nothing to ruin your day about.

Service was slow

The place had alot of employees but the one that served me had to make more coffee. Then she didnt make it the way I asked for. It took 10mins. I went to go sit down and the tables were dirty and the floor had napkins all over. The 4 that was doing drive through were having laughs. I will not be going back. I figured with them open 24/7 it would be better. But nope.

The place is very nice and staff makes it wonderful. I asked for a vanilla cold brew but they didnt have it so the girl suggested me iced coffee or Ice cap. I asked for ice coffe and she made me ice cap. That was fantastic. I just fell in love with the place. I would have liked the ice coffe but I loved the ice cap. I wanted to replace it but when I took a sip of it then It changed my mind. This is the only tims where they make coffee with perfect taste. I have never had such amazing experience. Idk why one guy wears beard mask, he barely have beard.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. This location used to be one of the better locations in cornwall but seems like all their new staff hate their jobs. 9/10 times I go, my order is wrong. The girl at the window today was super unpleasant and unprofessional. When I asked if my iced coffee could be topped off with extra cream (as requested) she proceeded with dirty looks and attitude, then hands the drink back full of cream and spilling all over. Do better. It doesn t hurt to be kind.

Good food good service 2 complains , how can they charge for water ? And excuse is they want to charge 10 cents for cup , so why dont they charge for cup for coffee why only water ?? Secondly at Brookdale restaurant only , card linked payment from app is not happening from more than a month , everyone knows the same , why is it being allowed to continue why not finding a solution ?? Why causing inconvenience to customers

Not very impressed with the customer service this morning. Went and ordered 2 drinks, upon getting to the window we asked for the total as it was not give and the lady shoved the debit machine at us we told her we were not paying with debit and asked again for the total as we had 2 drinks and the machine only had one, when another employee explained this to the girl at the window she was rude to that co Worker infront of us. Upon getting the total she said its an ice cap and ice coffee. When trying to explain that it was a normal coffee not an ice coffee she kept shoving the debit machine towards us. After she finally punch in the order properly we told her we were not paying with debit for the second time and that we were using scan and pay she said well it only works sometime and proceeded to scan the card. It didnt work but instead of informing us she shoved the debit machine at us again. We left and at this point will not be returning to that location. As someone who used to work at Tim Hortons in Monkland I hope that no Worker actually thinks its ok to talk or treat a customer this way because I never did.

To say that Im disappointed is an understatement. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect in a drive thru in my life. I will not return to this location.

Someone needs to shut DOWN the young tall white supervisor girl... It is 6/27/23 9:12PM and she turned up the music so loud I could not carry on a conversation with my husband and we set by the window,,, IT IS A PRETTY UNORGANIZED LOW CLASS PLACE due to noisy E.Indians around sitting and disturbing the peace + that tall supervisor girl thinks it is a bar or something turning up the music,,,,,

Im never one to complain. But charging me for a sandwich and then saying you can put it on a bagel when I said I dont want it anymore when I could have got money back, is ridiculous. Maybe check before you charge. I paid full price for a bigger sandwich for it to be on a small Begal. And you guys still managed to put tomatoes on even though i said no tomatoes. I have an allergy to them. Not impressed things are expensive as is.

Very slow service on this Sunday morning. 10 minutes to wait to order, then rudely interrupted by the cashier while she took drive through orders in the middle of my order. I never knew if she was talking to me or into the mic. Felt like an idiot repeating myself numerous times to realise she wasnt listening. Understaffed and perhaps undertrained, or maybe they just dont care.

Half the time I order a french vanilla, it has no flavour.. like milky hot water and its disappointing.

I keep getting small egg shells in my breakfast wraps. Yuk! Today I literally got half of an egg shell. Not going back to any timmies again for breakfast.

What makes this place is the customer service. Always friendly staff. I dont usually give Tims a rating higher then 3 but the people make it a nicer place to go.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in town!!! Everytime me or my boyfriend go there its an extremely long wait only to get to the window get the coffee and every single time have it wrong!!! I saw a huge lineup in the drive through so I decided to avoid the wait by going inside and ordering. I waited 10 minutes inside until an employee took my order. I get that sometimes it can take time to take an order but there was only 1 person in front of me. The woman at the cash wasn t taking my order so another lady had to open the other cash to take my order. I simply ordered a bagel with butter and it still wasn t ready in a timely matter. I had no choice but to leave without my bagel because I would ve been late for work. The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because I came back later and they remembered me and handed me a bagel but I m still very unimpressed with the service. I should ve stuck to the drive through it would ve saved me a lot of trouble.

Wont support them anymore not Canadian anymore plus they wont let unvaxed kids at their camp no more money from me guys !! Glad to see the lines not as long as they used to be!!!

Today is Monday, November 7, 2022 , it s 11:45 PM I had the pleasure of being served by a very sweet lady at the drive thru , I had just finished an eight hour shift and I was heading in to my other job to do another eight hour shift when I decided to stop and get a large iced Capp and I was met with a lady who had such a great mood, she was very welcoming which is a quality you don t usually see in the fast food industry anymore. So I just wanted to say thank you to that sweet lady

Drive through only. They spoke decent English. This was in the middle of nowhere in Quebec. They took care of me.

I waited 20 minutes for my drink, which was wrong as usual. This place cant get an order right. Then, dont return your change because they assume that its a tip. I had to wait for my $20.00 change. Then I was asked if there was a problem? I said that I wanted my change back. He thought it was a tip!!! Heres a tip. Go to Starbucks.

I was just at this location and went thru the drive thru. The guy on the speaker was not only pushy about me being done my order but was also snippy when I corrected HIS mistake on the screen, then I get to the window and he hands me a coffee that wasnt made how I had ordered it and I had also ordered a farmers wrap but I guess he wanted me to have a normal breakfast wrap even tho Id ordered and payed for a farmers wrap. He was rude at the window when I corrected HIS mistake about the coffee and unfortunately I didnt realize the mistake with the wrap till after I had left... some people just DONT belong in certain positions and this guy definitely does NOT belong at the window serving people.. maybe he should grab a mop and broom that might be best for him...

5 people working the drivethru and no one serving customers indoors. 2 of us waiting, me for 5 min and a lady who had been waiting 10 she said. Both asked if we were going to be served a few times. Kept repeating we will be right with you. We both left. Realize that If drivethru is priority. Both of us strangers were buying over 60$ each. Peddle 2$ coffee through the window. Please

Ordered soup/ bread and sandwich... received all the food okay however they expect you to eat your soup without a spoon, butter your bread without a knife and wipe your hands on your pants because their was no napkin in the bag neither.... not the first time this happens and when you have a limited time on lunch you cant wait in line again for all these things Yes you guys can be busy and I have worked in 3 different Tims in Ottawa, however you need to prepare yourselves ahead of time for those busy times...
