We had the pleasure of eating here for an 80th birthday celebration. Some of the food ordered were the club(was actually shared by two people!), onion soup(was very hot and cheesy), Caesar wrap(so large that half was taken home) and my dish the single fish and chips lunch special which consisted of such with a choice of dessert, rice pudding or jello. My plate was great! It was a larger portion of fish with a small container of tartar and coleslaw, with a larger portion of seasoned fries. It was truly great, although some have mentioned the fact that the fish was frozen and not fresh, it did not make a difference to me as it was simply tasty! I also had a soda, a larger glass and I chose the rice pudding. It came in a very small glass dish and was so creamy and amazing! Our waitress at our end of the table was Roula. She was so efficient and friendly! My lunch with tax was just under $20!! Imagine that! What a great price. The others eating at my end were also happy with their food, quantity, quality and the price. It is certainly a "return to" place!
Service was bad but the food was bad . My pizza was rock hard and then soggy half cooked in the middle and then my girlfriend had a souvlaki pork platter that the pork tasted like fish and very dry and poor service I am not happy with this place last time I'm coming here . I barely are any of my pizza it was disgusting and I would have said something but anyways i give no stars for this restaurant if I could. I wish I didn't pay cause that was disgusting It would taste much better at burger king or pizza pizza than this place
Chicken Parm was decent, but the spaghetti bolognese tasted like someone cut a can of chef boyardee with a can of crushed tomatoes. Also lacking in fresh ground pepper and parmesan. Greek potatoes were great but the garlic sauce tasted like a bottle of Kraft.
Wonderful service, staff was friendly:) Don't order the Fish n Chips go for the Pizza or Salmon. Restaurant is separated from the bar, so don't hesitate to bring the little ones.
Food was cold on arrival. Ordered the chicken souvlaki. Salad tasted like the dressing was old, rice was mush, chicken felt processed. This place reminds me of a watered down philos. Wouldn’t order again
Service was on the longer side of things. They told me the mashed was made in house but you could tell it's got that instant type taste. After, the group agreed that it wasn't worth it to go here again. Maybe they have better days for food and service but that day was not one of them. The only thing that you could say was seasoned is the salmon, the rest seemed to be catering towards the light side of flavor. Their hot wings taste mild. And honey garlic lacks garlic. ~Consistency and flavor.
I recently ordered from this store and was blown away by the experience. Despite placing my order near closing time and during their busy hours, the service was incredibly fast and courteous. The food itself was a delightful surprise - it was absolutely delicious, with every bite better than the last. The service was awesome as always and all staff treat u like family. Can't ask for better service. Tony & Stephanie are the owners they run a great business. Staff waitress Roula, Rachel, and Linda, are the best servers. Cooks Stephanie Tony and Rene run a great kitchen. Food is always awesome.
A fantastic Beef Dip and fries. The fries are crispy the beef and bun so tender and a delicious au jus for dipping. The coleslaw was unremarkable but with such a large portion I really didn t want because I was full .this was my first review here, things have changed. I was there today for lunch Dec 21 ,2024. Service was not very good, food was mediocre at best, hamburger and fries, hot chocolate was not very hot. My friend had lasagna that lacked flavour. Too many great places to eat in Cornwall and area to chance a good meal. Parking: Never seen it completely full.

Very disappointing. I haven t eaten at city limits in almost a decade & was excited to order now that I m living so close to the restaurant. I knew it would arrive fresh, which it did. Unfortunately I didn t get what I ordered. I ordered a chicken souvlaki pita & instead got a one stick chicken souvlaki platter, which is $4 less on the menu than what I paid for. I tried calling to complain & was told they d call me back so I had to eat it, because who knows when or IF they ll even call back. I also wasn t pleased that I paid $13 for a poutine that isn t even made with curds . There was no description for the poutine on Uber Eats but for the price I expected curds, not shredded cheese. Super bummed out about the service, especially when I called to try to rectify the order.

City Limits is our usual goto place for breakfast after Church. The food is always very good, promptly served, and the service is excellent. The staff are very attentive. Yesterday, we placed our order with Roula, and checked out with Rachel, and in between two other servers checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The owners have changed within the last year, but the transition has been seemless, and the same great staff keep us coming back.

I went out for dinner at city limits the service was good the place was clean & inviting. The food was good minus the pepperoni on the pizza had a funny taste. I ened up removing the pepperoni from my pizza. I dont know if they use a different pepperoni than most places but the taste was off. Still was charged full price for a pizza that I had to remove the pepperoni from. I definitely am disappointed & wont be back

Went on a busy night and was basically ignored by our server, and the food was subpar and overpriced. Our meals took forever to come, and after they did we didnt see our server again till she brought the bill. We wont be coming back.

Wow beef dip
Was there earlier today and received my bill for 1 baked lasagna, 1 baked manicotti and 4 double caesars and the bill was $115 (imagine adding the expected 20% tip and paying almost $140 lol). Kinda nuts, anyway I mention to the waitress that I was being charged $7.50 for one shot of vodka when the caesar is only $8.50 and asked her if a virgin caesar was only a dollar and she just answered like my question was stupid and walked away and got quiet the rest of the time we were there like as if this upset her that I was in disbelief over these ridiculous prices. 100% I won t be back, I can t justify paying top dollar for terrible service and regular food. Oh and when we first all got there and settled in one of us asked if they stilled served breakfast and she responded with I already asked everyone and no one responded we were a party of 10 and hadn t seen each other in awhile so for obvious reasons it s possible no one did hear her, not like her response with the tone it was said could be justified. Clearly there s something wrong with this picture.
Food was delicious. Place was packed, and poor server was running off of her feet. Be prepared to wait, because in my opinion, more people should be serving. Great place to catch up, and reasonably priced.
Been there so many times and awesome, food and service. Ordered many times , awesome food. Had one first time bad experience, ordering for my mother in law, meat was extremely tough. Called to let them know our disappointment. Went from waitress, to supervisor to owner.. by thier choice of passing the phone. Owner, was extremely rude, unsympathetic, not caring. Totally defensive, and uncaring. We just wanted to let them know. Treated, so poorly, especially by owner. Last time there, last time ordering from there. Obviously, customers satisfaction or just listening, is NOT his concern. PS, Every visit there, owner at bar, by till, never acknowledges customers, except, to show them hes the boss. We tried to thank him on one visit, and he he just gruffed, and basically did not accept our appreciation, or acknowledge. It only takes 1 strike, 2 you are out. There are many restaurants out there, who actually respect thier customers. Especially those that were frequenting thier business. My money would be better spent, to businesses who care, or at least listen.
Great food and service. Can be busy but usually a short wait if there is no tables available. The owner is usually moving throughout the restaurant, serving and greeting customers. Very friendly. Prices are reasonable and good daily specials. My 4th visit here and Ive never been disappointed.

Wings were nothing special , mozzarella sticks were as good as any frozen in the grocery stores. Our grandson was with us (9 years old) and he touched the window with his hands, then tried to wipe his prints off at which time the owner approached our table and told him not to touch the window. How rude and inappropriate. First and last time there!

I met my family there for an early Thanksgiving meal. The food was good and came out in a timely fashion and they didnt rush us to leave when we were finished eating. Overall experience was good.

The owner was more interested in lecturing my son over making good food. He obviously does not like kids. We sat at a table, and when we came back from washing our hands, he moved us in a corner, no reasons given. Since we were in a corner, my son was playing quietly, minding his own business. This man proceeded to tell him he should go to McDonalds if he wants to run around??? So I asked him if thats what he wanted us to do, and he said of course not! But this is a dining room I think he is delusional about this restaurant. Theres nothing special about it, outdated decor, and strangely enough, I am sick and my kids arent. Food is gross, at least the beef dip is. Super expensive for a basic menu. Looking at the clientele, all over 80. Perhaps he should have warned me that this place was for an older crowd. I would have gone to McDonalds!
Need better service staff. Had to ask a different sever for 2nd round of drinks.

Amazing food.
We were a large group with a number of young children. We were accommodated well with friendly service, even when one of the kids had a meltdown and spilt water. The server got a towel and wiped the water up without complaint. The food portions were quite large and nobody actually ate all their meal. The food could have been so much better with a little bit more effort (-2 stars for that). The washroom was clean and well kept. Kid-friendliness: Have high chairs and kids meals

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my girlfriends 19th birthday. The appetizers were good, but the entrees were bland and dull, they lacked color and flavor. The food was unnecessary hot that I burnt both my thumbs. One thumb is blistering now. The food was expensive when it lacked any kind of quality. My sister and I are in the food industry, but our services was slow, our waitress didnt check on us and asked how our food was.

Its a nice place to go for dinner, breakfast or lunch but because of the way its built it is very noisy if there is a few persons there. But the food is good and so is the service.
We had liver & onions, fish & chips which both of really enjoyed. Staff was very nice and followed special requests perfectly. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend it.

I want a fan, the food was ok. They definately catered to an older crowd. The service was also a bit slow. A lot of the tables were reserved as well, so if you plan on going, reservations are a good idea.
