I went there for the first time and it was a good experience they had the best bowl which satisfies my hunger. I tried chicken stan there which was very delicious and my sister tried shwarman which has alot of stuff in it.

Had never tried Boustan before, but have had lots of shawarma. With a 4.4 star review, I figured it was a safe bet. I was wrong. Coleslaw in shawarma? Yikes. Toum (the garlic sauce) was very bland and tasted more like mayonnaise than garlic/lemon. The pickled turnips looked old, not bright pink at all. Far from the quality of Ottawa shawarma. Finally, the garlic potatoes were soft and not crispy, but it could just be that they sat too long. Dining area was clean and service was good, hence the extra star. Suffice to say it was a disappointing experience and I wont be trying it again.

Got the beef and chicken shawarma pita! Trust me you wont regret these. These shawarmas were mouthwatering delicious and they gave me that authentic Lebanese taste. These shawarmas bring the vibes from Lebanon all the way to Canada. Also the service and workers were friendly and nice.

The food is only okay. The garlic sauce is very mild, I dont think its Toum like you get at other shwarma places, more like garlic mayo.

Best new shawarma place in cornwall hands down does it better than most of the places that have been here for years , Potatoes are good and crunchy aswell as the wraps feel fresh and crunchy and delicious . This should be your goto Shawarma place currently , the others we ve had are good but they bring a better taste than what we re used to .

Ordered plate with beef and chicken via Skip for pick up. Paid $5 extra for double chicken and received 2 tiny slivers of chicken and a couple tablespoons of dry, crumbled beef. Far less than an average plate when ordering and paying for double. Not even comparable to Boustans in Montreal.

I always go there to eat healthy as well as delicious food. Moreover i love the pieceful atmosphere and the staff is really very good as they take care of their customers

Stopped here on our way to Toronto from Montreal. We were craving a shawarma and we happened to see this place. We have always been huge fans of Boustan and this place lived up to the expectations. The staff there is really welcoming and friendly. Ibrahim who was our server there even offered to refill our water bottles for us and really took good care of us. Both he and his colleague were both very hospitable. Thank you for a great experience!

The food here is so delicious! The shawarma sandwiches are amazing, and full of flavour. The staff are super friendly. Khalid, I believe he is the owner or manager, is such a kind and courteous gentleman. I recommend stopping by here for sure.

Tiny shawarma with hardly any beef. Won t be coming back here again. Nothing like the quality of Montreal s boustan.

Food is expensive for what you get, as the portions are tiny. The pita is small and underfilled. Almost no veggies or pickles, and so much sauce it falls apart. What a joke. The only good thing about the pita is the flavour, but even that isnt enough to make me want to order again. Go elsewhere for shawarma. EDIT: Go through earlier reviews, Im not the only person to complain about the underwhelming portions. This seems to be a common complaint that they are never going to rectify.

Excellent shawarma here. The tenderness of the chicken and beef exceeds that of most shawarma places Ive been to. I often find shawarma meat to be dry but they really bring it to another level here. The Shwarma is delicious, and I relished it all the way. I liked the location and the environment of the restaurant. Amazingly, the food quality is very good with all the pristine ingredients. The contents inside the Shwarma is good in quantity. I recommend to try the restaurant.

I was excited that Boustan was opening in the area, but they still have some staff inexperience. For example, I ordered a plate and a pita trio, and they forgot to add the potatoes to my order. I also reminded them that a drink is included in my trio before leaving. I should have checked the bag before leaving.

I was very disappointed with our meal ! They seem to use all cuts of chicken mixed together in the shawarma??? ! Brown chicken , white and ??!!! ?? I had to pick out some stringy pieces of meat ??? Skin maybe??? And brown meat out of the shawarma! :( :( Cannot be compared with Shawarma on wheels as they use real breasts of chicken for the food they serve ! As other reviews said they service was friendly and fast ! The potatoes was really good and that why I give 2 stars, but the quality of the meat isn t there for me !

Food at par with pretty much any other shawarma places in town. They serve you this awfully dry coleslaw in platter dishes, and charge an extra $2 if you want a tabouleh, which the competition serves for no extra charge. Service could have been faster and more efficient, as there were only two customers in the place.

The flavours in the beef all-dressed wrap were fantastic. The coleslaw is a nice touch, as well as the smokey flavour. Service was friendly, but on the slow side. The wrap fillings were sparse compared to other places. I also had potatoes with garlic sauce. The potatoes were nicely cooked, but quite bland. I was very disappointed with the garlic sauce, which was more like mayonnaise.

I always fantasize the Mediterranean cuisine. This place have really great food with plenty of healthy options. This is my fourth time in a week to order from this place. Everytime i have received exceptional customer service, specially the young lady at the front counter, she is very polite, helpful and always greet with a smile. Quality of food is excellent and taste is amazing.

Food is good although the customer service is lacking and very slow service. They took our order and serve the three people that came in after us before they served us. Even the Door Dash guy looked extremely fed up. Would not recommend to friends.

It s a very good place to eat in Cornwall and is a very uncommon version of delicious shawarma chicken. The chicken was very amazing and the new sauces add a special boost of flavour to the shawarma pitas. The service was attentively focused and were fine.Overall it s a good experience!

First time there - ordered two meals, byblos bowl and mixed Shawarma plate. Byblos bowl was just a tasteless mush, shawarma plate was OK but both were pricey. Staff not friendly, we wont be back

I visited cornwall today, this place seemed new so I gave it a try and I was very impressed by their service and food.

I came here expecting it to be an average shawarma place but the staff and quality of food amazed me. I come here all the time now with there amazing selection of foods and beverages with salad bowls to delicious and crispy shawarma with their own twist on it. One employee by the name of Afan is always there and delivering the best service I always go to him for questions and recommendations. I suggest everyone to go and try this place it is exceptional and you are guaranteed amazing food and service!

very mid. basically tasteless. the ppl in there are rlly nice and the place is clean but this food wasnt very good. got the chicken and kofta. the kofta was very firm and tasted like plain hamburger meat, the chicken tasted like it was pre cooked and just heated up. pita was hard. rice is nun special, id go back just for the salad.

Kind and courteous staff! Reached there at around 10:55 and they were almost closed(door was locked). I knocked and the guys opened the store, let us in and served us. These guys are always welcoming and respectful. Sometimes they might make mistakes but that s ok since they are new and they fix it respectfully.

After reading few reviews I was hesitant to try them for the first time but Im glad I did. I regularly order chicken shawarma combo with potatoes from other restos in Cornwall and usually dont find the wraps particularly tasty because I dont like sauces, no garlic, no hummus, I only put tomato, lettuce, olives and taboule in my wrap. But at Bustan I was particularly happy because the taste doesnt come from the sauce added to the bread, the great taste was in the chicken itself so even without garlic/hummus my wrap was very good, the chicken was super tasty. For my husband however his hummus alldress wrap was dripping all over next time hell have it without the coleslaw salad in the wrap. Their potatoes is my favorite compare to others in cornwall but the quantity is smaller. The staff were nice and polite too.

We had the toasted pitas and they were delish! They were not like any I ve had before, others there eating told me they were closest to traditional Lebanese we will get. Anyway, we loved them and definitely will be back! I would also add the place was so clean and the staff switched gloves regularly for safety in food handling. They were also so incredibly friendly! Lovely experience and great food! So glad to have them in Cornwall! Vegetarian options: Lots of options including Falafel Parking: Tons of free parking.
