Really bad shawarma, was cold and soggy and pita seemed stale.

First time here. Got the family platter. Will definitely be back

This was our first time at this establishment and the experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. The gentleman who served us was polite and helpful, but that was the only good thing about the experience. I am very familiar with Lebanese food. The food here was simply terrible. The chicken shawarma was dry and tasteless. The beef shawarma was simply a piece of beef cooked and thickly sliced (not cooked on a rotary grill) and again flavorless. The hummus was probably the worst Ive ever had: dry and devoid of any flavour. The potatoes, rice and salad were OK. The ambience also left much to be desired.. The floor was filthy and had clearly not been swept or mopped in some time. Considering we came at 4pm in between meals, on a sunny day, with no other customers, there is no excuse for this. De Windows sells have dead Bucks On them and looks dirty, and some of the chairs had stains that looked long-standing. It doesnt appear that much attention is paid to cleaning this restaurant. I was looking forward to trying this restaurant but cannot justify ever coming back.

Last week, I stumbled upon this amazing shawarma spot, and let me tell you, it was a total game changer! The service? Seriously, top notch so friendly and welcoming, it felt like hanging out with old friends. And the food? it was fresh, bursting with flavour, and totally authentic. Every bite was a taste sensation, leaving me craving more. Needless to say, I cant wait to go back for another delicious experience!

Delicious as always! When I need a mixed plate Shawarma in town I always go out of my way to go to West End. They also make the best chicken Caesar wrap. The other places are decent too but West End is where its at.

Great quality food with a great energy owner, you can tell he puts care into his service, he knows all the regular customers orders before they even walk in and always shares a laugh or a smile. Cant stop coming back here, especially for a post-workout meal!

The service was quick but the way of plating the Pita bread with the platter is weird. The shawarma was a bit raw and uncooked, the pita bread was heated and put in its original plastic wrap packaging

We are new to the Cornwall area and stopped in for lunch and definitely will be returning. Owner took time to chat made us feel welcome the food was fresh and lots of flavors on every bite. This might just be our Saturday spot for lunch.

There were two employees and a line up. Not unexpected at dinner time. One of the employees had her kid with her. At first I thought great from the employer to give them that flexibility. Unfortunately, the kid was demanding a lot of his moms attention. She kept leaving the food preparation area, touching various surfaces, coming back and touching food without changing her gloves. We left when she took a piece of paper from a client with one hand, read it, changed it hands, and grabbed handful of salad and veggies again. At this point, all the food was contaminated. The employees need a refresher on safe handling of food. Gloves are useless if they touch all other surfaces.

Amazing food! And service was friendly, 10/10.

The worker was friendly and welcoming. We ordered mix shawarma plate , the meat and chicken were blend with no taste at all. The garlic sauce was oily . The hummus tasted like canned hummus not tasty at all. The restaurant was dirty not welcoming at all. I don t recommend it to anyone.

I would give my first born child for another plate of chicken shawarma. I have been to this place twice in the last 3 days and I m probably going to go again tomorrow. The chicken? Immaculate. The potatoes? Roasted and seasoned to perfection. The garlic sauce? Load half my plate with that stuff. Fattoush dressing? I d bathe in it. West End Shawarma is my new lover.

Drove around all day and came across West End Shawarma. Great quality food and service! The chicken shawarma plate combo was cooked to perfection. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Mix reviews on West End Shawarma. Ive visited a fair few times and on occasions have had great food. But beyond that the shawarma is usually very soggy and I feel as if certain staff barely acknowledges you most of the time.

this place makes the very best chicken/ beef schwarma, unfortunately its rarely open, Ive driven there a number of times lately and they are closed, no signage indicating an issue or when they will re-open. I feel bad for the two young folks that run the place, as for sure they cant make the rent

Very clean and decent Shawarma place in Cornwall Its not far from 401, so you can order ahead and by the time you reach there the order is ready. The staff was courteous and extremely friendly. They try to accommodate all your special requests. Falafel plate was great and very generous portions. They also gave us extra sauces we needed. Will go back there again whenever I am passing by.

We grabbed lunch to go. We ordered a large & small chicken shawarma on pita and it was delicious. Super fresh and a generous portion for the price. Service was friendly and efficient.

Was recommended to come here by a friend and to order the Shawarma Poutine, let me tell you it was delicious. Theres the option of chicken or beef and regular or large. I decided to go with a large beef as the price difference was very minimal. I would recommend to go with the regular size one if eating by yourself as I was only able to eat about half of it before being stuffed. I thought it was a little strange to have garlic sauce with a poutine but decided to try it out for the whole experience and boy was it worth it. Just like any great food it tasted just as good if not better the next day. I will definitely be going back here to experience more of this great food.

I have eaten shawarma in several places e.g. Montreal and Ottawa. In my opinion this restaurant is one of the best because the food is wonderful, the restaurant is clean, the employees are nice and the food is big.

If mushy and garlicky hummus or tasteless and dull tabouli is what you re craving, than this is the place for you. You can do much better somewhere else if you have any sort of palate.

The food was great. Im taking away a star because their shawarma wraps arent wrapped tight. Taste and spices were awesome. Serving size was big enough i had to take the other half home. Affordable I definitely recommend it.
