Bartender where very attentive, available and quick...even during a busy night.

I went to BP Cornwall tonight with my two children. I was seated in a booth on the bar side. The bartender Theresa served my table. We were greeted with a warm friendly smile and an easy going friendly personality. The service was impeccable, I was told about the specials and given recommendations which were excellent. The beverages and food were delivered promptly. She returned several times for quality checks and to ensure we needed nothing. Thank you for your service Theresa , you are an incredible bartender and server. 5/5 stars. We will be back.

Ive been here several times now. Their food is pretty consistent from store to store and the service is always pretty decent. The Wi-Fi though was not that great and end up being dropped totally. I know I dont go there for the Wi-Fi but I do appreciate that extra little bit of service. Quite filling and satisfactory.

Beware of the server Jaimee who often works at the bar late nights on the weekends! He is also a terrible server who ignores customers and gives attitude to customers! Unless you are a young female then he will visit and serve you all night! Boston pizza is getting a bad reputation with him employed there ! He s barely doing his job and you ll be there hours waiting for any service.

Mot a great experience. They forgot we were celebrating 2 birthdays, service was slow and place was not even busy. Our server didnt even know how to enter egoft card for payment. Misunderstood and though we had kids card....it was a mess.

It was fine, nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about. Its a chain restaurant, I had the Salmon Power Bowl, good size portion but its not cheap to eat out. Two mix ups with our order (I asked for no tomatoes and it still has them, and when my daughter ordered a cheese pizza she got a cheeseburger -they fixed that error) It was worth it for the half price pasta dishes (ranging from $12-14) which is super reasonable. Server was friendly and the kids were brought to the back to create their own sundaes which was nice. Kid-friendliness: Create their own sundaes, all kids meals are $8.99, great size portion

So we were planning on joining my family at this Boston Pizza location and were ASKED TO LEAVE because my 4OLD YEAR was eating McDonald s fries and a small drink. My wife and I were literally getting ready to order a meal for ourselves. I ain t wasting my money here again. Whoever this lady is, said we re not allowed food from another. Like it s literally just fries and drink that a 4 year old was eating, like where in the restaurant policy does it state this? I m gonna make sure I d share this around of this hostile treatment towards pending customers. It s rude and disgusting.

We are from the states just over the border and the Cornwall location has become one of our favorite new restaurants! Always has great service and amazing food! My boyfriend is a chicken wing connoisseur and said Boston Pizzas wings are the best he s had! Definitely stop in and try it if you haven t!

Stopped in last evening for supper. First time at this location, which recently celebrated its 10 year birthday since opening. The food and service were great, as expected, but I found the location slightly run down. The booth table surface definitely needs a refresh as the finish was well worn. Ive been to many BPs across Canada and have never seen such low quality cutlery at any other location. Did the Dollar store have a sale? It was uncomfortable in my hands... I think its time for an upgrade for the next ten years...

Went for the hockey game. It was incredibly busy...yet our waitress, I believe her name was Marissa. She gave us wonderful service. Pleasant and personable. We never went without a drink and the food was served quickly and was delicious. The other waitress also did a great job. 10/10 will return

Wow for a regular customer who spends atleast $100 a week there Super disappointed in the food They have the *new Mac and cheese Buffalo chicken* Its $22 for a $2 box of the kraft dinner they use and I had a total of 4 small pieces of Buffalo chicken I figured it would be a big mix of Buffalo chicken and Mac and cheese, save your money Was never so disappointed there before sorry but my gang and I will not be back for the next few weeks will try to find another regular spot Just getting to cheap now a days everything is about saving a dollar

Last visit for us. No baby change table in the mens room. When we brought it up they said it broke a few months ago. The booth walls were dirty. I could have made better nachos at home. Asked for an extra sour cream and was charged 5.98 for it. No thanks BP.

Great Experience making pizza with the kids On their march break. The lady and gentlemen that were helping were amazing.I wish I would have got their names. The Kids had the best time.Couldnt stop talking about it. They let them make the pizza and they even let them put the pizza in the oven. If I could give ten stars to these two people they deserve it. Definitely recommend taking your kids for the march break to make pizzas.

This was our first time at this location - it is wonderful!!! The seating in the bar works great for those people watching sports on the variety of TV screens set up. The food was delicious, the service was fast, efficient and friendly, and the beer was cold. By far, the best Boston Pizza we have been in!!! We will be back

After 4 years I went back for a pizza and colas. A glass of cola is $3.99 and the colas were watered and iced down so much I couldnt taste the flavor of the drink. Large pizza is $36.78, the pizza didnt have much taste either, certainly not worth $36.78. Costco or Delissio frozen pizza tastes better. Last time for me.

This restaurant is very friendly, and the food is amazing, very positive place to eat.

Very busy place, so very noisy. If you want a quiet romantic place, this is not it. But if you want good food at a reasonable price, this is it. They even accommodated my request to have my seafood past dish made with an Alfredo sauce rather than the usual red Marinara sauce. I asked for an extra piece of bread with my meal, surprised I was charged $2 for that.
